It is not so complex that I can't find my way around. I don't need a CRM to integrate with every social media account on the net. I want it to manage my sales prospects which I am finding it is doing well.
Customer support is excellent. The few times I have sent in a request i was answered within hours at worst or even minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used another well know CRM several years ago so this one took a bit of use to familiarize myself with it. That part of the process was frustrating as I wanted to get running from day one, but I was unable to do that. I think some features could be expanded though I am still learning the program so I may find it already has an answer to my question. I just need to find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.
