This is the easiest application to operate and do the billing which is a user friendly application.
The application is connected to various aggregators for online ordering. Which helps to generate revenues.
The application is fast for taking orders which helps alot in QSR restaurants operations.
Reporting functionalities is one of the best features to track daily sales and analysis.

If internet is disconnected then its hard to maintain the billing systems connected on local lan for billing. But with the help of the posist team we manage it.

Various faunctionalities and billing features helps in getting the restaurant operation to run successful which is QR code ordering, Online Aggregators and PAYTM devices.
Report Scheduler helps to get daily sales everyday.

Billing and Inventory is easy to manage and maintain the restaurant flow.
Adding many features like QR, Online Ordering, Kiosk and other 3rd party aggregators in one application makes it unbeatable and favourtie for mine.

If main pos is down then printing stops then needs to reload the entire application in other pos.

There is alot of publishing needs to be done and during publish system halts saying menu updates in progress this should not halt operation even for a minute.

At cluster level we can have different prices for dine in, take away and delivery which helps in maintaining different prices across the tabs.
Its a user friendly application which allows waiters and stewards to take orders from different tablets if main counter cashier machine is busy. This help alot in maintaining the operation flow.
Built-in reporting to identify top-selling products, peak hours, and seasonal trends, which informs better stocking and staffing decisions.

I thought hard but I cannot really put my finger on anything that I dislike. Every time I have felt anything missing Restroworks team has found solution and in quick turn around time. So really cant think of anything

We were early adopters of Restrowroks. We’ve been using it since 2012, and only once did we consider moving away. That experience made it clear how much other software were lacking, so we’re here for life now.

Very good support team is available always to help for any point

Sometime not able to see the changes on the real time done at brand level do to that sales value not matching with bill.

Using the interface with tally able to get the all bills in the tally with correct calculation.

Easy to use and simple to adapt. The support level is high.

I would like to appreciate Nasir and Rahul Rai for putting their expertise into implementing our accounts.

It’s a superb application with great features of KDS.

The application is fine, but every time they change the POC for implementing the account, and this is actually not a best practice. Time and effort would be reduced if the same POC were kept throughout.

KDS stages and levels actually help manage the order flow as required. The reports are well defined and easy to understand.

The team is very experienced and has great expertise with their application, which makes the overall experience smoother.

The stage creation feature, and the ability to assign stages across multiple KDS, is the best option we’ve gotten from Restrowork software. It helps us manage our orders one by one, in sequence, and keeps the workflow more organized.

Very helpful for daily operations, especially for order taking. We use QR ordering, which is very helpful because the orders land directly in the application. It’s also very good for the kitchen display system, and it’s easy to check and manage orders. I can update the service team information as needed. We also have auto offers applied in the application, which is very helpful for running operations smoothly.

Very helpfull for the support team. we have multiple integration in this application.

Nothing, as of now, to dislike. It is very helpful for day-to-day operations and works well on a daily basis.

New user can easily punch orders and drive the billing application easily. Which is very easy to learn and get hands-on.
Application rollout has been done very smoothly by restroworks team.
Its a web based application from which we can track the sales data live through reports.

Cost is much more of the application. apart from that there is no dislikes.

I’ve also been consistently impressed by the support team; Sanjeev and Rahul, in particular, are exceptionally skilled, responsive, and helpful.

Lastly, the Cockpit Mobile app is a standout feature. It provides real-time sales data, which I find incredibly valuable.

Also, for the 1-month report, we cannot download it directly. We have to enter our email ID to receive the report first, and only then can we download it.

The ability to edit the settlement mode post-settlement is incredibly useful, along with the option to reprint already settled bills at any time. Excellent application for the hospitality industry. The POS app has a very simple, user-friendly interface and is easy to use for day-to-day operations. Order punching and bill printing are straightforward, and adding offers and applying multiple offers is also very easy during daily operations.

The Support Team is very helpful and available 24*7.

Need to add report generation for a time range of more than 3 months. As of now, I don’t have any other dislikes.

Very good application for QSR and fine-dining food & beverage outlets. It’s very easy to use, and the ground staff find it helpful when taking orders from guests. It also makes it easy to run offers and happy hour deals, with auto pick-up for offers like 1+1 or 2+1.

The support team is also very helpful.

So far, nothing is off or causing any issues. I don’t have any dislikes, and I’m very happy using the application.

I really like that ordering through Restroworks Restaurant POS became very easy, and KOTs are getting punched automatically at desired KOT printers, which has increased the overall working efficiency of the staff a lot. I appreciate the software's ability to generate real-time reports showing real-time revenue. The integration with third-party aggregators is very easy, and configuring the menu item is also easy. The initial setup was really smooth, and Mr. Prasad from the Restroworks implementation team is very supportive, knowledgeable, and a go-to person in any situation.

I think it would be good if Restroworks could assign multiple printers to a single menu item.

This application is very easy to use for a QSR outlet. It is well defined and properly aligned with QSR operational needs. We use it on a daily basis for operations such as order punching and running offers.

It is also very helpful for searching orders and applying the offer discount.

I don’t have any dislikes at the moment, and there are no daily operational issues so far.

We have 180+ reports, and they are very good and match our requirements. Almost every report we need is available in this application. We also have a few reports that are very special for us and that we use on a daily basis, such as item-wise contribution, daily sales reports, and taxation summary reports.

I really like that Restroworks Restaurant POS has two separate portals for billing and configuration, which makes it easy to manage configurations safely with a specific ID. The real-time data syncing is also a huge plus as it allows us to see reports immediately, just a minute after bill settlement. This feature is really helpful for recording revenue immediately, and it lets senior management see the correct revenue figures right away. The initial setup process was superb, with great support from Mr. Prasad, whose training and knowledge provided valuable insights into the software for our entire team.

**What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?**

A single item cannot be mapped to multiple KOT printers. To achieve this we have to define the printer as a master KOT printer, which is a little bit confusing. If the software allows linking of one single menu item to multiple KOT printers, it would be time-saving for the end user.

I like that Restroworks Restaurant POS helps me manage our four different outlets very easily. It allows us to bifurcate them in the software so we can use them separately. The initial setup was very easy, and Mr. Prasad, who came for live support, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

If Restroworks can provide one common ID to access all outlets, it would be a great improvement. Currently, we are using different IDs for each and every outlet.

I use Restroworks Restaurant POS for day-to-day F&B operations, placing orders, and managing our four outlets. It helps bifurcate them in software for separate use, offering easy management. I switched from Shawman due to better reporting and flexibility.

I only need to get the enterprise reports for more than three months.

The initial setup was very easy, thanks to Mr. Prasad, who helped with the implementation and training smoothly. KOT printing is simple for the staff, and bill printing is also easy. It's very easy to look at reports.

Everything in restroworks is awesome and I like about restroworks is that we can use multiple of punching devices at the same time with the Help of IoT.

We can set the printer in Devices as per our requirement. Like tab wise or Instance wise and this setup is very easy to implement in software.

We loved to use the Posist on daily basis.

Some time its hard to connect customer support but we received the calls from them if we were unable to connect. Apart from this nothing dislike so far.

One of the biggest problem restroworks solving is printing station wise because we have multiple printing section and Restroworks has feature to print the Kots as per their respective stations. Thanks Restroworks for solving my problem completly.

I really appreciate Restroworks Restaurant POS for its very good reporting and configuration system. It has made my billing operations smoother by allowing them to be separately opened in separate IDs. The initial setup was really smooth, and the Restroworks team was very helpful.

I find it limiting that the KOT printer assignment doesn't allow a single menu item to be sent to multiple printers. There should be an option to add multiple KOT printers for a single menu item.

1. Billing screen in very user friendly and easy to operate, users find it very easy to learn.
2. Backend setup from IT perspective is also very simple, things can be done very quickly.
3. We are also using QR Ordering which allows customers to place orders directly using their phones while sitting on the table with item images, desciption and prices visible to them.
4. We are working with Vishal from implementation team, we have implemented our 4 restaurants, Kyo, Roche, L Atleir and Sofrat Altayabeen, He will always reachable.
5. Cockpit app is also very helful to check the sales in realtime on our smartphone.
6. Academy application is helpful in knowing more about the application.
7. We have also integrated with Xero for sending our accounting data directly to Xero.

Posist/Restroworks is a great and easy application to use.

There should be support of Variants on the Tablet (Posist Lite) , we can use it on POS but not on the tablet.
The application  works properly without any major issues.

We are using the application for order punching, using QR ordering so that customer can place the orders, we are also using the software for reporting purpose.
