What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I love the interconnected access to multiple tools in one platform with Google Workspace. I like that I can integrate it into other tools like Claude and ClickUp, and it's easy to access wherever I am. Using Google Sheets, I've been able to create efficiencies by building app scripts that automate tasks such as building folders and renaming files based on campaign and asset ID inputs. What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

In the professional version, you can do almost anything in Acrobat. Compress, edit, and convert are just a few of the things I use every time I open a PDF. The performance is unmatched. Although some free PDF converters on the web do it faster, they do not have all the tools that Acrobat does. It also beautifully integrates with the major Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). For me it is included in my Adobe Creative Cloud account, so pricing doesn't even become an issue. I really like how clean and easy the interface is—it doesn’t feel overwhelming like some other PDF editors. Even if you’re new to editing PDFs, it’s pretty quick to figure out where everything is and how to get started.

It also works across all my devices. I can use it on Windows, Mac, my iPhone, and even Android, which means I can start editing on my laptop and then pick it up later on my phone without any hassle. That flexibility is super handy.

The AI feature is genuinely useful, too. I was skeptical at first, but the AI assistant can summarize long documents, translate text, and explain more complex sections. It saves me a lot of time when I’m studying or dealing with big reports for work.

Editing PDFs feels a lot like using Word. I can change text, move images, fix typos, and tweak fonts without needing the original file, which I really appreciate since I don’t always have the source document.

I like FineReader PDF for Windows and Mac because of its easy installation and user-friendly interface, which doesn't require advanced training to use. The software makes document conversion, PDF editing, and handling complex or bulk documents smooth and efficient. The capability to extract words from scanned documents and format them is particularly helpful in regular use cases. The intuitive representation of tools, drag and drop options, and other similar features make the user interface really accommodating for managing documents efficiently. What do you dislike about FineReader PDF for Windows and Mac?

I find the OCR errors to be a major issue, especially with scanned documents that have less clarity. It feels very complicated to use on Mac compared to Windows. I think the shortcuts and available options on Windows should be the same on Mac, but they're not consistent right now.
