## About LogRocket
LogRocket is a frontend monitoring and product analytics platform that helps software teams understand why users are having bad experiences and ship fixes more quickly. At the core of the platform is Galileo, LogRocket’s AI that continuously watches session replays from real users, reads support tickets, listens to customer calls, and tracks product changes to surface user struggles and technical issues automatically. LogRocket then routes these fixes into the development workflow (including AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code) to help teams fix issues faster. LogRocket is used by engineers, product managers, and UX teams building web and mobile applications. Galileo surfaces issues proactively, so instead of going into the platform to look for problems, teams are alerted to what matters most and handed the context they need to act. Core capabilities include: - Session replay: Pixel-perfect recordings of user sessions captured alongside console logs, network requests, Redux state, and performance data, giving engineers the context needed to reproduce issues without guesswork. - Error and performance monitoring: Automatic capture of JavaScript errors, network failures, and performance degradation, surfaced alongside the session in which they occurred. - Product analytics: Funnel analysis, user segmentation, feature usage tracking, and retention metrics, built on the same session data used for debugging. - Workflow integrations: Connects with tools including Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and Intercom, routing issues identified in LogRocket into existing development and support workflows. - MCP server: Allows AI agents to connect directly to LogRocket, enabling them to watch real session replays and gain context on the user experience. LogRocket supports modern web frameworks, including React, Angular, and Vue, as well as native iOS and Android applications. LogRocket is shortening the distance between identifying a user problem and shipping a fix. The platform integrates with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, allowing issues identified in the platform to be passed directly to an AI agent as a fully-loaded coding task, complete with session replay, error context, and reproduction steps.

## LogRocket Reviews
  ### 1. Detailed Resources and Free Plan, But Lacking Intermediate Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I really like the session recordings, as they allow me to follow the user's navigation in detail. Additionally, having access to the DOM and the requests made at the moment the user was accessing is very useful. I also consider the free plan a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

What bothers me is the absence of intermediate plan options, as well as the lack of possibility to purchase a specific number of extra sessions per month.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates the identification of bugs reported by users. Even when the user of my application cannot provide detailed information, I can track the exact session in which the problem occurred and analyze the necessary details to resolve it.

  ### 2. Intuitive Interface That Makes Navigation a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle M. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The interface is very intuitive. My team started using Logrocket and I was able to logon and start using it right away without having to look at any instructions or ask a colleague how to use it.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I wish the sessions moved to the next session automatically when viewing a saved segments.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What are users actually doing in our UI.

  ### 3. Essential Tool for Frontend Debugging and User Experience Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket gives us a crystal-clear view of how users interact with our application. The session replay feature is extremely useful for debugging hard-to-reproduce frontend issues, especially when users report bugs without enough context. It also integrates well with tools like Redux and network logging, helping us trace issues end-to-end. The console logs and performance metrics tied to specific user sessions are a huge productivity boost for both developers and product managers.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The pricing can get a bit steep as your traffic increases, especially if you’re recording a lot of sessions. Also, there’s sometimes a slight delay in session availability after events occur, though it's not a dealbreaker. I’d also love more customizable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LogRocket to debug production issues without relying solely on user descriptions. It’s drastically reduced our time-to-resolution for UI bugs and helped us understand user friction points, leading to better UX decisions.

  ### 4. So important for new product development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

There's only so much you can do to test a new UI/UX approach internally (even with AI). Can't tell you how many times I've held off on approving a release because I wasn't quite sure we'd considered things from every angle. With LogRocket, I'm increasingly willing to release things after working out all the noticeable bugs - and then reviewing things in LogRocket with *real* users. It's like I'm invisibly looking over the shoulder of my users. (Yes, it sounds a bit creepy - but to date, I've found absolutely nothing else that provides the level of user experience design insights as this approach).

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I'm not sure I have anything to say that's negative. Would love it if it integrated with more support tools than Zendesk and Intercom. But, that's more an idea than a negative.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to release product innovation faster, and get real user feedback in real use cases (nothing artificial, nothing AI).

  ### 5. Love the Clean Log View with Inactive Periods Hidden

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

turning off the view of inactive periods from the log

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

no preview in the search of the user's log description

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easily finding logs from testers

  ### 6. Easy Setup and a Great Free Tier for Small Companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Easy to set up, with a very good free tier for small companies that are just starting

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

UX could be improved, more intuitive filtering experience

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to understand what is happening in the most recent app we launched, and how people are interacting with it

  ### 7. Replay Feature Makes Debugging Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Furqan K. | SSE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Being able to replay the website submissions and figure out bugs.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Its difficult to search for the replay I am looking for, might be a me problem.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many situations where customers or staff report problems they have encountered on the website, but we are unable to reproduce them. This might be due to certain boxes being clicked or changes made that are not communicated to the IT team. However, with log rocket, we are now able to debug and resolve these issues much more easily.

  ### 8. Customizable Dashboards That Empower My Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake L. | Associate Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The ability to create dashboards with the things I need.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It's a little complicated. I'm not use to setting these types of things up but it's been a bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is solving a lot of issues around bugs and other things like that. I'm able to give the session replay to the developers for them to see the bug.

  ### 9. Just the kind of insights you need to make data-informed decisions as a designer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The best part about LogRocket is the user session playback. Being able to skip inactivity and jump straight to specific events makes it super efficient. As a designer, it really helps me understand user behavior without digging through tons of data.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I think some of the most valuable features are hidden or not given enough visual weight. It often takes extra effort to find what I’m looking for, which affects the overall usability. A more focused UI with better prioritization could really enhance the experience.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us identify friction points across critical user journeys, especially in areas like job applications and time-off requests.

As a remote-first company operating a complex B2B/B2C product, understanding exactly what went wrong (and why) is crucial. Session replays combined with event tracking have helped us debug faster, align design decisions with real behavior, and reduce back-and-forth between support and engineering.

  ### 10. Excellent debugging tool for frontend development - essential for user session analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

As a senior frontend developer, LogRocket has been invaluable for debugging user issues that are difficult to reproduce locally. The session replay feature allows me to see exactly what users experienced, including their mouse movements, clicks, and console errors. The integration with React DevTools and Redux is seamless, making it easy to understand state changes during problematic user sessions. The performance monitoring helps identify JavaScript errors and network issues that impact user experience. The search and filtering capabilities make it easy to find specific sessions based on user actions or error patterns.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The main drawback is the impact on bundle size and initial load performance, especially for applications that are already performance-sensitive. The pricing can be steep for smaller teams or projects with high traffic volumes. Sometimes the session replays can be slow to load, which delays debugging workflows. The search functionality, while powerful, can be overwhelming with too many filter options. Privacy compliance setup requires careful configuration to avoid recording sensitive user data, which adds complexity to the initial implementation.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket solves the critical problem of debugging user issues that cannot be reproduced locally. It eliminates the guesswork when users report bugs by providing exact session replays showing what they experienced. The performance monitoring helps identify JavaScript errors and slow network requests that impact user experience. It also streamlines our bug tracking workflow by automatically capturing error context and user actions leading to issues. This has significantly reduced our debugging time and improved our ability to fix user-reported problems quickly.

  ### 11. Essential Tool for Understanding User Behavior in a New Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan M. | Senior Growth Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket has been a game-changer for launching our new product. The session replay feature gives us incredible clarity into how real users interact with our platform, making it super easy to spot friction points and quickly implement improvements. Setup was straightforward, and integration with our existing stack was seamless. The intuitive UI also makes frequent use simple and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

My main wish is that LogRocket would offer deeper analytics and reporting out-of-the-box. While the replays are great, more robust analytics dashboards or advanced filtering would be really beneficial to quickly identify broader user trends without manually reviewing numerous sessions.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me user specific insights into where my users bounce, where they struggle or where things are great.

  ### 12. Effortless Bug Detection and Session Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin H. | AVP of Product Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I love how we can re-create user sessions to automatically track and detect bugs and network performance issues we may not know about

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I would appreciate more integration points that work for us with ADO, Teams etc.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Detecting and tracking frequency of unknown issues.

  ### 13. How LogRocket Transformed My Development Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gulam G. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I have had LogRocket for almost two years now, and to be frank, it is one of those tools I probably open every day. The feature that has the user replaying their session is a total game changer, I get to see exactly what happened in the same order that the user takes. It removes a lot of the guess work when debugging, I no longer have to go through, "What browser are you using?" or "Can you tell me what you did or clicked?" I just get to watch it happen!!

For UX issues, it is also helpful in identifying when the users get stuck or abandon a flow, where they got stuck and why is something that you can't get from analytics.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

There is nothing particular about dislike for now, but the UI did feel a little overwhelming in the beginning, but after about a couple of weeks, I acclimated. I feel it is quite smooth and easy to navigate.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me know exactly what happened when a user encounters a bug or problem. No need to ask a ton of questions anymore or guess. I can just watch the session, references console logs or network calls and fix things quicker. It saves time, makes fixing easier, and allows me to build a higher quality product overall.

  ### 14. Software engineer

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The session monitoring which comes along with debug console and network requests insights.
Also. the filters and funnels that you can create to review specific customer journeys.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I would like AI to be more precise and also for Logrocket to revisit their limits to be more generous.
I would also like the plan to include A/B testing capabilities as other platforms offer along.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Session replay and product exploration through funnels and analytics

  ### 15. Makes solving customer issues way easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket has honestly been a huge help for our team. It automates alerts so we can catch issues early, and it makes it super easy to deep dive into customer problems without all the back-and-forth asking for screenshots or recordings. We can just jump in, see exactly what happened, and fix it fast.

It saves us a ton of time and helps us move quickly to support our customers — which they definitely appreciate.

What I like best:

- Automated alerts that surface issues right away
- Being able to see exactly what customers experienced
- No more asking for screenshots or screen recordings
- Faster resolutions and happier customers

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Honestly nothing-- it's super user friendly and it doesn't take a ton of experience to pick it up quickly.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Quickly & easily to look up customer sessions is the biggest thing here.

  ### 16. Extremely useful

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Having the ability to view what is happening on the client’s screen, especially being able to see exactly where they are clicking, is very helpful.
Super easy to get ready to run for our stack.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

At times, it's not possible to query elements that are only identified by ids or classes. Having the ability to filter by these would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us replicate the issues and bugs that our clients encounter in their daily use of our tools.

  ### 18. Insightful User Interaction Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonah A. | Client Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

There are so many times that I am waiting on responses from clients to answer my questions or send me JAM recordings. I love JAM, but LogRocket was the extra tool I needed!

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I don't know that I have complaints yet. I feel like any problems I may have come upon at this point have just been due to me not learning the system's capabilities fully yet. I do wish the sessions were a bit more combined sometimes.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see where clients went wrong and where our system went wrong, rather than having to just take clients' words for it every time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roy K. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Easy to set up, results are straightforward and valuable.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Same sessions are often split across multiple recordings. Takes a long time (sometimes forever?) for screen recordings to actually load.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I develop a mobile app and it's difficult to see what's happening on user devices, with logrocket i can see screens, logs and requests and that helps a lot to figure out what's happening in the field.

Android app logging and the session replay on it,
It was easy to integrate, and the documentation was not too hard to follow.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

While the session replay is really good on the Android app
I have an issue making it not record the screen
It is not a train smash, but it is a bug I would like fixed

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Log Rockets is helping me track down issues users are having. Most of the time, they send vague emails about the issue they are having. This lets me get the details myself and resolve the issue quickly

  ### 25. LogRocket Review – A (Flutter) Developer’s Perspective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I’ve been using LogRocket for a few weeks and have to say, the UI is a standout compared to many competitors—it’s clean, intuitive, and makes finding relevant session data quick and efficient.

The best feature by far, especially from a developer’s point of view, is the visibility into HTTP requests during session replays. Being able to inspect what data was sent and received makes debugging incredibly fast and precise—it’s like having built-in network logs right next to the user’s journey.

One drawback I’ve noticed is that the navigation view on iOS forcibly includes native screen names, which can sometimes clutter the session trail or make it harder to follow specific screens in hybrid/native apps.

Despite that, I’m very satisfied with LogRocket so far. It’s a powerful tool that has already saved me time and helped resolve issues more confidently.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

On iOS, the navigation trail forcibly includes native screen names, which can clutter the session view and make it harder to follow user flows—especially in hybrid or Flutter apps. Also, Flutter support is still under development, so some features feel a bit limited for now. That said, I’m confident it will improve over time.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us quickly debug issues by showing exactly what the user saw when a bug occurred. The ability to view session replays alongside the HTTP requests is incredibly valuable—we can see what data was sent or received and how the UI responded. This saves a lot of time when tracking down and reproducing bugs.

  ### 26. Love Session Replay

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Reviewing session screen recordings/network traffic. Having the actual incident with logging on the requests occurring is a gamechanger for troubleshooting issues.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Data retention seems to be limited. I can only review sessions for about 1 month before they are no longer available. Not sure if this is a setting our org has implemented or a limitation of the platform though.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a big improvement in gathering incident details when they occur to non-technical stakeholders. Helps to bridge the understanding gap.

  ### 27. I love to use LogRocket to watch what my customers do

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Session replay is super valuable for our frontline customer support team in understanding a user issue without needing to pry for information, delivering a much improved experience for both ends. I use this feature every day.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I don't have any downsides to share at the time.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket solves the problem of needing to get more information from customers about what they exactly experienced, reducing time to resolve tickets and improved customer support experience. Our customers can reach out about a vague issue they ran into, and our support team can watch exactly what happened in the replay.

  ### 28. Makes Action Analysis Simple and Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Analysing actions is made simple. It minimises any misinterpretation.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The session is sometimes unavailable, so it's hard to verify what was actually done.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A customer will describe what action they've taken, but this is sometimes vague. LogRocket allows specific, accurate analysis of these actions.

  ### 29. Onboarding Specialist loves having a peek behind the curtains!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Senior Associate--Onboarding Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

A significant portion of my work is answering support tickets for app users. LogRocket helps me bridge the gap between what the users are reporting vs. actual user actions. Often times, this leads to breakthroughs in understanding that translate to process improvements.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Pop-up screens aren't visible, so I have to make educated guesses about what the user might be seeing.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to more quickly identify areas where the app users are experiencing issues, and get them hired more quickly and efficiently.

  ### 30. Software Developer

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I am able to see exactly what the user did across the network, which makes it easier to fix bugs and address bottlenecks.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I think it is really good. I like that we can add multiple users on the free version. I would love to have more session replays included in the free membership, but I understand that it might be difficult to offer that.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can fix bugs way much faster

  ### 31. Easy to Use, Especially with VoiceOver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

How easy it is to use! Especially using the voice over ability!

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Its a bit frustrating needing to log back in so frequently.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is extremely easy to report bugs to my Dev team. I also use it to give short video demos!

  ### 32. A Clear Window into the True User Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muskaan K. | Process Developer, Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

What's great about LogRocket is that it gives you a clear unvarnished view of the user experience. It doesn't merely report errors it illustrates the user's precise path to the errors. We get to see the trip, not merely the arrival. It's particularly useful for determining places where users become confused or frustrated even if no technical errors are present. It's also extremely useful for monitoring feature adoption & learning how new changes fare.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The tool is data intensive & this slows down browsing sessions sometimes particularly awhen there are many tabs open. Additionally for beginners using session replay software the interface may at first appear intimidating but it becomes easy once you use it for a few days.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's enabling us to transition from assumptions to facts. Instead of assuming we understand how users act now we really get to see it. It's causing us to make improved UI decisions, fix bugs quicker & even improve customer retention. It's not a technical tool it's become an integral part of how we make product decisions in general.

  ### 33. LogRocket Illuminates User Problems We Were Unable to Replicate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nahid S. | Tax Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The greatest thing about LogRocket is how it bridges the gap between user complaints & actual solutions. It's as if you have a behind the scenes video of every session. Rather than having to decipher cryptic bug reports or surmise where users were having trouble we watch exactly when it occurred. The playback of sessions is seamless & the ability for you to see errors user actions & network activity all side by side is a major benefit.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Certain sessions feel a tad lengthy & it would be nice to have a better way to bypass directly to the important moments such as where there was an error or where the user bounced. Plus mobile session recording occasionally drops certain gestures so there's a bit of a gap here.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LogRocket it was actually very hard to understand how actual users were using our site in real life. Now we can observe where users get confused what on the page they're skipping over & precisely when stuff breaks. It's helped us make everything better site navigation form design overall stability. We can identify problems sooner & with much greater certainty.

  ### 34. Great tool for independent developers and corporations alike

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago G. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Our team loves the Session Replay feature! As a small group working on our first commercial projects outside our previous corporate roles, Log Rocket has been an invaluable tool for us. It helps us understand our users and efficiently debug production issues.

We use Log Rocket daily after each release, and we also review sessions casually throughout the development cycle. This proactive approach keeps us one step ahead of our customers’ needs. It was extremely easy to set up, including adding session identity, the SDK definitely comes with batteries included.

We highly recommend Log Rocket to other small teams looking to improve their user experience and streamline debugging.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

We have zero complaints about the service and the features or lack thereof so far. The only "downside" for us is pricing, we wish there was a lower paid tier for teams that do not need to scale as much, but for whom the free tier falls sometimes short.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us quickly debug production issues and understand user behavior, especially in our form-heavy onboarding process. By analyzing session replays, we can identify where users struggle and make improvements, which leads to a smoother user experience and fewer support requests.

  ### 35. Wonderful tool we are utilising in various ways!! Thanks LogRocket!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teaghan G. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Being able to utilise user sessions to debug issues they may be experiencing.
We also utilise LogRocket to track user experience such as areas of improvment: RageClicking / DeadClicking etc.
As a QA Engineer, debugging issues which has recorded user sessions with great detail and no need to waste my time watching the whole video or session either, i can customise my search or what i want to see in the users session which is really cool and useful.
Filtering and adding custom events and actions as well, with segment integration!

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Some limitations with integration i think..

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Users often dont provide enough info when emailing or logging an issue/bug. with logrocket there is less need to customer/QA enquiries and communication, i can watch the user session attached to the issue and have a faster turn around time on the issue.
* Understanding the user journey through our application and usability, QA and CS teams utilise some tracking to ensure users have less rage/dead clicking experiences
* More uses such as tracking user analytics

  ### 36. Great for user insights, but pricing and noise could improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nastia O. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Watching session recordings is incredibly valuable — it gives clear insight into user behavior and, more importantly, highlights exactly where users are getting stuck. It’s a powerful tool for UX and product teams to identify friction points and improve the experience.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

There are a lot of short, empty recordings (sometimes just 1 second), which create noise and make it harder to filter for meaningful sessions. Also, the pricing model feels steep — going from $0 to $350/month is a big leap for small startups with limited budgets. A more gradual pricing tier would help early-stage teams adopt the tool more easily.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us identify where users struggle in the app by providing real-time session replays and behavior insights. This reduces guesswork in debugging issues and allows our product team to quickly improve the user experience. It also helps us prioritize feature updates based on real user interactions, which leads to faster iteration and better retention.

  ### 37. Reliable Website Activity Monitoring with No Drawbacks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana A. | Operations and Customer Support Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

How reliable it is to check our wesite's activity.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

That I can't have my session open for long periods of time and need to log in every time I need to check recordings.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see how our customers use our platform and get feedback on what we can improve it and make more user friendly.

  ### 38. Excellent Client Monitoring Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Destiny E. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I appreciate being able to monitor what my clients are doing.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I wish there was a way to see what their clients are doing, and an all time view option rather than 30 days.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the errors clients encounter and what is happening.

  ### 39. Game-Changer for Debugging and UX Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane P. | Vice President of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket has completely transformed how we troubleshoot user issues. The session replay feature is an absolute lifesaver—being able to see exactly what the user experienced removes all the guesswork from bug tracking. It's also invaluable for understanding user behavior and optimizing UI/UX. The integration with error tracking tools and Redux state logs gives us a full picture in one place. It’s user-friendly and surprisingly fast to implement.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Pricing can get a little steep as your session volume scales, especially for non-profits or startups. I also wish the dashboard had more advanced filtering and segmentation options out of the box—sometimes you need to dig around more than you’d like to find patterns in user behavior. Additionally, while it's excellent for front-end issues, deeper backend integrations could improve overall observability.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is helping us bridge the gap between what users report and what actually happens on the site. It's eliminated endless back-and-forth about "I can't reproduce this issue" by letting us watch sessions and pinpoint exactly what went wrong. It also provides performance and behavior insights that help us prioritize fixes and improve the user experience. We’ve reduced time to resolution and improved stakeholder confidence in our debugging process.

  ### 40. Save hours researching bugs and user experience with LogRocket

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryn C. | Director of eBusiness, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

We implemented LogRocket about a year ago and it was a very easy set up. We can instantly see user replay sessions which has saved us an immense amount of time logging bugs with our dev team or spending countless errors trying to recreate bugs only to realize it was user error. This has given us great insight into user behavior and sped up our bug fixes/releases for our website. The service is easy to navigate, and sessions are easy to find with user ids.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I don't have any downsides really. There is access to a lot of data, so it might be overwhelming to some users but I think they do a good job of setting up the dashboards and simplifying preconfigured options.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to having log rocket enabled, we would get reports of user issues that may/may not be bugs related to the website. Based on that limited information, we would then have to go through lots of troubleshooting to try and recreate the issues, record the issue or take screen shots and then send it to our development team. Now we can just look up the specific user session and share an actual video with our development team in our JIRAs. This has sped up research time and allowed us to prioritize bugs much better. It's also helped us filter out between what is a bug and potentially user error.

  ### 41. Must have for any web app company - a true life saver/great debugging tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle S. | Full stack Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

It is the best way to help clients with technical issues they face. Sometimes you do not receive enough description about what the issue is. It is clear through log rocket to be able to see the steps to reproduce as well as if it may just be user error. It is easy to navigate through their portal and to sessions. My coworkers will send each other session clips to better understand a user's technical issue. It is a must have for any web development team! We use it every day! I am not entirely sure how it was integrated but I believe it was easy. The other tools they offer such as Galileo AI and product analytics is also extremely helpful in terms of product development - what features or user flows can be improved.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Nothing - usually I would have some dislikes but I think they continually try to improve their user experience and constantly ask for feedback which lets me know they care a lot about catering to their users. Maybe just the cost but it is definitely worth it!

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer service on what user/client is facing on our web application.

  ### 42. Great solution, with a single compromise

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iván Sebastián M. | Software Engineer Mid Senior, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

As a developer, I’ve found LogRocket’s session replay feature incredibly useful for debugging and understanding real user behavior. Being able to visually retrace a user’s steps with exact clicks, inputs, and even console logs has saved me countless hours trying to reproduce bugs. It also integrates nicely with my existing stack, making it easy to track issues and improve UX without adding much overhead.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

That said, LogRocket can get a bit pricey, especially as your app scales and session volume increases. While the insights are top-notch, the pricing model based on sessions rather than users can make it harder to predict costs. Still, if you have the budget, the value it provides in terms of faster debugging and better product decisions is totally worth it.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We identified several issues within our user onboarding flow, a critical conversion funnel that directly impacts users’ ability to successfully access and engage with our application. Addressing these bugs is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maximize user adoption.

  ### 43. A Must-Have for Any Product Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nik H. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I love how effortlessly it helps us identify and resolve issues. The session recording and reporting give us a clear, visual timeline of user interactions, making debugging and troubleshooting incredibly efficient. The PagerDuty integration ensures we’re alerted to critical issues in real-time, helping us stay proactive rather than reactive. We use LogRocket every day, across our entire organization, and it was incredibly easy to get up and running, especially with the LogRocket team meeting with us frequently for checkups.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The closest thing to a con that I can think of, is that there are often limitations on how many alerts you can have active at a time, or other metrics. However, after working with our support team at LogRocket, they raised those limits and ensured that we got exactly what we needed, and quickly.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several benefits to LogRocket in our organization, but the main one that my team sees is the alerting to notify us when our site is having issues, and the ability to go straight from the alert to the recording. This eliminates the time that it takes for someone to reach out to the user, get a recording of the issue, and then start working on it.

  ### 44. Makes Customer Troubleshooting Easy—No More Screenshot Requests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

makes troubleshooting customer issues much easier. gone are the days of requesting screenshots.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

wish there were more choices for speeding up clips. 1 x 2x 10x

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

often times when troubleshooting an issue you’re missing the tangible proof piece.

  ### 45. Very Intuitive and Easy to Follow—even for Non-Technical Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Very intuitive (especially for someone who isn't technical), mostly easy to filter and follow users

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes new user sign ups don't show up immediately or sporadically their session recording takes an hour or so to show up — I'm antsy sometimes and would like to see what they're doing right away haha

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me specifically, makes it very easy to follow users right after sign up and where they get stuck, which in turn inspires potential product changes

  ### 46. Easy to use tool to help triage production support issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica A. | Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The best thing about LogRocket is the ability to playback recorded sessions from our entire user base. It's easy to search by user email or date to match sessions up with the timing of errors in other systems and user reports. Once I find the spot in the session that I need, I can easily share that specific spot in the recording with the engineers. This is extremely helpful in trying to recreate production issues and gather the evidence to streamline a fix.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

With our current plan, our session replay recordings are available for one month unless they were played back. It would be great to have access to recordings for the past year regardless if they were played back or not.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to easily find session replays to diagnose issues reported to support. It streamlines a lot of communication back and forth with the reporter.

  ### 47. Great tooling and helpful support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew D. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The team i extremely responsive and always willing to work with us to implement new features

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes complicated to implement with other services

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track what our users are doing on site and on our app. Session replay really allows us to dig into specific issues and understand what's going on. The Galileo tool is awesome with helping translate findings to natural language

  ### 48. A great tool thats very useful across teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I've worked with LR in a few functions at my current company; so whether I just needed to see the steps a user took or be able to see exactly what error popped when reviewing it provides invaluable information when it comes to troubleshooting

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I do wish there was a way to have the user base more searchable; for example if it connected to Salesforce and I could then search activity connected to a particular account in our system. As I am on the product team it would be very helpful to be able to search any activity I'm looking for for a particular account

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most difficult things to see during customer interviews is the raw nature in which users use our site. With this, I can see what they are doing organically without feeling like they are being watched

  ### 49. Perfect App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirollos A. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Perfect App LogRocket is incredibly useful for diagnosing issues quickly with session replays and frontend monitoring. It’s user-friendly, integrates well, and provides great insights into user behavior. Some features could be more intuitive, but overall, it’s an excellent debugging tool for developers. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Needs Improvement LogRocket provides powerful session replays and monitoring, but navigating logs can feel overwhelming due to the sheer amount of data. Some features could be more intuitive, and pricing may be a concern for smaller teams. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a useful tool for debugging and improving user experience.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for Tracking My App LogRocket helps me track my app and screens efficiently. It solves the problem of identifying issues by providing detailed session replays and frontend monitoring. With its insights, I can quickly diagnose problems, improve user experience, and ensure smooth functionality. This has significantly helped streamline my development process.
