Simplifies Performance Reviews with Ease

I use Lattice for its simplicity, as it doesn't get in the way and helps us get things done efficiently. I appreciate the notifications via Slack/email about reviews, which take us directly to the Lattice review. The simplicity of the form makes it easy to input reviews, which is critical for discussions with managers. I also find the initial setup to be quite simple.

Great Tracks and Surveys, but Expired Surveys Can’t Be Reopened
