Starting from implementation the experience was amazing! I've been part of ERP implementation projects that have taken 12+ months, whereas we were live in ~9 weeks. The implementation team was really knowledgeable and took the time to understand our processes and help us design / build the system that would scale with us.
We've been able to reduce our timeline to reconcile cash from 5 days to 1 day leveraging cash rules and AI-enabled cash matching automation. This as well as the native subledgers for previously manually tracked prepaids, fixed assets, and deferred revenue, have allowed us to reduce our month-end close timeline from 12-14 business days down to 5-6 business days.

The interface makes everything easier. When we migrated to Sage, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to understand how it works, but the layout and navigation made the transition much smoother. I could find what I needed quickly and move through the system with ease.
For reconciliations, it has improved the process a lot—especially for my accounts receivable reconciliations, which are usually a lot to manage. With a single journal entry, everything was cleared up, and matching bank transactions to the relevant accounts became much more straightforward.
It also integrates easily with JP Morgan bank and with Bill.com, including Spend and Expense and AP. I also appreciate that the reports I need are generated easily—literally just one click away. During setup, we were given practice accounts to review and learn from without the risk of making serious mistakes. As a Senior Project Engineer, I use Bigin to keep track of customer discussions, supplier follow-ups, project actions, and documentation requests. What I like most is the pipeline view because it gives me a clear picture of ongoing activities without maintaining separate spreadsheets or manual trackers.
A typical workflow for me involves moving customer requests through different stages such as initial inquiry, technical discussion, documentation review, execution support, and closure. Having all communication history, notes, tasks, and follow-ups attached to the same record makes project coordination much easier.
The interface is straightforward, and onboarding was simple enough that team members could start using it with very little training. Performance has also been reliable during daily use, even when managing multiple contacts and activities.
