I really appreciate that we haven't run into any inventory issues since implementation. I also like that it manages complex builds in production, fitting our business model perfectly, which no other ERP system could handle. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use, which I find important for visibility as an operations manager. I appreciate how quickly Digit's team implements changes and their responsive customer service, which acknowledges our efforts to improve the product. We had been working on the project for over a year and had gotten nowhere. Dan and his team came in, scrapped what we had, and rebuilt it in a couple of months. We had given them a timeline of 6 months and they crushed timeline expectations. The software has allowed us to gain visibility into metrics we didn't know existed and eliminated 10,000 pieces of paper per year. The dashboard feature has been huge because it gives us real-time updates. One of the biggest pros Digit provided was the implementation of the software to our warehouse team. We have struggled in the past with a language barrier when implementing new technology, but Digit simplified the new process so much that the language barrier did not even matter. The team was able to learn the software in a matter of hours and start using it the following day. **What do you dislike about Digit?** Digit went above and beyond our expectations. We have nothing negative to say. Even after the software was launched, Digit was there anytime a problem came up with the software.
