As the Director of Business Automation overseeing our data warehouse and reporting, finding a tool that seamlessly connects to our data sources and enables us to embed dashboards for clients while handling complex report types affordably was crucial. After evaluating numerous options, Knowi emerged as the perfect fit.

While Knowi has been a great fit overall, one area with room for improvement is the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. For new users, it can take a little time to fully understand the best way to structure queries or leverage all the platform’s capabilities, especially when dealing with complex data sets. This product has given me the ability to create reports across multiple platforms containing our data. The product is intuitive but for more complex activities I have needed guidance from support. Bunch of new features every week/2 week. They are very committed to listening to the customer and implementing recommended changes. You can use it as a reporting tool and as an ETL tool. Sometimes the auto share doesn't work well, therefore the user has to logout/login to be able to view an asset.

Our behavioral health organization has siloed data in over six different systems. There was NO easy way to make sense of our data without my team engaging in a TON of manual labor (insert sighs from my staff as they spent hours hunched over their computer screens trying to export CSV files and make pivot tables).

And then we discovered Knowi, and everything changed.

Knowi provides us with a unified view of ALL our siloed data. We have leadership and departmental dashboards automatically delivered to our team so they can manage their key metrics efficiently and transparently (no more CSV exports and pivot tables). Knowi has a top-notch data engineering layer that eliminates the need for ETL and ETL resources. It allows you to connect to any data source, regardless of technology, and then simply start querying and joining across these disparate sources.
