What stands out most is the partnership - we're in a super growth phase and they consistently take the time to listen, scope our integration plans with thoughtful questions, and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the result. The reporting is the other big win - we can slice and dice data however we need. The value is also real - compared to the bigger ERP companies, Xorosoft offers a lot for what you pay. They're flexible, they listen, and they grow alongside us. That's rare in an ERP. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** A few minor things. It's best on desktop - we've found it tough to maneuver on iPad and haven't even attempted phone yet, so if your team works on the go, that's something to know upfront. The reporting is plentiful, but there's a learning curve to figure out which reports actually serve your business best. And like most ERPs, learning which fields work for your workflow takes some trial and error - though there are plenty of custom field options to get you where you need to go.go. **What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were really struggling with inventory tracking - specifically, getting visibility into serial numbers on the outbound side with our 3PL. We shared the struggle with Xorosoft and they scoped and built out a solution with us. Now we have real systems in place to track inventory out in the world, which means we can service our customers faster and with more accuracy. Other ERP's struggle with this. And it's all configurable so you can see only what you want to see. The support team is always willing to help and their response time is some of the best I've ever seen. Overall it's an excellent platform that excels at almost everything. We had a few bespoke workflows with some of our vendors/customers and the Xorosoft team worked hard to support them natively within the ERP. We couldn't be happier! **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** The learning curve was steep, like with most ERP's, but Xorosoft's awesome implementation team walked us through everything and now it all works like a charm. **What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** XoroERP's ability to cater to different kinds of workflows is helping us manage our order volume. This makes order processing overall a much less menacing task and allows our to focus on other aspects of our business. Real time inventory and live syncing to Shopify is keeping our eCom platform accurate without any manual intervention. Overall the integration with Shopify is excellent and it's the best I've ever seen. Reporting is another strength of XoroERP. We can create customized reports with specific data points that let us drill down and see exactly what's happening on a granular level. It allows us to make informed business decisions that are backed up by real data! ### 7. The best part is that all modules and transactions are under one roof and so they're all already linked. The support team has been excellent and it helps that the platform is so easy to use. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** The implementation phase was a bit long, but our workflows were more unique and the Xorosoft team were instrumental in getting us live. Now that almost everything is dialed in, the processes are smooth and everything is much easier to manage. **What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing all our inbound and outbound orders - including sending them to our 3PL or self-fulfilling is a very positive experience since all the data-points are visible and much of the workflow is automated. This frees up time for focusing on other aspects of our business. The manufacturing module allows us to track our raw material inventory and produce our final manufactured goods to sell. The best part is that all the accounting is baked in. And this can even be linked to our orders for automated manufacturing. This entire module has standardized how we manage our manufacturing process while mitigating any gaps in the workflow. We have custom workflows with some of our EDI retailers and XoroERP's flexibility has been able to adapt and pivot to accommodate them really quickly. Now we can handle a high volume of orders with ease! ### 8. Throughout the sales process, they had every solution we needed. We are an eComm brand that purchases components and assembled our own goods. We have multiple layers of bundling of components, goods, and packaging. We also have our own warehouse operation. Xoro has been awesome for helping us get all of this under control. So far, everything that their sales team sold us on has been followed through on, which is rare in the SaaS space. Our implementation manager, Moh, has been a pleasure to work with. The implementation has taken quite a while, though that is a mix of the complexity of operation and amount of resources that go into it. So far, so good. Throughout the entire process, they provided every feature we needed. As an eCommerce brand that sources components and assembles our products, we have several layers of bundling for components, products, and packaging. Additionally, we manage our own warehouse. Xoro has been instrumental in helping us streamline these operations. What’s impressed us so far is that everything the sales team promised has been delivered, which is uncommon in the SaaS industry. Our implementation manager, Moh, has been a great partner in this journey. The implementation process has been lengthy, but that's due to the complexity of our operations and the resources required to make it work. Overall, the experience has been positive. I haven’t had the chance to fully explore the accounting and analytics features yet, as we are still in the implementation phase, but I’ll provide feedback once we’ve completed that stage. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** There was a notable learning curve, and we went through an extended onboarding process, which led to a temporary dip in efficiency within our organization. If you have mutliple entities, many SKU's and use anything other than the US Date format, the system is clunky and many features do not work effectively.
