“Rippling Unifies HR, IT & Payroll with Fast, User-Friendly Automation”
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like most about Rippling is that it brings HR, IT, and payroll together in one straightforward system, rather than forcing teams to juggle multiple tools. It feels designed for real companies that want to move quickly without getting bogged down in administrative work. I also appreciate the emphasis on automation and the overall user experience, which reflects a strong understanding of what growing teams actually need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Nothing to change—I like it the way it is. It’s easy to navigate, even for a new user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling addresses the challenge of fragmented employee management systems, where HR, IT, and payroll sit in separate tools and create unnecessary manual work. By consolidating everything into a single platform, it helps cut down on errors, saves time, and makes processes like onboarding and role changes much smoother. For me, that translates to less time spent on administrative tasks and more time to focus on meaningful work and growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great Time Saving Platform That Makes Project Management Easy, Organized, and Efficient.”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Connecteam Streamlines Field Staff Management with Real-Time Tasks & Attendance”
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I have been using connectteam from last three years and this is the platform that always help us in managing our overall staffs and other employees that work on fields in different part of the country and in remote areas. This is the platform that help us in assigning tasks and also checking the attendance of our team members by giving them real time instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecteam also make sure that daily operations of our company is being executed properly. As dortoservices is a completely service based startup, so we need tools like these to manage our day to day workforce challenges in the organization and manage all the tasks and assignments and ti-do list on time. “ClickUp: From Task Management to a True Work Operating System”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its unmatched flexibility combined with operational depth.

It’s not just a task manager — it’s a fully customizable work operating system. You can structure projects exactly the way your team thinks: Spaces, Folders, Lists, custom statuses, custom fields, multiple views (Board, List, Gantt, Timeline, Calendar) — everything adapts to your workflow instead of forcing you into a predefined structure.

The automation capabilities are a game changer. Once properly configured, repetitive updates, task assignments, and status changes happen automatically. That reduces manual coordination and dramatically improves execution speed.

I also appreciate the visibility it provides. Dashboards give leadership-level insight into workload, bottlenecks, and progress in real time. It creates transparency without micromanagement.

And finally — everything lives in one place. Tasks, documentation, comments, goals, whiteboards. It reduces tool fragmentation and keeps communication close to execution.

ClickUp doesn’t just help manage projects — it strengthens operational discipline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main downside is the initial complexity.

Because ClickUp is so powerful and customizable, the onboarding process can feel overwhelming at first. Without a clear structure and implementation plan, it’s easy to overcomplicate workflows. There’s a learning curve before you fully unlock its potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp solves the problem of fragmented execution and lack of operational visibility.

Before using it, tasks were spread across emails, Slack messages, documents, and multiple tools. It was hard to track ownership, deadlines, and real progress. Coordination required constant follow-ups, and leadership didn’t always have a clear view of bottlenecks.

ClickUp centralizes everything — tasks, documentation, goals, communication, and reporting — into one structured system. That brings clarity.

The biggest benefits for us:

– Clear ownership and accountability

– Real-time visibility into workload and progress

– Reduced operational chaos and fewer status meetings

– Stronger execution discipline across teams

– Automation of repetitive coordination tasks

Instead of managing tasks, we now manage outcomes. ClickUp created structure without slowing us down — and that directly improved delivery speed and transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Asana Keeps Projects Organized, Transparent, and On Track”
What do you like best about Asana?

What I like best about Asana is how it makes project and task management extremely organized and transparent. The platform is easy to use, allows teams to collaborate smoothly, and provides clear visibility into deadlines, priorities, and progress through boards, timelines, and workflows. It’s especially helpful for keeping complex projects on track and ensuring everyone stays aligned without relying on scattered emails or spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

What I dislike about Asana is that it can start to feel overwhelming as projects grow in size and complexity, especially with too many tasks, notifications, and dependencies. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and the platform can require ongoing maintenance to keep workflows clean and organized. Additionally, for smaller teams, it may feel more robust than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana solves the problem of scattered tasks and unclear project ownership by bringing all work into one organized system with clear deadlines, assignees, and progress tracking. This helps teams stay aligned, reduces missed tasks, and makes it easier to plan and prioritize work. For me, it means fewer follow-up messages, better visibility into team workload, and more predictable delivery of projects without confusion or duplicated effort. “Highly Customizable Tool That Keeps Me Organized and Consistent”
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like most is how I can set it up in a way that actually makes sense for me. I use it for school, personal goals, and just keeping my life organized, and it helps me stay consistent. I love that I can customize everything. It makes it easier for me to stay on track and not feel all over the place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The only thing I don’t like is that it can be a little slow sometimes and it takes a minute to figure out how to set things up. Once I understand it, it’s fine, it just took me some time in the beginning. Also, I don’t own a business so the pricing model for individual use and A.I. features is geared for business and very expensive. If there was a more equitable personal use pricing model. I would very much appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion helps me keep track of my classes, assignments, habits, and personal stuff without feeling overwhelmed. Instead of using a bunch of different apps, everything is right there. It helps me stay organized, plan ahead, and keep myself grounded, especially with school and the other things I’m working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IS
“Easy, Familiar Task Tracking That Keeps Clinic Work Organized”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I have many small tasks to track every day. I use Smartsheet to manage patient follow ups, printing diet charts, appointment confirmations, and content planning. I don’t come from a technical background, but I could start using it without any help. The layout feels familiar, like a simple table, so adding tasks and dates is easy for me.

It was easy to set up my sheet for weekly clinic work and content planning. I just created columns for task, status, priority, and due date and started adding my daily work. I didn’t need any special setup or training to begin.

I open Smartsheet almost every day to check what is pending and what is already done. It helps me plan my clinic day and also manage content work for the week, so I don’t forget follow ups and small tasks.

The features I use most are status, priority, due dates, comments, and attachments. Attaching files like diet charts and notes to tasks is helpful because everything stays with the task and I don’t have to search for files later.

I also find it easy to connect this with how I already work. I track expenses in another app and then note related review tasks in Smartsheet. It fits well into my routine and doesn’t feel complicated to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

One thing I notice is that Smartsheet works best on a bigger screen. On smaller screens, I prefer to note things down and update later from my laptop. Also, when I add many tasks in a day, I sometimes forget to set the right status and have to correct it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, I used to handle clinic tasks and content work in a very loose way. Some days I focused only on patients and forgot content deadlines, and some days it was the opposite. There was no clear picture of what was pending and what I had already finished.

With Smartsheet, I now keep a simple running list of my work. When I complete something, I mark it and move on to the next task. This helps me stay consistent instead of working in bursts and then catching up later. Over time, this has made my work feel more controlled and less rushed, especially on busy clinic days. I also don’t miss small things like printing diet charts or follow-up calls because they are already listed there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Scheduling Made Simple—All-in-One Solution for Field Teams”
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?

Honestly, the scheduling and dispatch part is a lifesaver. It makes managing techs way easier, especially when there’s a bunch of jobs lined up. The mobile app is super handy too—our guys can update status, take pics, and get signatures right on site without calling back to office. Everything’s in one place, so no jumping between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?

Setup wasn’t smooth though—docs could be better, and UI feels clunky at times (too many clicks for simple stuff). But once you get past the learning curve, it’s reliable and powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using it, scheduling techs and keeping track of jobs was a nightmare. We had too many manual steps and things would slip through cracks. Now, everything’s in one place—jobs, customer info, and updates. The mobile app means techs don’t have to call in for every little thing, they just update on-site. That saves time and reduces errors big time. Plus, customers get faster service because we can plan routes better and avoid delays.Integration with Salesforce CRM is a big plus too. “HR Operations Feel More Predictable and Less Reactive”
What do you like best about HROne?

What stands out about HROne is how it simplifies routine HR work without making it feel overly rigid. Attendance, leave, payroll and employee data are well connected, so updates in one area reflect smoothly across the system. I find the employee self service features especially useful because they reduce back and forth with HR for simple requests. The interface feels structured and practical for daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

Some workflows take a few extra clicks to complete, especially when navigating between modules. While the system is powerful, new users may need a short learning period to understand where certain settings or reports are located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HROne solves the problem of managing HR process manually or across disconnected tools. By centralizing payroll, attendance, and employee records, it reduces errors and save time on administrative tasks. This allows HR teams to focus more on people management rather than operational follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“BambooHR’s Clean, Intuitive HR Platform Makes Life Easier for HR and Employees”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

What I like most about BambooHR is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The interface is clean and visually appealing, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not in the system every day. Everything is laid out in a logical way, which makes it easy to find what you need and move through tasks efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

One thing I dislike is the lack of a live connection to Microsoft Azure for the PTO calendar. Because there isn’t a real-time sync, PTO visibility requires a cumbersome workaround. A more dynamic or automated connection would make it easier to keep calendars aligned across systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because the interface is easy to use and intuitive, employees can find answers on their own without needing to reach out to HR for basic questions. That has significantly reduced the volume of routine requests coming to the HR team, allowing HR to spend more time on higher-value work instead of responding to repetitive inquiries. Overall, it’s improved efficiency for both employees and HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Airtable: Spreadsheet Simplicity with Database Power for Flexible Workflows”
What do you like best about Airtable?

What I like best about Airtable is how it blends the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a full database. Key features like customizable views (Kanban, Grid, Gallery, Calendar, ), linked records, and rich field types (attachments, formulas, rollups) make it easy to model almost any workflow. Automations, Interfaces, and native integrations (Jira, Slack, Zoom Workspace) reduce manual work, while real-time collaboration, permissions, and version history keep teams aligned. It’s flexible enough for non-technical users, yet powerful enough to scale into serious operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Performance may slow down with very large or complex bases, and some automation and reporting capabilities are less advanced compared to specialized tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable helps solve the problem of scattered data, rigid tools, and manual coordination by providing a single, flexible platform where you can organize information and workflows without a heavy technical setup. It can replace ad-hoc spreadsheets, basic databases, and disconnected tools by centralizing data through linked records, multiple views, and automations. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about morningmate?

I just wish more marketers knew about this tool, since it’s still not as widely recognized as it deserves to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is morningmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. “Streamlined Operations with Exceptional Features”
What do you like best about Jobber?

I find Jobber really easy to use for scheduling, inputting clients, and providing quotes. It makes following along with a quote, a request, or a job super easy. Invoicing with Jobber is straightforward and efficient. The dashboard is amazing; it really helps with scheduling people, rescheduling, and managing opportunities without losing them. The mobile side of Jobber is user-friendly for technicians in the field—it's simple to navigate, send 'on my way' messages, and get directions. Completing jobs, invoicing, and getting paid is seamless. The system notifies us in real time in the office about field operations. I also love the marketing aspect of Jobber, particularly the email feature that gets a great response. The ability to schedule, reschedule, assign, and unassign tasks is something I really like. Jobber facilitates a smooth flow from setting appointments to completing jobs and getting paid, which is very beneficial. Jobber's customer service is excellent. The features that come without extra cost are a big plus. We were able to set up quickly, being up and running within two days, which was amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I think Jobber has improved quite a bit from when we started using it a few years ago. Right now, the next step for Jobber would be to really fine-tune their service and maintenance agreements. There's a process for creating a recurring job, but we need that to be more specific to service and maintenance agreements because that's important for home services. It would also help to identify every home service customer with maybe a little badge or something when we're looking them up or trying to schedule, so we don't miss their planned appointments. And then mistakenly tell them we're billing them or send them an invoice when they're on the natural plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jobber makes scheduling, inputting clients, and invoicing super easy. The dashboard is amazing, allowing rescheduling and assignment flexibility without losing opportunities. What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. Hoping to add these features by mid-year 2026. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. It looks very weird to enter a salary range of $150500 - $165900. It would look better with commas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Streamlined Project Management and Team Collaboration with Wrike”
What do you like best about Wrike?

One of the newer things I really appreciate about Wrike is how much more intuitive and polished the interface feels. Navigation is smoother, dashboards are more customizable, and it’s much easier to tailor views to what different team members actually need to see. The improved dashboards and reporting capabilities have made it simple to track KPIs and project health in real time without having to export data elsewhere.

I’ve also been impressed with the continued enhancements to automation and workflow management. Setting up rules to automatically assign tasks, update statuses, or trigger notifications has significantly reduced manual work for our team. It helps standardize processes and keeps projects moving without constant oversight.

Additionally, the collaboration features keep getting better. The ability to comment directly within tasks, tag teammates, and share files in context really cuts down on long email threads and keeps communication centralized. Overall, the recent updates have made Wrike feel more streamlined, smarter, and more aligned with how modern teams work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I’d say the onboarding experience can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The platform is extremely powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve especially when you start working with complex automations, custom fields, and advanced workflows. It takes time (and sometimes trial and error) to fully understand how everything connects.

Another area for improvement is the mobile app. It works well for basic task management and quick updates, but it doesn’t yet offer the full depth of features available on the desktop version. For teams that rely heavily on mobile access, having more parity between desktop and mobile would make a big difference.

That said, once you get past the initial setup phase, Wrike becomes a very robust and flexible project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wrike has helped our team centralize project planning, timelines, and communication. Before Wrike, tracking tasks and deadlines across departments was chaotic. Now, we can assign clear responsibilities, monitor progress, and deliver projects on time with fewer miscommunications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
