"Underwhelming"

What do you like best?

Ability to pull contact data. There is nothing else but I needed 40 words to fill this box.

What do you dislike?

I was extremely optimistic about the prospect of Arya helping reduce sourcing time but Arya has proven to be nothing more than a clunky overlay to the job boards and LinkedIn. Only one candidate has been found outside those platforms. The LinkedIn info is typically antiquated so I've had to verify every candidate's info outside of Arya for accuracy. The process of selecting in/out candidates to "refine" the search and leverage the AI component is cumbersome and doesn't appear to have much effect on the results. Social and Job Board tabs are separate, providing the need for 2 searches without having all results under one tab.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This product might have value to companies with a large volume of internal candidates in an overwhelmed ATS.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I haven't realized a single benefit from the product that wasn't already accessible from LinkedIn or job board access.

"Still ramping up on Arya"

What do you like best?

Arya integrates well with social media platforms allowing for a seamless AI search of viable candidates

What do you dislike?

Does not integrate well with job boards.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Arya as a sourcing software for our recruiters to identify talent and build a pipeline of candidates for evergreen positions.

"Not really AI"

What do you like best?

Easy to use interface makes getting jobs in the system a breeze. Reviewing candidates is also simple and intuitive.

What do you dislike?

Profiles from Linkedin are often outdated and doing linkedin searches produces better results
