## About LogRocket
LogRocket is an AI session replay and product analytics tool that helps digital teams understand why users are having bad experiences and ship fixes more quickly. At the core of the platform is Galileo, LogRocket’s AI that continuously watches session replays from real users, reads support tickets, listens to customer calls, and tracks product changes to surface user struggles and technical issues automatically. LogRocket then routes these fixes into the development workflow (including AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code) to help teams fix issues faster. LogRocket is used by engineers, product managers, and UX teams building web and mobile applications. Galileo surfaces issues proactively, so instead of going into the platform to look for problems, teams are alerted to what matters most and handed the context they need to act. Core capabilities include: - Session replay: Pixel-perfect recordings of user sessions captured alongside console logs, network requests, Redux state, and performance data, giving engineers the context needed to reproduce issues without guesswork. - Error and performance monitoring: Automatic capture of JavaScript errors, network failures, and performance degradation, surfaced alongside the session in which they occurred. - Product analytics: Funnel analysis, user segmentation, feature usage tracking, and retention metrics, built on the same session data used for debugging. - Workflow integrations: Connects with tools including Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and Intercom, routing issues identified in LogRocket into existing development and support workflows. - MCP server: Allows AI agents to connect directly to LogRocket, enabling them to watch real session replays and gain context on the user experience. LogRocket supports modern web frameworks, including React, Angular, and Vue, as well as native iOS and Android applications. LogRocket is shortening the distance between identifying a user problem and shipping a fix. The platform integrates with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, allowing issues identified in the platform to be passed directly to an AI agent as a fully-loaded coding task, complete with session replay, error context, and reproduction steps.

## LogRocket Reviews
 ### 1. LogRocket’s Detailed Session Replays for Critical Product Development Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** twaal22@gmail.com W. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I think logrocket does an excellent job helping the user search for and access key video reviews. It provides a simple and elegant interface, event logging for key user actions taken, and is a critical tool for better understanding user activity in-app

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

A couple areas of improvement:
 - LogRocket only allows me to look back over 3 months of activity. Sometimes I wish I could go deeper in reviewing user activity, or see user interaction with deprecated features
 - I can't download user sessions. In an age of AI, I want to be able to access the raw video to plug into claude, not just a share link
 - The AI summary is very sparse and rarely captures the holistic activity across the session.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is helping me understand user sessions. I have a huge B2B product and don't have the ability to easily ask customers about their usage habits and patterns, nor their frustrations with the platform. Users also are not always forthcoming with their frustrations with the platform. Watching users interact with the application in real time betters my understanding of critical user flows and pain points

 ### 2. LogRocket Makes Performance Troubleshooting and Team Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan C. | UI/UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Using LogRocket makes it easy for me to spot and troubleshoot performance issues. The UI/UX patterns are clear, so it’s simple to see what users are doing and understand where things go wrong. The AI agent also saves me time by reviewing session recordings while I’m working on other parts of my projects. It helps our team communicate better as well, since we can show bug severity more clearly and connect everything through the JIRA integration. I thoroughly enjoy the ability to edit and create dashboards.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

As a first-time user, I found the onboarding could have been much more specific. A guided tutorial option would likely help close this gap for new users. As it was, I had to schedule extra meetings just to fully understand how the system works.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps fill the gap between user experience and user interface. It gives me data I can share to support my design decisions, and the data visualization is a huge help. It’s also been really useful for understanding common user paths versus how I thought users would navigate the site. Overall, this system helps me identify user issues and experience gaps through analytics.

 ### 3. LogRocket Makes Troubleshooting Client Issues Faster and Clearer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket helps a lot with troubleshooting, especially when a client is unable to remember what steps they took to produce an error. It also helps when clients are adamant that something wasn't user error (when in fact, it was lol).

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

One improvement I’d love to see is better navigation for very long session replays. It can be difficult to pinpoint a specific moment because the timeline cursor is so small, making it hard to scrub to an exact timeframe. I’d also love a more intuitive way to locate specific user interactions, such as when a user clicked a particular button or element. Being able to search for those events directly instead of manually combing through an entire session would make debugging much faster and improve the overall experience.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us identify what may have caused a customer's issue and how to reproduce it. The console data also helps the devs a lot with troubleshooting.

 ### 4. Invaluable Session Replays for Fast, Accurate Bug Diagnosis

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah P. | Full Stack Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The session replays are invaluable for reproducing and diagnosing user bugs, without having to ask users a thousand questions just to track down and solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The search and filtering UI feels a bit cumbersome to use, especially since different filters are scattered across multiple places. The session replay UI can also be extremely slow to load, and the network panel within replays could use another pass from a usability standpoint. Chrome’s inspector is the de facto standard for network inspection, and I’d like to see LogRocket mimic that UI a bit more closely.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the Engineer <-> Customer Support <-> Customer cycle by many iterations. Engineers can receive a ticket from CS saying, "Hey, this user saw this bug," and then use the tools to jump in, see exactly what the user saw, and fix it. That means we don’t have to go back to customers with follow-up questions like what they saw, what errors they got, or whether we can hop on a call and try again.

 ### 5. LogRocket’s Galileo AI Makes Website Data Analysis Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I think LogRocket has a lot of very useful tools when analyzing website data. One feature I really enjoy is the Galileo AI since it scans hundreds of different sessions while giving you feedback, without you needing to.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Other than their custom events, it is often difficult to track certain steps, due to them being more complicated than just a simple URL visit or button click. This places a large obstacle when trying to make these charts due to the need for engineers for the custom events.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is allowing us to get good insights into how users are interacting with the website and where certain drop-off points occur. This allows us to assess these issues and make changes as needed.

 ### 6. Useful for analyzing navigation and understanding bottlenecks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Léo D. | Chef de projet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The tool allows me to analyze the navigation of users encountering difficulties and to understand what is blocking them.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Pricing is important as soon as there is medium to high traffic.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logrocket allowed us to analyze in detail the errors encountered by users on our clients' websites and thus save time in analyzing and reproducing error scenarios.

 ### 7. Easy to Use with Clear, Readable Error Logs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago A. | Full-Stack Product Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Its easiness to use and clear and easy to read error logs from the Error tracking feature

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Error logs could have much more information. Disliked the forced pro plan trial at the beginning

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding our product analytics and especially error / bug catching and tracking for seamless debugging without waiting for user's complaints

 ### 8. Session Replay Makes Debugging Issues Much Faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I really enjoy the session replay feature, especially the timeline scrub marker that correlates with the log entries and the network timeline, as well as being able to see users’ clicks and movements. It makes debugging issues much faster.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

One issue I’ve noticed is that user sessions seem to end too quickly. When I compare sessions in Mixpanel, I can see other events being tracked there that aren’t included in the events in LogRocket, even though they should be.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users often report UI/UX-related issues, so it’s really helpful to see their exact experience described from their point of view.

 ### 9. Simple Setup and Session Replay That Clarifies Vague Customer Issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Telle M. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket was very simple to install and get up and running. I also like that our team can quickly pinpoint vague customer issues (like “checkout isn’t working”) by using the Session Replay feature, which makes it much easier to understand what the customer actually experienced.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It’s honestly hard to find much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be the learning curve that comes with all the features. I’m constantly discovering new things in LogRocket just by poking around, and I often find myself wishing I’d known about them sooner.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket makes it easy and fast to diagnose customer issues. On top of that, it helps us spot problems that customers don’t even report. As a result, we can address issues quickly and deliver a much better user experience.

 ### 10. Screen Recordings and Galileo AI is good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Menka AI . | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Screen recordings and Gallelio AI are best features. Low setup and coverage of reporting

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

UI and the way the listing pages are designed. Could have been better UI.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me monitor my release and features from a product usage prespective

 ### 11. Session Replay and Diagnostics Make Client Conversations Clearer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

As an account manager, what I value most about LogRocket is the visibility it provides into the real user experience. The session replay and detailed diagnostics make it straightforward to see exactly where users run into issues, helping our team understand what’s happening quickly without relying on guesswork. It also makes conversations with clients far more productive, because we can reference specific interactions and supporting data instead of vague reports. Overall, it helps us troubleshoot faster, improve the product experience, and communicate more clearly with both internal teams and customers.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

One downside of LogRocket is that the sheer amount of data it captures can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to sift through a large volume of sessions to find the most relevant issues. The filtering tools do help, but it can still take time to narrow things down and pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for. On top of that, some of the more advanced insights and features come with a learning curve, so teams may need a bit of time before they can fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps solve the challenge of understanding what users actually experience when they interact with a website or application. Rather than relying on screenshots, vague bug reports, or trying to reproduce issues manually, it offers session replays and detailed error tracking so our team can see exactly where things break and where users struggle.

As an account manager, I find this especially valuable because it speeds up troubleshooting and helps our team respond to client concerns with clear, data-backed insights. We can resolve issues faster, improve the user experience more efficiently, and have better-informed conversations with clients about what’s happening on their platform and how we’re addressing it.

 ### 12. Funnels + Session Replay Made It Easy to Spot Drop-Offs and Get Qualitative Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I loved being able to create different funnels to pinpoint the critical drop-off points in our flow. Being able to watch the users who abandoned was also awesome. I was originally worried that Log Rocket would only show the people who made it all the way through the funnel, but the ability to isolate users who dropped off at specific points was great. It’s a great way to identify quantitative leads and then immediately dig into sessions via session replay to get those qualitative insights.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The UI at first was overwhelming to figure out how to use. It does require you to go through a tutorial or have a colleague guide you. I think also there's a part of LogRocket that requires you to know what you want to do, and I'd love to see LogRocket get to a point where you're inspired to come up with new ways to slice and dice your data.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Key drop off points in our user journey

 ### 13. Great Overall Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ran N. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I like how simple it is to use and implement, and I also appreciate the options available for the different dashboards. I also like the integration with AI (Galileo) for additional insights.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I don’t like the heatmap charts or how you interact with them. The overall experience feels unclear and hard to use, and it takes more effort than it should to understand what I’m looking at or make the chart do what I want.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps me solve the problem of needing a clear, centralized platform where I can analyze and better understand how users are using my platform.

 ### 14. Great for Usage Insights and Debugging with Helpful Memory Charts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket has been really helpful for understanding our usage patterns. It’s also come in handy when we’re debugging those pesky issues, and the memory consumption charts have been useful as well.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The performance monitoring setup has to be configured manually before it will start recording performance data. I’d find it more helpful if it came with a few template metrics enabled by default, so it could start capturing some baseline perf data out of the box.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Understand user patterns across our webapp. We setup dashboards and closely analyze how are users using our new features. This helps us interate quickly
2.Debug tricky client side issues - We've been able to debug tens of issues because of logrocket sessions helping us emulate user behaviours

 ### 15. Session Replay + Network Calls in One UI Makes Debugging Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Having session replay and network calls in the same UI/UX to debug fully

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes, especially if the session replay is long, it takes a long time to load

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to debug user actions and see the FE + network calls

 ### 16. Easy Setup and Smooth Integration, but Preview UI Can Get Stuck

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas D. | App & Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Good integration and easy setup in my project

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes the UI is stuck or doesnt render properly in the preview

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving Issues when Testers find rare Bugs which we cant really figure out ourselve

 ### 17. Effortless Debugging and Time-Saving Insights with LogRocket

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I am very easily able to debug issues with LogRocket. Any support ticket that we receive, it saves a lot of time to see the LogRocket session instead of setting up to replicate the issue. Having information about the network calls help debugging very convinient

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I was unable to navigate to our internal datadog logs from a LogRocket session to get more details on the API calls. If this could be possible with proper access in place, it would help resolving issues faster.
I was also not able to easily find the timestamps of the API calls being made. Having them available/more visible would be a better user experience and help in searching for relevant events during that time.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We generally use LogRocket to replay sessions for customer issues to help debug and resolve them. Some details from customer complaints can be missed and there can be some gap in understanding. Having the exact session at disposal where the user faced an issue helps in understanding and resolving the issue much faster and efficiently

 ### 18. Easy Setup and a Great Free Plan for Getting Started

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Its easy to setup in any project. For a starting project its perfect because of his free start plan to see what the user does and wich errors are the most importat ones.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The next plan it goes way above the starting point for a company. Going from free to 500€ its a lot for this kind of projects. And maybe i dont want that much of more replays, just more features to keep analyzing my current ones.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can track the paths that follow your users and see what they expect for the app to do or in my case see the errors and what is causing them

 ### 19. Powerful Performance Monitoring and AI Insights, but Session Deletion Needs Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

A wide range of features for monitoring a website’s performance. It includes tools to identify weaknesses, plus AI assistance to help improve it.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It’s not currently possible to manually remove recorded sessions. I understand and appreciate that recordings are tied to an agreed service tier and a set number of recordings, but I still feel there are cases where being able to delete recordings would be valuable, even if they would otherwise remain under their existing signature for the full storage lifetime.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying performance issues experienced by users of our system, based on their geographic location.

 ### 20. Detailed Session Replays and Intuitive Interface Elevate the Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The session replays are detailed, providing a clear view of network requests and a comprehensive list of issues. The user interface is both visually appealing and straightforward to navigate, making the overall experience enjoyable and efficient.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Some essential features, such as Email Alerting, Rage Clicks, and Dead Clicks, are only available in the PRO Plan, even though competitors like Clarity offer them more broadly. I believe Email Alerting should be included as a core feature in all plans, since not every team uses Slack. If cost is a concern, perhaps you could allow users to connect their own SMTP for email alerting.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Session Replay has been valuable for tracking lead submissions and enhancing the user experience of our forms. It has helped us identify areas where we can improve form submission by offering better UX and additional features. Additionally, it assists in diagnosing and resolving issues that appear in the browser console for different users.

 ### 21. LogRocket: Our Go-To for Session Replays

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket is our tool of choice to look at session replays, review specific bugs/edge cases, and uncover new feedback that we previously wouldn't have had insight into. It's also super intuitive to use for even non-technical users which we appreciate. Their support team is fantastic and can jump on a call anytime. As a PM, I use it at least once a week, if not more, to dive deeper into our customer's behavior and uncover unmet needs.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

-Galileo AI is still hit or miss depending on your use case
-Requires you adding code to every page you want monitored
- Setting up dashboards can take a bit of time

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Monitoring user behavior and testing acceptance criteria / desired behavior
- Uncovering new edge cases / bugs in our prod environment, that we wouldn't come across in dev/staging environments
- Analyze usage of a new feature / page

 ### 22. Good Analytics and Mobile Session Replay With Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William T. | Co-Founder / CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRockets flexibility is great. You can easily create any table / graph you are looking for in just the click of a few buttons. As a software goes it's relatively easy to learn.

Basically whenever you have a question along the lines of: how many users are doing X then Y? Or what percentage of users who did X never did Y, etc.? The answer is only a few clicks away.

The mobile session replay can be incredibly helpful for detecting what actually went on in a session. Very often users claim they did X to produce some bug, but in reality they did Y. This makes the debugging process hundreds of times shorter.

The SDK is easy to implement, only taking my team a day or two.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

LogRocket is expensive for one. There are certainly other solutions that are cheaper.

The session replay often drops the last few seconds of a session so you can't always tell what went on right before a crash or similar session ending experience.

Getting a dedicated customer success manager was also priced out of our tier, even though we are spending thousands of dollars per year.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In early stages LogRocket was a fantastic bug finding software. Users would report a bug and we could relatively easily find what actually went on with a sufficient degree of accuracy.

More recently it has morphed into a very flexible analytics tool that allows us to quickly answer any question regarding use or interoperability of features.

 ### 23. Pretty cool / kinda creepy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy G. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

It's such a quick way to gather a ton of information about how my users are using our platform. Especially to be able to see them go through the initial onboarding flow, I get a lot of insight into where people are spending most of their time, where they're getting stuck, and if there are any improvements we could make to make their experience smoother and guide them towards the behaviors we want to see.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I'd love to be able to "tag" session replays while I'm watching them. For example if I want to collect snippets to share with my Product, currently I'm just copying the URL and compiling a list in a spreadsheet. But ideally I'd love to just use tags or folders in LogRocket to store clips that I can share all at once with teammates. Also on my Analytics page there's a chart that says "How often are users returning?" which is really interesting but when I click in to view more details, I get the spinning wheel of death.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without LogRocket I would need to rely only on behavioral data from Mixpanel + survey data + user interviews to try to understand what users are doing and how they're using my product. But most people never respond to surverys, and even fewer people want to hop on a call to do an interview. So I'd be missing a LOT of information without LogRocket. I also really love that it can tell me the difference between logged in sessions vs anonymous sessions. That way I can follow one single user journey (such as my power users, for example) to more deeply understand them.

 ### 24. Video Playback Synced to Network Requests—A Great Debugging Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddy R. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The video playback, synced with the actual network request, is such a great tool.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It can be overwhelming, there are many things going on in the screen

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps me debug and understand the issues my clients are facing just by reviewing the recordings. It’s been a big benefit because I can track down and fix errors without having to bug my clients directly.

 ### 25. A Game-Changer for User Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The ability to quickly jump in and review a session from a business user is genuinely a game changer. Being able to see exactly what they saw and did removes so much guesswork, cuts down on back-and-forth, and helps us pinpoint issues fast. It saves a ton of time and makes resolving problems smoother for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Speed can be slow sometimes, but overall it’s pretty user-friendly. If they could make it faster to find a specific user or session, that would be a big improvement.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket solves the problem of not being able to see what a user actually experienced when something goes wrong. Instead of guessing or going back and forth with the user, it gives us a replay of their session along with console logs, network activity, and errors.

 ### 26. Makes Troubleshooting Easier by Letting Me See What the Customer Sees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Destanee T. | CX Agent, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I like that it lets me see exactly what the customer is seeing. It makes troubleshooting much easier, faster, and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes it doesn’t pull up the information I need. For example, when I’m trying to see what a customer did, a log rocket sometimes won’t pull up even though I have the correct information.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier for me to see what the customer is seeing, which helps eliminate miscommunication and confusion. It’s very helpful, and it allows me to clearly understand exactly what the customer is seeing. LogRocket helps solve honestly, almost all of the issues.

 ### 27. Smart Issue Grouping That Highlights What Matters Most

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

How they group issues together to highlight the most common/severe ones.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

There are a lot of videos to go through at times and you can lose track of which ones have been watched vs. not. Sometimes you rewatch the same ones.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing major issues of usage in our product. We realize the amount of performance issues and see how things look on the users' screens. Also nice to have a reference of what users are doing and easy to share with team. The grouping of major/common issues is helpful so we know how to priortize.

 ### 28. LogRocket: Great for Troubleshooting, but Needs Better Search and Pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I like that LogRocket gives clear visibility into the full customer experience, from frontend behavior to backend requests. It’s made troubleshooting and optimizing performance much faster for our team. The ability to replay sessions and connect them directly to errors or analytics data adds real operational value and helps us prioritize fixes based on actual impact.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

What I’d like to see improved is the search and filtering experience, which can feel limited at scale. Pricing also ramps quickly as usage grows, and longer data retention would make it a stronger tool for pattern analysis over time.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us quickly identify, reproduce, and resolve issues that impact customer experience. It gives our engineering and QA teams full visibility into what users saw, what actions they took, and what failed behind the scenes. This has significantly reduced time spent investigating bugs and improved collaboration between developers and product owners. By connecting session data with performance metrics, it also helps us validate fixes and ensure that changes lead to measurable improvements in site stability and usability.

 ### 29. Faithful Session Replays, but a Janky UI/UX for Reviewing Users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Faithfully replays sessions, letting us catch fraudsters faking info

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Janky UI/UX when looking at users and their sessions, like random zooming

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faithfully replays user activity that logs alone won't show

 ### 30. Detailed Request Header Logging Throughout the Session

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I like that you guys dump a lot of the request headers during the session, which aids with debugging (we can pull trace ids from the log rockets biz ops sends us)

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I can't put a finger on what is exactly is missing in this feature, but I'd like to be able to query more metrics from log rockets, such as request latency

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us reproduce bugs that users run into!

 ### 31. Robust UX Monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amparo U. | Senior Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

We've been using LogRocket ib our company the last half a year, and it’s been a game-changer for understanding user behavior, debugging faster, and improving our UX. Being able to replay user sessions and see exactly where friction happens has helped us make smarter, data-informed design decisions. It’s like having x-ray vision for our product. Highly recommend it to any team serious about user experience and product quality!

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It takes some time to fully understand how to get the most out of all its features, especially for non-technical team members.
If not configured well, you can end up with tons of sessions that aren’t relevant, making it harder to find the valuable ones without solid filters in place.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us deeply understand how real users interact with our product. It allows us to replay user sessions, identify points of confusion, and uncover bugs that would otherwise be hard to reproduce. This has significantly improved our ability to validate design decisions, prioritize issues based on real user behavior, and deliver a smoother UX. It’s especially useful during usability testing and post-release monitoring, where we can quickly verify whether users are engaging with new features as expected.

 ### 32. Great debugging tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas S. | Product manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Super easy to share sessions with engineers to create tickets and debug. Good analytics to keep track of new changes if you have proper FE events hooked up.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

No good integration iwth FF management and the dashboard creation experience is pretty manual

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Debugging and tracking sessions

 ### 33. Get quick insights about user behavior

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I can track cx agent productivity very well! I love that I can link Zendesk ticket <> Logrocket session easily! Super helpful

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The LogRocket session tracking pad. Confusing UI

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding how CX agents use tools. I get real time analyses into tool usage, where agents struggle using tools, etc. The LogRocket highlights API gives instant insights that would take me 10x time manually sifting through each session data

 ### 34. Log rocket made easy to debug

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I started to use log rocket a few months ago and I liked it session replay I allowed to me to see exactly what user were doing and this is very great insights for me as it helps me replicate the issue. filter by user is one of my favorite one

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

LogRocket for session replay but as developer who have tried other tools like sentry, I found it had to find the exact code that caused the problem, if we can have a way to locate a code that caused the problem, it will be great experiance

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is help me to understand what happens when there is an issue in the app and it has been beneficial to me because i helped to understand and see what user were doing before problem happens

 ### 35. Customizing and analyzing user journeys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle D. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I love how effortlessly you can select features directly from a session replay to build charts or create definitions. The ability to define custom metrics and reuse them across various reports; especially in path analysis, makes it incredibly easy to track and monitor common user journeys.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It would be really helpful to have more advanced conditional filtering, specifically the ability to include certain criteria while excluding others. Additionally, having the option to build basic tables or display data in a table format directly within dashboards would improve the ease of reporting.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket gives us valuable insights into how customers interact with our website. When we encounter performance or conversion issues, it helps us pinpoint the root cause. As a powerful optimization tool, it allows us to combine behavioral data with real-time user actions. This integration helps us to recommend and test solutions that directly address customer pain points.

 ### 36. Invaluable Session Replays for Fast, Effective Bug Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan J. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Replaying sessions to troubleshoot bugs is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes the filters can get clunky or it seems like they miss sessions that they should catch.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bug replication and troubleshooting.

 ### 37. Clear Unique User Insights and Trend Tracking Over Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

High level information about app usage by unique users and having the ability to track these trends over time

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes the App Sessions don't display correctly. The AI features that have been added recently seem more complex to use than it's worth to learn.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How is app usage changing based on time of day. Ability to determine direct causation rather than only seeing correlated trends.

 ### 38. Easily Searchable Sessions That Streamline Reviews

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I love that sessions are easily searchable and I can see user behavior in our platform to diagnose/ troubleshoot product issues.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Can be unreliable at times, sometimes sessions are not recorded when we have proof a user was using our platform.

Loading times can be excessive.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logrocket is helping me see user behavior in our platform to resolve customer support concerns more accurately and expediently.

 ### 39. Fast Updates, But Time Filter Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janaya R. | Customer Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

How it quickly updates, so can quickly see peoples logs

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I do wish that when I type in a knew persons name to look at their logs, that the time filter automatically would adjust to the time I search their name. Instead I have to readjust the filter to see current logs id that makes sense.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To see where people went wrong to help them

 ### 40. Good for basic session replays, and although it has a lot of advanced features they are hard to use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tal H. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Easy to find sessions and replay, easy to integrate events from our product to follow the user journey easily.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Hard to find the more advanced features, there are tons of them and it's not super intuitive to know when and how to use them. Furthermore, I would like to be able to tag colleagues within the organization, add comments on top of the recordings, save parts of the video for internal use and circulating, etc.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a way to monitor my features in production, and follow the events we fire internally in the product to debug behaviors that I wouldn't be able to otherwise.

 ### 41. A great way to see what my users are doing and how they work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I think that I can quickly watch recordings of users doing real work and get a lot of learning and understanding from it to improve my designs continually.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I find it hard to decode the bottom bar of when someone is not active, or on another tab, etc. Which can make it hard to stitch together their experience, especially because our product's aim is to get users out of multiple disparate systems and remain in ours.

We also have the basic plan, so this might be something that is easily accessible in the Pro version, but I have weekly metrics checks per client that I pull from the system (such as Average Session time) but to be able to quickly analyze the datasheet that I export, I need to use AI to help me. I would like this already done for me in Log Rocket.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me purely to see what users are doing, in an environment where they don't know I "am watching" which is crucial to understanding the customer journey, especially when users may not be super willing to give indepth and nuanced feedback.

 ### 42. So important for new product development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

There's only so much you can do to test a new UI/UX approach internally (even with AI). Can't tell you how many times I've held off on approving a release because I wasn't quite sure we'd considered things from every angle. With LogRocket, I'm increasingly willing to release things after working out all the noticeable bugs - and then reviewing things in LogRocket with *real* users. It's like I'm invisibly looking over the shoulder of my users. (Yes, it sounds a bit creepy - but to date, I've found absolutely nothing else that provides the level of user experience design insights as this approach).

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I'm not sure I have anything to say that's negative. Would love it if it integrated with more support tools than Zendesk and Intercom. But, that's more an idea than a negative.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to release product innovation faster, and get real user feedback in real use cases (nothing artificial, nothing AI).

 ### 43. Customizable Dashboards That Empower My Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake L. | Associate Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The ability to create dashboards with the things I need.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

It's a little complicated. I'm not use to setting these types of things up but it's been a bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is solving a lot of issues around bugs and other things like that. I'm able to give the session replay to the developers for them to see the bug.

 ### 44. Just the kind of insights you need to make data-informed decisions as a designer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The best part about LogRocket is the user session playback. Being able to skip inactivity and jump straight to specific events makes it super efficient. As a designer, it really helps me understand user behavior without digging through tons of data.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I think some of the most valuable features are hidden or not given enough visual weight. It often takes extra effort to find what I’m looking for, which affects the overall usability. A more focused UI with better prioritization could really enhance the experience.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us identify friction points across critical user journeys, especially in areas like job applications and time-off requests.

As a remote-first company operating a complex B2B/B2C product, understanding exactly what went wrong (and why) is crucial. Session replays combined with event tracking have helped us debug faster, align design decisions with real behavior, and reduce back-and-forth between support and engineering.

 ### 45. Software engineer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

The session monitoring which comes along with debug console and network requests insights.
Also. the filters and funnels that you can create to review specific customer journeys.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I would like AI to be more precise and also for Logrocket to revisit their limits to be more generous.
I would also like the plan to include A/B testing capabilities as other platforms offer along.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Session replay and product exploration through funnels and analytics

 ### 46. Android App Logging and Session Replay Are Game-Changers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Android app logging and the session replay on it,
It was easy to integrate, and the documentation was not too hard to follow.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

While the session replay is really good on the Android app
I have an issue making it not record the screen
It is not a train smash, but it is a bug I would like fixed

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Log Rockets is helping me track down issues users are having. Most of the time, they send vague emails about the issue they are having. This lets me get the details myself and resolve the issue quickly

 ### 47. Great for user insights, but pricing and noise could improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nastia O. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Watching session recordings is incredibly valuable — it gives clear insight into user behavior and, more importantly, highlights exactly where users are getting stuck. It’s a powerful tool for UX and product teams to identify friction points and improve the experience.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

There are a lot of short, empty recordings (sometimes just 1 second), which create noise and make it harder to filter for meaningful sessions. Also, the pricing model feels steep — going from $0 to $350/month is a big leap for small startups with limited budgets. A more gradual pricing tier would help early-stage teams adopt the tool more easily.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us identify where users struggle in the app by providing real-time session replays and behavior insights. This reduces guesswork in debugging issues and allows our product team to quickly improve the user experience. It also helps us prioritize feature updates based on real user interactions, which leads to faster iteration and better retention.

 ### 48. Game-Changer for Debugging and UX Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane P. | Vice President of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket has completely transformed how we troubleshoot user issues. The session replay feature is an absolute lifesaver—being able to see exactly what the user experienced removes all the guesswork from bug tracking. It's also invaluable for understanding user behavior and optimizing UI/UX. The integration with error tracking tools and Redux state logs gives us a full picture in one place. It’s user-friendly and surprisingly fast to implement.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Pricing can get a little steep as your session volume scales, especially for non-profits or startups. I also wish the dashboard had more advanced filtering and segmentation options out of the box—sometimes you need to dig around more than you’d like to find patterns in user behavior. Additionally, while it's excellent for front-end issues, deeper backend integrations could improve overall observability.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is helping us bridge the gap between what users report and what actually happens on the site. It's eliminated endless back-and-forth about "I can't reproduce this issue" by letting us watch sessions and pinpoint exactly what went wrong. It also provides performance and behavior insights that help us prioritize fixes and improve the user experience. We’ve reduced time to resolution and improved stakeholder confidence in our debugging process.

 ### 49. Very Intuitive and Easy to Follow—even for Non-Technical Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

Very intuitive (especially for someone who isn't technical), mostly easy to filter and follow users

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes new user sign ups don't show up immediately or sporadically their session recording takes an hour or so to show up — I'm antsy sometimes and would like to see what they're doing right away haha

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me specifically, makes it very easy to follow users right after sign up and where they get stuck, which in turn inspires potential product changes

 ### 50. A great tool thats very useful across teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I've worked with LR in a few functions at my current company; so whether I just needed to see the steps a user took or be able to see exactly what error popped when reviewing it provides invaluable information when it comes to troubleshooting

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I do wish there was a way to have the user base more searchable; for example if it connected to Salesforce and I could then search activity connected to a particular account in our system. As I am on the product team it would be very helpful to be able to search any activity I'm looking for for a particular account

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most difficult things to see during customer interviews is the raw nature in which users use our site. With this, I can see what they are doing organically without feeling like they are being watched
