I use Knowi to dashboard ecommerce performance, and it's great because I no longer need to manage manual CSVs across multiple platforms. The dashboarding features are intuitive, making my data easy to consume, saving me a ton of time. I also like the onboarding and support teams—they're always ready to help, especially for API-specific challenges. Onboarding helps me learn the platform quickly, and the support team is prompt in problem-solving any issues, which means I can unblock my progress within a day. Once the API setup and dashboard is running, it doesn't take much maintenance, and it's easy to share. Plus, embedding into Notion automates a ton of reporting, which is a game changer. While Knowi has been a great fit overall, one area with room for improvement is the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. For new users, it can take a little time to fully understand the best way to structure queries or leverage all the platform’s capabilities, especially when dealing with complex data sets. This product has given me the ability to create reports across multiple platforms containing our data. The product is intuitive but for more complex activities I have needed guidance from support. Bunch of new features every week/2 week. They are very committed to listening to the customer and implementing recommended changes. You can use it as a reporting tool and as an ETL tool. Sometimes the auto share doesn't work well, therefore the user has to logout/login to be able to view an asset.
