What do you like best about SpotHopper?

The support team is excellent at SpotHopper! Our Customer Success Agent, Jim Sredojevic, does a wonderful job. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

There's not much to dislike about SpotHopper. I only wish I had a little more control to edit the websites quickly myself. There are certain features that you can edit yourself on the backend, but others that you can't. However, like I mentioned, the support team is excellent at handling the edits that I can't! What do you like best about SpotHopper?

Very easy to use especially for someone like me who is not the best with computers. The support Team led by Bobby are fantastic! What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

I underutilize all the services for the website and I should do more with it. I need to take the time to learn more . My only negative on the website is where the gift card sales are. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

What I appreciate most about SpotHopper is the level of support. My customer success manager, Natalie Popovic, and the entire support team are always incredibly responsive, kind, and on top of every request and update. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

The only downside for us was the initial onboarding experience. Our first onboarding specialist wasn’t a great fit, and the process was frustrating from a customer standpoint. Onboarding is where I feel a company should really go above and beyond, and we ran into several issues early on. That said, Kura Orange stepped in and made things right. We were reassigned to a new onboarding specialist, Maggie Broussard, who was a pleasure to work with and quickly helped get everything back on track and make up for the lost time. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

The customer service is both friendly and helpful, and support tickets are resolved quite quickly. I think this program is especially useful for restaurants with small marketing teams. After getting accustomed to it, I found the software easy to navigate. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

I’ve noticed a few limitations within the program that make certain tasks a bit challenging. For example, I’m unable to edit our website directly and need to contact support for any updates. In email marketing, I’m also not able to create my own audience segments. Additionally, when requesting website changes, I’ve found it’s important to provide very detailed instructions, as requests can be interpreted differently as they move through various team members. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I like working with Ivy. She understands the different needs for my business and works hard to find me solutions. I like the automation of the social media posts. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

My tearoom is a niche business...probably not in the best town for English Tea service. There is a lot of prep work, so I can only have certain seating hours. Spothopper has a lot of functionality for a full service restaurant. I can't take advantage of some of the functionality because of my staff limitations and type of customers available. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

What I love most about Spothopper is Julie Stanic, our rep. The level of customer service and attention to detail, and overall professionalism, knowledge, organization, and her attention to detail is unmatched by anyone I've dealt with in Spothopper! What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

One of the only things I dislike about the website we had Spothopper built is that on our catering form there isn't an option for customers to select which location they are requesting a catering quote from directly on the form itself. That would be helpful if it were available so it would be easier for us to put together quotes coming from each specific restaurant. I also dislike that customers submit requests for quotes without having to make selections on our catering menu and that the box they write them in says, "Description / Requests (optional):" on the form. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I don't have to think so much about what to post. The generated posts are easy to edit, which I almost always do, but it's a great jumping off place. I can plan an entire week of marketing in just about an hour and that's a huge time savings! It's helpful to have emails, texts, and posts all in one place.

Also, the support team I have is just fantastic. My dedicated support, Ian, is always available, he always responds in a timely fashion, and he doesn't mind when I have to ask him the same question several times! He's the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

The original on boarding experience was horrendous It was so bad that I was going to cancel it after my one year pre-payment. Jackie SPILLIUS was very difficult to deal with if it wasn’t for Paige who turned everything around fantastically I would’ve been one and done.

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about SpotHopper. Like any platform, there’s always a learning curve at the beginning, and some features take time to fully leverage. However, having the right support makes all the difference.

What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I like that SpotHopper provides a better online presence, helping us reach more people through text, email, and social media. It's great as a one-stop shopping platform for different marketing platforms. I appreciate the ease of using our website and the amount of things we can do with it. Pop-up advertising and catering sign-ups are beneficial features. The customer sign-up through QR codes and email marketing is helpful too. I think the actual website design with its video and pictures is a great addition to our brand recognition. The flyers it creates for emails and social media are also great!
