Working with ScrapIt has been a game-changer. Reporting and item entry are smooth and fast, and the interface is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Their support team? Unmatched. They respond within seconds—literally. I had an issue with printing, and they sent me a printer. Who does that anymore? These guys do. They go out of their way to help, and that kind of support is rare.

I like being able to get everything we need in one shot. Scale weight with just a click, a picture when the weight gets entered, pricing for the material without having to do the math yourself. You can print a scale ticket to give to the customer if they're not being paid right away. Easily pay a customer by choosing your way of pay (either cash or check). We don't use it, but they have a reloadable cards option. The best thing I love about ScrapIT, is I can now do settlement reports with one program by bringing up that customer instead of manually having to enter all the information into a spreadsheet. At this time, I don't really have any big dislikes. I'm sure there is something, but not imporatant enough to come to my mind at this time. BUT... I didn't like the program at first because it was new to me, but like any new thing, you have to learn it and the basic are so easy to learn and eventually become second nature to use. Reaching support is quick and easy. I have connected with support through numerous means (email, phone, video call, instant message, etc.) and have consistently received responses and resolutions in a timely fashion. ScrapIT historically has not been the most mobile-friendly experience. I know that there are efforts to change this and make the application more available on mobile devices (i.e. tablet) but improvements have been made and are becoming more readily available.
