What do you like best about SpotHopper?

Very easy to use especially for someone like me who is not the best with computers. The support Team led by Bobby are fantastic! I get super fast responses and the work is done how I want it every time. The process of switching over was seamless and the website was much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

I underutilize all the services for the website and I should do more with it. I need to take the time to learn more . My only negative on the website is where the gift card sales are. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

What I appreciate most about SpotHopper is the level of support. My customer success manager, Natalie Popovic, and the entire support team are always incredibly responsive, kind, and on top of every request and update. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

The only downside for us was the initial onboarding experience. Our first onboarding specialist wasn’t a great fit, and the process was frustrating from a customer standpoint. Onboarding is where I feel a company should really go above and beyond, and we ran into several issues early on. That said, Kura Orange stepped in and made things right. We were reassigned to a new onboarding specialist, Maggie Broussard, who was a pleasure to work with and quickly helped get everything back on track and make up for the lost time. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

The customer service is both friendly and helpful, and support tickets are resolved quite quickly. I think this program is especially useful for restaurants with small marketing teams. After getting accustomed to it, I found the software easy to navigate. I have enjoyed working with the customer support representative, Ana Sterjoska, who has provided excellent assistance throughout my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

I’ve noticed a few limitations within the program that make certain tasks a bit challenging. For example, I’m unable to edit our website directly and need to contact support for any updates. In email marketing, I’m also not able to create my own audience segments. Additionally, when requesting website changes, I’ve found it’s important to provide very detailed instructions, as requests can be interpreted differently as they move through various team members. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I like working with Ivy. She understands the different needs for my business and works hard to find me solutions. I like the automation of the social media posts. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

My tearoom is a niche business...probably not in the best town for English Tea service. There is a lot of prep work, so I can only have certain seating hours. Spothopper has a lot of functionality for a full service restaurant. I can't take advantage of some of the functionality because of my staff limitations and type of customers available. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I don't have to think so much about what to post. The generated posts are easy to edit, which I almost always do, but it's a great jumping off place. I can plan an entire week of marketing in just about an hour and that's a huge time savings! It's helpful to have emails, texts, and posts all in one place.

Also, the support team I have is just fantastic. My dedicated support, Ian, is always available, he always responds in a timely fashion, and he doesn't mind when I have to ask him the same question several times! He's the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotHopper?

What I like the most about spothopper is that everything a restaurant needs to manage is all in one place. Reservations, Catering, hiring, rewards program, reviews, social media, etc.. It really makes running a restaurant simple and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SpotHopper?

The customer service team is very responsive and helpful. If we need something updated or changes made it happens almost immediately. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I love how much time SpotHopper saves me when it comes to creating social media content. Mary and her team are so easy to work with and always go the extra mile, whether it’s building new website pages or creating content for Facebook and Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

The only downside I’ve noticed is with the AI software. For example, when our daily soup is Texas Taco Soup, the caption suggestions often focus on tacos rather than the soup itself. Additionally, while the images are “post-worthy,” they don’t always match the items we’re selling at the time, which means I have to spend extra time swapping images and adjusting captions. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I like just about everything from Spothopper, but what I particularly applaud them for is their customer service.

winning my account was one thing; keeping it is another and they’ve got a fantastic staff that does just that.

In particular fellow named Ian Nicolic who is absolutely, relentlessly and enthusiastically in my corner making sure that I get the service I need.

What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

One thing I don’t like about the marketing aspect is that as the owner of two locations, I have to do two separate emails whenever I’m promoting one event. for example, taco Tuesday or national margarita day something that one email would suffice to go to all of my customers. instead, because of my dual account, I have to create an email blast, try to remember exactly what I did and then re-create it for the next email blast for the other location. My SpotHopper site looks very professional and, best of all, it is incredibly easy to update and modify myself.
