I dislike about Google Workspace is that it can feel too lightweight when work gets complex.

Instead of work being stuck in email attachments or local files, everything stays shared, live, and accessible. Removing bottlenecks of resources and working styles. Ways of working between departments, cleints and vendors that were not reportable that are now visible - removed the blame game. Visibility of managing similar resources and not knowing who was available and at what rate - so instead of hiring freelance cause it's easier now that is on a need basis. One thing I dislike about Adobe Acrobat is that when I try to login in through my Gmail on the application. Half the time it does not work. It says it has redirected me into my browser when it hasn't and basically does not allow me to log in. This is extremely annoying and I know its not just me because I have seen plenty of people deal with this same issue. I love using this application and just want to be able to smoothly log in. The company I work for deals with a lot of government documents. Adobe acrobat lets us keep documentation digital rather than having to physically have it. We can alter documents accordingly thanks to this. This makes life much easier and allows employees to work remotely rather than having to be at the office to physically be with documents. The main downside is the subscription cost, which can feel expensive for individual users. Sometimes updates change the interface slightly, which takes time to adjust. Microsoft 365 helps me manage documents, data, and communication in one place. It solves the problem of file version confusion through cloud syncing and collaboration. There is a one major con that I found on Foxit pdf editor, whenever I tried uploading large PDF files or documents of any format this software it started lagging and crashing by itself. As the user interface of foxit PDF editor is quite simple and easy. Also the subscription of this software is much more cheaper than Adobe acrobat so, I use this tool on my daily basis. What I dislike about ClickUp is that it can feel overwhelming at first because it has so many features. The interface can also come across as cluttered at times, which is especially noticeable for new users who are still trying to find their way around. I’ve also noticed that performance can slow down when working on large projects with lots of data. ClickUp helps us organize tasks and projects by keeping everything centralized in one place. It makes it much easier for the team to track stories, sprints, and deadlines with clarity. The only thing i can dislike about this app is that sometimes few features are hidden deep inside menus and for that we have to find a lot in it . - As it allows integration with most of the platforms, there are lots of benefits of using the zoom platform with other softwares.

- It's screen share feature is hands down the starplayer for me as it allow solving the users problems seamlessly.

- It never lags or hangs while we use it daily for our meetings and gives a sense of reliability.

They don't support image (PNG, JPEG, TIFF) formats for direct redaction - you need to convert to PDF first, then redact. But that hasn't been a big issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We think the good greatly outweighs the bad, even though there are a few small glitches. To be honest, the things I dislike about Hudu are actively being worked on. If I had 20 things I didn't like about Hudu when we first implemented, I now no longer have those dislikes because the great development team has developed changes or add-ons. The biggest problem my company faces without Hudu is the Knowledge base and document management for all our properties. We own and run many hotels and other businesses, and being able to easily separate the entities while keeping everything in the same place was exactly what we needed. Zoho is best word processor but some time I find difficult in converin documents in to PDF etc, also it is good Zoho writer is correcting spelling but some time it interpret wrong so we need to verify the spelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only two minor bits:

lack of third-party cloud integration apart from Dropbox, which I don't use. Not interested in UPDF's own cloud storage but would prefer to have OneDrive integration.

OCR, it needs to be even simpler to use, I don't want to go through the hoops of selecting OCR function, it should just work by simply opening a pdf file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Merging pdfs, changing order of pages in pdfs, extract pages from pdf - basic stuff you'd expect (and have on Apple Macs with Preview), but cannot achieve on windows without investing into buying a program. Finally, after looking for a decent solution for years (!), I came across with UPDF and will be sticking with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it is helpful to have, it can break easily with no clear way to fix it. Everything requires a ticket, and those tickets must be handled one by one. This makes for a very long painful process. I know quite a bit about queries, clause library, our templates, clause bundles, etc, and I’m still unable to figure out why things break so often or where to begin to fix them. We don’t change anything, and suddenly clauses start breaking or coming in blank. There are sections that have been broken for 2+ years now. I have over 20 tickets open at the moment on various issues that nobody on my team know how to fix. We have so many work arounds for the things that are broken that we are used to that workflow now. There are so many things broken or not working appropriately that I don't think we will ever catch up on the existing tickets since I create new ones regularly as well. Each ticket requires much time and effort to first create the ticket, providing all details, screenshots, examples, opp links, attachments, etc. Then, we must do screenshares and ensure the support team understands our process, the steps, and the issue. Many times there are multiple calls or emails needed for just one ticket, then sometimes we need to create tickets with Corporate Systems in connection with our Conga ticket. We need to spend the time testing any possible solution(s), and then finally make the change or upload the new template in production. It is a drawn-out grueling process with focus on just one issue at a time when there are so many important things to fix. We all wish it were easier to resolve issues on our own and prevent them from happening, however, we don’t feel confident that will ever happen. The entire configuration of Conga integrated with our templates and clauses is far too complex 1) for my team to ever understand, investigate, or resolve issues on our own and 2) that things are easily misaligned and/or broken for no clear reason. Everything requires a deep investigation which we do not have the time for. My role has evolved to manage the various support tickets we have and is now even part of my every day role. This takes away from the time I should be spending on actually reviewing contracts.

I also want to share that even this review process was difficult. I typed my entire response here in this box which took several minutes. Then, in the middle of my response, another screen opened requiring me to click “verification”. It brought me back to this screen and my entire response disappeared. One thing I dislike about pdfFiller is that the interface can feel a bit crowded. There are many tools on the screen, and sometimes it takes a moment to find exactly what I need. Another downside is that pricing can feel high if I need basic features. Some simple actions are locked behind paid plans, which may not feel worth it for occasional users. performance can It also slows down when working with very large PDF files or documents with many pages. It still works, but it's not always smooth. File organization could be better. Managing a large number of documents over time can feel slightly messy if I don't manually organize them.
