“Pay Rippling or Light the Money on Fire, the Fire Will Cause Less problems”
What do you like best about Rippling?

It supports payroll for a global workforce, which makes it easier to manage employees and pay across different locations. The onboarding process is poorly designed and needlessly long so what could be a 3-5 min each employee setup takes 10-15 min each employee. Pricing is awful and (at-least from our rep experience) misleading with contractual gotchas like auto renewing certain parts for a 1 year term even if you stated you want to cancel the full service. Performance is subpar with consistent employee account issues such as not being able to transfer their own available balances and just saying contact support who does not give answers other than automated Ai response with help article links. Even urgent issues such as "multiple employees are not able to get their wages and error says something went wrong contact support" are not handled with a timeline, urgency, or visibility but the money deducted to make those payments comes out days in advanced or you get urgent payroll emails saying they wont process. Integrations with google workspace was poor and disconnected promptly due to trust issue with Rippling. the UI is terribly designed with no clear intuitive navigation or usability. The "AI" is worthless and would be the same performance as using Apple's Siri if you have a lisp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None, would have been faster, more stable, and easier to use by setting up a spreadsheet and Stripe/Wise for the payment delivery and saved a fortune on Rippling layered fees for services that don't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Project management - used for a small team of 5 people for a couple of different projects, it's really useful in keeping track on progress/updates in one place, with everything logged and the capacity to attach documents and store them works well when engaging with external companies.

Resource management and planning - using for own work, having the automation for sending email reminders to complete task helps me keep up to date with what I need to working on, and what is a priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Jira Brings Structure to Marketing Campaigns with Dashboards, Automation, and Collaboration”
What do you like best about Jira?

as a marketing assistant , i work multiple campaigns, content requests even promotions , and coordination with sales and design teams, Jira has helped bring structure to these activities by giving everyone a shared workspace where tasks, deadlines, and project updates are easy to track, instead of relying on long email, chains or scattered spreadsheets, our team managers campaign execution in one organized platform. i regularly use Jira for marketing campaign coordination , content review and approval, social media scheduling requests, creative assets tracking, event planning, website updates requests, cross team collaboration. the build in automation also reduce manual follow ups by notifying team members, when tasks are assigned or completed. Jira offers a clean and customizable interface, dashboards and filters helps me to focus on my assigned work, while comment and attachments keep all project discussions in one place. i use Jira with Agentforce sales, Google workspace , marketing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

i dislike about Jira is that simple marketing tasks can sometimes require multiple updates before they are marked as completed especially when approval workflows involve several teams, for fast moving campaign this can feel more time consuming than necessary. i also find that highly customized boards with numerous issues types and custom fields can make it harder for new team members to navigate and locate the information they need, while jira is extremely flexible, keeping workflows simple is important for maintaining productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira solves the challenge of organizing marketing projects, coordinating tasks across teams, and keeping campaign activities on schedules , it provides a centralized platform where i can track content request, creative approvals, campaign timelines, and follow up tasks without relying on email or spreadsheets, real time updates and automated notification improves collaboration with the sales, design , and content teams, ensuring everyone stays aligned on priorities and deadlines, this has reduces missed tasks improved project visibility , and made it easier to manage multiple campaign simultaneously. overall Jira has increased productivity, streamlined communication and helped our team deliver marketing initiatives more efficiently.. “Simple, Intuitive HR Platform with a People-First Focus”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

What I like best about BambooHR is its focus on creating a simple, intuitive experience for both HR teams and employees. It streamlines everyday HR tasks without adding unnecessary complexity, and its emphasis on people-first solutions aligns with building a positive workplace culture. I also appreciate BambooHR's reputation for innovation, customer service, and helping organizations support their employees more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Like any software platform, BambooHR has limitations. Some advanced HR, payroll, and reporting features may not be as robust as those offered by larger enterprise systems, and certain customizations can require workarounds. That said, I appreciate that BambooHR prioritizes ease of use and continues to improve the platform based on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, BambooHR has made day-to-day HR work much more organized and less time-consuming. Instead of jumping between spreadsheets, emails, and different systems, I can find employee information in one place and complete routine tasks more efficiently. That means I spend less time on administrative work and more time supporting employees, improving processes, and contributing to initiatives that have a bigger impact on the business. “A Powerful All-in-One Tool for Project and Task Management”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings almost everything my team needs into one platform. The UI feels clean, and once you get used to it, it’s easy to navigate. I also like being able to switch between List, Board, Calendar, and Dashboard views depending on the project and what we’re trying to track. On top of that, it integrates smoothly with tools we already use, which helps reduce context switching.

In terms of performance, it’s been reliable for day-to-day work, even when we’re managing projects with a large number of tasks. From a value perspective, it includes a lot of features compared to other project management tools, so it’s been a solid investment for our team. The onboarding resources and documentation made getting started easier as well, even though there’s still a bit of a learning curve.

More recently, I’ve started using ClickUp AI to draft content and summarize information, and it’s been a helpful addition that saves time on repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s biggest drawback, in my experience, is the learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it can feel overwhelming for new users at first. I’ve also noticed that pages with a large number of tasks, or more complex dashboards, sometimes take longer to load than I’d prefer. And while the platform is very powerful, certain settings and workflows aren’t always easy to locate without spending time digging through the documentation and exploring on your own.

I’d also like to see the AI features continue to improve, especially with more context-aware suggestions and deeper integration into everyday project management tasks. Overall, these issues are relatively minor compared to the value ClickUp provides, but there’s still room to make the experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp has helped us keep all our work in one place instead of spreading tasks, documents, and project updates across multiple tools. It’s made project planning simpler by letting us assign work, track progress, and stay on top of deadlines without constantly having to follow up with team members. The customizable workflows and dashboards also give everyone clear visibility into what’s in progress and what’s blocked, which has improved collaboration and reinforced accountability. Overall, it’s helped us stay more organized, reduce manual coordination, and spend more time actually getting work done rather than managing the work itself. “Asana Keeps Me Organized—Fast, Fair-Priced, and Great Support”
What do you like best about Asana?

Asana has helped me get organized, hold myself accountable, and meet deadlines that I was missing before because I was losing notes amongst the 15 notepads and legal pads I was writing every single task and thought and reminder in! I LOVE that it can integrate with ChatGPT! That has honestly been the biggest upgrade since I've started using Asana close to a year ago. The price point is very fair, the performance is great - there's never any glitches and it never runs slow, and the support is phenomenal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Honestly I haven't found any dislikes so far about Asana. I don't think that I use it to its fullest capability because I'm the only one on the team that uses it. It makes for an excellent invoice payment tracker and to do list for me. I color coded the different categories of my day to day tasks (Administrative, HR, Finance, Brain Dump, etc.) and I can look at the calendar view and see very easily what I've got on the docket for that day. It works very well with my ADHD brain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm not missing deadlines! And that is benefitting me because my boss is happy and I stay out of trouble lol. Before Asana, I was a hot mess express! Seriously, I can fill a legal pad up from front to back in about three days. With Asana, I can get all of my thoughts out of my head in my Brain Dump project, and then I can go back and sort each task into the appropriate project depending on whether it's HR related, Finance related, or just regular ole Admin related. And no more legal pads stacked up on my desk or shuffling to find notes about x, y, or z. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Notion: A Clean, Flexible All‑in‑One Workspace”
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like best about Notion is the combination of flexibility and a clean writing experience: you can turn it into notes, docs, databases, wikis, or lightweight project systems without switching tools. That “digital Swiss Army knife” quality is the feature people most often highlight, along with databases, customization, and the ability to connect information in one workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

What I dislike most about Notion is that it can feel too flexible: great at first, but sometimes slow, fiddly, and harder to maintain than simpler tools.

Notion is powerful, but the tradeoff is that it can feel like you’re managing the tool as much as your actual work. For people who want speed, offline reliability, and stricter structure, that can be a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion is mainly solving the problem of tool fragmentation: instead of keeping notes, docs, task lists, wikis, and lightweight databases in separate apps, it puts them in one connected workspace. That benefits you by making it easier to capture context, find information later, and keep projects organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Turns Scattered Workflows Into a Clear, Trackable System”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

What I like most about Smartsheet is how it can take messy, scattered work and turn it into a clear, trackable system, without forcing everyone to completely change how they already work. It still feels familiar, like a spreadsheet, but it functions more like a full project-management platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet can be frustrating at times because its spreadsheet-style layout gets cluttered quickly, and managing larger or more complex projects can start to feel clunky. Some of the more advanced features aren’t built in, so I often end up relying on additional configurations or add-ons to get it working the way I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an intern working with a contracting engineering team in Sydney, what I find most useful about Smartsheet is how it takes the chaos out of project coordination and keeps everyone aligned. It helps solve several day-to-day problems that engineering interns often run into, especially when you’re juggling site updates, contractor communication, and documentation all at once. Reporting is powerful but could offer more flexibility and easier customisation without requiring workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Employment Hero, many of our HR processes were manual or spread across multiple systems, which created inefficiencies and increased administrative effort. Employment Hero has helped centralise employee records, onboarding, compliance, performance management and HR documentation into a single platform, giving employees and managers easy access to the information they need.

The biggest benefit has been reducing manual administration and improving process consistency. Tasks such as onboarding, policy acknowledgements, development discussions and document management are now more streamlined and easier to track. The self-service functionality has also increased employee ownership of personal information and routine HR requests, freeing up time for more strategic people initiatives.

For a small organisation without a large HR team, Employment Hero provides strong value by automating processes, improving visibility of HR data, supporting compliance obligations and creating a better employee experience through an accessible and user-friendly platform. Salesforce Field Service helps to improve mobile service operations and deliver faster, smarter, more personalized service from the phone to the field on one platform.

Top Employee Planner Software Result from Field Service Management

NexusForce C.

Original Information
“Agentforce Field Service: Bridging the Gap Between Digital AI and Physical Fixes.”
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

1. Autonomous Dispatch & Triage

The most powerful aspect is that Agentforce doesn't just wait for a ticket; it can "reason" through a problem before a human is even involved.

What it solves: In traditional Field Service, a dispatcher has to manually assign a technician based on skills and location.

The Best Part: Agentforce can analyze a customer's issue, check if the parts are in stock, and autonomously book the technician with the right "Skill Set." It essentially acts as a Digital Dispatcher that never sleeps.

2. Proactive Maintenance (The IoT Link)

Field Service is best when it’s "Predictive" rather than "Reactive."

The Best Part: By linking Data Cloud with IoT sensors on physical equipment, Agentforce can detect that a machine is about to fail and automatically generate a work order.

Your Developer Angle: You can use OmniStudio Integration Procedures to pull this IoT data into Salesforce, allowing the Agentforce engine to make real-time decisions on when to send a technician. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

1. The "Mobile Latency" Gap

Field Service is only as good as the technician’s mobile experience.

The Issue: The Field Service Mobile app can feel slow or "clunky" when trying to load heavy Agentforce assistant logic, especially in low-connectivity areas (like basements or remote sites).

Architectural Pain: If your LWC or OmniStudio components are too "heavy," they can cause the app to lag or crash during critical on-site repairs.

2. High Implementation Complexity

It is definitely not "plug-and-play."

The Issue: Setting up Autonomous Scheduling requires an incredibly high level of data hygiene. If your Service Territories, Skills, and Work Types aren't perfectly mapped, the AI will make illogical dispatch decisions (e.g., sending a technician 2 hours away for a 15-minute job).

The Struggle: You often need a dedicated specialist just to tune the "Scheduling Recipes" so the AI understands your business's unique trade-offs (like prioritizing SLAs over travel mileage). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service) solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Solving the "Administrative Drag"The Problem: Field technicians typically lose up to a full day every week to administrative tasks—filling out reports, searching for manuals, and manual data entry. The Benefit: Agentforce automates the "paperwork" through voice-powered forms and automated pre-work briefs. For a developer, this means you can build LWCs that act as intelligent assistants, summarizing job history or safety notes instantly, allowing the tech to focus on the repair rather than the record-keeping.

2. Solving "Reactive" Scheduling BottlenecksThe Problem: Traditional scheduling is reactive. If a job runs long or a tech is stuck in traffic, a human dispatcher has to manually shuffle the board, often leading to missed SLAs.The Benefit: Agentforce introduces Autonomous Scheduling. It "reasons" through real-time traffic, technician proximity, and part availability to optimize routes on the fly. This benefits you by providing a much more robust data set to build against—allowing you to create more sophisticated scheduling visualizations or custom optimization logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One HR Platform That Makes Daily Tasks Fast and Convenient”
What do you like best about HROne?

What I like best about HROne is that it brings all employee-related information and HR processes into one platform. I use it regularly for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, and reimbursement claims, which makes these tasks quick and convenient. It also provides easy access to payslips, tax and PF documents, leave balances, holiday calendars, and HR policies without needing to contact HR. I particularly like the employee engagement features, such as work anniversary and birthday notifications, which help employees stay connected. Having everything centralized saves time and makes day-to-day HR tasks much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

One area where HROne could improve is its user interface and navigation. While the platform offers a wide range of features, some options can be difficult to locate, especially for new users. Compared to other HR applications, the interface feels less intuitive, and completing certain tasks may require more clicks than necessary. A more streamlined design and improved navigation would enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using HROne, employee information, attendance records, leave requests, and payroll-related documents were often spread across different systems or required manual coordination with HR. Now, everything is available in one place, allowing employees to manage attendance, apply for leave and claims, access payslips and tax documents, and stay updated on company events. This has reduced administrative effort, improved transparency, and saved time for both employees and HR teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Airtable has transformed the way I do my job for the better.”
What do you like best about Airtable?

I have used Airtable for higher education, non-profit, and small business retail applications, each of them requiring very different outputs, and all of them have benefited from the ability to integrate multiple teams and functions into one centralized, interconnected place. Within my higher ed team we have managed to make integrated and interconnected Airtable apps for annual planning, budget and procurement, project management, event coordination, and hiring/onboarding--all for the same office and portfolio of work, but also connecting across each of our portfolios. The longer I've used it the more I'm convinced that there's little to nothing that can't be solved with Airtable and a little creative thinking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

My favorite thing about Airtable is actually this: the suggested improvements I mentioned when I first wrote this review in 2024 have all been resolved, and not because of anything I've done--the development team is constantly working on ways to make Airtable more accessible and easier to use, adding new features based on user feedback, and dreaming up innovative ways to rethink problems that other platforms on the market haven't even begun to tackle.

The only thing I wish I could actually improve about Airtable is the somewhat clunky pay-per-seat model of user accounts, which always seems to be more convoluted than it should be, but I wouldn't be surprised if that element is also changed for the better by the time someone is reading this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have several major projects in my role at a large research university, and all of them benefit from Airtable:

1. I coordinate a 10-year old fellowship program, and I have a decade of records and information about the program, its applicants and members, their work within the program, and their impacts on our community after they complete it. With Airtable I'm able to track all of that in one place, which means I always know where to go to find what I need, and it also means that I can create reports/interfaces for the fellows that give them snapshots of their particpation in the program over time. Since some of the folks have been involved for literally a decade they have had lots of engagement with many roles in the program, and before we moved all of this data to airtable I would have to recall things from memory or look each type of role up by person and year in our cloud storage. This has made the process easier, more accurate, and more helpful for the fellows themselves.

2. I organize several large-scale, complex events and programs for faculty, and using Airtable has made that process so much easier. I can have everything from project/task management to sign-ups and attendance lists to logistics planning all in one place, and because of the ease of synching and tables and linking fields, I can do virtually no copying and pasting throughout that process. I used to have so many spreadsheets for each event, and have to transfer so much information from one to another each time...and now that isn't a problem anymore. I can also use the same base each year and just update the years on the new records, so that I can more easily track data over time and have far more useful assessments of my programs. This has transformed my assessment processes and I'm really excited to see how that continues to grow.

3. We are implementing Airtable in our center's annual planning processes for the first time this year, and we've already benefitted so much. We are able to collect information more easily from each of our staff members about their plans and needs, and then the appropriate teams are able to easily gather their own annual lists of work from that collection more accurately than before. We're just starting to play around with automations to make this process even more streamlined and seamless, and I know by next summer's annual planning we'll have something even better put into place. What do you dislike about Jobber?

The only thing I think is the maintenance agreement program. That needs to be honed in a little bit more. It can get confusing if you set it up as a recurring job. It should be a standalone process for just service agreements, so that our customers it's easy to navigate for them, and it's easy for us to know that there's a maintenance agreement customer that's due for service or needs to get their percentage discount as part of the membership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Jobber to schedule online, handle sales, estimates, quotes, and invoicing. It's easy to use both in the office and field, enabling clients to sign, bill, and pay on-site. Scheduling is flexible, and communication is seamless through integrated texting and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“actiTIME Delivers Clear, Practical Project Time Tracking and Reporting”
What do you like best about actiTIME?

actiTIME gives us a clear view of how time is spent across projects, initiatives, and teams. As a product marketing team, we’re often juggling launches, campaigns, research, enablement, and cross-functional work at the same time, so having structured project-based time tracking is extremely valuable. The reporting is practical and helps us understand workload distribution, project costs, and where execution tends to slow down. Also, the integrations are so easy to do with our inernal software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about actiTIME?

Some parts of the interface could be more user-friendly, especially for new users. That said, overall the product is reliable, and it becomes easy to adopt once the team starts using it consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is actiTIME solving and how is that benefiting you?

actiTIME helps us accurately track the time we spend on projects and campaigns, which improves planning and gives us a clearer view of the real effort behind our product marketing activities. It also provides leadership with better visibility into resource allocation, and it helps teams stay accountable without adding unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A project management tool that drives measurable marketing results”
What do you like best about morningmate?

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about morningmate?

I just wish more marketers knew about this tool, since it’s still not as widely recognized as it deserves to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is morningmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. Real-time KPI tracking helped us identify underperforming campaigns quickly and optimize budgets more effectively. Collaboration with external partners also became smoother, since everyone could work in the same workspace without constant email back-and-forth. Overall, it solved the problem of inefficiency and gave us clearer visibility into campaign performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ravetree solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ravetree helps us map out projects, set project budgets, allocate people to those projects, log time and expenses, and create invoices. Pretty much all of the day to day stuff at our firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible scheduling board for daily fieldwork activities.”
What do you like best about Bordio?

I particularly like how Bordio breaks down my teams, jobs, and timeslots onto one board; also, when a tech goes over at a location, I can re-shuffle the visits in a hurry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bordio?

In reality, the problem for me is the mobile functionality when the signal strength is low. The offline functionality also lacks strength in that I continue to have a notebook to record the updates when I am offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've reduced missed appointments & last-minute curveballs by utilizing Bordio as the Field Operations Manager. This allows the crew to see the priorities more clearly, me to recognize overloading sooner, & our daily route to look less reactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Virtual whiteboard with workshop DNA”
What do you like best about Conceptboard?

In our live online trainings and hybrid workshops, Conceptboard is an integral part, so we use Conceptboard almost daily. The board is our central workspace: content, links, work areas, and interactions – all on one surface, accessible to everyone in the browser. We also appreciate the ability to work both synchronously and asynchronously, for example, in the joint development of workshop concepts with clients. Conceptboard is intuitive and quick to learn, making it ideal for participants without prior experience with virtual whiteboards. After a brief introduction, everyone can get started right away, especially with the sticky notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conceptboard?

My wish: To be able to share boards in dedicated instances. Unfortunately, in May 2026, Conceptboard changed the "sections" in such a way that I lost many hours of work; and objects were automatically defined as "sections" where it makes no sense. Incomprehensible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conceptboard enables visual collaboration in real-time and meets the requirements of the GDPR. We use Conceptboard for live online training and virtual or hybrid workshops, as well as for the co-creative development of concepts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Agency Handy Delivers on the All-in-One Promise—Clean UI, Seamless Workflows”
What do you like best about Agency Handy?

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

• Fewer mistakes or missed steps

• Better scalability as we grow

It’s effectively become our agency operating system, not just another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
