Very user-friendly, easy to learn, even the basic package (PMS + Booking Engine + Channel Manager) is more than enough if you have an accommodation like Hostel, the support team is so fast and currently, they are recruiting the team all over the world so time difference will not be an issue.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have a small accommodation business and Cloudbeds provide me all the basic property management system that I need with a reasonable pricing. With Cloudbeds, I can manage my property both internally and externally which includes booking engine and channel manager. Those things are very crucial and with Cloudbeds that I can access through my phone, I can easily work from anywhere.

"perfect hotel PMS"

What do you like best?

All function you need are availability in Cloudbeds. Also good support with 24/7 via email . Easy use any where can see report any where and work, the best for all user no need to work in the place but just call and talk you can work with your staff. The best recommend for who have many properties one time booking engines with multiple booking engines page. Easy setup for rate, availability inventory, Package, Promotion which professional images. Support many language good translate in your language

"Sencillo y completo al mismo tiempo"

What do you like best?

La interfaz y la sencillez para el manejo de front. el hecho de tener todo integrado en un solo producto es muuy conveniente para los alojamientos pequeños. Les permite publicarse y competir con los grandes.

What do you dislike?

Le faltan varias funciones, en mi caso, al enfocarme en la venta, me gustaría por ejemplo, poder establecer relaciones de precios, porcentajes, etc entre distintas tarifas y las diferentes habitaciones.

Pero para lo que fue creado, me parece que está muy muy bien igual.

Comencé usando el Channel Manager. De hecho, yo no uso más que eso, pero vi como lo usan los chicos de reservas. El channel, me permitió ahorrar mucho tiempo. y es sencillo de configurar.

"Good UI, innovating very fast, great support"

What do you like best?

Great support. Very responsive to requests for help. Very active Ideas community. Even the CEO participates.

What do you dislike?

Reporting is weak. Very easy to miss when a reservation has an add-on, as we are not alerted to it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If moving from another system, get someone who is really good at manipulating data in a spreadsheet to help you get the format right for import.

Complete property management. One thing we did not have in our old system was Shared Inventory, which helps us maximize revenue

"User friendly but long winded"

What do you like best?

For hospitality client management, this software is great, its very clear, easy to use and it has a user friendly interface

What do you dislike?

Some processes that should be simple can be long winded for example, payments and extending reservations

It pulls through a wider range of booking platforms which allows us to be in front of a bigger audience
