I really like that Restroworks Restaurant POS has two separate portals for billing and configuration, which makes it easy to manage configurations safely with a specific ID. The real-time data syncing is also a huge plus as it allows us to see reports immediately, just a minute after bill settlement. This feature is really helpful for recording revenue immediately, and it lets senior management see the correct revenue figures right away. The initial setup process was superb, with great support from Mr. Prasad, whose training and knowledge provided valuable insights into the software for our entire team. A single item cannot be mapped to multiple KOT printers. To achieve this we have to define the printer as a master KOT printer, which is a little bit confusing.
