As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage.

The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages. For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product? This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

What do you like best about GReminders?

I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I use Word and Excel daily. I couldn't imagine getting my work done without them. I have tried using low-cost/free competitors, but they aren't in the same league. I write status reports, track attendance, calculate hours worked into PTO earned, just about everything in my day-to-day is in Word or Excel. I also use Power Point for the occasional presentation, or for items that require just a quick graphical touch. Office 365 just seems to work, and it allows more flexibility than the freebie apps. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. What do you like best about Engine?

I can book hotels on a whim. I book over 30 rooms a week across all of California and not have to worry about the mess of waiting on a Sales Director to send me over 2-3 documents via email just to book a room for more than 4 rooms, not to mention Engine will find you the CHEAPEST option and sort the hotel rooms that way. There have been a few times I have thought to myself " Hey this DoubleTree is usually $170-200 per room night but its going for $90 on Engine, Is this legit" and 100% of the time it is. Come the time where i need to call support to handle a hotels credit card handling, all i have to do is dial the support number listed at the bottom of the support tab and I give one reference quote stating my issue and i get directly sent to a human who solves the issue 100% of the time. There was one particular time I booked a room for one of my superintendent's down in Long Beach Ca. The hotel was gorgeous and highly sought after for the people that go down there for our freeway project we were doing. The hotel mishandled my guys card 2 stays in a row. Both times i called them to rectify his CC charges and try to get him the money reimbursed they mischarged. All it took was one phone call and my guy got his money back for BOTH stays. What do you dislike about Engine?

The only quirk I found would be useful is that i feel as if there should be a general "Notes for the Front Desk" tab upon booking the reservation, although I do not doubt that it end up becoming a thing at one point or another, there is a few things I could use it for. There are a plethora of Night workers we have and they usually show up at these hotels at 1-4am and there have been a bunch of hotels that have actually cancelled the reservation under their assumption that they wont show up. I do work around this by calling but then that defeats some of the purpose by having to contact the hotel anyways. Sometimes i even like to note that they will have a larger vehicle and put a note there saying so. Also, a dark mode feature would be pretty cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting rid of a paper trail and having to recollect every hotels charge on the company card and sifting through each folio for every guy. This works for assuring my employees aren't buying things they shouldn't be buying with our card on file and also having to have each folio for the accounting team to know how to code each hotel charge. I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I use WellnessLiving for my Dance & Pilates studio and find scheduling and taking prepayments super easy. It offers clients various options like casual, concession card, membership, or course purchases. It's very easy to follow for staff and clients, and the support is excellent. I appreciate how it has many additional options like a customized client app, forms for clients, and an AI help assistant—all of which you can use if needed, allowing you to pay according to your needs. It's an overall excellent all-in-one solution for my type of business. The initial setup was very easy for me. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague. Our onboarder was helpful and really tried, but it felt like she was working with one hand tied behind her back – doing her best with a system that just doesn’t deliver. What do you dislike about Nory?

We were sold Nory as an “all in one bakery solution,” but in reality it’s completly geared towards restaurants. From setup to reporting, nothing fits how a bakery actually works. Half the features they showed in the demo either don’t exist or only make sense if you’re running a full service kitchen.

It honestly feels like we’ve been testing a half-finished product rather than using a reliable system - after 3 months of onboarding we were still unable to use it.

What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

I have journals that I sell during my courses, and Square Point of Sale makes it easy to accept multiple forms of payment. I like that it works on phones and tablets because I carry both with me. It also allows me to set up multiple ways to pay, using both a tablet and a phone, meaning there's no limit to where I can go and use Square, making it simple for people to purchase from me even if they don't have cash.
