Our account stopped recording sessions once we hit our limits and it takes more than 12 hours to get the process of plan upgradation to work. We worked with a customer success rep called Daina and she just ghosted us for hours when we were trying to upgrade. We used to have users swear that they did something correctly (or didn't do something). Even though we always suspected it, we couldn't prove it. That all changed once we installed LogRocket, we could "see" what the user did so they couldn't lie. We would take videos and screenshots from LogRocket and show them that it was a user error most of the time. It also helps us find and resolve general bugs much quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We used to have some playback issues with longer sessions glitching and being unwatchable. More recently, we tried to leave them because we outgrew LogRocket, but LogRocket is absolutely HORRIBLE to work with and won't let you leave even though we have about a month before the existing contract is supposed to auto renew. We used to be blind to what the users saw except for some of our logging. LogRocket allows us to see what the user sees.
