It is also great to print the evaluation with an actual document format instead of just a print of the screen. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** My latest experience with the recent performance evaluation was very reasonable. However, the text boxes could be bigger so we have the chance to list our projects and metrics in detail instead of providing only a brief description or adding google docs links instead with the actual description of everything I did. I have used several other performance management systems and Lattice tops them all. And their Customer Care team is TOP NOTCH!! Seriously, whenever I've had an issue or questions, I reach out via chat and that team has always been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I can't say how many times they've helped me fix my mistakes! **What do you dislike about Lattice?** I don't think there's a downside. I would love if our organization had the full scope of services that Lattice offers, however, at the moment we don't have the budget for it. The one thing that is a little bit annoying sometimes is how many steps I need to get to reopening reviews, but it's not a big deal. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the automated rules for Performance Management has been a lifesaver. Knowing that all our new hires automatically get their 30-60-90 automatically is so great. Having a quick and easy way to see our people directory and org structure is helpful. The weekly check-in feature is great for quick updates from my team. The feedback is also an excellent feature and even better that it integrates with our Slack channel when shared publicly. For the most part, it is easy to use with a pleasing UI. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** Navigating and updating OKRs is not the easiest. The functionality is there, but the UI is confusing and not very user-friendly. Would love to see that simplified. When viewing an OKR from the list view, it would be great if there was a button right for "Update" and you could add a comment, update the completion percentage/count, and be able to click "Finish" to complete the OKR if it is totally done. It was intentionally designed, easy to navigate, and engaging for all who entered (even those who don't consider themselves tech-savvy). Lattice integrates with Slack so we can celebrate the team's accomplishments together. Lattice helps to build a sense of community within our company that's 100% distributed. I also like to use Lattice for my 1:1s. It provides a recap of what you discussed on the week prior's agenda so you can ensure that you pick up where you left off. It has helped me stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** At times, it doesn't save my work. I'll be working on a 1:1 agenda w my VP, and I'll notice that it didn't save my notes. This has happened quite a few times, and I'm unsure of the cause. I also find the OKR format a little confusing. I'm a Lattice admin at my company and getting to specific places on both the frontend and backend is tedious. Worse is when I have to guide managers to specific places, I often find myself writing out many steps. Specific example: a manager needs to find who has been selected to peer review one of their team members. They have to go to Lattice > Reviews > Perform reviews > click on the cycle > Your team > Manage team > scroll to the person's name > show reviewers.
