Love that we analyse and explore a variety of reports to determine how our funnels, pages are performing overall, with a goal to continue improving.

There is a lot of different tabs and reports, organising this could be beneficial.

LogRocket solves issues such as how useful a landing page is, are people scrolling and reading the rest of the landing page.  What features are people getting stuck on.

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I work in Customer Support, so actually seeing what our customers did (vs. what they say they did) is SO VERY HELPFUL. Both to not bother them with extra questions, but also as a second source of truth that saves me time and going back and forth with my client. It's a tool I use in my everyday work when answering cases, and it was very easy to learn and implement in my day-to-day after switching from another similar tool. 

It has a lot of filters available that are great for narrowing down your search as much as possible, and I especially love that it displays the network logs right and error information right there. Truly revolutionary when you know what it's like to get a customer to retrieve a HAR file. 

While there's definitely a slight learning curve to utilize it, it's overall a great tool that I'm glad we have access to. I'm hoping to learn to use it to its full potential.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The layout can feel a bit overwhelming at times, and it's less intuitive than I'd like. That said, I'm sure with a bit more training, I'll get the hang of it.

I also wish we could access logs from further back than 30 days. It would be a huge help for looking into older issues, but this might just be a limitation of our company's subscription plan.

- Helps me verify the customer did what they say they did.
- I can see error messages without asking them for a screenshot.
- Its a second source of truth for any information the client shares.

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

What I like best about LogRocket is the session replay feature. It lets me actually watch how real users move around our SaaS dashboard, where they click, where they get stuck, and what’s confusing for them. Instead of guessing, I can see what’s happening for myself, which makes it so much easier to spot problems and improve the experience. It’s also great for troubleshooting bugs and learning what features our power users love most.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The main thing I don’t like about LogRocket is that there’s so much data, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It takes some time to figure out the filters and set up useful dashboards, especially if you’re new to this kind of tool. Also, if you have a lot of users, you might end up hitting your session limits pretty quickly and need to upgrade your plan.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket is helping us really understand what our users are doing on our platform, instead of just looking at numbers or guessing from support tickets. We can actually see where people get confused or stuck, which makes it easier to fix onboarding issues and improve our user flows. It’s also saving our support and engineering teams a lot of time, because they can replay user sessions to see exactly what went wrong, instead of going back and forth with the customer trying to figure it out. Overall, it’s helping us create a smoother, more user-friendly experience and letting us respond to issues much faster.

The session replays are detailed, providing a clear view of network requests and a comprehensive list of issues. The user interface is both visually appealing and straightforward to navigate, making the overall experience enjoyable and efficient.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Some essential features, such as Email Alerting, Rage Clicks, and Dead Clicks, are only available in the PRO Plan, even though competitors like Clarity offer them more broadly. I believe Email Alerting should be included as a core feature in all plans, since not every team uses Slack. If cost is a concern, perhaps you could allow users to connect their own SMTP for email alerting.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Session Replay has been valuable for tracking lead submissions and enhancing the user experience of our forms. It has helped us identify areas where we can improve form submission by offering better UX and additional features. Additionally, it assists in diagnosing and resolving issues that appear in the browser console for different users.

Deep integration with the application state (such as Redux), along with visibility into network requests, makes it much easier to diagnose complex frontend issues that don’t show up on the backend.

The tracking script can slightly impact page load performance on slower connections. I’d prefer the impact on the bundle size to be smaller.

LogRocket solves the 'mystery' of bug reproduction. Instead of guessing or asking users for screenshots, we can see exactly what happened. This benefits us by drastically reducing the time our engineering team spends on debugging, allowing them to focus on shipping new features rather than fixing old ones

LogRocket is our tool of choice to look at session replays, review specific bugs/edge cases, and uncover new feedback that we previously wouldn't have had insight into. It's also super intuitive to use for even non-technical users which we appreciate. Their support team is fantastic and can jump on a call anytime. As a PM, I use it at least once a week, if not more, to dive deeper into our customer's behavior and uncover unmet needs.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

-Galileo AI is still hit or miss depending on your use case
-Requires you adding code to every page you want monitored
- Setting up dashboards can take a bit of time

- Monitoring user behavior and testing acceptance criteria / desired behavior 
- Uncovering new edge cases / bugs in our prod environment, that we wouldn't come across in dev/staging environments

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRockets flexibility is great. You can easily create any table / graph you are looking for in just the click of a few buttons. As a software goes it's relatively easy to learn. 

Basically whenever you have a question along the lines of: how many users are doing X then Y? Or what percentage of users who did X never did Y, etc.? The answer is only a few clicks away.

The mobile session replay can be incredibly helpful for detecting what actually went on in a session.  Very often users claim they did X to produce some bug, but in reality they did Y. This makes the debugging process hundreds of times shorter.

The SDK is easy to implement, only taking my team a day or two.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

LogRocket is expensive for one. There are certainly other solutions that are cheaper.

The session replay often drops the last few seconds of a session so you can't always tell what went on right before a crash or similar session ending experience.

Getting a dedicated customer success manager was also priced out of our tier, even though we are spending thousands of dollars per year.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In early stages LogRocket was a fantastic bug finding software. Users would report a bug and we could relatively easily find what actually went on with a sufficient degree of accuracy.

More recently it has morphed into a very flexible analytics tool that allows us to quickly answer any question regarding use or interoperability of features.

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

It's such a quick way to gather a ton of information about how my users are using our platform. Especially to be able to see them go through the initial onboarding flow, I get a lot of insight into where people are spending most of their time, where they're getting stuck, and if there are any improvements we could make to make their experience smoother and guide them towards the behaviors we want to see.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

I'd love to be able to "tag" session replays while I'm watching them. For example if I want to collect snippets to share with my Product, currently I'm just copying the URL and compiling a list in a spreadsheet. But ideally I'd love to just use tags or folders in LogRocket to store clips that I can share all at once with teammates. Also on my Analytics page there's a chart that says "How often are users returning?" which is really interesting but when I click in to view more details, I get the spinning wheel of death.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without LogRocket I would need to rely only on behavioral data from Mixpanel + survey data + user interviews to try to understand what users are doing and how they're using my product. But most people never respond to surverys, and even fewer people want to hop on a call to do an interview. So I'd be missing a LOT of information without LogRocket. I also really love that it can tell me the difference between logged in sessions vs anonymous sessions. That way I can follow one single user journey (such as my power users, for example) to more deeply understand them.

I like that LogRocket can clearly tell me all the clicks the user did and how it skips inactivity to make it more efficient. Click tracking helps me understand where the platform could be more efficient with fewer clicks needed, and skipping inactivity makes it faster to find what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Sometimes the platform is a little laggy, which can interrupt the workflow. Also, I am not able to see the sessions of users with adblockers or extensions, which limits the insights I can gather.

I use LogRocket to replay user sessions, helping me understand user actions for support, identify if training is needed, and report technical issues.

LogRocket is easy to setup and gives you everything you need at your fingertips for monitoring a modern SPA effortlessly. The visibility into exactly what somebody viewed is priceless when resolving bugs, especially intermittent bugs.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

There isn't much we dislike, it's a very small gripe but if I had to suggest something then possibly better tracking of unnamed users so we can tag them on our side via IP etc.

Intermittent bugs is the biggest help, now when QA have issues that we can't replicate we can simply go back and view their sessions, making our time to find and resolve bugs significantly quicker.

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I was having trouble understanding where different users are facing problems. After searching for a quite a while, trying different logging systems ended up with logrocket. Lock rocket allowed me to see exactly what's happening to the users,  what their console says, what endpoints are they hitting what they were doing before the error hit them up. Within 2 weeks I was able to find more bugs then I ever could, fix them up before it more people started facing it. It literally took me a few minute to set it up and get going their npm package handle the rest.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Pricing is a bit expensive. I would like if they can reduce it a bit more

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User face errors and crash that I had no clue  what was the source. Our users also use our system from different browsers, country and regions so what they are actually seeing or facing is very hard to find out. Logrocket helped me see what's exactly they are facing and we can reproduce and fix it up within weeks

LogRocket's session replays are useful not only for pinpointing the root cause of reported bugs, but also for clarifying situations where a reported issue turns out not to be a bug at all. Also, the latter case helps in improving UX indirectly as the developers get to know the pitfalls of their design.

The user interface can feel a bit overwhelming for those using it for the first time. It would be helpful to have an onboarding feature that guides new users on how to use it efficiently.

I find LogRocket extremely helpful in reviewing clients' sessions to better troubleshoot issues. I like that it is user-friendly and allows me to quickly see in real-time what problems my clients experience. The AI chatbot is helpful as well, as it can answer questions about using LogRocket and help analyze sessions. The initial setup was fairly easy with very supportive help from their team.

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

I really appreciate the multiple ways to filter your search to find saved segments. It is so easy to use. I use LogRocket almost daily to identify errors that my company may run into while watching the segments. This is helpful as I am able to easily integrate this information into a compatible format for our development team, and therefore have quick fixes for our own customers.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

After viewing a searched segment, it is not always easy to get back to the dashboard. I am unsure what link to click or if I should utilize the back button, etc.

By utilizing the session replay, we are able to track possible bugs and optimize our mobile app operations. We can also check for user error on the customer's side if they enter incompatible information.

**What do you like best about LogRocket?**

LogRocket has been invaluable for our startup across two projects. The session replay feature makes debugging user-reported issues incredibly efficient - we can see exactly what users experienced instead of trying to reproduce problems blindly. What impressed us most is the intelligent data privacy handling - it automatically redacts sensitive information like passwords and medical data, which is crucial for our compliance needs. The ability to watch real user sessions while knowing sensitive data is protected gives us confidence to use it across all our applications.

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

The main drawback is the cost, which can add up quickly for smaller startups as your user base grows. The initial setup and configuration also requires some technical knowledge to optimize properly. Occasionally, the session recordings can miss certain dynamic elements or interactions, though this happens rarely.

**What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LogRocket helps us see exactly what goes wrong when users have problems with our apps. Before, users would tell us something was broken, but we'd spend hours trying to figure out what happened. Now we can watch a recording of exactly what the user did. This saves us tons of time debugging issues and helps us fix problems much faster. The best part is it automatically hides sensitive stuff like passwords and medical data, so we can use it safely on all our projects. It's made our support team way more efficient and helps us catch problems before they affect more users.

Speed can be slow sometimes, but overall it’s pretty user-friendly. If they could make it faster to find a specific user or session, that would be a big improvement.

Funnel analytics are great, but seeing the user go through the flow adds much more empathy and allows you to collect a clearer picture of what customers are seeing and thinking as they move through each screen of your product. 

Really excellent for debugging a problem. Logs alone are obviously helpful, but when combine them with being able to see something like the interface the user was seeing at the time of the issue, it makes it so much easier to find the source of the problem.

Super easy to implement with just a few lines of code too.

The interface is starting to feel a little dated, but still much better than a certain Microsoft-based alternative.

Makes it easier to see bog the error logs and the interface that the user experienced at the same time. Allows me to empathize with the end user beyond just seeing funnel analytics.

I love that LogRocket lets me see exactly what our users saw before something went wrong. Instead of chasing vague bug reports, I can watch a replay and instantly understand what happened. Having the console logs, network calls, and errors right there means I spend way less time guessing and way more time fixing. It was also super easy to get started, the setup was quick, and I was seeing real results almost immediately

**What do you dislike about LogRocket?**

Finding the exact session for a specific user can be a bit of a manual process. I can filter by user ID, but since each user often has multiple sessions, I have to scroll through all of them, check the creation times, and manually match them with the timestamp of the error I’m investigating. If there were a filter to search sessions by time range, it would make this process much faster and easier.

LogRocket helps us understand exactly what happened when a user reports an issue. Instead of relying on incomplete descriptions or trying to reproduce the problem from scratch, we can watch the actual user session, see the console logs, network requests, and errors in context. This saves our team hours of debugging time, speeds up bug fixes, and improves our ability to deliver a smoother, more reliable product for our users.

Most customer issues are often hard to pinpoint, as it's difficult to determine exactly what occurred. Logrocket helps by showing us what is actually happening in the UI and also provides access to network calls. Additionally, Logrocket supports masking sensitive sections related to user personal data, which makes it feel secure to use Logrocket for debugging while keeping security in mind. Logrocket support the grouping of errors, it will helps to prioritize issues

In certain locations, LogRocket sessions are restricted due to US regulations. It would be helpful if LogRocket offered a feature to enable or disable sessions based on specific locations, as this would assist in maintaining compliance.

With LogRocket, I can analyze issues in just 10 to 15 minutes, whereas resolving the same problems without it could take me days.

Although there are a few more bells and whistles necessary for my personal use, the basic functionality was super intuitive to pick up and use immediately. It has been an invaluable tool for creating tutorials quickly, and using actual user data so there is no gap between the tutorial and the action a user will take in their own account.

As a non tech person working at a tech company I do find the interface a little confusing at times because I definitely have a more narrow use-case than most people. Their help center has been super helpful in understanding the features though!

Sometimes it can be tough to sift through the drastic amount of issues in the sessions tab. These issues can often be presented as something more disruptive/dramatic/worrisome than the issue actually is. Complex sites can encounter a lot of "errors" that have no actual impact on the end user experience but this issue can make targeting specific errors using saved segments difficult.

As a support assistant for a product company when  I did not have tools Such as logrocket It was very difficult for me to get to the user issues and analyse them, With the help of LogRocket's session replay This has changed my frequency and ease of doing work, Without going back and forth to the customer I can directly review sessions and help them, Additionally the way LogRocket identifes issues with the help of its AI is something to be very proud of , I love the way it identifies all the issues and the way it highlights is also commendable, It helps me in escalating recurring issues to dev team quickly and efficiently.
I am honestly being biased but LogRocket is the one and only one tool that can improve your frequency and not only it eases tasks but also make you look perfect in your work because session replays, issues classification, Jumping to specific points where user clicked on certain items are one of those specifications A support assistant needs.
One thing to highlight the way it is integrated with different platforms is also very apperciable, it easily connects with Slack, JIRA and other platforms to directly escalated the issue without going back and forth to different platforms to escalate issues.

As of now I have not encountered anything that I can classify as that U dislike but one thing is for sure each and every product has its Pros and cons but currently I do not see anything that I can say is I dislike because as an support assistant who receives no of tickets daily LogRocket serves as boon for me because it helps me to review sessions of users and I help them easily, It has improved my productivity as well as it helped me to achieve a 100% satisfaction score from Customers too,

LogRocket builds and improves on similar session replay tools I've used in the past by including in depth session data, including the network tab information, making it an invaluable bug-busting tool in addition to being an insight driver.

As with any tool, you get out of it what you put into it--the features of LogRocket that feel insufficient for me are largely because our team is not using them.

The most useful thing is being able to exactly reproduce what the user did before a bug or friction, which saves us a lot of time in debugging. Additionally, the ease of integration with our frontend tools and the clarity of the reports allow the team to quickly prioritize the issues that have the most impact on the experience. For a rapidly growing product like Gymly, this is essential.

I consider the cost for mobile applications to be a bit high or elevated. However, it is essential for growing or launching apps, so we were almost obliged or forced to pay it, which I think further impacts the point that it is high for an app in its initial stages.

I have used LogRocket for over 3 years and now using it at Orkeneo as a CPO for the last 3 months. It has been especially valuable with their session replay. I get to watch what a user did exactly, see console errors, and inspect their network requests—all in one location. It has been a huge time saver when troubleshooting bugs or understanding why users are confused or getting stuck.

I also greatly appreciate the customer support. They are responsive, prompt, and helpful They are especially good in terms of customer support. A special thanks to Emma - she's been great whenever I have had a question or issue.

The pricing gets expensive as your team or traffic grows, especially for startups with limited budgets.

May be the UI is a little too clunky. It does seem to be highly developer friendly while I feel it should also account for the experience of a support engineer
