The most impactful part of Lattice is its ability to transform abstract employee sentiment into clear, actionable data through Pulse Surveys. I love the visual clarity of the results dashboard, being able to track our engagement scores, like our current Overall score of 52 over a 90-day period helps our leadership team identify exactly when morale dips or peaks.
