Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but the process of migrating from our old system was complex, especially consolidating customers from multiple databases. Integrating new acquisitions and handling multi-currency, multi-tenant setups required extra effort and some creative workarounds, but Acumatica’s flexibility helped us address these challenges. Another small drawback is the mobile experience: it’s good overall, but it isn’t always as smooth as the desktop version for more complex tasks such as detailed reporting or configuration. Agentforce Sales pulls all of that together into a single source of truth, making it much easier to track every interaction and each stage of the sales cycle in one place.

It also reduces manual, repetitive work. With automation for things like lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and status updates, there’s less need for constant manual intervention. That saves time and lets me focus more on higher-value tasks, such as engaging with customers and closing deals.

What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like that NetSuite tracks all of our transactions and products sold. I've learned to create scripts that allow me to get dashboards and data out of NetSuite. Using cloud features has been the most helpful because it lets me see under the hood. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

As a startup, if you add multiple modules that you do not end up using in the future, there's no way to remove them. If you remove them, you cannot lower the contract value. So I would start with what you actually need and then add on as you go. Don't buy into the bundle because if you don't need something in the future, you will be stuck with it forever, and the value of the contract will never go down. The initial setup was very difficult. We hired a consulting firm to do it for us, and they were terrible, which made the experience unpleasant. We paid for a whole year before we even went live. I am using EngageBay for handling our emails and staying in touch with people in our business and the best part that I like is that everything is in one place. I can see all contacts, send emails and setup follow-ups without switching between different tools

Setting up automatic follow-up emails is actually quite easy. Once I created a few sequences, I didn't have to worry much after that. It keeps sending messages on time, which helps because earlier we used to forget or delay replies. This has made things more consistent for us.

There are a few things that could be better. Sometimes, the system feels a bit slow, especially when there are a lot of contacts. It's not a big issue, but it can get a little frustrating.

What I dislike most is the email builder. It’s clunky, hard to use, and not very intuitive.

Another thing I don’t like is the reporting system. The way it filters and displays metrics is difficult to understand and navigate. I’d prefer it to be more straightforward and focused on what matters, like email title effectiveness, open rate, and click-through rate.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic Where I handle patient consultations and follow ups, and also create health education content online where people reach out to me. What I like best about Bigin is that it keeps things simple but still gives proper control over my daily work. The pipeline view is very useful for me, I can see each patient in different stages like consultation, diet plan, and follow up, so I don’t miss anything. It is not complicated like other CRM tools, I did not feel confused while using it, everything is clear and easy to manage.

i also like that I can keep Notes, set follow up tasks, and track communication in the same place. This helps me during busy hours because I don’t have to check different apps or remember everything manually. It supports my daily work without adding extra load.

Another good thing is that it works smoothly and does not feel heavy. Features are focused and practical, not too many unnecessary options. It fits well for my type of work where I need simple tracking, follow ups, and basic management in one place. it help me solve the problem of managing patient details and follow ups in one place. Earlier I was keeping things in notes or messages, which was confusing and sometimes I miss follow up. Now with pipeline I can see clearly which patient is in which stage, so my work become more clear. It also help me reduce manual work because I can add tasks and set follow up reminders, so I don’t need to remember everything. This save time and make daily work more smooth.

What do you like best about Ricochet360?

I like that Ricochet360 is super fast and never gets stuck. It helps me meet my goal by calling all the prospects and I have everything there, like my call history, which helps me a lot in my everyday job. I enjoy using Ricochet360 for tasking, calling my customers, and properly keeping track of the status of every single call. The initial setup was very easy, just required getting my credentials, username, and password, and that’s it. I think it's one of the best applications or CRMs I have used.
