**What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

The best thing which i like in Restroworks is the online order flow from different aggregators landing perfectly in the delivery tab with auto settle feature and auto Kot print.
The Kiosk feature is also helpful as the customers can self order the kot goes to the kitchen and order lands on POS terminal which is also the best feature.

**What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

Reports scheduler should have delivery timings of report as when you require the reports to be sent to you daily or weekly.

**What problems is Restroworks Restaurant POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports feature is very helpful, because we can view reports from anywhere and don't need to be physically present in the restaurant to check them. Other aggregators such as Magic Pin, Swiggy, and Zomato help us receive online orders. Apart from that, QR ordering is widely used in restaurants, allowing customers to relax at their table and place orders directly from their phones. The billing system is also easy to operate and simply very fast, making checkout quick and straightforward.

The application is easy to operate and punch orders. The application has one user interface and all the operations takes place on the single dashboard of the billing.
What makes it more interesting is the application have various online landingoption available which helps to do billingmore quicker and faster.

Offline billing is somewhat challenge if internet goes down but this also gets fixed if we take support.

**What problems is Restroworks Restaurant POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Application helps in solving restaurant in many ways.

1. Application helps in billing faster and has inventory options also which helps to tracks records of inventory.

2. Reporting functionality helps to get all sales data quicker and easier more then 200 reports which makes it different from other application.

3. Smoother landing of online orders on the application dashboard and auto settle of the same.

4. Quicker support from the implementation team which resolved if anyhing goes wrong.

**What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

The software’s user interface is good, and the integration with our PMS software is very smooth. Customer support from the team is also really very good. The implementation support from Mr. Prasad is prompt and helpful whenever we need assistance. Overall, the software performs very well for our day-to-day F&B operations.

**What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

We handle more banquet events now, and Restroworks has made banquet reservations very easy for us. The reservation portal is also separate, which helps us modify reservations right up to the last moment. This also makes it easier to accommodate customers’ last-minute changes.

**What problems is Restroworks Restaurant POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can book banquet reservations for future dates through Restroworks, and we can also keep a record of all advance payments made by the customer within the portal itself. We’re able to print the department operations sheet as needed, and we can print the advance payment receipt with a unique transaction ID.

**What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

I like the way we can select the menu items; there are four different ways to punch the menu item in the software. The software provides a search option to quickly find the exact menu item we need, which is really helpful during busy times. The user interface is very good and easy to understand, allowing us to navigate from one option to another quickly.

**What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

The bill series is generated by terminal, meaning if the first bill is printed from terminal one it shows the bill number T1-1 and the first bill printed from terminal two shows the bill number T2-1. This should be continuous.

I use Restroworks Restaurant POS to manage daily F&B operations, like punching customer orders, printing KOTs for the kitchen, and settling bills with various payment methods.

This is the easiest application to operate and do the billing which is a user friendly application.
The application is connected to various aggregators for online ordering. Which helps to generate revenues.
The application is fast for taking orders which helps alot in QSR restaurants operations.
Reporting functionalities is one of the best features to track daily sales and analysis.

If internet is disconnected then its hard to maintain the billing systems connected on local lan for billing. But with the help of the posist team we manage it.

Various faunctionalities and billing features helps in getting the restaurant operation to run successful which is QR code ordering, Online Aggregators and PAYTM devices.
Report Scheduler helps to get daily sales everyday.
Inventory helps to track indent and GRNs.

From day one restaurant is operating smoothly without any issues.
It helps users to have smooth operations day-to-day 
The Online orders like swiggy and zomato lands smoothly in the delivery tabs.
The Feature of CRM based helps to keep tracks of customer who visits regularly.
Application is fast, efficient billing processes during peak hours.

If any issue arises we connect with respective teams in Restroworks they resolve it on the spot.
We do have dislikes any.
Support team is available for any issue occurs.

Centrally managed menus helps in deploying menus across all different cities with differential price changes.
We are using KDS Kitchen display screen where the menus are displaying directly in kitchen once order is punched from POS this helps restaurant in reducing time and maintain efficiency across the restaurants.
We  have started using Kiosk functionality which helps in customers self service and reducing cashiers work.
Report scheduler helps to get various reports like consumption best selling items which helps to maintain the inventory accourdingly.

Restroworks integrates with PMS software to automate data transfer from the POS to the PMS. This saves a lot of time and cuts down on manual work for both the F&B and Accounts teams, making the overall process smoother and more efficient.

The support we received form implementation consultant Mr. Prasad Is really good. Training provided was in details.

Restroworks does not print the bill series as a continuous sequence. Instead, it prints bill numbers terminal-wise, which makes it difficult to understand and track the overall bill series.

Restroworks helps us punch our day-to-day food orders received from our guests and settle the bill accurately. It also provides real-time reports.

Restroworks is a very good platform for billing and inventory management. 
In terms of CRM data and reporting, it has been very helpful to us. From a customer satisfaction perspective, Restroworks has played a very important role in our business also .

The integration part is very useful from an online ordering perspective, and the support and performance day by day are very smooth and easy. The price of this application is also very reasonable, and it is easy for anyone to use.

If I talk about any dislikes, there is nothing major. However, sometimes there are minor issues with report calculations or online orders landing in the POS. But after contacting support, the problem is easily resolved.

The main issue in the Restroworks application is that sometimes online orders land in the POS and sometimes they don’t, which might be due to network issues. 
However, this is not a major problem because we can connect with POSist support 24×7, and they help resolve the issue or resync the orders quickly.

Restroworks billing software has all the options related to restaurant and sweet shop operations. From enterprise-level menu creation to outlet-level billing, everything is available within one system. It also includes features like KDS, QR Code and delivery Integrations etc.

Some times loading and syncing issue facing while creating menus but not majorly, but this still can be resolved.

Since this is cloud-based, the reports can be managed from anywhere, at any time. As mentioned, there are more features available to manage the restaurant using this system. Integrations, CRM, a mobile app, and module-like options are also available.

If main pos is down then printing stops then needs to reload the entire application in other pos.

The team at Restroworks has been incredibly diligent throughout our complex setup. Their implementation consultants followed up consistently to make sure our database and KOT printer configurations were aligned with our specific operational needs before we went live.

I really appreciate the robust terminal management and the menu customization options available in the Restroworks platform. Restroworks (Posist) billing is easy and simple to do the billing for our daily operations, convenient on mapping multiple printers for the KOT and Billing. Dine in, take away like tabs segregation made easy for bill punching and for the reports. 
All analytical type reports are available to check for our operations and for our management. 
Offers, combo, addons, variants, CRM like more options are there to use for our operations.

Dislike in the case like offline billing, menu creation, open items some functions can be made simple for our operations.

There is alot of publishing needs to be done and during publish system halts saying menu updates in progress this should not halt operation even for a minute.

At cluster level we can have different prices for dine in, take away and delivery which helps in maintaining different prices across the tabs.
Its a user friendly application which allows waiters and stewards to take orders from different tablets if main counter cashier machine is busy. This help alot in maintaining the operation flow.
Built-in reporting to identify top-selling products, peak hours, and seasonal trends, which informs better stocking and staffing decisions.

We are using Restroworks as Billing system at our outlet Porcupine the best thing about the support is that they are available all the time and help whenever required. The billing system is very good and easy to use and update.
Menu Management is very good.

The new UI is very hard to navigate and use, especially when trying to find the options.
Other things are fine

The transition from Posist to Restroworks represents a major shift from a traditional point-of-sale (POS) system to a comprehensive, full-stack enterprise platform. As you noticed, the new UI and layout are much more clean, and functionally sound.

For fine-dining formats in Pos Billing, the Table Management layout has received a noticeable facelift.

We really appreciate the regular updates and new features. It's clear they listen to customer feedback and keep improving, which makes us feel confident in our long-term investment.

The print customer loyalty program and Pos Voucher options are very useful for us on daily basis to repo building toward customer.

Customer support are really educated and knowledgeable to resolved the issue on time.

It's hard to find anything to criticize—the product works great. The support team handled the one-time data migration professionally, so the process was smooth and had very little downtime.

Restroworks solving the offer related problem smoothly. As we have to run multiple offers and restroworks helps to maintain all  the offers together from a single location. We can create multiple types offer like, Amount based, percentage based, and Item based.

What truly sets Restroworks apart, is their customer support. User interface is simple and precise with all required information easily accessible. Reports and analytics is another area where Restroworks stands out. Almost zero downtime makes it 100% reliable

I thought hard but I cannot really put my finger on anything that I dislike. Every time I have felt anything missing Restroworks team has found solution and in quick turn around time. So really cant think of anything

We were early adopters of Restrowroks. We’ve been using it since 2012, and only once did we consider moving away. That experience made it clear how much other software were lacking, so we’re here for life now.

We moved our brand now moved to the .restroworks.biz domain and we are happy with the new User interface which restroworks team built, Integrations are so smooth and very faster for day to day operations, specially if you looking for a reports it will take few seconds only to generate the reports.

The movement from POSist to restroworks will take 15 mins its a high level of process where with effecting your billing restroworks team easily moved our all stores including all terminals.

Restroworks POS is very good system to manage the billing we using this system with interface tally.
Very good support team is available always to help for any point 
Interface is very easy to use
I would like to special thank you to Manichand for all the support and guidance though the tally interface.

Sometime not able to see the changes on the real time done at brand level do to that sales value not matching with bill.

Using the interface with tally able to get the all bills in the tally with correct calculation.
Report are good and real time to track the the sales and can be match with tally.

In the past, splitting a bill 10 ways was a nightmare and could take 15 minutes. Now it only takes a few taps. It also makes us look much more professional when the guest is paying.
