The ability to edit the settlement mode post-settlement is incredibly useful, along with the option to reprint already settled bills at any time. What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

I really like that Restroworks Restaurant POS has two separate portals for billing and configuration, which makes it easy to manage configurations safely with a specific ID. The real-time data syncing is also a huge plus as it allows us to see reports immediately, just a minute after bill settlement. This feature is really helpful for recording revenue immediately, and it lets senior management see the correct revenue figures right away. The initial setup process was superb, with great support from Mr. Prasad, whose training and knowledge provided valuable insights into the software for our entire team. What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

A single item cannot be mapped to multiple KOT printers. To achieve this we have to define the printer as a master KOT printer, which is a little bit confusing.
