I like that you can choose different programs, versus an all in one concept similar to Linkedin Learning. We don't necessarily want people at work to have carte blanche access to non-work related topics, so having that ability to customize or choose works better for us. I can't really think of any. We use Codecademy, Skillsoft Essentials and the Compliance trainings, so it meets a lot of needs. The only think that I would maybe say is a little less intuitive is setting up compliance courses for our LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Skillsoft Percipio Platform integrates very well with my Learning Management System. Learners can access the content without major disruptions, and they don’t have to go to multiple platforms for training because it’s all in one place. I sometimes find many versions of the same content with different titles, which makes it difficult to determine which course is best for me. It would help to have a few flagship courses for each topic and clearly label the others as supplemental.
