What do you like best about Quickbase?

This product is well-designed and works exactly as described. The features have evolved but generally have been the same interface since I began using it in 2015. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The price is absolutely asinine! They are making me switch to another competitor because the price is so exaggerated from what you receive. There needs to be a "toned down" version that doesn't require 10 users. Very disappointed in the direction this company has gone. "Rollout Apps Quickly and Integrate with Almost Anything. But, Mobile Needs A Lot of Work."
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like being able to quickly create simple apps and reports to roll out. When you get to more complicated use cases, it's usually doable.

There are a plethora of resources available online when you need help. Their help pages, Quickbase University, recorded Webinars, discussion pages, and various 3rd party support make it so that you can usually find an answer somewhere.

If you can't find the answer online, then Quickbase support is one of the better support teams I've worked with.

But, their single greatest thing may be Pipelines. Automations, app integrations, and API support are powerful and easy with Pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I really don't like that the development environment and the end user environment are so intertwined. I wish there was a clear wall separating the 2 areas. With complicated app development, having that wall would save a lot of headache and help better manage app changes.

Their Mobile app needs a major overhaul. Navigation is terrrible and not user friendly, development for the mobile side is very limited.

Pipelines is getting a UI refresh that will finally allow us to reorder and add steps. But, they're making things harder for selecting input fields and Jinja inputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

With Quickbase it has been fast and easy to add functionality when a new need arises. We have eliminated information silo's and diverged away from spreadsheets managed at the individual level. The more data available to the Quickbase platform the more relationships that can be made, information cross referenced, and information revealed. We have been built in functionality and data to managed and relate data that have been on the company to do list for years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

In general, once you understand databases, working with Quickbase is relatively easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The people that design it must not use it or understand how people actually use it. It's severely limiting in its capability, especially offline. Dashboards, reports and forms can barely be customized. The only way we've gotten data to be presentable or useful is to export the data to other platforms. But the worst part is that their product development team is years behind what they have promised and their team that fixes known issues is non-existent. If they put as much effort into product development as they did in sales, the product would be twice as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
