I use google workspace daily for analysing data, preparing reports and collaborating with finance and management teams, Google sheets is my main tools for data analysis, budgeting ,forecasting and tracking financial metrics, Docs is used for reports and documentation , Gmail for communication and Google drive for storing and sharing financial files securely. I like most is its simplicity and flexibility of Google workspace. What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings almost everything my team needs into one platform. The UI feels clean, and once you get used to it, it’s easy to navigate. I also like being able to switch between List, Board, Calendar, and Dashboard views depending on the project and what we’re trying to track. On top of that, it integrates smoothly with tools we already use, which helps reduce context switching.

In terms of performance, it’s been reliable for day-to-day work, even when we’re managing projects with a large number of tasks. From a value perspective, it includes a lot of features compared to other project management tools, so it’s been a solid investment for our team. The onboarding resources and documentation made getting started easier as well, even though there’s still a bit of a learning curve.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s biggest drawback, in my experience, is the learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it can feel overwhelming for new users at first. I’ve also noticed that pages with a large number of tasks, or more complex dashboards, sometimes take longer to load than I’d prefer. And while the platform is very powerful, certain settings and workflows aren’t always easy to locate without spending time digging through the documentation and exploring on your own.

I’d also like to see the AI features continue to improve, especially with more context-aware suggestions and deeper integration into everyday project management tasks. Overall, these issues are relatively minor compared to the value ClickUp provides, but there’s still room to make the experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive. “It's been much more than just a PDF Editor in my experience”
What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?

At first, I thought Foxit would simply be a good enough alternative to the tool we were using before. After several months, though, I realized that for many tasks it was actually more convenient. The first thing that stood out to me was the performance. I work constantly with technical documentation, contracts, diagrams, specifications, and some pretty large PDF files. Before, opening a large document often meant waiting around. With Foxit, the difference was noticeable from day one. Files open quickly, and the application uses fewer resources than I expected. That smooth experience really adds up when you're opening dozens of PDFs every day. From a UI/UX perspective, it felt familiar almost immediately. Another unexpected benefit was electronic signatures. We originally got Foxit for PDF editing, but we ended up using eSign as well for internal approvals and documents that required signatures. Our teams work with contracts, proposals, technical documentation, and PDF forms every day. Editing a PDF often meant tracking down the original file, converting scanned documents into editable text was practically a project of its own, and signatures still depended on several manual steps. We decided to test Foxit in one department first. During the first couple of months, we tracked a few internal metrics. What we found was pretty interesting. Tasks related to document editing and corrections were completed about 30% to 40% faster. OCR eliminated a large portion of the manual work we used to do with scanned documents, and document approval processes sped up significantly because many signatures moved to a digital workflow. What do you like best about pdfFiller?

One of the first things I notice is how easy it is to edit PDFs that would normally be a pain to work with. Updating text, adding images, creating fillable fields, or getting a document ready for signature only takes a few minutes, and I can do everything straight from the browser. More than once we've had to make last-minute changes to a proposal right before sending it, and being able to update it without downloading or converting files has saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. I also end up using templates all the time. A lot of our contracts, proposals, and onboarding documents are almost identical from one client to the next, so instead of copying old files and hoping nobody forgets to update something, we just fill in the fields and move on. It saves time and cuts down on those little mistakes that always seem to sneak in. I also like how easy it is to share documents, send them out for signature, and keep track of where everything stands. Instead of wondering if someone has reviewed a contract or signed a document yet, I can check the status in a few seconds. The only area where I'd like to see more progress is AI. The current tools are useful for filling out forms and speeding up a few editing tasks, but I think there's still plenty of room for smarter data extraction and automations that reduce even more of the manual work. What problems is pdfFiller solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thing I deal with on almost every project is everything that has to happen before development can actually move forward: contracts, approvals, change requests, onboarding forms, and all the other paperwork that needs to be completed before anyone starts working. For a long time, that part of the process slowed us down more than it should. Documents kept moving between emails, people were reviewing different versions, and keeping track of what was still pending became harder than it needed to be. We eventually moved that entire workflow into pdfFiller using templates, fillable forms, and eSignatures, and the difference was immediate. Clients receive a link, fill out the information, sign the document, and everyone on the team can instantly see what's completed and what's still waiting without sending reminder emails or checking in manually. I remember one project where all the paperwork was finished several days ahead of schedule, so the development team was able to start exactly when we planned. What do you like best about Hudu?

The ability to self-host (which we do for security reasons) is a big plus for us.

We can also completely customize the system to fit our needs. The UI recently received an update, and it looks great.

We’re able to integrate with our PSA, HaloPSA, which is important for our workflow.

Performance has been excellent, everything works as expected.

Pricing is another strong point, since it doesn’t impose any minimum user requirements and doesn’t lock you into a contract.

In terms of support, we haven’t run into any issues or had any needs so far. We also self-onboarded, since we’re self-hosting our instance.

What do you like best about FlippingBook?

This product has evolved quite nicely over the years, with them going to full HTML5 from their Flash version, and making conversions from Flash projects relatively painless.

And the mobile-responsiveness of the product continues to get better.

What do you dislike about FlippingBook?

There were many more issues in the early Flash days. IMO the HTML5 version matured pretty quickly, and I have no reservations recommending it wholeheartedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlippingBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used it primarily for an auction gallery in NYC. They published printed catalogues for many of their sales. I took the .pdf of each catalogue and create a "3D Catalogue" from that .pdf. The end result looks great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
