All modules are easily accessible within the menu using a dropdown or a search. It's really easy to use - best of all, it's cloud based and so I can access it from any device, even on mobile. The customer support is always excellent, the Xoro team is always listening to our feedback and finding solutions to our unique workflows. Some of the biggest advantages are that it's cloud based, easy to use, highly customizable, well supported, and integrates with so many other platforms. The support team is always willing to help and their response time is some of the best I've ever seen. Overall it's an excellent platform that excels at almost everything.

XoroERP is our one stop shop for all our operational needs - it handles our inbound and outbound orders, integrating with 3PL's, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, Shopify, & EDI. We shopped ERP solutions for ~1 year, and Xoro came out on top. Throughout the sales process, they had every solution we needed. We are an eComm brand that purchases components and assembled our own goods. We have multiple layers of bundling of components, goods, and packaging. We also have our own warehouse operation. Xoro has been awesome for helping us get all of this under control.

So far, everything that their sales team sold us on has been followed through on, which is rare in the SaaS space. Our implementation manager, Moh, has been a pleasure to work with.

The implementation has taken quite a while, though that is a mix of the complexity of operation and amount of resources that go into it.

We spent about a year exploring ERP solutions, and Xoro ultimately stood out as the best choice. Throughout the entire process, they provided every feature we needed. As an eCommerce brand that sources components and assembles our products, we have several layers of bundling for components, products, and packaging. Additionally, we manage our own warehouse.
