In my opinion, the main benefit of Gem is its visibility into the whole talent pipeline. By having one place to see and organize your sourcing efforts, engagement performance, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics, you eliminate the need to use multiple tools and manual methods. As for the user interface, Gem is both intuitive and convenient for recruiters. Its workflow allows easily tracking candidates, sending out outreach campaigns, and coordinating efforts among various recruitment teams without creating additional administrative workload. Integrations with other platforms is another significant advantage of Gem. As far as I am concerned, the platform integrates seamlessly with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, email sequences, calendar systems, and recruiting operations management systems, therefore minimizing duplicate administrative actions and ensuring higher consistency and visibility of recruiting metrics.

For me, Gem started to become helpful while performing outbound recruitment and candidate follow-up.
