If I’m being honest, the main downside for me is that Close can sometimes feel a bit rigid. The modularity and customization options within Pipedrive really set it apart for me. After using other CRM software in the past that felt clunky and repetitive, it’s refreshing to have a CRM that’s genuinely easy to use while still letting me track everything at a very granular level. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The only reason my recommendation for Pipedrive isn’t a 10 out of 10 is the lack of being able to link multiple organizations to a single project. The way I track our projects is by linking the organization that is the actual customer, and then also linking the vendors for all purchased components. That way, the CRM almost acts like a version-control solution, and it lets me look back on previous projects to see which companies I used for shipments, procurement, and similar items. It would make a HUGE difference in how I use Pipedrive if multiple organizations could be attached to one project. Right now, I’m using labels to sort of “attach” vendors, but it’s really just a band-aid fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pipedrive is my company’s main CRM, and I also use it as a redundant tracker for project progression. From a CRM perspective, it’s incredibly beneficial thanks to its native features and the level of granular tracking it provides. We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

Fulcrum has exceeded our expectations as a modern ERP solution for manufacturers. Their commitment to technology, customer input, and professional support make them stand out in a crowded field. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. I also like the email warm up feature because it help maintain good email deliverability .earlier, many HR emails were going to spam, especially when sending bulk interview calls, after using instantly, open and reply rates improved noticeably. the dashboards is simple and clearly shows open rates, and campaign performance. from an HR point of view, instantly does not have many HR specific features like candidate tagging or recruitment pipeline tracking, we still need to manage candidate status in our ATS or spreadsheets, also reporting is basic, and for detailed analysis , data export is required.
