Adding, reallocating and moving work around is easy and not time consuming by any means. Customer support are on it, and quick to respond. Implementation of this in to our teams has been easy and smooth. The features available are easy and simple to navigate. I use Float daily for my work management. Downside is that the scheduling is often locked by each Project Manager and my team often forgets to uncheck this option. Making a template to share with the team would also be helpful. Float is a fantastic tool for our business. We use it daily to manage our resource and ensure we are on track with our tasks. We implemented float on a random Thursday, and have never looked back - it was so easy to get going on, and with time we have turned it into a key part of our firm. Sometimes the feature can be quit laggy. It's also difficult sometimes to set up projects - in a sense of we do the same thing for multiple clients, so having to remember the colour used each time is difficult.
