**What do you like best about i-Pak?**

Fast search engine, and easy to add new notes to any account. I also like that it was user friendly! Easy to communicate thru out the company

**What do you dislike about i-Pak?**

A bit old school you were practically forced to use your keyboard. You can’t really use your mouse I didn’t like that it was a bit time consuming. 

**What problems is i-Pak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only issue is the keyboard only functions that needs to be addressed it’s 2019 people.

it helps with routing optimization, time tracking and high level customer service tasks.

**What do you dislike about i-Pak?**

nothing really to dislike. software is great, no issues so far.

we track stops, routs, pick-up times, length of each job.

**What do you like best about i-Pak?**

I would like to thank you for your outstanding product. The software was worth a fortune to my company. It's exactly what I've been looking for.  The software has a great interface.

**What do you dislike about i-Pak?**

Did not dislike anything about the product. 

**What problems is i-Pak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped with billing, customer management, and routing.
