“Rippling Brought Our HR, Recruiting, and Payroll Together Seamlessly”
What do you like best about Rippling?

As a growing company, we needed a platform that housed HR, Recruiting, Talent, and Reviews all in the same place, as well as be able to work for global contractors and W-2 employees. Our previous payroll platform was not able to do that. The organization that Rippling has brought to our company has helped us be better.

While it can seem overwhelming getting Rippling set up, we had nothing but the best experience with all of Rippling's Implementation Team. They walk you through every step of the way and work at your pace to make sure you are fully set up and familiar with everything. We moved from implementation to managing everything with ease, while knowing they are available for any support we need. Integrating it within the company has been completed with ease.

Now, the whole company is using one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only downside would be the cost and upgrades for additional features, but you get what you pay for and we have found that it is well worth it for the features and apps we need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling is giving us our time back. We are now able to focus on people more than ever before, instead of building systems. Integrating seamlessly into Rippling has helped us scale in many areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great Time Saving Platform That Makes Project Management Easy, Organized, and Efficient.”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Connecteam Streamlines Field Staff Management with Real-Time Tasks & Attendance”
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I have been using connectteam from last three years and this is the platform that always help us in managing our overall staffs and other employees that work on fields in different part of the country and in remote areas. This is the platform that help us in assigning tasks and also checking the attendance of our team members by giving them real time instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecteam also make sure that daily operations of our company is being executed properly. As dortoservices is a completely service based startup, so we need tools like these to manage our day to day workforce challenges in the organization and manage all the tasks and assignments and ti-do list on time. “ClickUp Keeps Our Marketing Projects Organized, Clear, and Efficient”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how powerful and organized it is as a project management tool. We use ClickUp daily in our marketing agency, and it has been extremely helpful for organizing tasks, assigning work to team members, and keeping everything structured and clear.

It makes collaboration very easy...we can leave comments directly on tasks, attach files, link Google Drive documents, and keep all project communication centralized in one place. The internal chat feature is also very useful for team communication without needing to jump between different platforms.

One of the most valuable features for us is the ability to generate calendars that we can embed on our website. This allows our clients to see what we’re working on and track project progress, which adds transparency and builds trust.

Overall, ClickUp has been an excellent tool for organization, and it has definitely helped us save time and work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One of the things I don’t like as much about ClickUp is that it’s not always as intuitive as some other platforms. The user experience could be improved in certain areas. Since it’s a tool built for organization, I believe it would benefit from being even more intuitive and easier to customize.

Personally, I like to have everything visually organized, and at times my dashboard or task list can feel a bit overwhelming or cluttered. I would appreciate having more flexibility to customize the layout and visual structure so it fits my workflow better.

That said, it’s still a very powerful tool... I just think improving the UX and visual customization options would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp is solving our need for better organization and centralization. Before using it, tasks, communication, and files were spread across different platforms, which made it harder to keep everything aligned. Now, everything is centralized in one place: tasks, comments, files, deadlines, and team communication. This has helped us stay more organized, improve accountability, and reduce confusion within the team. We work more efficiently, save time, and have better visibility into project progress, both internally and with our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clear Task Ownership and Deadlines That Keep Teams Aligned”
What do you like best about Asana?

What I like most about Asana is how clearly it helps me see everything I need to do in one place. As a developer working in a startup, I often handle multiple tasks at the same time, and Asana makes it easy to track priorities, deadlines, and progress without feeling lost. I also like that I can break big features into smaller tasks and update the status as I work. The board and list views are both useful depending on how I want to visualize my work, and having discussions directly inside tasks avoids confusion and scattered communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

One thing I’ve noticed is that when there are too many tasks and notifications, it can feel slightly overwhelming, especially during busy sprints. It takes some effort to organize projects properly in the beginning, otherwise things can look cluttered. Also, some advanced features like automation and detailed reporting are limited unless you upgrade, which can be a drawback for smaller teams or startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana helps solve the problem of managing multiple tasks and keeping track of progress across different projects. Before using it, it was easy to forget small tasks or lose context when everything was discussed in chats. With Asana, I can clearly see what I’m responsible for, what’s pending, and what’s completed. It helps me stay organized, manage my workload better, and avoid missing deadlines. It also improves team coordination because everyone knows the current status of tasks without needing constant follow-ups. Overall, it has made my daily workflow more structured and reduced a lot of mental overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Highly Customizable Tool That Keeps Me Organized and Consistent”
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like most is how I can set it up in a way that actually makes sense for me. I use it for school, personal goals, and just keeping my life organized, and it helps me stay consistent. I love that I can customize everything. It makes it easier for me to stay on track and not feel all over the place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The only thing I don’t like is that it can be a little slow sometimes and it takes a minute to figure out how to set things up. Once I understand it, it’s fine, it just took me some time in the beginning. Also, I don’t own a business so the pricing model for individual use and A.I. features is geared for business and very expensive. If there was a more equitable personal use pricing model. I would very much appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion helps me keep track of my classes, assignments, habits, and personal stuff without feeling overwhelmed. Instead of using a bunch of different apps, everything is right there. It helps me stay organized, plan ahead, and keep myself grounded, especially with school and the other things I’m working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clean, Intuitive, and Feature Rich Agile Workflows in Jira”
What do you like best about Jira?

What stands out the most is its ease of use once you understand the workflow structure. The interface is clean and navigating between boards, backlog and reports feels intuitive. The ease of implementation is also impressive especially for agile teams you can quickly set up scrum or Kanban boards without heavy configuration. I appreciate the number of features available from customisable workflows to detailed reporting dashboards. Despite being feature rich it still maintain ease of integration with tools like version control system and CI/CD pipelines. Their customer support and documentation are reliable and since i use it daily the frequency of use naturally becomes high because it centralises so much of our work in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

At times jira can feel overwhelming especially for new users. The large number of configuration options can make initial setup confusing. Some advanced customisation require admin level knowledge and performance can slow down slightly in larger projects with many tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira solves the problem of scattered task management and lack of visibility in team projects. Before using it tracking bugs, feature requests and progress updates across emails and chats was inefficient. Now everything is logged prioritised and traceable. This improves accountability, sprint planning and overall productivity. Personally it helps me stay organised and clearly understand project priorities and deadlines. IS
“Easy, Familiar Task Tracking That Keeps Clinic Work Organized”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I have many small tasks to track every day. I use Smartsheet to manage patient follow ups, printing diet charts, appointment confirmations, and content planning. I don’t come from a technical background, but I could start using it without any help. The layout feels familiar, like a simple table, so adding tasks and dates is easy for me.

It was easy to set up my sheet for weekly clinic work and content planning. I just created columns for task, status, priority, and due date and started adding my daily work. I didn’t need any special setup or training to begin.

I open Smartsheet almost every day to check what is pending and what is already done. It helps me plan my clinic day and also manage content work for the week, so I don’t forget follow ups and small tasks.

The features I use most are status, priority, due dates, comments, and attachments. Attaching files like diet charts and notes to tasks is helpful because everything stays with the task and I don’t have to search for files later.

I also find it easy to connect this with how I already work. I track expenses in another app and then note related review tasks in Smartsheet. It fits well into my routine and doesn’t feel complicated to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

One thing I notice is that Smartsheet works best on a bigger screen. On smaller screens, I prefer to note things down and update later from my laptop. Also, when I add many tasks in a day, I sometimes forget to set the right status and have to correct it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, I used to handle clinic tasks and content work in a very loose way. Some days I focused only on patients and forgot content deadlines, and some days it was the opposite. There was no clear picture of what was pending and what I had already finished.

With Smartsheet, I now keep a simple running list of my work. When I complete something, I mark it and move on to the next task. This helps me stay consistent instead of working in bursts and then catching up later. Over time, this has made my work feel more controlled and less rushed, especially on busy clinic days. I also don’t miss small things like printing diet charts or follow-up calls because they are already listed there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Scheduling Made Simple—All-in-One Solution for Field Teams”
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

Honestly, the scheduling and dispatch part is a lifesaver. It makes managing techs way easier, especially when there’s a bunch of jobs lined up. The mobile app is super handy too—our guys can update status, take pics, and get signatures right on site without calling back to office. Everything’s in one place, so no jumping between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?

Setup wasn’t smooth though—docs could be better, and UI feels clunky at times (too many clicks for simple stuff). But once you get past the learning curve, it’s reliable and powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using it, scheduling techs and keeping track of jobs was a nightmare. We had too many manual steps and things would slip through cracks. Now, everything’s in one place—jobs, customer info, and updates. The mobile app means techs don’t have to call in for every little thing, they just update on-site. That saves time and reduces errors big time. Plus, customers get faster service because we can plan routes better and avoid delays.Integration with Salesforce CRM is a big plus too. “HR Operations Feel More Predictable and Less Reactive”
What do you like best about HROne?

What stands out about HROne is how it simplifies routine HR work without making it feel overly rigid. Attendance, leave, payroll and employee data are well connected, so updates in one area reflect smoothly across the system. I find the employee self service features especially useful because they reduce back and forth with HR for simple requests. The interface feels structured and practical for daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

Some workflows take a few extra clicks to complete, especially when navigating between modules. While the system is powerful, new users may need a short learning period to understand where certain settings or reports are located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HROne solves the problem of managing HR process manually or across disconnected tools. By centralizing payroll, attendance, and employee records, it reduces errors and save time on administrative tasks. This allows HR teams to focus more on people management rather than operational follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“BambooHR’s Clean, Intuitive HR Platform Makes Life Easier for HR and Employees”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

What I like most about BambooHR is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The interface is clean and visually appealing, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not in the system every day. Everything is laid out in a logical way, which makes it easy to find what you need and move through tasks efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

One thing I dislike is the lack of a live connection to Microsoft Azure for the PTO calendar. Because there isn’t a real-time sync, PTO visibility requires a cumbersome workaround. A more dynamic or automated connection would make it easier to keep calendars aligned across systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because the interface is easy to use and intuitive, employees can find answers on their own without needing to reach out to HR for basic questions. That has significantly reduced the volume of routine requests coming to the HR team, allowing HR to spend more time on higher-value work instead of responding to repetitive inquiries. Overall, it’s improved efficiency for both employees and HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

“The Jobber Standard: Professionalism & Automation for High-End Pool & Sauna Service.”
What do you like best about Jobber?

As a veteran in the Pool & Spa industry who has managed $26M+ in annual revenue, I don't have time for manual follow-ups. Jobber’s 'On My Way' automated texting and the Client Hub are game-changers. It allows my business, Pool Scholars, to maintain a high-frequency, professional image. The ability to send a virtual diagnostic quote ($49 'Scholar Series') and have a client approve it instantly keeps my cash flow moving while I’m in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

The transition between tiers (Core to Connect) is a significant jump in price for a bootstrapping business, but the ROI on the automation features usually justifies the cost if you are focused on scaling. Unfortunately, the cost may be too much to absorb for some businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jobber solved my 'Communication Gap.' In the pool industry, clients want to know exactly when you're arriving so they can secure pets and unlock gates. The automated routing and 'On My Way' texts saved me at least 5-10 hours of manual coordination per week. It allows me to focus on the technical side—like LSI chemistry and infrared sauna repair—while the software handles the 'office' work. It’s the digital backbone of my 'Passenger to Provider' mission. “Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. What do you dislike about Ravetree?

“UKG Ready! Better than competitors!”
What do you like best about UKG Ready?

Our team is able to customize the different platforms to fit our company's needs. And the reporting is top notch. Our fiscal year begins on July 1st. In the past, we've always had to run 2 YTD reports and do a cut and paste job to come up with fiscal year data. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. Hoping to add these features by mid-year 2026. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. It looks very weird to enter a salary range of $150500 - $165900. It would look better with commas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Streamlined Project Management and Team Collaboration with Wrike”
What do you like best about Wrike?

One of the newer things I really appreciate about Wrike is how much more intuitive and polished the interface feels. Navigation is smoother, dashboards are more customizable, and it’s much easier to tailor views to what different team members actually need to see. The improved dashboards and reporting capabilities have made it simple to track KPIs and project health in real time without having to export data elsewhere.

I’ve also been impressed with the continued enhancements to automation and workflow management. Setting up rules to automatically assign tasks, update statuses, or trigger notifications has significantly reduced manual work for our team. It helps standardize processes and keeps projects moving without constant oversight.

Additionally, the collaboration features keep getting better. The ability to comment directly within tasks, tag teammates, and share files in context really cuts down on long email threads and keeps communication centralized. Overall, the recent updates have made Wrike feel more streamlined, smarter, and more aligned with how modern teams work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I’d say the onboarding experience can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The platform is extremely powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve especially when you start working with complex automations, custom fields, and advanced workflows. It takes time (and sometimes trial and error) to fully understand how everything connects.

Another area for improvement is the mobile app. It works well for basic task management and quick updates, but it doesn’t yet offer the full depth of features available on the desktop version. For teams that rely heavily on mobile access, having more parity between desktop and mobile would make a big difference.

That said, once you get past the initial setup phase, Wrike becomes a very robust and flexible project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wrike has helped our team centralize project planning, timelines, and communication. Before Wrike, tracking tasks and deadlines across departments was chaotic. Now, we can assign clear responsibilities, monitor progress, and deliver projects on time with fewer miscommunications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
