"Great for Project Budgets"

What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid All-in-One Project Management Tool"

What do you like best about Ravetree?

Ravetree does a great job of bringing project management, resource planning, and team collaboration into one platform. The ability to track projects, tasks, and budgets in a single interface is a big plus. The UI is great, and the customization options allowed our team to tailor workflows to our needs. The time tracking and client portal features are particularly useful, making it easier to manage billable hours and share updates with clients. The reporting capabilities are also strong, giving valuable insights into team performance and project progress. The feature set is comprehensive and fits in easily into our operations. What do you dislike about Ravetree?

"My New Favorite Project Management Tool!"

What do you like best about Ravetree?

The software is great, but honestly the customer support is even better than the tool itself. As we were getting onboarded the Ravetree team was always very helpful. We even asked for a couple of minor features, which they were able to delivery on quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ravetree?

So far everything has been great. It's not the cheapest solution, but it's worth the price IMHO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ravetree solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ravetree helps us manage all of our billable projects. We do a mix of everything: retainer, fixed fee work, and billable hours. We're able to easily manage all of this in their platform. One specific feature that's nice are the rate cards. Sometimes we negotiate special rates for clients and the rate card feature allows us to easily manage these arrangements. I run a marketing agency. Most projects are paid by the project, but some are buy the hour. The advantage here is I can add in a contractor and track time in one platform. Definitely recommend this product! Such a great way to stay up to date on all tasks and make notes of each project you have worked on. Not to mention you can log in your time to keep of how many hours you have worked on each project. Such a time saver when it comes to wondering what item you need to work on or sitting around having to ask someone. Also, when my managers on vacation or if I'm working from home I can still see what work I need to complete. Ravetree keeps me up to date for my job and keeps me organized. What do you like best about Ravetree?

I really like how reliable Ravetree has become over the past year. They are constantly considering client feedback and will use that feedback constructively to shape their next updates. I enjoy the ease of use and clarity of the kanban board and finding tasks/projects is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

The timesheets section is my least favorite. I know they've made lots of updates on it to improve the functionality, but it seems to still be buggy. For example, if you log time to the same task on different days of the week, it will create duplicates instead of consolidating everything into one row. Hi Gaby! Thanks for your feedback on Ravetree. We're happy to hear that you enjoy using our work management platform.

With regard to timesheets, we made an update several weeks ago that prevents duplicates when logging time to the same task on different days of the week. Everything is now consolidated on one row.

Files do not have to be downloaded before previewing. If you're referring to an image attached to a comment, then it will show full screen when clicked. If it's a file that was attached to a project or work item, then it will take you to the file preview page where you can comment on the file and approve the file if it has been marked as requiring approval. We definitely welcome your feedback if there are other ways we can improve your experience around files. Please let us know if you have any suggestions!

What do you like best about Ravetree?

Ravetree is an excellent tool that has simplified my job and helped me organize all of my work! As someone who works on multiple projects everyday, Ravetree has eliminated the stress of sending countless emails and allows me to have all of my work in one place. Ravetree is a fairly new, but for how new it is, it still works great. It does have changes implemented every now and again, but it's also helpful that it's constantly improving to make it easier to use.
