We've had some frustrations in using Paylocity and making corrections. It's not quite as easy to make some of the corrections as we would like, and there have been situations that have come up. On the customer service side, it's been difficult at times to get hold of someone, except for Javel, who is always available for us. However, there should be other resources within Paylocity to help us on a weekly basis when we have issues that come up. We also notice limitations within reports and weekly payroll administration, and have faced some frustrations from time to time. I feel that there should be a customer service rep who is responsible for us and could ensure we're happy since other than Javell, no one really checks in to ask if everything is going okay.
