- Placeholders should be free. It's challenging to plan the future of hiring and business development pipeline with high uncertainty. I need to put possible future employee but not paying because if I don't sell they are never going to be a real employee

- Reports should be easier, there are many options and you need to do so many trials to get what you need.

Float makes project and time management more simple and straight forward compared to other time management solutions out there. I can easily log my hours spent on a project down to the very last task seamlessly. Also great breakdown of project budgets and tasks assigned to colleagues.

It is possible to manage well which projects I dedicate more time to and how much time I remain idle, in addition to giving a report to my immediate manager without the need to waste time in a meeting.
