“HubSpot Sales Hub: Intuitive CRM That Streamlines Selling for Growing Teams”
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub makes sales management feel painless thanks to an extraordinarily intuitive, easy-to-adopt interface. Its powerful automated sequences and built-in calendar scheduling cut down on tedious admin work, so reps can spend more time selling. With native cross-department alignment, sales teams gain clear visibility into each customer’s full journey. Overall, it feels like an ideal CRM for growing teams that want robust pipeline tools without the complexity of an enterprise system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub gets expensive quickly as team seat costs scale up on higher tiers. The reporting and customization options are noticeably less granular than enterprise rivals like Salesforce. Advanced automation and core features are locked behind high-tier subscriptions like Professional or Enterprise. Additionally, its contacts-based pricing structure can lead to unexpected bills as your database grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot Sales Hub eliminates messy spreadsheets, manual data entry, and fragmented customer communications by unifying sales tools into one platform. Its automated follow-ups and frictionless scheduling save sales reps hours of tedious admin work every week. For businesses, this speeds up the deal cycle, improves pipeline visibility, and keeps prospects from falling through the cracks. Ultimately, it allows sales teams to close more deals faster while maintaining a smooth customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Acumatica Cloud ERP 26R1”
What do you like best about Acumatica?

AI Assistant (Preview) uses natural language AI to help users analyze ERP data. AI Studio lets customers and partners build AI-powered workflows while still maintaining governance and the right business context. The Modern User Experience delivers a cleaner, faster interface with improved navigation. Construction Enhancements include improved project forecasting, automated revenue recognition calculations, and better visibility into project risk for contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Generic Inquiries (GIs) are powerful but have a steep learning curve. Simpler drag-and-drop reporting for business users would be welcome.

Low-code workflows have improved significantly, but some complex approval processes still require customization.

Documentation - While documentation is comprehensive, it could include more real-world implementation examples and industry-specific best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica helps organizations replace disconnected systems, manual processes, and limited accounting software with a single, integrated cloud ERP platform. Many of the companies I work with have outgrown QuickBooks or multiple point solutions for accounting, CRM, inventory, payroll, and project management. Acumatica gives them one source of truth across finance, operations, sales, inventory, purchasing, and field teams.

The biggest benefits I've seen are improved visibility into real-time business performance, streamlined workflows, and better decision-making. Teams spend less time reconciling spreadsheets and duplicate data and more time focusing on customers and growth. Construction companies gain better project cost visibility and profitability, distributors improve inventory accuracy and fulfillment, and professional service organizations benefit from stronger project accounting and resource management.

As a consultant, Acumatica enables me to deliver solutions that are highly configurable without excessive custom development. Its open architecture, modern APIs, and industry-specific editions allow us to tailor the system to each client's needs while maintaining an upgrade-friendly solution. The result is faster implementations, greater user adoption, and measurable improvements in operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A great visual and customizable CRM with Room for Label Improvements”
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

As an experienced sales pro who has used most CRMs on the market, I love the visual ease of the Kanban view of deals. What makes this even better, is that I can customise the cards/view and see all the key data at once, making tracking deals much easier. The easy sequences for leads also stand out as a favourite feature for me. It's very visual, which helps in tracking hot leads and deals more efficiently than conventional CRM systems, ensuring that you focus your time on the real prospects.

Also, easy integration with our other tools, and email sync, so all the data is visible in place.

Something you don't notice, as it is just so normal now, is the speed and performance of it too, regardless of whether you are in the customer, deal or reports view, yet being very competitively priced too. Regular update webinars help to get the best out of the system too, with a dedicated support team who has been able to answer all our questions. Future AI features look exciting, too, with some already implemented and in daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The labels could be better, especially on the reporting side. It's frustrating that you can't use combinations like 'this label and that label' or 'this label, but not that one'. You're limited to just using a single label at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pipedrive helps us track to convert leads faster, and especially to convert the cooler leads by automation, whilst I can focus either to the new hot leads, or those converted by the automated sequences and deals easily with its visual approach, and customising cards lets me see key data at once, making tracking much simpler than conventional CRM. “Highly Customizable and Efficient ERP,”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I find NetSuite to be a good system for maintaining our ERP needs. It efficiently records our financial data, supply chain data, and fixed assets and helps reconcile the books at the end of the month. I like how user-friendly it is, allowing us to focus on more important tasks. It's very easy to customise to fit our business needs, and I love the global search and reporting features. The global search is useful for finding almost anything, and I appreciate the ability to use multiple tabs for multitasking. The system's efficiency and ease of configuration are definite highlights, making it straightforward to use. With effective integration capabilities, it fits our global business needs perfectly. Overall, I would strongly recommend NetSuite as it's a very good system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I think sometimes, NetSuite can be very slow. Also, customer service can be a bit frustrating because when you reach them, they ask you too many questions to get to the bottom of a problem. I expected them to have better knowledge since it feels like they're asking questions as if you're using NetSuite for the first time. So, having better customer support would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use NetSuite as our ERP system to efficiently manage financial data, supply chain, and fixed assets. It simplifies month-end reconciliation, supports global scalability, and is easily customizable. “Easy Setup, Seamless Email Integration, and Responsive Support”
What do you like best about Close?

The initial setup was super easy, and the email integration was fast and seamless. Kudos to the support team as well: extremely quick to respond to my initial questions and very clear in guiding me toward a solution. User interface is clean and easy. I'm on the Solo plan and it's competitive compared to other apps. So far I had no issues in performances, works smoothly and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The only real flaw that remains is the inability to schedule an in-person meeting on the calendar (only phone calls or video conferences are available). I find this missing feature a bit out of touch: 100% online businesses aren't the only ones out there—there are tons of companies working in the field, and being able to log sales visits in the CRM is essential. I've already submitted this feedback to the development team and hope they implement it soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Highly Customizable, Easy-to-Use CRM That Boosts Efficiency and Collaboration”
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best about monday CRM is how customizable it is while still being easy to use. We use it to manage workflows across multiple teams, and being able to tailor boards, automations, dashboards, and views to fit our exact processes has made a significant difference in efficiency. The drag-and-drop interface, color-coded statuses, and customizable columns make it easy for users to quickly understand where work stands without extensive training.

The automation capabilities have eliminated many repetitive manual tasks, such as assigning owners, sending notifications, updating statuses, and moving items between boards. This has reduced errors and helped our team stay on top of deadlines. The dashboards also provide real-time visibility into workloads and project progress, making it much easier to identify bottlenecks and report on key metrics.

Another standout feature is the integrations. Connecting monday CRM with tools like Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other business applications keeps information synchronized and reduces duplicate data entry. The platform performs reliably even as our boards have grown, and it's responsive enough for daily use across multiple departments.

I've also been impressed with monday AI. Features like AI-generated summaries, writing assistance, and formula generation help streamline routine work and save time, especially when building new workflows or documenting updates. Combined with an intuitive onboarding experience, a large library of templates, and extensive knowledge base resources, it's easy for both new and experienced users to become productive quickly.

Overall, monday CRM has improved collaboration, increased visibility into our processes, and reduced administrative work. The flexibility and time savings have provided excellent value for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

While monday CRM is highly flexible, that flexibility can also create a learning curve. Setting up more advanced automations, formulas, and cross-board workflows often requires trial and error, and some features aren't as intuitive as they could be for new users. More guided setup wizards or contextual help within the platform would make the onboarding experience smoother.

The AI features are promising, but they're still evolving. While they can save time with content generation and summaries, I'd like to see more intelligent workflow recommendations, deeper automation capabilities, and better context awareness across boards. Expanding AI's ability to proactively identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, or surface relevant insights would add even more value.

Integrations generally work well, but some require third-party services or higher-tier plans to unlock their full potential. Having more native integrations and fewer limitations on automation actions would make it easier to build connected workflows without additional complexity.

Performance is typically reliable, but very large boards with numerous automations and connected items can occasionally feel slower to load or navigate. Improving responsiveness for larger, more complex workspaces would enhance the overall user experience.

Finally, while monday CRM offers a wide range of features, some of the most valuable capabilities are reserved for higher pricing tiers. Organizations may find themselves needing to upgrade to access essential automation or reporting functionality. Offering more flexibility in feature packaging would provide better value, especially for growing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing monday CRM, many of our processes were spread across emails, spreadsheets, and manual tracking, making it difficult to keep projects organized and ensure everyone had visibility into the latest updates. Following up on tasks, tracking ownership, and reporting progress often required additional administrative work and frequent status meetings.

With monday CRM, we've centralized our workflows into one platform where teams can collaborate in real time. Automated notifications, status updates, recurring tasks, and workflow automations have significantly reduced manual effort and helped ensure that important steps aren't missed. Team members always know what they're responsible for, and managers have immediate visibility into project status through dashboards and reporting.

The platform has also improved accountability by clearly assigning ownership and providing transparency into deadlines and progress. Instead of spending time gathering updates from multiple sources, we can quickly access real-time information, allowing us to focus on higher-value work.

Another major benefit has been the ability to customize workflows for different departments without requiring separate tools. This has streamlined processes, improved collaboration, and created a more consistent experience across teams. We've also been able to build automations that save hours of repetitive work each week by eliminating manual data entry and routine follow-up tasks.

Overall, monday CRM has helped us increase efficiency, improve communication, reduce administrative overhead, and make better, data-driven decisions through centralized reporting and real-time visibility into our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Sage Intacct Brilliant”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

Sage Intacct is user-friendly and offers a help section that’s easy to navigate. Creating custom reports that are auto-generated for the credit control team has saved hours of work each month. Payment runs are also easier and faster; instead of manually setting up individual payments, they can be completed by importing a file, which reduces the chance of payments being missed. The bank line feeds have saved a lot of time as well, especially once we set rules so they apply to the correct customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Sometimes when an error pops up, it’s not always clear where to go to solve the problem. There’s also occasional downtime when the bank feeds don’t show up, or they come through later in the day. It doesn’t happen often, and to be fair everything has little niggles now and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time is important in any role, and the manual processes we had in place have now been replaced with a much slicker workflow. From importing bank feeds to creating weekly payment files, everything feels more accurate and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Drag-and-Drop Deals Pipeline and Scoring That Keep Opportunities on Track”
What do you like best about EngageBay?

The deals pipeline is probably the feature I use the most. I manage multiple opportunities at the same time, so being able to drag a deal from one milestone to another is simple but really helpful. It gives me a quick picture of where every opportunity stands without opening multiple screens.

I also like the deal scoring feature. I assign scores based on how qualified a prospect is, which helps us focus on the opportunities that deserve attention first instead of treating every deal the same. Adding notes, follow-up tasks, and reminders inside the deal record keeps everything together, so I don't have to search through emaisl or separate documents.

The interface ie easy to get comfortable with after a few days, and the pipeline view has become part of my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The initial setup look a little time, especially while deciding how to structure our pipeline stages and scoring rules. A few advanced settings were not immediately obvious, so I spent some time exploring before everything matched our workflow. Once configured, though I haven't had many issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using EngageBay, it was easy for deals to stay in the same stage longer than they should because there wasn't a clear process. Now everything opportunity has a defined stage, score, owner and next action. It has made follow-ups more consistent and gives us better visibility into the sales pipeline. I spend less time tracking where deals are and more time actually moving them forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Modern, Intuitive ERP with Standout AI (Aura) and Close Management”
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet is a modern ERP with an intuitive interface that genuinely puts customers in the driver's seat. The AI capabilities are where it stands out, specially Aura, which handles the routine work like bank reconciliation, accruals, and flux analysis automatically. The close management tools are also a real differentiator: there's a built-in checklist, automated reconciliations, and prepaid expense tracking that used to require manual effort. The integrations with our existing tech stack were straightforward to set up, and the pace at which the platform keeps improving has been noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Rillet is clearly built for the modern finance stack, and it does that very well. If you're in GovCon and need a DCAA-approved accounting system, that's a specific niche it isn't yet designed for, which is worth knowing if you're in that space. For everything else, it covers the bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet has completely transformed what my team spends time on. What used to be data entry and manual reconciliation is now handled automatically, which has freed up real capacity to focus on more advanced, higher-value work. “Powerful Automations and Reporting That Drive Strategic Decisions”
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The automation builder is the standout for our team - we run multiple email sequences (re-engagement, nurtures, promotional) and being able to visually map out the logic, branching, and tagging makes it easy to see the whole customer journey at a glance.

The reporting side has been genuinely useful for our marketing decisions. We track UTM parameters through to GA4, which lets us see which channels are driving traffic and conversions (not just opens and clicks).

Segmentation and tagging are flexible enough that we can speak to different segments of our audience without needing a dozen separate campaigns - we tag based on where someone is in their journey and let the automations do the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

The biggest pain point has been account-level settings that require support intervention rather than self-service. (Ex: our admin subdomain is still tied to our old business domain, and simply updating it isn't something we can do ourselves - it requires opening a support ticket and waiting on the back-and-forth.) For a business that recently began a rebrand, this makes a simple update unnecessarily slow.

We recently ran into an SMTP banner/reverse DNS mismatch tied to a subdomain from our old domain, which took some technical back-and-forth with support to sort out. The underlying issue wasn't ActiveCampaign's fault, but the diagnostic messaging around it wasn't intuitive - it took some digging to figure out what was actually causing the mismatch.

Automation building is powerful, but the interface can feel a little dated compared to some newer competitors. It's not always the most visually intuitive, especially for more complex multi-branch sequences - but I've been pleased with many of the recent updates ActiveCampaign has been rolling out in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

ActiveCampaign helps us maintain consistent, personalized contact with our audience without it becoming a manual, time-consuming task. Before automation, keeping up with re-engagement outreach, educational content, and nurture emails across different segments of our list would have required a lot of manual sending and tracking. Segmentation and automation frees up real time for higher-value work for our team.

Also, by tracking UTM parameters through email into GA4, we can see which specific campaigns and channels are actually converting into bookings and sales, rather than relying on guesswork or vanity metrics. That's directly shaped decisions about where to invest more marketing time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation around purchasing and stock transfers saves real time, and having Shopify, courier and accounting integrations in one platform means we're not stitching tools together. As a distributor carrying several brands across more than one location, that single source of truth matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI?

The initial setup takes some care. Getting sales channels and customer/delivery records configured the right way isn't always obvious at first, and a few things are easier to do directly in the UI than via import. It's worth investing the time to get it right early, as once it's set up correctly it runs reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaced a setup of spreadsheets and a couple of disconnected systems that couldn't scale with us. We now have accurate multi-location stock, faster order processing for our wholesale and trade accounts, and far less manual admin across dispatch and purchasing. We evaluated platforms like Brightpearl and Orderwise and chose Stok.ly for the flexibility and the integrated approach. It has given us proper inventory control and automation as we've grown. “Fulcrum Aligns Teams with Clear, Visual Value Stream Mapping”
What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum intuitively connects upstream and downstream, and it really gets everyone rowing in the same direction. It’s a visually based platform that clearly value stream maps a manufacturing operation. It also links the shop floor to the front office, giving real traction to ideas and improvements. The interface captures tribal knowledge and helps connect the team, so information and progress don’t get stuck in silos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

The invoicing feature needs more search options to make it easier to locate specific invoices, and it would also help to have a way to link invoices to packing lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping scale our company by leveraging the knowledge of veterans and making that knowledge accessible. Fulcrum feels like a touchstone for developing future leaders in manufacturing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Unified Real-Time Insights That Make Operations More Efficient”
What do you like best about SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)?

What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it brings different business processes together in one system, so it's much easier to access accurate, real-time information. It helps reduce manual work, improves collaboration between teams, and gives better visibility into day-to-day operations. Once you get used to it, it makes managing business processes much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)?

One thing I don't like about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it can take some time to learn, especially if you're new to the SAP ecosystem. Some tasks require multiple steps, and certain customizations aren't as straightforward as I'd like. While it's a powerful platform, the interface and navigation could be more intuitive in a few areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps bring our core business processes into one system, which reduces the need to work across multiple tools or spreadsheets. Having real-time data makes it easier to track operations, make informed decisions, and identify issues sooner. For me, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and makes day-to-day work more efficient. “Fast, Low-Friction CRM with Real-Time Visibility and Automatic Enrichment”
What do you like best about Attio?

As an SDR at Vega, what I like best about Attio is how little it gets in my way. Enrichment happens automatically, so I’m not burning time looking up company details before a call — the data’s just there. Logging notes, updating deal stages, and moving leads through the pipeline takes seconds instead of clicks-deep menu digging, which means more of my day actually goes toward talking to prospects instead of babysitting a CRM. And since everything updates in real time, I can see the second a teammate touches an account, so I’m never duplicating outreach or stepping on a deal that’s already in motion. For someone doing high-volume outbound, that speed and visibility make a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Honestly, a few things slow me down. Reporting and analytics still feel a bit thin compared to bigger CRMs like Salesforce — if I want a deeper breakdown of my call-to-meeting conversion by segment, I sometimes have to piece it together manually or export to a spreadsheet. The mobile experience isn’t as polished as the desktop app, so it’s harder to update records on the fly between meetings. Some of the more advanced automation and sequencing features also feel newer and less battle-tested, so I’ve run into the occasional workflow that doesn’t trigger quite right. And since Attio is still growing fast, documentation and support response times can lag behind actual product changes, so I sometimes have to poke around or ask teammates instead of finding a quick answer myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio is solving the “CRM as a chore” problem for me. Before, keeping data clean meant constant manual entry — updating contact info, tracking who touched which account, remembering to log calls. Attio automates a lot of that through enrichment and activity syncing, so the data stays accurate without me babysitting it. That directly benefits me because I spend less time on admin and more time actually prospecting and talking to leads, which is what actually moves my numbers.

It’s also solving a visibility problem across the team. Since everything updates in real time, I always know the current status of an account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Xorosoft: A True ERP Partner with Powerful, Flexible Reporting”
What do you like best about XoroERP?

Xorosoft is our source of truth for order processing, inventory, and accounting. What stands out most is the partnership - we're in a super growth phase and they consistently take the time to listen, scope our integration plans with thoughtful questions, and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the result. The reporting is the other big win - we can slice and dice data however we need. The value is also real - compared to the bigger ERP companies, Xorosoft offers a lot for what you pay. They're flexible, they listen, and they grow alongside us. That's rare in an ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XoroERP?

A few minor things. It's best on desktop - we've found it tough to maneuver on iPad and haven't even attempted phone yet, so if your team works on the go, that's something to know upfront. The reporting is plentiful, but there's a learning curve to figure out which reports actually serve your business best. And like most ERPs, learning which fields work for your workflow takes some trial and error - though there are plenty of custom field options to get you where you need to go.go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were really struggling with inventory tracking - specifically, getting visibility into serial numbers on the outbound side with our 3PL. We shared the struggle with Xorosoft and they scoped and built out a solution with us. Now we have real systems in place to track inventory out in the world, which means we can service our customers faster and with more accuracy. As we scale, that kind of visibility is everything.
