What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has tools that helps me stay organized and attentive to my team's projects, goals, development areas, enabling me to show up as the best leader I can. I love Lattice's 1:1 tool as it helps me track each week's topics and ongoing growth conversations and helps me look back at progress when it comes time for Reviews. I also love Lattice's feedback tool! It's so easy to use and I incorporate feedback into my team's reviews each cycle because it's important to me to provide a multi perspective view when coaching my employees. What do you dislike about Lattice?

I haven't found any downside to using Lattice. I only wish our leaders would use it even more! We are working on a campaign to drive higher engagement across our organization as we believe it enables stronger leadership and therefore higher productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice helps me stay organized for my weekly check-ins with my employees and document those discussions so I can look back and see progress throughout the year. It also helps me solicit feedback from stakeholders and peers to ensure we are providing value to the organization. It holds me accountable to ensure I'm focused on my employee's growth goals and development areas and helps keep projects moving forward. Lattice also provides an overall org chart that I look at daily in my role. We also use the survey feature in Lattice and it provides us with rich data every time we do a survey and the new AI features for seeing summarized results has saved my team a ton of time in presenting results to senior leaders and identifying action plans to improve.
