**What do you like best about Friday CRM?**

It is not so complex that I can't find my way around.  I don't need a CRM to integrate with every social media account on the net.  I want it to manage my sales prospects which I am finding it is doing well.
Customer support is excellent. The few times I have sent in a request i was answered within hours at worst or even minutes.

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

I used another well know CRM several years ago so this one took a bit of use to familiarize myself with it.  That part of the process was frustrating as I wanted to get running from day one, but I was unable to do that.  I think some features could be expanded though I am still learning the program so I may find it already has an answer to my question.  I just need to find it.

**What problems is Friday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge I have is staying on task with all the prospects with whom I am dealing on a daily basis.  Friday is definitely helping me be better organized plus the reminders are very valuable as once I set a Task I don't have to remember when it is due.  I get an automatic reminder which is perfect.

Aside from the cost, the features are full and just as robust as some expensive clunky options. Ease of use with just enough functional features.

Early on in our integration. Nothing jumping out just yet.

We have CRM for certain aspects/depts of our business however, a couple of depts needed a solution and this is perfect.  We are a small business with simple needs so biting off expensive overwhelming offerings isn't in the cards but we are sure glad we found Friday CRM.

**What do you like best about Friday CRM?**

That is free and that the CRM seems to be very thorough for managing client.  I like I can add customized fields, I also like that there is API access so I can automate my entire customer process.

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

You can't manage projects inside of it.  If we had the full gammet of inception to completing a project and doing maintenance with them, that would be ideal.

We are a new business, it fits in our budget and gives all of hte basic tools we need to get started.  I think long term it will work for us as well.

The cost (free) vs. utility cannot be beat. It has all of the features I need, without the ones I don't need that make me feel guilty that I am not using them, even though I pay for time.

I have already recommended Friday to friends.

I'm having a hard time integrating Gmail, but I'm sure I'll be able to do so.

I like the activities feature best, i wish i could assign activities/create a deal instead of just delete/unlink.

I like it but i wish the deals screen was mobile friendly and allowed auto sending of emails or email templates as deals move through the different stages. Also wish i could integrate multiple groups to only be able to access certain activities (like ones sent to a specific email alias.

I am trying to create one system for all users to access group mailboxes and pipelines. based on their priviledges i wish emails could come in as items in the pipellines and the ability to set a default of where it goes by default (potential lead)

**What do you like best about Friday CRM?**

We love everything about Friday CRM! Not only can we keep track of donations, sponsorships, and any fundraising profits, but we can also keep track of donors, corporations, and government agencies that we receive those funds from. We can make sure that we maintain communication with them before, during and after which is very important. It's not overly complicated to learn or use, but it packs a powerful punch in its capabilities. I was able to jump right in and begin implementing processes within minutes. I also love how easy it is to integrate other apps to make our work even more effective.

I don't really dislike anything as it completely meets our expectations and needs.

I honestly was worried about having to use spreadsheet that work, but often take a lot of time to and effort to do what Friday CRM does easily.

Friday CRM patched a huge deficiency in our workflow by integrating our google contacts to our ringcentral devices. I was shocked to learn that this platform offers their services for free! Not only has the integration been a tremendous support but we have even be able to adopt the workflow that's provided on the platform too. Our whole team is onboard and I'm certainly looking to spread the word about it.

We're still fresh in adopting it but I cannot say i have a single complaint thus far.

It's free and allows us to see the data. It's a step up from Sheets and excel.  We use it daily, and it allows us to track order-specific tasks, customer-specific tasks, notes on orders, and the phase of the order in each pipeline.

It lacks certain sophistications that we need in a CRM:  Ticketing, Workflow Management, Automation, Integrations, limited access to features without leaving a review and the amount of time it requires to receive the review before features can be accessed.

**What do you like best about Friday CRM?**

Having a CRM that organizes our data, clients, and allows for quick reporting, makes staying on top of things so much easier.  The ability to add tasks and manage by tasks, allows management's time to not be spent on chasing down paperwork or emails.  To add that it is FREE, and we use it daily, is icing on the cake. Truly the best free CRM out there. And I say this from running IT Departments of fortune 5000 companies from my corporate lifetime.  I had created a CRM in js.node and java script through GoogleSheets, and it was easy to set up the same workflow inside of Friday.

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

Lack of automation. In the near future, we will be plugging in the CRM with our Point of Sale, our Invoicing Software, our Estimating Software, and tying in different components of AI, to funnel clients in through our website and point of sale, and automate triggers and responses. Although it may be a bit heavy of a lift, I feel that Friday should be able to support it through its API.

Tracking, reporting, centralizing communication, centralizing data, allowing follow through and completeness of customer files.

Friday CRM has a comprehensive feature set for a free product.  It is ideal for small business that is just starting out and looking to keep costs down.

Hopefully, they will make it more mobile responsive or get an app. Mind you, I did my initial trials on mobile and it was easy to use.

Friday CRM was easy to pick up. I have not been a user of Contact list software, but Friday CRM has a lot of advantages I can use. Easy integration. Fast customer support! What more could you ask for?

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

Haven't used Friday CRM enough yet to see any downsides. If there are any downsides, there are few.

Finally bringing all my contacts together, so I can fine tune my market.

I've tried other services that were too complicated and time consuming. Friday CRM does what I need and it's simple and fast.

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

Needs an improvements:
Seeing a calendar view. 
One click contact and company  page.
Cicks on all pages for creating tasks, meetings new contact and so on.

It is user friendly, even for the tech challenged like myself. It is unbelievable how simple it is to intergrate with other programs that I already us. I use it daily, mostly because it is so easy and clear to understand.

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

That I don't have the option of using the pages I want or don't want. Meaning, that our company is not very large and so we do not use all of the features. However, they are great features.

It helps me to keep our clients organized.

I love how easy the Google integration is. Friday CRM has been very helpful and has answered my support issues. I will be using this CRM a lot, and very glad is was easy to get started. There are many features I look forward to using.

I wish each employee was able to share contacts and see other notes regarding other communications and emails.

I like that Friday serves the purpose of recording and tracking leads on a basic level.

**What do you like best about Friday CRM?**

Free, simpel for a CRM, adaptable, import and export contacts to Google, groups and users, dashboard, instruction videos within the fields, manual in the app. Seems quite easy to use

**What do you dislike about Friday CRM?**

Didn´t have an opinion yet. I jus started to use Friday and for now I am happy comparing with Odoo and Hubspot

**What problems is Friday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage the contacts of the organization. I can create groups, users and security settings, which is very important for us, as many users will use the contact management.
Learning the features of Friday, we might even use it to register our proposals/ contracts.
