Our implementation experience with Rippling was extremely disappointing. The teams operated in silos and often seemed more focused on securing five-star reviews than ensuring we were genuinely comfortable and confident using the platform. Instead of providing hands-on, practical support, we were directed to hours of videos and tutorials. Too frequently, issues were escalated by “submitting an engineering ticket,” which made it feel as though no one on the implementation team had the expertise or authority to actually resolve problems in real time. One particularly frustrating example was when a team “took a correction payroll off our plate,” only to create significant additional issues for us. Rippling's automation and workflows are still in process of being built, but they will remove the admin of onboarding, off boarding, employee experience surveys, expensing, and more. The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. it solves coordination and tracking problems across ML workflows, instead of tracking experiments and tasks manually, i can see the status of each dataset, model and evaluation in one centralized system, it improves team collaboration , reduces miscommunication between ML engineers, data engineers and product teams, and ensures timely completion of milestones, tasks and blockers are visible, making sprint planning and progress monitoring much more structured. it is indispensable for managing ML projects with multiple moving parts, it enhances accountability, keep documentation and datasets organized and streamlines collaboration between data ,ML and product teams, while it can be slightly heavy for small experiments, the benefits far outweigh the minor setup complexities. I can not think of anything I dislike about Notion. The only complaint I would have is that using that slash command to quickly pick an option for the note does not work on my mobile device. A problem notion solves for me is my desire for complex organized note-taking. I have a lot of ideas, a lot of equipment, a lot of projects, a lot of things that I just want to jot down and have very meticulously organized through various lists and toggle headings. One thing I notice is that Smartsheet works best on a bigger screen. On smaller screens, I prefer to note things down and update later from my laptop. Earlier, I used to handle clinic tasks and content work in a very loose way. Some days I focused only on patients and forgot content deadlines, and some days it was the opposite. There was no clear picture of what was pending and what I had already finished.

Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. I’d say the onboarding experience can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The platform is extremely powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve especially when you start working with complex automations, custom fields, and advanced workflows. It takes time (and sometimes trial and error) to fully understand how everything connects.

Another area for improvement is the mobile app. It works well for basic task management and quick updates, but it doesn’t yet offer the full depth of features available on the desktop version. For teams that rely heavily on mobile access, having more parity between desktop and mobile would make a big difference.
