What do you like best about Acumatica?

We’ve had a largely positive experience with Acumatica. The platform is reasonably priced, especially given the breadth of functionality it offers. It’s also highly customizable and scalable, which has allowed it to fit the specific needs of our industry and continue to adapt as our organization grows.

A major advantage for our team has been how well Acumatica integrates with Excel and Velixo. Being able to import and export data easily, build reports, and work within a familiar Excel environment has made our financial reporting and analysis much more efficient.

We’ve also found the support team to be responsive and helpful, which matters a lot when implementing new workflows or refining existing ones in a system as robust as an ERP.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

To be honest, support and sales are not always well-trained on the actual capabilities of the platform.

There were many times that we called and asked for a solution, and the answer was either completely irrelevant, a cold “No, it’s not possible,” or a push toward another package that did not really fit our needs.

What was frustrating is that after a bit of struggle and our own investigation, we often found that there actually was a decent solution already built, or at least something clearly prepared and thought through by the HubSpot design team.

For example, as a landscaping company, we really wanted to run the business in an address-oriented way. At first, it seemed like that was not possible. I spoke with sales multiple times, and there was no obvious solution presented to us. In the end, we did our own due diligence, realized that upgrading to Sales Enterprise would give us access to custom objects, and basically sold the higher package to ourselves because it was actually the logical solution for our business.

So in that case, we were the ones acting like the knowledgeable salesperson, understanding the platform well enough to justify the higher price tier because it truly solved our problem.

And you know what the next pitch was after that? Marketing Enterprise! Which is completely irrelevant to us at our current stage.

In summary, I think it would help a lot if sales and support had a deeper understanding of the actual capabilities across the platform. They should try to put themselves in our shoes and tailor a real solution to our business, instead of just blindly offering more packages and trying to maximize the contract value without really considering what we need.

It should feel more like dealing with us as a B2B business with specific operational needs, not like a B2C retail sales process.

Also, on the product side, I wish the UI were a bit more customizable. For example, it would be nice to rearrange custom object cards more freely, customize CRM ribbon icons, and generally have a bit more flexibility in how pages are structured visually.

And please stop sending reminder emails to deactivated users. There was a reason behind those deactivations!

I totally enjoyed using Pipedrive because it's the most practical CRM I've used so far. I appreciate its very clean interface, especially on the deals page, and the ability to easily drag and move deals, which is something I like a lot. The tool is not complicated, making it easy to use and I find it a lot more easier to use than bigger CRM organizations like Salesforce. The ease of moving leads from one stage to another with the drag-and-drop feature is really helpful. I find it less complicated, allowing me not to waste a lot of time and making it very easy for me to manage. The initial setup was extremely easy, and we didn't face any issues. I don't think there's anything that doesn't work well on Pipedrive. Probably the link with the calendar. Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. The tool has constantly improved, what I don't like is that for changing the payment card you have to wait and there's no option for immediate payment. They do provide support, in your language, but I hope they soon add the option to load or change your card and be able to pay now, which would be a plus, while keeping the automatic processing option, just adding the pay now option. more diffusion of the tool is needed, I had already heard about it but what I have seen is that business owners or independent entrepreneurs would find the tool useful for their meta ads campaigns and for them to know that they can achieve the benefits, or come up with a basic plan especially for potential client forms on meta and lead automation via email. if they communicate that, there is a better business opportunity, although with limited functions they can attract clients who pay with a subscription like Canva. We have been using Fulcrum ERP for approximately 18 months in our aerospace manufacturing environment, and the experience has been very positive overall.

Fulcrum provided us with a dedicated onboarding integration specialist who guided us through the setup process. This individual was not only highly knowledgeable about the software, but also flexible and open-minded in helping us align Fulcrum with our aerospace-specific requirements. That willingness to adapt was critical in ensuring that we could maximize the system’s potential from the start.

Fulcrum stands out as a job shop ERP system designed with manufacturers in mind. One of the strengths of the platform is that it allows customers to either build their processes from scratch or migrate data from an existing ERP system. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and comprehensive, covering a wide range of functions needed to run a manufacturing operation efficiently.

While Fulcrum cannot customize every feature for each individual customer, they actively listen to client feedback and often incorporate widely requested changes into future updates. Compared to other ERP systems we’ve used, Fulcrum demonstrates a clear commitment to leveraging new technology and adapting to industry changes.

After the onboarding phase, Fulcrum transitions customers to a dedicated customer service representative. This continuity has been refreshing — it’s much more efficient to have a consistent point of contact rather than working with a different support agent every time. Both the onboarding team and the ongoing support staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and responsive.

Fulcrum has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking and comprehensive ERP platforms we have worked with. However, as with any ERP investment, success depends heavily on the effort put in by the customer. Clean data and thorough employee training are essential. I cannot overstate the importance of working closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure the system is configured correctly and that your team understands how to use its tools to their fullest potential.

Fulcrum has exceeded our expectations as a modern ERP solution for manufacturers. Their commitment to technology, customer input, and professional support make them stand out in a crowded field. What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

We are in Sage InTacct on a daily bases using the Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Reporting features. I love the interactive reporting that gives me real time results if I get my information in there. With the API tools we are easily able to get transactions transferred from our policy processing platform to InTacct. We worked with a 3rd party consultant to get the API tools even more refined to get the transactions in there exactly how we wanted them. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Sage InTacct is a little large for all our uses. I adopted this system from my predecessor and I was not really trained in the full functionality of the tool. With our third party adoption I'm also not able to access the community forum to get information from the community, which can be a little frustrating at time. I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. He told me he could not make time for the call and that his focus was prioritizing new leads. Prioritizing new leads over end of the funnel sales opportunities?! Make it make sense. What a slap in the face. I am spending close to $400 a month with this company for no results and zero customer service. Not $10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
