In general, I think HubSpot lacks an item for micro businesses in all its tiers, particularly for emerging markets. Many wouldn't pay for the license because it takes time to see benefits. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

We needed a simple, user friendly way to track deals as they move through the pipeline and easily know how much value is at each stage or what deals are growing stale. We have tried other CRM's but it we had to create custom reports, or create complicated fields. This was simple to set up and it functions exactly like an app called trello that we were using to track deals except this calculates deal values, and is a CRM all in one. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

What problems is TallyPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a new CA article trainee, I often found it challenging to understand how real-world transactions take place, which left me confused and made things seem complicated. However, using Tally has helped me grasp how transactions flow and connect, making the process much clearer. Whenever I work with a client who uses Tally software, I feel relieved because I can handle assignments with greater ease, better understanding, and in less time. Tally also offers a wide variety of reports, which are extremely helpful during company audits. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I found several issues with Instantly that detracted from my experience. The platform was consistently lagging, which hindered my workflow and made it difficult to manage tasks efficiently. Additionally, the customer support was not helpful; despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, I received little clarity or assistance. The unclear pricing structure was another problem, making it challenging to understand the costs and features associated with different plans. I also faced significant difficulties with lead management; the system did not allow me to work effectively with the collected data, and there was a lack of guidance on utilizing it properly. Furthermore, while I tried to integrate Instantly with other tools, it only managed to work with Slack, which limited its usefulness in a more integrated tech stack. Sage Intacct is an incredibly comprehensive system. It allows you to focus with an unrivalled depth into any single aspect of your financials. Regardless of the size of the aspect, the ability to report on it is extensive. I personally love the Financial Report Writer, you can on demand create reports which are tailored to exactly how you need them to be. Allowing for professional, detailed and accurate reporting.
