The best benefit of Float is being able to schedule, and view, multiple team members' ever-changing, evolving schedules. With so many different team members and freelancers, it's great to be able to go to one place, one program and see everyone's availability in a single glance. What would be most helpful to have in this program would be an un-do feature, where you can un-do a previously made edit. We got into a situation recently where we deleted a team member's schedule/project accidentally. We were able to re-input all of his previously scheduled work, but it would be great if there was an un-do feature that could instantaneously un-do the previously deleted material. I like Float, because it is the most efficient way to keep track of our day. We use float to review our individual schedules, but most importantly--we can keep track of everyone else too!! At a glance, I can review my project details and associated colleagues assigned to it. Float also allows me to look at future projects. I especially appreciate the notifications I get via email on my upcoming schedule. This is helpful when things change...as they sometimes do. I am instantly "in the know". The float interface contains aspects that must be improved, due to the fact that it has a slow proportion of the handling of the actions within its programming, where this problem lies in its system coding, which violates its possibility to adapt to the needs of the clients to understand an easy and elaborated handling with a limited opportunity to obtain results that involve the correct operation of this software, where a systematic reform of its software must be taken into account. We love the ease of use of Float to visualize our team's schedule. It allows us to quickly see how our people are resourced and make adjustments on the fly with the draggable task blocks. My company tried using Asana for about a year and found it too complicated to get everyone on the same page.

Then we went fully manual, by switching to spreadsheets for schedule and project management.

Float finds a nice middle ground of simplicity and interactive UI. It's great that managers can view everything from a project view and makers and creatives can look at just their own schedule. I haven't found a way to specify what TIME of day things need to happen. When viewing from a subscribed calendar, every event is an "all day event" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
