What do you like best about Petpooja?

What I like most about Petpooja is that it is built specially for restaurants, not a generic software. Everything feels designed for daily restaurant operations like billing, orders, menu setup, and reports. The billing system is very fast and stable. During rush hours, orders and bills are generated quickly without lag, which is very important when customers are waiting. Petpooja also supports multiple order types like dine-in, takeaways, and online delivery. All orders come into one system, which makes management easier and avoids confusion. Menu management is simple. I can update prices, add new items, or temporarily disable items without calling support or doing complex steps. Inventory and stock tracking is another strong point. It helps track raw materials and alerts when stock is running low, which reduces wastage and last-minute issues. The reporting section is very useful. Daily sales, item-wise reports, tax reports, and staff performance can be checked easily, even by non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Petpooja?

One thing I dislike is that the user interface feels outdated in some areas. It works fine, but visually it could be more modern and clean. Initial setup can be time-consuming. Menu creation, tax configuration, and printer setup require careful attention, and new users may need support help. Sometimes reports take a little time to load when data become large, especially for restaurants with high daily volume. Customization options are limited in some cases. If a restaurant has a very unique billing or workflow requirement, it may not be fully supported. Internet dependency can be a challenge. When connectivity is poor, many syncing issues may occur, even though basic billing still works. Mobile app features are limited compared to desktop, so full control still requires a main system. What do you like best about Petpooja?

Petpooja makes running restaurant operations much simpler by bringing all key task like billing , online order management, inventory tracking and reporting into one easy to use platform. What i like best is how intuitive the interface feels, even complex tasks like managing multiple terminals or syncing online orders don't feel overwhelming. What do you dislike about Petpooja?

Petpooja can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are a lot of features packed into the system. It takes some time to understand all the settings and workflows, especially for staff who are not very tech savvy. Another downside is that occasional glitches or sysc delays can happen, particularly with online order integrations or reports which can be frustrating during peak hours. While support is helpful, response time can sometimes vary. It is easy to use. Easy to train staff. Very easy to update menu on Swiggy and Zomato, negligible faliure issue or sync issues with third party. The real-time visibility provided by the unified dashboard into all financial records is incredibly beneficial, offering a hassle-free experience that streamlines our business processes. Furthermore, the software was exceptionally easy to set up, with its setup ease being rated a perfect 10 out of 10. I also find the product valuable for generating receipts and invoices instantly, maintaining a clear track of all things and processes, which greatly enhances our business operations. What do you like best about Petpooja?

Petpooja is the best billing software, and it is easy to use for our billers to punch the bills without any additional knowledge after the training.

As owner, I get all kind of features in Petpooja to track the business module along with a loyalty program to collect the data from the customer.

Captain app to help our staff to collect the orders easily.

Recently, Petpooja launched the P&L, PI, Kitchen predictions, Purchase etc.. all these thins are really needed in the industry and the Petpooja has made it and it will allow us make operation more easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
