What I like most about Petpooja is how easy it makes daily restaurant work. From taking orders to billing and managing items, everything feels connected and smooth. I don't need to jump between different systems, which saves a lot of time during rush hours. Another thing I really appreciate is that Petpooja is restaurant-focused, not generic. It understands real problems like order mistakes, item availability, kitchen coordination, and peak time pressure. That makes it feel practical, not complicated. The interface is also simple and clean, so even staff who are not very tech-savvy can learn it quickly. Training new employees becomes much easier, and daily operations don't get interrupted. I also like how Petpooja supports multiple outlets and online orders. Managing Swiggy, Zomato, and in-store orders from one place reduces confusion and keeps everything organized. One thing I dislike is that some features feel overwhelming at first. When you open the system the first time, there are many options, which can be confusing without proper guidance. Sometimes, customization takes extra time. Adjusting reports or workflows exactly how you want may require support help or extra setup effort. I also feel that mobile performance could be smoother. While it works, there are moments when it feels slightly slow, especially during peak hours. Another drawback is that advanced features are not always clearly explained. If you want to use deeper analytics or automation, you may need to spend time learning or contacting support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
