Float simplifies scheduling not just for myself but for my peers. Due to the nature of our teamwork-focused projects, it helps to be able to easily filter and see who else is on the same project. It can take a while to load, and I wish the mobile app was more user friendly. Additionally, I hope that Float can integrate a notification/stage-clearing of sorts for people to be notified when their people want to add time off over a schedule rather than it completely disappearing. Speed of use and being able to get an instand snapshot of what's going on. I'm on the receiving end of the scheduling, but as the agency's ECD I need to know what's going on in a heartbeat. The organization greatly improves the visualization and adjustments we want to make, allowing for the inclusion and exclusion of routines that we frequently change.
