I love that I can use Google Workspace to create multiple alias email addresses and have a professional domain name. I really like the features of Google Gemini, which help me create images and posts, and streamline my workflow. The Notebook is amazing for uploading videos from meetings or webinars, providing a text overview, and supporting mind maps, flashcards, and slide presentations. Google's AI in Docs is great for rephrasing or rewriting documents. I appreciate Google Vids for allowing me to upload scripts and pick templates to start creating presentations or videos. I think there's something that I'm paying for about the vault or the security features that has not been very user friendly. Like, I haven't been able to figure that out. What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it makes it to see the work at a glance. I can open a board and, within a few seconds, understand what’s in progress, what’s waiting on the client, and what’s late. The status labels, owners, and due dates are very clear, so there’s less guessing and fewer “who has this?” messages in Slack or email.

I also appreciate how visual and flexible it is. We use it for creative and marketing projects, but the same tool works just as well for production, planning, and even small internal tasks. What I dislike about monday Work Management is that I sometimes feel limited by the automations. For certain boards or specific request types, I’d really like to create more custom rules and logic—for example: “if this field has X value and the client is Y, move it here and notify this person.”

monday Work Management mainly solves the problem of project chaos.

Before we started using it, a lot of our work lived across email, Slack, and random spreadsheets. Now, each client or campaign has its own board where we can see tasks, owners, due dates, and status all in one place. As a result, we have far fewer “Where is this?” or “Who has this file?” conversations.

It also helps us prioritize more effectively. When I open monday, I can quickly see what’s due today, what’s urgent, and what’s blocked by the client, which makes planning my day and the week ahead much easier.

For the team, the biggest benefit is having a shared view of the work. Creatives, account managers, and leads are all looking at the same boards, so there’s less miscommunication and fewer things slipping through the cracks. The OCR is actually pretty solid and as I have many scanned PDFs that are poorly scanned and PDFelement can read them perfectly (searchable or editable) every single time, and that alone was worth the price. What do you dislike about Wondershare PDFelement?

The signature tool is hidden in the software. I wasted hours searching for it, and that is a problem if users utilize it consistently, why not put it on the toolbar? The AI credit runs out quickly and the AI will not process large documents without additional fees being paid, which is frustrating. Also the menus are laid out differently than other programs and I had to view an online tutorial to learn how to "Save As". What do you like best about Hudu?

Not only is Hudu VERY user friendly, it has a killer development team that actually listens to their community. It is constantly being optimized and upgraded and added to. Whenever I have an issue or a request I actually feel heard by their support team and multiple add-ons that I have voted for have already been added to the program. We were up and running the same day when we first implemented the program. It was also extremely easy to integrate our current systems and processes into the system. What do you dislike about Hudu?

To be honest, the things I dislike about Hudu are actively being worked on. If I had 20 things I didn't like about Hudu when we first implemented, I now no longer have those dislikes because the great development team has developed changes or add-ons. What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem my company faces without Hudu is the Knowledge base and document management for all our properties. We own and run many hotels and other businesses, and being able to easily separate the entities while keeping everything in the same place was exactly what we needed. What do you like best about UPDF?

I like that I can OCR scan any PDF's that doesn't use text, and I like the AI summaries and capabilities built right in to make it easy to get the data I need without having to read the whole document. What do you dislike about UPDF?

What do you like best about pdfFiller?

What I like most about PDFfiller is how easy it makes working with PDF files. I don't need any special technical knowledge to use it. Everything is clear and simple, so even the first time using it feels comfortable. Editing text, adding signatures, or filling out forms takes only a few minutes. I also like that it works fully online. I don't have to download heavy software or worry about updates. I can just open my browser, upload a file, and start working. This is very helpful when I am using different devices or working from different places. Another good thing is how smooth the editing tools feel. I can type, erase, highlight, or add images without breaking the layout of the document. It feels natural, like editing a normal document instead of a locked PDF. PDFfiller solves the biggest problem of working with PDF documents that cannot be easily edited. Earlier, PDFs felt like fixed files where even small changes required extra tools or printing and scanning again. PDFfiller removes all that hassle. It allows me to edit, sign, and share documents digitally, which saves a lot of time. I no longer need to print papers, sign them by hand, and scan them back. Everything can be done online in a few clicks. It also helps when working with forms. Filling out forms manually used to be boring and repetitive. with PDFfiller, I can type once, reuse data, and finish forms quickly. This is very helpful for business, office work, or personal paperwork. Another big benefit is accuracy. Since I can review and edit documents easily, there are fewer mistakes. If something needs correction, I can fix it immediately instead of starting over. PDFfiller also improves collaboration; sending documents for signatures or approvals becomes smooth, and work moves faster. There is less waiting, fewer emails, and less confusion. It also gives me peace of mind because all my documents stay in one place. I don't have to search through emails or folders to find the latest version. Everything is saved and easy to access whenever I need it. PDFfiller helps reduce delays in work. Earlier I had to wait for people to print, sign, and send the documents back. Now approvals happen faster, and work doesn't get stuck because of paperwork. Another benefit is flexibility. I can work on the document anytime, whether I'm at the office, at home, or travelling. As long as I have internet, I can complete important document tasks without stress. It also makes documents look more professional. Clean text, proper alignment, and clear signatures make the final file look polished, which creates a better impression when sharing with clients or teams. It saves mental effort.
