What do you like best about Pipedrive?

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

We needed a simple, user friendly way to track deals as they move through the pipeline and easily know how much value is at each stage or what deals are growing stale. We have tried other CRM's but it we had to create custom reports, or create complicated fields. This was simple to set up and it functions exactly like an app called trello that we were using to track deals except this calculates deal values, and is a CRM all in one. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. It provides unlimited broadcast capability with a clean and intuitive UI/UX, making integration and implementation with our engineers very straightforward. We can easily create and submit message templates for Meta’s approval before sending broadcasts to customers.
