# What is the top-rated presentation software for enterprises?

Hi everyone, when it comes to enterprise needs, presentation software has to do more than create good-looking slides. Large organizations need scalability, collaboration, security, and integrations that work across global teams. I want to know what is the top-rated presentation software for enterprises?

Here are some platforms I’ve seen mentioned often:

Google Workspace: Google Slides stands out for its real-time collaboration and cloud-native setup, which enterprises rely on for distributed teams. But does it offer the depth in advanced features and branding controls larger organizations expect?

Microsoft PowerPoint: A long-time enterprise standard bundled with Microsoft 365. Its familiarity and feature set make it dependable, but is it still the strongest option for global teams, or are enterprises looking to diversify?

Mentimeter: Purpose-built for engagement with live polls, quizzes, and Q&A. It works well for interactive sessions, but can it handle the scale of large enterprise events with thousands of participants?

Canva Enterprise: Designed with brand governance, templates, and team-wide collaboration in mind. The question is whether its simplicity translates well into enterprise-level customization and workflow needs.

For those working in or with large organizations:

Which of these platforms has proven most reliable at the enterprise level?

Do employees actually use the advanced features, or do they stick with the basics?

Any challenges with integration, security, or scaling licenses?

Thanks in advance! I’d love to hear what’s worked best for enterprise teams.

PowerPoint has been the most natural fit for me. The AI in it has cut my time for slide prep by almost 60% now.

PowerPoint is still the default in most enterprises, mainly because of standardization and compatibility. Everyone knows how to use it, and it integrates tightly with Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. The downside is that collaboration still feels less fluid compared to cloud-native tools.

One thing I can tell you from my experience is that at enterprise scale, integration matters more than features. Tools that connect well with existing systems (email, storage, collaboration) tend to win.

Canva Enterprise solved a big problem for us: brand consistency at scale. Our marketing team especially benefits from templates and locked brand elements.

I came across this best graphic design software list on G2, and it made me wonder: has anyone here paired design tools with their presentation software? Or even skipped traditional slide tools and built full presentations in a design platform instead?
