# How can I make the Reporting session more effective and apply that to my day/ performances, etc?

I don't seem to find the reporting session very much useful and effective and I would like to know if any of you are using it and how this works for you. At the moment, I don't apply any of the data I see in this session on my performance. Is it a more internal thing?
