## Lattice Reviews
 ### 1. Empowers Career Growth, Needs Visualization Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan B. | Staff Talent Acquisition, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I think the best thing about Lattice is how it allows me to put my experience and track my career growth. It's great to see my role, the tasks I'm doing, and if I'm reaching another level, which really helps me see my growth. Also, the belonging plans are quite useful. I find receiving feedback from colleagues is a great characteristic of Lattice, and it's interesting to focus on the goals we have here. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy; you just tap on Google Lattice and sign up with your email or comment, and that's it.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The visual part of Lattice could be better. When you join Lattice, there should be another visualization. It's not an easy part to navigate. There's another thing with the career track—it focuses only on the vertical position, but I'm in a horizontal position. Including that part would be good.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lattice to keep track of my key results, objectives, and goals, which helps me see my growth and track my performance.

 ### 2. Lattice Does It All: User-Friendly, Fast-Moving, and Built Around Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather M. | Head of People & Grant Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Everything! I am a long time user of Lattice and will implement and use Lattice over and over! They have a great product from the UI, integrations, performance, support, AI, templates and pricing, service! They really listen to you from a product perspective and they are transparent to tell you what is and what is not happening. I have seen changes happen quarter over quarter with there product. They are a fast moving company. There UI is extremely user friendly and easy to use. I have implemented with several different types of companies and each have adapted well.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

There is anything I dont like! That is a plus!!

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poor performance management
Lack of alignment on goals and OKRs
Weak manager-employee communication
Low employee engagement
Inconsistent feedback and review processes
Limited visibility into employee growth and promotion readiness
Compensation planning disconnected from performance data
HR teams lacking actionable people analytics

 ### 3. Streamlined OKR Management with Lattice

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan S. | Head Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice to track OKRs across the company and for 1:1 and performance reviews. As a manager, it gives me a collaborative place to share thoughts with the team and hold each other accountable to goals. It allows us to pace results and helps us understand how other departments are performing. I like the ease of use and the solid performance of the Lattice AI bot. When it comes to performance review writing or actions, it provides prescriptive ideas based on data throughout the year, which helps me focus conversations without having to do all the digging. The initial setup from an end user's perspective was pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

When you are creating a goal of an objective and it has 4 parts per employee, it's pretty time-consuming on how many clicks it takes. More cloning or a chatbot to help set it up especially if they are very similar across employees.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lattice to track OKRs and for 1:1 and performance reviews. It provides a collaborative place for my team and helps keep us accountable. Lattice AI offers prescriptive ideas for reviews, saving me from extensive searching.

 ### 4. Streamlines Goals with Centralized Feedback

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annika G. | Manager, Data Acquisitions / Quality Assurance Specialist III, Biotechnology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I appreciate that Lattice helps streamline my team's and my goals by keeping track of progress throughout the year through quarterly check-ins using templated review forms. It's vital for our career success as it helps avoid recency bias at the end of the year when promotions are decided, ensuring fairness. I really like that all our feedback is centralized in one place, making it easy to track growth or change throughout the year, both for my direct reports and myself. This organization helps me spend less time on administrative tasks and can quickly judge if I'm on track to meet my career goals.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Something about Lattice that could be improved is the user interface. While I appreciate that everything is all in one place, I sometimes have to click around for a while to find previous notes/reports. It doesn't seem straightforward as there are so many functions and I only really use it for direct reporting of skill development. Initial setup was okay, it just seemed like a longer learning process to figure out which buttons or pages would give which results. I still struggle with finding where everything is, but there is nothing inherently wrong with the setup.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice streamlines goal tracking, reducing recency bias in promotions and helping track progress with templated reviews. Centralizing feedback simplifies tracking growth for my team and myself, replacing scattered spreadsheets, and it saves time on administrative tasks while enhancing fairness in assessments.

 ### 5. Effortless Performance Reviews & Surveys, Needs Better Filtering

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lylian U. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like Lattice's performance review function. It makes it easy for me to roll out performance reviews, especially probation reviews, without missing timelines due to its immediate initiation and automated reminders. I also like that I can edit, pick, and tweak questions, and put necessary conditions for performance reviews. Additionally, the surveys feature is great as it sends out reminders, has question banks for easy reference, and helps with analyzing survey reports. I enjoy how Lattice helps with one-on-ones by offering pre-scheduled topics and touchpoints for seamless interactions.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Some of the filters are not as robust as I would love. I'd like to have a lot more filters and in-depth filters to get certain responses for my surveys. Some of the filters are just basic ones, and I can't go deep.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice makes it easy to roll out performance reviews, sends automated reminders to prevent missing timelines, and analyzes surveys efficiently. It also helps streamline one-on-ones with pre-scheduled topics.

 ### 6. Efficient Performance Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonya M. | Senior People & Culture Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I really appreciate the responsive team at Lattice. Whenever we have questions about using a functionality, they're quick to hop on a call and show us what we need to know. I also value how open they are to taking feedback—there have been times when I've provided feedback about Lattice, and they've taken it to their development team and come up with solutions for us. Additionally, I find it super simple to set up and start using, which made transitioning to Lattice very straightforward for our global team.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The global salary calculator or assessment bit is challenging, and I wish the pricing model was a bit different. Also, I feel like the 'growth' and 'grow' functions do something similar, so I wish there was a better distinction between the two functions.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lattice to keep everything in one place for our global team, making it easier to manage performance reviews and feedback. It helps maintain historical records for smoother review cycles.

 ### 7. Streamlined Feedback and Reviews, Needs Auto-Save

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibtihale L. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I love how Lattice is super organized, which makes it easy to use. It keeps all my notes in one place and is really helpful for year-end reviews. The system streamlines processes for leaders and managers, and I appreciate the praise and appreciation features that allow for sharing feedback with the entire company to boost morale. The UI/UX is easy on the eyes and encourages regular use.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I would say the on the notes under the one on one, I wish they were auto saved. Because the latest feature may you have to click save for it to be saved. Before you have to click another button. I just wish you would just automatically save.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice organizes my notes for consistency and easy access. It streamlines year-end reviews, making them smoother and shareable. The praise feature boosts morale by allowing feedback to be shared directly with individuals or the whole company.

 ### 8. User-Friendly with Seamless HRIS Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marilyn H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice for 1:1s, Goals, and Pulse Surveys, and I find it easy to customize goal cycles. I appreciate how it gives managers a tool for better 1:1s. Lattice is user-friendly from both an administrative and employee standpoint. I also like that the integration with our HRIS, Dayforce, was easy to implement and consistently runs smoothly. The initial setup of Lattice was very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The compensation/grow module seems great, but due to our current comp structure not having job families/job architecture, and few pay grades, we are unable to use these features. I wish there was a bit more customization for the organizations that are not as 'mature' in this area.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps us customize goal cycles and provides managers a tool for better 1:1s. It's user-friendly from both administrative and employee standpoints.

 ### 9. Robust Yet Pricey Performance Management Solution

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gage L. | Total Rewards Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I find the performance management tool in Lattice to be pretty robust. It fits the needs we have for our performance cycle. It also allows us to add growth areas and competencies per role and department, making it easy to incorporate them into the performance review cycle to see if expectations in those areas are being met or exceeded. Having concise growth areas and performance tracks for each level helps both employees and managers know when an employee is ready for a next step up within the company. It also provides insight into where they might be missing the mark in terms of role capabilities and everyday work.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The integration between Lattice and ADP doesn't allow us to not have worker status as one of the qualifiers, and so we have to turn off the integration and manually upload and terminate employees from Lattice. The cost of Lattice is very expensive, which makes it almost neutral to recommend.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lattice to record manager one-on-ones, share feedback, and run performance evaluations. It provides a concise org chart and allows adding growth areas and competencies per role, helping track employee progress and readiness for advancement.

 ### 10. Streamlined Performance Reviews with Intuitive Data Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice for performance reviews and engagement surveys. I like that it has created a more streamlined, organized review cycle, allowing for anonymous 360 reviews. The reporting for engagement survey results significantly reduces the time invested in slicing the results data for insights and sharing. It's a very intuitive platform with sharp features, and I really like the reporting views that are off the shelf. It has made user adoption much easier through the review cycle, and we spend less time educating on how to use the platform because it's intuitive. The reporting has saved a lot of time and allowed for deeper insights into performance and engagement data. The initial setup was very easy, and the Lattice onboarding team was wonderful. I also prefer Lattice after having used other products in past organizations.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I wish there was a touch more customization for the performance section as we have been limited by the platform in some of our review designs. It's small features in the setup that are org level that you cannot change. I am excited to see the improved AI features as I found the review writing AI assistant to not be overly helpful.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice streamlines our review cycle with organized 360 reviews and cuts the time for deriving insights from survey data. User adoption is easy due to its intuitive nature, allowing us to save time while gaining deeper insights into performance and engagement.

 ### 11. Intuitive Feedback Sharing with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel B. | Sr. Manager, People Operations & Programs, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I find Lattice pretty intuitive and easy to use, especially as an admin where I can easily set things up and understand the different features. A major highlight for me is the support team—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient—which is invaluable as we prepare and work through review seasons. The first response coming from an AI bot is actually quite helpful for simple questions, and if needed, I can quickly follow up with a real person.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I think that managers are not finding the platform as intuitive as admins are. We are used to it. We use it a lot, and I would also say that our people business partners also have some trouble navigating if they're not used to the platform. So you know, everyone's busy, and it's hard to train them on a new tool. So I think there are probably already resources that exist from Lattice, to help, get folks up to speed. But I think just maybe making those a little bit easier to find, maybe videos embedded or a quick pop out that people can find to help them navigate a certain page or feature would be really great.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice makes it easy to share feedback company-wide in private or with managers, removing barriers people naturally have.

 ### 12. Streamlined Performance Reviews with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie M. | Manager of Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like Lattice for its ease of use, making navigating to find employee feedback and accepting yearly reviews straightforward. The email confirmations and access to historical information for the entire lifetime of an employee are very helpful. Typically, yearly reviews can be time-consuming, but Lattice ensures I don't spend extra time figuring out how to submit. The initial setup was very simple, and we were up and running within a week.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The goal setting feature can be a little confusing. I wish there was a clearer template with a drag and drop feature depending on the team or project that the goal is relevant to. I often have to go back repeatedly to add more detail. Having a high-level view before clicking in would be better.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice solves the need for important performance conversations in writing. It eases employee feedback navigation, yearly reviews, and confirmation through email while saving time. The platform is simple to navigate, preventing time loss in figuring out submission processes.

 ### 13. Effective for Engagement, Overwhelmed by Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roopam . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice for engagement, 1:1s, performance reviews, pulse surveys, goals, and growth areas. I appreciate how Lattice helps keep track of all the metrics and allows us to make sure our managers stay engaged. I also like that it provides a platform for employees to be heard through pulse surveys and engagement, supporting them in having growth areas to develop. The '1:1' feature along with the upcoming group connect and reviews are particularly valuable to me. Additionally, creating reviews is easy.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

A lot of features make it impossible for managers and us to use effectively, like updates and feedback. It's not about improving these features, but there are just too many to utilize.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps me stay on track with metrics and manage everything related to people, like engagement, performance reviews, and pulse surveys, ensuring our employees are heard and can grow.

 ### 14. Helpful Slack Integrations and Easy Employee Shoutouts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey M. | Sr. People Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I find the Slack integrations very helpful. The ability to create employee shoutouts is also useful, and I like that making edits to employee profiles is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I find the HRIS portion of Lattice to be very basic and lacking in certain areas. There aren’t any solid integrations to reduce the need to manually edit data, and it would be helpful if those were added in the future.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee goal setting is easy with both the review cycles and Grow features. Lattice handles review cycles well for us, and the ability to set dates and collect feedback is helpful too.

 ### 15. Engaging Peer Reviews with Fun Feedback and Great Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip H. | Senior Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

How it handles peer to peer reviews and overall making feedback fun with an engaging UI and nice templates for review writing

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Nothing I can think of specifically other than maybe adding more template features and questions about employee performance

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice solves the challenge of running consistent, fair, and scalable performance reviews across a growing team. Before Lattice, peer feedback was ad hoc and hard to track — now it's structured, timely, and actually actionable. The platform centralizes everything in one place, which eliminates the back-and-forth of managing reviews through email or spreadsheets.

 ### 16. The perfect all-in-one!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey B. | Director of Talent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is an excellent performance management tool where I am able to run performance reviews, engagement surveys and document 1:1 meetings with my team. It is great to have a centralized location to store employee data and track our company's growth, both at the individual and institutional level.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I would love to see Lattice continue growing and integrating features that align with performance and professional development. We still have not utilized all of the features (grow, compensation, etc.), so there is much left to be explored.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are running performance review cycles in Lattice, which is allowing us to track progress over time. The engagement survey is helping us quantify employee satisfaction.

 ### 17. Clean Interface, But Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gene B. | Help Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like Lattice for its ease of use and clean interface, which makes it really easy to navigate. Unlike other systems that are clunky with multiple menus showing the same information, Lattice keeps things simple and straightforward. I also appreciate its integration into Google Calendar, making scheduling one-on-ones seamless.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I think the biggest thing for Lattice is ease of integrations, but I find most of the issues are more related to how we use it, not to how Lattice is set up. It was pretty straightforward, but we've had some problems with access that we've had to reach out to support for.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice solves the problem of our one-on-one model by making it easy to schedule meetings and integrate with Google Calendar.

 ### 18. Streamlines Meeting Prep, Needs UI Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey D. | Site Enablement Specialist - Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice for 1:1s with coworkers, growth areas, and development plans. I like that it makes preparing for meetings and tracking our agenda and action items easy. I appreciate that I can prepare in advance and throughout the week, using the platform to take note of non-urgent matters to discuss. This helps me manage my time better and the time of others. Because I can take these notes, I don't interrupt people during the day and can focus on tasks that require more attention.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I'm not a big fan of the new commenting UI. It doesn't feel as intuitive to use. I would really like it if I could check off comments like subitems.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lattice to prepare for meetings and track agendas and action items easily.

 ### 19. Boosts Team Engagement with an Easy-to-Navigate Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Senior HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It improves team engagement and participation. Employees genuinely enjoy the features it offers, and they appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It would be helpful if the exit interview were available for employees to complete after their last day. Some employees aren’t able to finish it beforehand, and we’re unable to update their email address to a personal one.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped improve employee morale and create development opportunities for employees. It has also provided the right tools for us to create spaces where managers can better support their employees, and where employees can stay motivated to pursue their career goals. Having everything laid out in the platform helps them remain focused, stay on track, and keep moving forward.

 ### 20. Lattice: the best system for managing your business strategies and work processes.

I can also say that Lattice is a versatile and reliable system due to the variety of its technical functions, allowing you to build a professional and productive workspace.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

My experience using Lattice's digital functions has been positive and professional, I have no negative comments about the performance of all its technical resources and I recommend its use for all types of work environments.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice has allowed me to improve the quality and management of all my work processes, facilitating the development of better business strategies and obtaining better results in each of my commercial operations, increasing my productivity and business efficiency.

 ### 21. Lattice: Employee Success Simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi P. | HR Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is a “People Success” platform that goes beyond the old-school annual review process. The biggest upside for me is how it turns performance management into an ongoing, continuous conversation, instead of a once-a-year surprise.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

High administrative friction and notification fatigue can make the tool feel more like a chore than a benefit.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice centralizes fragmented HR data into an intuitive, AI-powered platform that boosts ROI by automating performance reviews and onboarding. Its seamless integrations and high-quality UX transform administrative tasks into strategic growth, driving higher employee engagement and real-time intelligence. lattice is overall high performance tool.

 ### 22. People-Centric HR System That Elevates Team Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Director, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

We work with a lot of HRIS systems, and many are payroll system that do HR, or finance systems that do payroll, and all of them have their strengths - For me, what I like best is that it's an HR system first. It's very people front and center, and so for our team the ability to track their 1:1s and have the history as well as clear defined career tracks is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It's early, so I can't say it's a true dislike, but currently the systems they integrate with is limited, which makes sense and I do see the list growing, but as we grow, it does require we take more time to keep it updated with new employees, promotions, etc., so while I'm sure it'll get there, right now that's my only dislike.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, especially as we grow, having those defined and fully visible career tracks is huge for us, and then along with growth and more direct reports, the ability to keep those 1:1 notes, tasks, and assignments is a big help for us as well as the ability to report on those and usage has been a great tool.

 ### 23. Highly Customizable, Facilitates Strategic Alignment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | HR Professional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like Lattice for its customization and ease of use. It provides one place for our people ecosystem to support our talent strategy. The customization is great as it allows us to be consistent with our internal branding and programs. This is especially useful as we use OKRs for goal setting, and Lattice allows us to customize the headings to match what employees see. Having one place for all our data helps inform our strategic direction. Our Microsoft Teams syncs with Lattice so that people see their reminders and can easily access the platform. The flexibility and customization offered by Lattice allow it to adapt as our company and people initiatives evolve.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The main thing would be for one-off Outlook calendar events to sync to Lattice 1:1's. It can be frustrating instructing employees that they have to create a 'recurring' event in Outlook first for Lattice to recognize a meeting.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice solves adaptability and innovation issues, aligning with our strategic direction. It's customizable to match our brand and centralizes data for strategic insights, supporting our talent strategy.

 ### 24. Excellent system for performance evaluation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berlianny I. | General Services and Recruitment Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like the design of Lattice, how easy it is to use, and how automated it is. It is easy to use and explain, especially during the implementation phase and for the reports at the end of each cycle, it provides me with a lot of insight. I also found it very easy to do many things on my own during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

it's very 1:1, some teams need more group functionalities

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice allows me to track employee performance with backed data and keep managers connected with their staff, in addition to being easy to use and implement, facilitating reports at the end of each cycle and providing a lot of information.

 ### 25. Improve the performance of your Human Resources department with Lattice resources.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin P. | Applications and Training Systems Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

 ### 27. Intuitive Platform Elevating Employee Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | Associate Director of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like that Lattice is really easy to use and has an intuitive interface. Everyone finds it fairly easy to navigate, and it has a modern look. It facilitates collaboration and helps ensure that employees stay aligned, whether it's with their manager or among colleagues having one-on-ones. The UI and UX meet the high standards expected by our software company, and this modern feel supports adoption. As employees start using one part of Lattice, they see its value and end up using more features. The integration with Slack is great; it allows us to highlight projects, work, and kudos shared by colleagues about each other for the entire company to see. The initial setup of Lattice was very smooth and seamless, and I appreciated the great support from the Lattice team every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

A couple pieces of feedback we hear is that the 1x1 functionality is really great, but employees would like to be able to do it with maybe 3-4 people as well, beyond just a 1x1. And additionally, it would be great if there were searching capabilities for previous 1x1 agenda topics if you need to go back to see when something was discussed last or any information you had in a previous agenda.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice keeps employees and managers aligned on key priorities, supports career advancement, and ensures managers provide feedback to their reports. It facilitates collaboration and alignment, encouraging both high performance in the current role, as well as development for their next role.

 ### 28. Streamlined HR Management with Lattice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie O.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like Lattice's interface and its ease of use. The AI Assistant is very helpful, providing support to employees while drafting reviews or feedback, and for me, as an admin, it helps navigate and clarify processes on a new platform. I also enjoy the auto-generated notifications, and Lattice's ability to integrate with other HR tools.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Promotion nominations can only be done by supervisors, which limits who can nominate. The inability to edit or update review forms from mandatory to optional responses can be a hassle. The report structure can sometimes be overwhelming. It's not possible to re-open surveys after they are closed. I'd like to have more opportunities to provide feedback and need check-ins occasionally. There are limitations with syncing Lattice with LearnUpon, which is an LMS, and I would like to integrate Lattice with a project management tool like Asana to track action items, goals, and progress.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice automates performance reviews, provides fair scoring via calibration, supports automated onboarding and exit surveys, offers post-survey reporting analysis, and gives an org chart overview.

 ### 29. Good tool for OKR management and peer feedbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is extremely useful for creating a closely customized reviews and 1:1s. Customization is the reason we stay subscribed to this tool.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Apart from the points that are already mentioned above which are the issues that we still face, I think it is a bit pricy.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is helping us to manage the OKRs (which were earlier done through excel sheets) and to get relevant information out of the OKRs, viz. whether an employee completes a goal or not, to what extent the goal is achieved etc. It benefits us to determine what level of increment or bonus an employee should be receiving at the end of the year.

 ### 30. Streamlined Performance and Engagement, Needs Intuitive Navigation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea D. | Senior Manager, People Operations

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I just really like the agenda on the one on one module. I think it's so easy to use and really helpful for alignment with my team. With the calibration component on the performance review module, it's really nice to see our ratings in a box view, which makes it easier to assess teams or team members against their role levels. I also appreciate how the one on one agenda feature lets me make a to-do list and keeps me organized. Plus, using Lattice with Slack for one on one agenda updates makes it really easy. I'm glad there's custom reporting now, which was a struggle for me, and it's improved a lot.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I think, one area is just some of it is, like, you have to click around a lot to find things. It's not the most intuitive user experience. Like, for example, I launched an engagement survey, and I had a lot of people reach out to me trying to figure out where to do the survey. And it's just because they didn't understand where the survey was located within Lattice. There's just, like, maybe some better opportunity, I should say, to have a more intuitive workflow in the system.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps understand historical and upcoming performance, connects performance with engagement, and supports reflection on actions through one-on-one features.

 ### 31. Unified Solution for Performance and Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I appreciate Lattice for its user-friendly aspect, which removes friction for employees when using the platform. Integrating multiple areas like performance, engagement, and career tracks in one place makes the experience much better. I like the Slack integration that pings employees and notifies them via email and Slack, saving me the effort of sending separate reminders manually. The onboarding team at Lattice was super helpful, making the initial setup very easy with well-thought-out timelines to guide us.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It's a SaaS, so there are some tools that I would like customized for our team but can't have customized. One issue we've had is being able to launch review writing for the whole team while still selecting peer reviewers.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice's user-friendly interface reduces friction in use. Having performance, engagement, and career tracks integrated enhances our experience. Slack integration saves time by notifying employees automatically instead of sending manual reminders.

 ### 32. Build high performance business workflows with Lattice features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar B. | Technical Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

As a user of Lattice's virtual work features and resources I can highlight the quality and operational efficiency of all its digital features for creating and building the work processes your organization needs to meet all its professional goals.

I can also say that Lattice stands out for its professional data collection tools, facilitating decision making in all professional departments of your business.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I think Lattice offers digital features and resources of high operational quality, my experience has been positive and professional and I have no negative comments about its digital performance and functionality.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice has allowed me to improve the execution of all my professional processes and operations, facilitating data collection to improve decision making throughout my entire work department.

 ### 33. Simplifies Performance Reviews with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Senior Product Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice for its simplicity, as it doesn't get in the way and helps us get things done efficiently. I appreciate the notifications via Slack/email about reviews, which take us directly to the Lattice review. The simplicity of the form makes it easy to input reviews, which is critical for discussions with managers. I also find the initial setup to be quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Nothing specific that comes to mind - though I sometimes do think if a tool for just performance review is worth spending money on. Why can't we achieve and automate this someway else.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice simplifies coordination for self and managerial reviews. I appreciate its simplicity, direct review access via notifications, and ease of use, which is critical for manager discussions.

 ### 34. Real-Time Feedback and Clear Growth Paths That Keep Reviews Actionable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gagan V. | Technical Program manager, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Real-time Feedback: It shifts performance reviews from a once-a-year source of stress to daily, bite-sized updates that feel more manageable.

Structured 1:1s: It offers a clear, shared agenda so meetings stay focused and actually lead to action.

Goal Transparency: It links individual tasks to company-wide OKRs, helping employees see how their work fits into the bigger picture and giving them a stronger sense of purpose.

Career Mapping: It shows people what skills they need to reach their next promotion, reducing guesswork and making growth expectations clearer.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

High Cost: It’s one of the more expensive options in the HR tech space, and it often comes with a minimum annual spend (typically around $4,000+) plus extra fees for each additional module (such as Grow or Compensation).

Feature Overload: Because it covers so much, the interface can end up feeling cluttered and unintuitive. For new users, there’s often a steep learning curve just to locate and use the basic tools.

Rigidity: It seems designed around “standard” tech-style workflows. If your company uses a unique review process or has a non-traditional structure, the system can feel inflexible and difficult to customize to your needs.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Review Surprise: No more waiting a year to find out you’re underperforming; it helps create a culture of continuous feedback.

The “Why” Gap: It links your day-to-day tasks to company OKRs, so you can clearly see the real impact of your work.

Manager Inconsistency: It gives managers a “coaching playbook” through structured 1:1 agendas, which helps ensure your meetings are consistently productive.

Career Ambiguity: It replaces “maybe next year” with clear competency maps that show exactly what you need to do to earn a promotion.

 ### 35. Helpful for Goal and Feedback Clarity, but Needs More to Win Me Over

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor F. | Mid-Market Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It’s a helpful way to keep my goals clear and aligned with my manager. I like that it provides an easy way to shout out others at my company who are doing great things.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Doesn't always feel like a necessary tool to have. It seems we could accomplish a lot of these things without a dedicated software platform for it.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping performance reviews, manager feedback, and goals all in one centralized location.

 ### 36. Improve your business decision making with Lattice's digital features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** adrian C. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is a great business software that offers the best digital features for making decisions based on verified and proved data, making it easier to manage all your professional projects.

I can also say that Lattice offers favorable and professional integration, making it easy to customize your entire user experience and improving access to all its work features.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I have nothing bad to say about Lattice's digital features and resources, i think it is a high performance technical software that facilitates digital work and project management.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user of Lattice's digital features, I can say that I have managed to improve business decision making and the management of all my professional operations, improving my understanding of my data and work processes.

 ### 37. Seamless Module Integration Drives Easy Adoption

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Director of Talent Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The way that the various modules within Lattice integrate with one another is a great feature, and the way that each module follows a similar structure that makes it easy to use them all without having to remember a new set of processes. This has been a great asset in user adoption within the organization as we integrate Lattice into the company culture.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The product is still developing, and it currently lacks some features that are available in more established applications. For instance, the inability to incorporate overall Goal ratings into the final performance review poses a significant issue.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice tools have made it much easier to maintain consistency in how we interact with our team members and hold one another accountable. From engagement surveys and performance reviews to weekly updates, Lattice streamlines these processes and simplifies our workflow.

 ### 38. Effortless Performance Management and Goal Alignment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I really like the collaboration for company goals in Lattice, which makes sure we are all aligned. The performance review cycle is pretty effortless, which is a huge plus. It takes away the extra work and coordination we would have to do as HR to implement these organizational strategies and tasks ourselves. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It didnt work well with our organization at first with the way we are structured. We are matrix so we had to remove department goals and make company goals and individual goals the main structure. Our rep helped us through the entire process and graciously provided a training.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lattice to organize performances and overcome communication barriers. It streamlines company goal collaboration, aligns the team, and simplifies the performance review cycle, reducing extra HR coordination work.

 ### 39. Lattice: The Good, The Bad, and The Practical Reality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan W. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It allows us the ability to ask company wide questions and anon get truthful answers

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The flow of what happens after the questions are asked, how to receive responses, is a bit cumbersome to navigate in the UI

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting timely, truthful, feedback from employees. We work in a organization that relies on feedback from both employees and customers to generate revenue and business opportunities

 ### 40. Lattice (Great for employee engagement) ** (If used correctly)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashpal S. | Director Governance Risk and Compliance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I love the layout, easy to navigate and its easy to use - update and track items week by week. The objectives are simple to set and these can be cascaded to other members in your team.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

If it is not used from day one and standards are not set the Lattice tool becomes ineffective. I have used it in my team with great results but if the direction and use of the tool is not set by the admins it becomes cumbersome and very much an admin headache.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of weekly process. Aligning progress to OKR's and individual objectives (if used correctly).

 ### 41. Seamless Setup, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ina A. | Senior Talent Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I greatly appreciate how Lattice has empowered us to implement the programs that support not just the organization but also the people managers and my team. We have been able to establish a continuous feedback culture which has enhanced the quality of people management, especially with the increased frequency of one-on-ones. The implementation of career frameworks and the alignment of titles within Lattice has given our employees clear growth paths. This system has also tremendously assisted us in salary benchmarking for different locations, thanks to its integration with Mercer, which replaced our previous system, Radford, at a more cost-effective rate. I particularly like how the performance, feedback, and goals modules offer great support. They are essential for alignment and providing visibility within the team, even though there's more work to be done in utilizing these modules to their fullest potential. The compensation and engagement modules, especially with their AI features, provide insightful summaries and are extremely beneficial. Lattice's integration capabilities, especially with our HR systems, save us considerable time by eliminating the need for duplicate entry of employee data. On top of all this, Lattice's customer support is exceptional. They are always ready with solutions, engaging subject matter experts and consultants to help structure processes like performance cycles or talent reviews, making the service as impressive as the product itself.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Sometimes the features are not really thought through from beginning to end. For example, the action plans in the engagement module don't allow admins to create actions on behalf of people managers, which is something we need. Also, some promised features, like one-on-one meetings for multiple people or team meetings, were removed because they were complicated to build. I believe that once a feature is promised, it should be completed, especially if customers need it. Integration with our HRIS Personio was not seamless and took quite some time until the systems started to communicate effectively, though Lattice's team helped find solutions.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps establish a continuous feedback culture, improving people management with one-on-ones. It replaced our career framework in Excel with a structured path, aligns titles, and clarifies growth areas, enhancing clarity. It also supports salary benchmarking and succession planning effectively.

**Official Response from Kerry Wheeler:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful review! It means a lot to hear that Lattice is helping you build strong HR processes and create meaningful conversations between managers and employees. We love that it’s supporting everything from goal setting and engagement to career growth and compensation—exactly what we strive for!

We also really appreciate your kind words about our customer support team. Helping you get the most out of Lattice is what we’re here for! And thank you for your feedback on HRIS functionality—we’re actively working on expanding our HRIS to support international customers.

 ### 42. Solid system, consistently improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke T. | Staffing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I really appreciate their clear focus on updating The platform. Particularly the AI features. I'm very excited to try out the AI writing assist bias check feature. I like that notes within the system are able to be viewed on the same screen when you're writing reviews. I am the administrator and I'm pretty satisfied with the administrative options and ease of use. I like the data visualization options for reviews and engagement surveys. This area has been significantly improved over the past year.
I appreciate being able to chat with customer service in real time within the platform. They recently added the AI chatbot, and my questions are usually to specific so require a representative response, But the chat bot is pretty quick to connect me to an actual person upon my request.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I often find I've adopted the mantra that lattice is user friendly, just not necessarily intuitive..
When writing reviews it's strange that you click an item to write a downward review but it takes you to the self-review screen and then you have to click in the left menu to get to the downward review screen.
I have received a lot of feedback regarding the goal setting features being less than ideal. I wish that the platform integrated with asana so we could pull goals from a sauna on automatically into lattice. Either that or lattice build out the features similar to those offered by asana so that project Management tasks could be performed within the goals section. We are still waiting for the option to have group meetings versus just one-on-one. I hear that's coming soon..
When writing reviews one is not able to view the self-assessment and reviewer assessment side by side within the system. Our previous provider had that feature and many staff reached out to request it. I understand the responses can be grouped by question when the review is downloaded, but that is not very user friendly as makes more sense to be able to view it that way within the system
There is a suggestion box option but not an option to make some missions anonymous. Though there is a q&a feature where submissions can be anonymous. I would prefer the suggestion box have an anonymous option.
Almost forgot because it's something I don't use, but the mobile app is very limited in functionality

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is helping us ensure one-on-ones are being conducted consistently throughout the organization which contributes to employee equity of experience and performance development options. It's also nice to have several features in one system so as to avoid additional burnout from multiple systems. It's making goals more visible and as provided a place for our newly defined role specific competencies to live. Also the options for surveys and data analysis are pretty good

 ### 43. Effortless Performance Management with Lattice

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara E.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like Lattice for its ease of use, and I love that it has a lot of capabilities around goal setting and agenda tracking for 1:1s. It helps with not having to think and do a lot of time-consuming research on performance reviews or questions, and I find the variety of assistance available through their Lattice University page very helpful for answering questions. From an admin perspective, it helps take away the strategic thought process. Additionally, the initial setup of Lattice was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I wish it was a full service HRIS platform. They recently rolled out a similar feature but it is more for onboarding once an employee starts rather than prior to them starting. We would love to only use one platform for both HRIS and performance management. I also think more hands-on training sessions or suggestions for how to better implement would be great.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice centralizes performance reviews with templates and eases the process with its intuitive design and resources. It manages goal-setting and agendas efficiently. The Lattice University page supports further assistance in reducing strategic workload.

 ### 44. Feature-Rich and Safe, But Takes Time to Master

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candice S. | Chief People Officer (CPO), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The software is built as best for business with psychological safety built in and so many features! The API ensures that our HRIS sync's our taems data and we can effectively scale our performance through Lattice with trustworthy data.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Because of the system's complexity and the range of features it offers, I sometimes find it challenging to create performance reviews, surveys, or growth areas. It can be hard to fully grasp what each option does and to weigh the pros and cons when making selections. The platform isn't entirely intuitive, but if you invest the time to really learn how to use its tools, the results you achieve are much better than with competing products.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have measurable data on all our managers KPIs for team engagement, 1:1s, reviews. We track our eNPS monthly and engagement. We have growth areas to assist our team members personal development through IDPs.

 ### 45. User-Friendly for All, Needs minor tweaks to be epic!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy P. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It is very user friendly and easy for employees of any level to use.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I wish that it would integrate with QBO and sometimes the information does not pull in the correct formatting.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is small with less than 15 staff. Everything related to HR and People Operations was done manually. Once we implemented our new 5 year Strategic Plan, I knew some of the objectives in that plan could not be achieved by me without the support of a software. Improving the old, manual review process, check ins, professional development for all staff. These were all things that I am responsible for in our plan and this would be impossible for just me to complete without a system for automation and help in creation. We have been able to streamline processes and improve almost every HR process with Lattice. We have also been able to create engagement surveys to help improve culture and morale.

 ### 46. Solid, Flexible UI That Makes Report Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Very good UI, and can do almost anything I need it to. Overall it's solid software that works really well and helps me manage my reports well. I haven't used many integrations except google calendar but it works well. I'm also not involved with pricing/ROI, Support/Onboarding, or used their AI features.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

honestly I don't have much. I have used similar software before and Lattice has beat them out in almost every category

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1:1s, performance reviews, updates, feedback, have all been much easier. All of them tying together and sharing information has cut down on the number of apps to track.

 ### 47. Fosters Continuous Feedback and Open Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Badshah B. | Analyst - Workflow & Project Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice streamlines our performance management workflows and makes one-on-one discussions far more productive. The platform’s interface is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, with clearly structured modules for goals, feedback, and reviews. I really like how seamlessly it allows goal-setting, progress tracking, and updates throughout the review cycle. The system ensures transparency and alignment between individual and team objectives, while also keeping all performance data organized in one place. Overall, it’s a very user-friendly yet robust tool that supports both day-to-day check-ins and long-term performance planning.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

There aren’t many downsides, but at times the platform can feel a bit slow when switching between modules or loading analytics dashboards. Some of the goal-tracking views could be more customizable - for example, being able to filter or visualize progress in different ways would be useful. Also, notifications can pile up quickly if multiple updates happen at once, and it would help to have better control over which alerts to receive. Overall, these are minor usability improvements compared to how well the system performs overall.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice has made our entire performance and feedback process much more structured and efficient. Earlier, most of our 1-on-1s and goal updates were scattered across different tools, which made tracking progress and follow-ups difficult. Now everything, from setting goals to sharing feedback, is centralized in one place. I also use Lattice for peer reviews, which makes it easy to share constructive feedback and recognize team members’ contributions in real time. The platform ensures better visibility, accountability, and alignment between individual and team objectives, while also saving time with automated reminders and clear templates for reviews.

 ### 48. Intuitive One-Stop Shop for Career Growth and Talent Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie W. | SVP Career Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I love that Lattice is one stop shopping for all things related to career growth and talent management. It is intuitive and easy to use. If I'm not certain how to use a feature, I receive comprehensive support from one of the product experts.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I really wish all the features were included, rather than having to pay extra for separate modules.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice gives our teams a dedicated place to focus on career growth and performance. It’s easy to move between 1:1s, reviews, growth areas, and goals, which makes it simple to keep everything organized in one spot.

 ### 49. Super Easy to Use and Keeps Me Focused on Long-Term Goals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie M. | Manager, Influencer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

it's super easy to use. it helps me stay organized and oriented towards meeting long-term goals, rather than day to day deliverables. I love the 1x1 meeting tools

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The MS Teams integration isn't the BEST, but the push notifications and reminders about meetings and upcoming deadlines are helpful.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping long-term goals in view, supporting team growth

 ### 50. Effortless Employee Lifecycle Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice as an admin to run performance reviews, talent assessments, grow module (competencies), and some engagement features. I like that it keeps everything in one place and is easily transferable across various points of the employee lifecycle. I appreciate the opportunity to help build out career tracks. With Lattice, I can build functional competencies and leveling by department, and it's easy to visualize.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Not as much guidance around succession planning

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice keeps everything in one place, easily transferrable across the employee lifecycle, and offers a framework for building functional competencies by department that is easy to visualize.
