What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has streamlined performance reviews and goals for our organization. The platform is user-friendly, and consistently rolls out enhancements which further meet our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

There are a few areas especially in the review section that could still use enhancements:

Lattice does not group the self and downward review questions together. With this our leaders need to make their own table to hold the review meetings ("i have..." vs "the employee has...").

While admins are now able to input reviews on behalf of employees now (yay!) it would be nice to be able to submit it as well. For example, our employees who go out on leave fill out a packet in word before they leave, once the cycle launches, I enter in their reviews for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

The tool was useful for perfomance reviews, but these are only done periodically within our organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The fine print in the contract stipulates that you need to provide 45 days notice for cancellation of the agreement (annual agreement). Our organization came under some significant budget constraints and made our request in under 45 days, but with ample notice and there was no negotiation or flexibility on the part of Lattice. Be sure you know your term agreements and that your team reviews at 60-90 days out regarding this service. They have a minimum contract amount, so it is a BIG expense if you end up stuck with it. What do you like best about Lattice?

Greatly designed tool, easy to use and interact with, offers the possibility to manage team from one place. Used it almost weekly for more than 3 years and never had an issue. What do you like best about Lattice?

The ease of use and cohesion between modules is outstanding. It is quite intuitive and the more you utilize the more employee data flows together as you are traversing the platform. The Customer Support is top tier. They are responsive, and always seek to provide the right solution in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

There is a lot to love about Lattice. It is really designed for the employee manager relationship and it is great at that. It would be really helpful if it could expand into team support with team meeting tracking. And also with HR level notes. Like a health care repository, you can see the whole care plan of a patient. It would be ideal to see the interactions, communication, and employee notes shared across HR team members, so we are up to date and all working towards the same end goals. What do you like best about Lattice?

The engagement platform! Definitely my favorite module. The ease of creating and rolling out the surveys, but then the AI tool that gives you insights without having to sift is amazing. We run monthly pulses, onboarding, exit, and semi annual engagement surveys in Lattice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The goals module is very clunky and hard to figure out, even for admins. I had to create a whole step by step guide to share with employees to help them enter their goals.
