Zoho Products of SaaS/Cloud-based feature is inherited by ZohoWriter too..cloud designed word processor ,Business Communicator with its ease- made -mail merge option,provision of electronic signature are all other features that demands an Thumbs-UP. Zoho Writer's feature of providing review options makes it an effective productivity-increasing tool. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** Zoho Writer capacity of editing offline and then syncing-it up the next time you go online, feature requires a speed-internet connection. Lest entire processing would slow down. The classic and Desktop word-processor -features are not supported in Zoho Writer as the new version of the tab-based feature is supported. Another big hindrance is If the files are to be shared externally who do not have this Zoho Docs then conversion to more popular formats is required, in which case an extra step of installing another version of the file-management tool is required. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Writer:** A well-built interactive,User-Friendly, ease to use document writing/editing/collaborating Tool. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits I have realized during my usage of ZohoWriter process is:Even though the appearance of Zoho Writer is simple but navigation is faster. Zoho Writer starts as an entire blank but the required tools for documentation/editing/collaborating with all team members would be provided as and when required. On the other hand, it integrates very well with OneDrive, making it easy to access and import documents directly from my cloud storage. The export options are also excellent, allowing me to convert my documents into different formats such as PDF and DOCX, with no loss of quality. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** Zoho Writer is more than an editing tool, but I've found that sometimes, when copying content from the clipboard, the original formatting of the text is lost, forcing me to make manual adjustments. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho Writer's clean interface eliminates visual noise and allows me to immerse myself fully in my tasks, which is particularly important when working on detailed reports or lengthy communications. There are more flexibility of editing the text, especially when writing technical text which requires tables and images. I like the tools section the most which you can merge two different templates with the options to control different fields which is quite new and innovative. The multi-user option works smoothly with no interruption and the revision history is much better than other software like Microsoft word or Overleaf. Its accurate suggestions on sentence improvements helped me the most. Its multi-platform support and compatibility with various formats like Docx, Doc and PDF make it a must-have tool. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** Despite being an all-rounder word processor Zoho still has some drawbacks. The UI shows signs of lagging sometimes. Additionally, I've noticed that it often provides inaccurate spelling and grammar suggestions that make it less reliable for proofreading. While the basic editing features are enough it still falls short in terms of technical and functional aspects. IT doesn't seem optimised for low-end devices, and when trying to move content from one page to another, it tends to cause the application to crash. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho Writer is a component of the whole Zoho ecosystem. With the convenience of a free Zoho account, it provides accessibility across various platforms, including online, offline, and mobile devices. AI called Zia. It has help me many times while writing content for my project and during mine blocks or when I am out of ideas, it supports all kind of files and has user-friendly UI. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** Sometimes I felt it might take all while to interpret the content also at times but can get the grammar corrections, Totally wrong. I feel it's more of a basic writing software because it lacks various professional features. The UI may feel slow at times as it's prone to glitches. Also, while browsing through the content, it may skip few pages. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** As per my experience with Zoho Writer, I can certainly say that it's a very good writing assistant which has help me numerous times while writing content for my projects. it has always help me correct out my grammar and suggested me with newer and better sentences. Earlier to using for Writer are used to commit various grammar mistakes and miss out rectifying them while going through the content. But after switching to Zoho Writer, this problem has totally been eradicated as it does its job automatically. I deals with problems such as inaccurate grammar and punctutaion and makes the experience a lot smoother. **What do you dislike about Zoho Writer?** I find it pretty annoying when the writer gets buggy and sometimes even provides inaccurate grammer. It also crashes sometimes and if the file isnt autosaved it is lost forever. **What problems is Zoho Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho writer is a part of bigger corporation that is ZOHO. I find their text writer that is Zoho writer very easy to use with a simple user interface and lots of features which help me everyday. Its own grammar check and reabablity check suggestions dont match up compared to Grammary. Integration with Wordpress site built on a hosting service provider. Support for diagrams and flowcharts is very bad. Mac app of zoho writer (offline mode) needs improvement - its buggy.
