as a sales team lead, agentforce sales has helped my team improve pipeline visbility automated repetitive tasks, and maintain consistent engagement with prospects through the sales cycles., the platform combines CRM capabilities with AI drive insights making it easier to manage opportunities, forecast revenue and improve sales productivity,. the biggest advantage of agentforce sales is its to centralize customer information, sales activities and pipeline management in a single platform, this gives sales representatives and managers a completed view of customer interactions and opportunity progress, i regulalry use it for lead and opportunity management , pipeline tracking sales tracking , sales forecasting , activity monitoring , team performance management, customer realtionship tracking , sales process automations, the AI powered recommendation helps sales reps prioritize opportunitiies and focus on high value activities. the interface is modern and highly customizable .it integrated well with a broad sales technology stack. i have integrated it with Jira and Google workspace. performance is reliably for managing customer data, tracking activities, generating report and monitoring sales performance. i dont like that the platform can feel complex for new users due to its extensive functionality , customization options, and configuration setting, while flexibility in powerful ,it can require additional training and onboarding before sales representative become fully productive, i have also found that highly customization environment can sometimes make workflows more complicated that necessary, particularly when multiple teams have different processes and reporting requirements, maintaining consistency across dashboards, fiels and automations rules requires ongoing administration and governance. I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. What do you like best about EngageBay?

The deals pipeline is the part I use the most. It's easy to move a deal from one stage to the next by simply drag and drop and I always know where each opportunity stands. Once I got used to it, keeping track of follow-ups became much less of a hassle.

I also like contact management and sequences. When I open a contact, I can see previous conversations, notes and activities in one place, so I dont have to spend time looking through different records before reaching out. I like that Ricochet360 is super fast and never gets stuck. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition consultation follow-ups, lifestyle assessment reminders, wellness activity tracking, preventive care scheduling, and healthcare related task management. Creating tasks, managing follow up schedules, checking calendar activities, and organizing consultation reminders feels comfortable during busy work routines. Features like task reports, activity tracking, contact management, calendar scheduling, notes, and reminder organization help me keep different wellness and healthcare workflows more properly arranged from one place instead of managing everything separately.

I also like that handling multiple consultation tasks together does not feel confusing even during longer work schedules. Sometimes workflows can lag behind and aren't as fast as other CRM tools when it comes to execution. However, this is directed towards dense workflows so it is not something I am overly fussed about. What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was assigned a project by my sales team in which they wanted to connect form submissions to submissions found prior in the 'People' and 'Companies' objects. Due to this, I needed attio to find records in which company names were the same. The problem was that companies would spell their names differently, perhaps with lower cases or upper cases or maybe even missing a letter. Under normal circumstances I definitely would not have been able to create a workflow in which all of those company names could be found similar until I assigned the task to the custom AI agents in the workflow builder. The task was solved so quickly I was over the moon at having the burden lifted off my shoulders. Now the workflow executes perfectly and we no longer have trouble matching company names. Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I use Zoho CRM to keep a record of my leads, my follow ups, and most importantly the notes about the client or prospect. It helps me know exactly which leads I'm working on, my focus area, and which are top priority. One thing I like is that I have a complete record on Zoho CRM, so I'm assured that my data would not be lost. Since I'm the administrator of the account, I can assign roles based on sales agents, marketing agents, and operations agents, so the role based access control is another thing I like about Zoho. The user experience is great. If you look at the flow and the workflow, you have the lead status so you know what status you're on with a particular lead, then the contact information, notes, add meetings, add notes, and run a report. All that makes it a complete turnkey solution for all my CRM needs. It keeps me on top of my follow ups. The lead status tells me exactly where my lead stands as of today. I can use the contact details when I have to send an email to a prospect or call my client. Once I've finished an activity like an email sent or a call, I can record the notes so I keep a record of where I am. For meetings, I can schedule them and it sends reminders ten minutes before so I'm aware. And reporting, from a management perspective, lets me send a detailed report to the CXO. I don't think there's anything that needs to be added. It's a perfect platform. We switched from HubSpot, and the most important factor was the ease of access to create a lead and follow up on the lead, and it's more cost effective. The setup was easy, none of it was difficult. What really changed the game for the Blossom marketing team was how Mekari Qontak turned our chaotic communication into a streamlined garden. Here are the highlights:

The Omnichannel Magic: Before Qontak, my team was jumping between Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and Facebook like they were in a sprint. Having a single unified dashboard for all customer interactions allowed us to maintain a consistent brand voice without the burnout.

WhatsApp Business API & Automation: The ability to send out automated broadcasts that don’t feel like "spam" is huge. We can trigger personalized updates and use chatbots to handle basic FAQs, which frees up my creative team to focus on actual strategy rather than answering "Is this in stock?" 100 times a day.
