Google Workspace is a great tool that allows keeping engineering documentation easily accessible to the whole team. I can use Docs to keep engineering documentation such as design notes and specifications, Sheets to arrange my test readings or component information, and Drive to store my reference files. The ability to edit simultaneously is especially useful for reviewing technical information by several engineers as it allows seeing edits instantly and leaving comments to particular parts. What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is how convenient it is for managing PDF documents in one place. I regularly use it to view, edit, convert, combine, and organize PDFs, and features like annotations, highlighting, and electronic signatures make document work much easier. The interface is familiar and straightforward, and it saves time compared with using separate tools for different PDF tasks. Adobe Acrobat works well with the other tools I use, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive. I can easily convert Word and Excel files into PDFs, make edits or add comments in Acrobat, and then store or share the finalized documents through Google Drive. This keeps the document workflow connected and reduces the need to switch between different applications for basic PDF tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that ClickUp allows me to manage all my information in a single location, integrating with SharePoint and OneDrive, and helps us keep track of both project and personal tasks. The full transparency across the company is crucial, allowing us to know exactly where each project stands. I like the external integrations with tools like Chat GPT, Gemini, and Claude. The Gantt features and API connectivity to additional external software are also very useful. I find the flexibility ClickUp offers with its multi-level hierarchy and ability to visualize tasks in multiple locations very accommodating. The new AI features enhance usability and functionality significantly. Setting up ClickUp was quite simple, and it's scalable, even as we plan to expand our user base. What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how it brings collaboration, productivity, and security together in a single ecosystem. Whether teams are working remotely or across global locations, tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Office applications make it easy to communicate, share information, and collaborate in real time. I also appreciate the integration of AI through Microsoft Copilot, which helps automate routine tasks, summarize meetings, generate content, and improve decision-making. Having spent many years at Microsoft leading enterprise initiatives, I've seen firsthand how Microsoft 365 enables organizations to work more efficiently, strengthen governance and security, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. I rely on Foxit to open and render heavy, 200+ page vector sheet sets instantly during high-stakes client reviews, without lag or crashes. Its millimeter-precise scale calibration and fast layer isolation make it easy to verify spatial clearances, while also cutting our software overhead in half. It plugs cleanly into our CAD and BIM pipelines, handling direct vector plots from Revit without stripping embedded layer metadata or altering drawing scales.

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes all tools available in one place, which is really handy for combining reports, editing PDFs like DOCX files, adding elements, and digital signatures. I like the ease of installation and ease of use; it's so intuitive that a kid can use it. Plus, it's cost-efficient against its competitors and integrates directly with MS Office and O365. I also feel secure using it over free tools available on the Internet, which can pose security and privacy threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use pdfFiller when a workflow still depends on a PDF but doesn’t justify rebuilding the entire experience in Razor, Blazor, or a separate frontend. That’s where it has been most useful for me as a .NET Technology Lead. I don’t treat it as a backend, a database, or the place where business rules should live; it works best as the document layer around a process that still needs to generate, complete, and sign an approved file. The Online PDF Editor lets us correct text, add images, reorder pages, annotate content, and apply redactions without constantly going back to the source document. That saves more time than it sounds like, especially when we’re dealing with third-party forms or legacy PDFs and the requested change is nothing more than a label, date, or instruction. Magic Fields also gives us a practical head start by identifying lines and empty areas that are likely to be text, date, or signature fields. On a multi-page onboarding form, it produced most of the initial structure in seconds. It did miss part of a poorly aligned table and assigned a few fields incorrectly, but even with a quick review of names, roles, and positions, it was still much faster than placing everything manually from scratch. What I like most about iLovePDF is how simple and fast it makes working with PDF files. I use it regularly to convert Word documents to PDF, merge several PDFs into one file, and, when needed, split documents or rearrange pages. The whole process feels straightforward, and I can usually get everything done in just a few clicks.
The interface is clean and easy to follow, so I don’t waste time hunting for features or figuring out where things are. Processing is quick too, even with larger files, which is especially helpful when I’m preparing documents for work.
Overall, it’s one of those tools that quietly saves me time. Rather than installing heavy software just to handle basic PDF tasks, I can upload my files, do what I need, and get right back to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Provides customizable solutions for photo and video production companies to better manage their productions, all in one place.

Their suite covers everything from script breakdown and shot listing to storyboarding, shooting schedules and call sheets. Short of an actual crew, gear (which they also have reviews about on their website), and budget, that’s a whole lot of what you need to get a real production off the ground. Instead of juggling half a dozen different tools and spreadsheets, the whole pre-production pipeline is in one place. The tools have drag-and-drop, rearranging scenes feel nearly effortless and the visual storyboard builder connects directly to the shot list, which keeps everything consistent without all the extra “busy” work. “Busy” as in not production. There’s also a handy stripboard view for scheduling that color-codes scenes, there’s a notes tool. The list is long.
UI is smooth and intuitive. Navigation is logical and uncluttered. Teams can align without endless email chains. It just all saves time. For anyone organizing video projects (corporate testimonials, live events, branded content, the next Nolan film) the tools are genuinely valuable and are sort of an all-in-one command center. The ability to self-host (which we do for security reasons) is a big plus for us.
We can also completely customize the system to fit our needs. The UI recently received an update, and it looks great.
We’re able to integrate with our PSA, HaloPSA, which is important for our workflow.
Performance has been excellent, everything works as expected.
Pricing is another strong point, since it doesn’t impose any minimum user requirements and doesn’t lock you into a contract.
In terms of support, we haven’t run into any issues or had any needs so far. We also self-onboarded, since we’re self-hosting our instance.

I mainly use UPDF when I need to review engineering PDFs and make quick changes before sharing them with the team. I regularly highlight important points, add comments, insert notes, and combine pages from different documents into one review file. The page organization tools are especially useful when I receive separate specifications and supporting documents and need to put them together for a review.
The interface was easy for me to understand because the main editing and annotation tools are easy to find. OCR is also useful when I receive scanned documents that I need to search or copy information from. I haven’t needed much training to use the basic features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Team-first file organization — Instead of keeping everything buried in someone’s personal folder, WorkDrive is built around shared “Team Folders” from day one. This means that if someone leaves the company or changes roles, the files stay where they belong and don’t disappear with them.
Real-time collaborative editing — Multiple people can open and edit the same document, spreadsheet, or presentation at the same time through Zoho’s Writer, Sheet, and Show apps. I started using Zoho Sheet a few months ago, and one thing I really liked is how neat and clean the interface feels. Editing data, managing tables, and working on basic spreadsheet tasks feels smooth and easy, even for regular users or beginners. I also found it useful for keeping information organized and making quick updates without a complicated workflow. For people who want a clean and user-friendly spreadsheet tool for daily work, collabo-ration, and simple data management, Zoho Sheet feels like a good option.
