"Frustrating Experience with Hireology Support"

What do you like best about Hireology?

I value managing resumes coming in through Hireology the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hireology?

There's not a single person that I can call for help. I must send multiple emails to get assistance. Not even a single phone number I can call, nor does someone call me back to resolve. This needs to be improved. I am looking into using another service. The integration interface with Viventium doesn't work properly. I can't sync my employees into Viventium. Very poor response and support from Hireology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
