What do you like best about GReminders?

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

I think its awesome they provide 1 Terabyte of cloud space but I personally am not a fan of having to pay for more storage space. I think that's ridiculous especially when its paired to something like outlook and can hinder your email receiving if you run out of storage. What do you like best about Engine?

I can book hotels on a whim. I book over 30 rooms a week across all of California and not have to worry about the mess of waiting on a Sales Director to send me over 2-3 documents via email just to book a room for more than 4 rooms, not to mention Engine will find you the CHEAPEST option and sort the hotel rooms that way. There have been a few times I have thought to myself " Hey this DoubleTree is usually $170-200 per room night but its going for $90 on Engine, Is this legit" and 100% of the time it is. Come the time where i need to call support to handle a hotels credit card handling, all i have to do is dial the support number listed at the bottom of the support tab and I give one reference quote stating my issue and i get directly sent to a human who solves the issue 100% of the time. There was one particular time I booked a room for one of my superintendent's down in Long Beach Ca. The hotel was gorgeous and highly sought after for the people that go down there for our freeway project we were doing. The hotel mishandled my guys card 2 stays in a row. Both times i called them to rectify his CC charges and try to get him the money reimbursed they mischarged. All it took was one phone call and my guy got his money back for BOTH stays. What do you dislike about Engine?

The only quirk I found would be useful is that i feel as if there should be a general "Notes for the Front Desk" tab upon booking the reservation, although I do not doubt that it end up becoming a thing at one point or another, there is a few things I could use it for. There are a plethora of Night workers we have and they usually show up at these hotels at 1-4am and there have been a bunch of hotels that have actually cancelled the reservation under their assumption that they wont show up. I do work around this by calling but then that defeats some of the purpose by having to contact the hotel anyways. Sometimes i even like to note that they will have a larger vehicle and put a note there saying so. Also, a dark mode feature would be pretty cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting rid of a paper trail and having to recollect every hotels charge on the company card and sifting through each folio for every guy. This works for assuring my employees aren't buying things they shouldn't be buying with our card on file and also having to have each folio for the accounting team to know how to code each hotel charge. It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). Trying to manage your availability or cancel a meeting on the go is a challenge. The mobile browser version of the admin panel is not fully optimized for small screens. If you’re at a conference or in a car and need to quickly block out the rest of your afternoon, the buttons are small and the layout can break, making emergency calendar management stressful. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I love how helpful and supportive the team at WellnessLiving is, especially Aaron, who made it a point to maintain a great customer relationship. It's impressive how he goes out of his way to help customers. I also really like the platform changes—they've improved a lot technologically, and the tools are better now. The private app they offer keeps everything organized, which I find really handy. I appreciate how the scheduling feature makes my studio management easier. Plus, the collaboration works great with my website, allowing people to book classes directly, and it integrates well with ClassPass. In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. Our onboarder was helpful and really tried, but it felt like she was working with one hand tied behind her back – doing her best with a system that just doesn’t deliver. What do you dislike about Nory?

We were sold Nory as an “all in one bakery solution,” but in reality it’s completly geared towards restaurants. From setup to reporting, nothing fits how a bakery actually works. Half the features they showed in the demo either don’t exist or only make sense if you’re running a full service kitchen.

It honestly feels like we’ve been testing a half-finished product rather than using a reliable system - after 3 months of onboarding we were still unable to use it.

“Just Ok - Fair fee costs, good tools for inventory, lacking in support”
What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

Square for Retail has great features for inventory tracking, including a receiving feature and cost of goods reports. Transactions are generally quick and easy on the point of sale register or handheld terminal, and Square provides nonprofits like ours with a discounted credit card processing rate. Switching from Clover POS to Square POS has allowed us to save on processing fees and helps us keep better track of our inventory. It also allows us to use online payment links without needing a full online store. Another feature we like is the Customer Directory, which automatically captures customer data, as well as allows us to group customers so we can give unique discounts to different membership levels. The directory is also helpful for reporting visitor demographics and visitor return rates (we can see who returns weekly, monthly, or has visited only once). What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?

The major downside of Square is it's lack of adequate customer support. I often have to wait hours on the phone, only to be told there is a glitch or issue that nobody knows how to fix yet, After several days, the issue may resolve itself, but I am never followed up with, and never informed of what caused the issue or how it was fixed.

While Square advertises it has integrations with many other software products, we have found that most of those integrations are actually not customizable enough for our needs. For example, only a few of the fields are able to be sent through third party integration apps like Zapier. We have also tried the Quickbooks integration (it only sent a general sales figure over, not different figures for nontaxable and taxable sales), and the WooCommerce integration (cannot use products with multiple variable features online - like a tee shirt with a size variation AND a color variation), so we have not been able to use any integrations.
