Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but the process of migrating from our old system was complex, especially consolidating customers from multiple databases. Pipedrive solves the continuity of information within our team and prevents data loss during turnover - when someone leaves or a deal is handed over, the full history stays in one place. Concretely, it gives us constant, shared access to crucial client information so we can manage over 500 active clients effectively and plan follow-up actions without anything falling through the cracks. Since adopting it, our follow-up consistency has improved and we've cut the time spent on manual handover notes. This fluidity of information is the single biggest benefit for us.

What do you like best about Rillet?

Starting from implementation the experience was amazing! I've been part of ERP implementation projects that have taken 12+ months, whereas we were live in ~9 weeks. The implementation team was really knowledgeable and took the time to understand our processes and help us design / build the system that would scale with us.

We've been able to reduce our timeline to reconcile cash from 5 days to 1 day leveraging cash rules and AI-enabled cash matching automation. This as well as the native subledgers for previously manually tracked prepaids, fixed assets, and deferred revenue, have allowed us to reduce our month-end close timeline from 12-14 business days down to 5-6 business days.

Also, the customer support team at Rillet is fantastic! They do a great job of listening to customers, understanding pain points, and offering solutions at an incredible pace. I've worked with other software solutions where it's nearly impossible to get a hold of a support team member, so this was definitely a game-changer. The UI/UX is overall really clean and easy to use. That said, there are a few improvements that could make simple drill-downs or filtering data a bit easier and more intuitive. Since it’s a newer platform, there are definitely areas that can still be refined, but whenever I’ve raised something with our support team, they’ve been great about taking feedback seriously and offering a solution. Support was decent for common issues, although more technical questions sometimes took longer to resolve.

What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

The interface makes everything easier. When we migrated to Sage, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to understand how it works, but the layout and navigation made the transition much smoother. I could find what I needed quickly and move through the system with ease.

For reconciliations, it has improved the process a lot—especially for my accounts receivable reconciliations, which are usually a lot to manage. With a single journal entry, everything was cleared up, and matching bank transactions to the relevant accounts became much more straightforward.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before migrating to sage intacct l had to manually do Accounts Receivable reconciliations which was time consuming since they made up majority of my bank transactions. Now with sage l don't have to do them individuall l just have to upload one journal and everything will clear up. This has honestly time saving and have reduced my workload by a lot. What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

As a Senior Project Engineer, I use Bigin to keep track of customer discussions, supplier follow-ups, project actions, and documentation requests. What I like most is the pipeline view because it gives me a clear picture of ongoing activities without maintaining separate spreadsheets or manual trackers.

A typical workflow for me involves moving customer requests through different stages such as initial inquiry, technical discussion, documentation review, execution support, and closure. Having all communication history, notes, tasks, and follow-ups attached to the same record makes project coordination much easier.

The interface is straightforward, and onboarding was simple enough that team members could start using it with very little training. Performance has also been reliable during daily use, even when managing multiple contacts and activities. I use the Outlook integration regularly to keep emails and meeting discussions connected to CRM records. The AI-assisted suggestions for activities and record updates are useful for reducing routine administrative work, although they are not the primary reason I use the platform.

Compared with legacy SAP GUI environments, having an intuitive central dashboard that brings together multi-module insights into personalized “Pages” and “Apps” (such as Project Management, Warehouse Processing, and Cash Management) noticeably improves day-to-day operational velocity.

In particular, the To-Dos and Situations framework makes high-priority work—like quickly reviewing, approving, or rejecting pending Purchase Orders—feel essentially frictionless. The platform also does an excellent job surfacing critical transaction details (such as Net Values, Supplier Details, and Purchasing Groups) right on clean, actionable dashboard cards. A few minor things. It's best on desktop - we've found it tough to maneuver on iPad and haven't even attempted phone yet, so if your team works on the go, that's something to know upfront. And like most ERPs, learning which fields work for your workflow takes some trial and error - though there are plenty of custom field options to get you where you need to go.go.
