Navigating between personal spaces, team folders, and individual items can often be challenging, as it sometimes requires extra clicks just to figure out where a particular file is stored. Additionally, the feedback provided for certain actions, like setting permissions or synchronizing, could be clearer and more intuitive. To be honest, the things I dislike about Hudu are actively being worked on. If I had 20 things I didn't like about Hudu when we first implemented, I now no longer have those dislikes because the great development team has developed changes or add-ons. The biggest problem my company faces without Hudu is the Knowledge base and document management for all our properties. We own and run many hotels and other businesses, and being able to easily separate the entities while keeping everything in the same place was exactly what we needed. PandaDoc is solving the problem of slow and messy document workflows. It lets me create, send, and track documents all in one place, which saves a lot of time. I'm not certain, but it seems there isn't a mobile app available yet for checking statuses. Summize is progressing quickly, and the roadmap consistently addresses awesome new features that will have help us further. Troubleshooting OCR-related issues can be quite challenging and often requires unexpected workarounds, which is surprising given that OCR is a core feature. While I am usually able to accomplish what I need thanks to these workarounds, there is definitely room for improvement. The audit log presents a similar situation. It records who performed an action on a document in Global Search, but it does not capture exactly what was done. The main problem the open text textended ECM is solving for us is the ease of use and the utilization of time. Processing very large or complex folders also takes an excessive amount of time, which can hinder productivity, especially when working with tight deadlines.
