Some of the issues that occur in Paylocity are connectivity issues. The site will freeze up and abruptly have errors when clicking onto a new page. That can be frustrating at times, not only for the HR team but for all employees. The notification system is the biggest pain point within the organization. I will receive emails from employees who complain about the notifications that seem to be broad about what is being asked of them. The notification system in Performance Management does not notify the employee or the reviewer of the next steps, such as when the review has been completed or signed. A feature that I would like to see happen within Performance Management is to allow for multiple reviewers on the review instead of one. Our organization has a couple of departments that require two or more reviewers and it's difficult to manage to reassign the review to each reviewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem that was solved with Paylocity is through Payroll. Our Accounting & Finance team were previously using Quickbooks. Paylocity allowed these teams to effectively and efficiently send out payroll on time and track reports with ease. Paylocity allows for employees to manually set up their direct deposit, W4, and all other tax-related information at any time. Payroll can then go in and approve the changes and reach out to the employees if there were any issues. Before Paylocity, Payroll would have to send out the paystubs via email, and sometimes those got lost in the email black hole, now employees can view their paystubs at any time, or anywhere and download them when needed. Honestly, at this point I haven't found anything I don't like. I have used Workday and various other HR systems in my career and Bamboo is my favorite. Workday was very a comprehensive platform, but the UI wasn't as intuitive (granted this was 3 years ago and they may have improved this since). We were using Paycom prior to Bamboo and I can definitely say that Bamboo is LIGHT YEARS beyond Paycom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are 3 main areas that we are now accomplishing tasks better and faster since switching from Paycom to Bamboo.

1. Hiring - Communicating with candidates and sharing candidate profiles with hiring managers is seamless.

2. Performance Reviews - Prior to Bamboo, we were delivering performance reviews manually with Word docs and tracking this process in Excel. Bamboo has automated reminders that help a lot!

3. Company Directory - We didn't have a directory prior to Bamboo. Bamboo executes this feature flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wanna be honest. The most I try to find negative points within Humanity, the most I like it. Nothing to dislike at all, I haven't got a single bug this whole year I have been working with Porch.com. And I am 100% Humanity will be getting better and better with upcoming updates. These are the problems that Humanity solved to me as a employee.

1. Feeling comfortable to manage my own working productivity (working hours, availability, leaves, vacations)

2. No need to go into a further training to learn how to use the system. It only took minutes so I could be able to manage my dashboard.

Other Problems I solved are: Not going over too many steps or people to request my schedule to be changed and/or updated. Everything is real time, including the notifications. Indeed, ADP is the best tool in the HR area. However, the Mobile Application is with fewer features than the desktop software. I would like to have in Mobile Application (IOS and Android) the same features. The most important point in the Mobile App is information about your paycheck (taxes, benefits, retirement, other and take home). If ADP developed their App, it will be amazing for all clients. I use this tool as a user. First of all, for me, this tool is beneficial because:

- PTO request online

- W2 form online

- My timecard - all information about my work hours

- Benefits & Wellness - all applications online

It is a relatively small/new company so there are definitely some features I would like to see added. My biggest complaint is the switching across screens or interfaces versus having everything all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that Paycom benefits are a little confusing to submit. It is not clear when the benefits enrollment is due, and what I currently have, and what I can change. I wish it was easier to understand and update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problems I am solving with Paycom are finding my pay information. Also, Paycom gives me a lot of information that I need related to HR. The benefits include all of my HR benefits and pay in one single place. It also lets me review my company's documents and holiday calendars. Paycom also lets me see my company's directory and organization structure. I also like that Paycom has links that are easy to read and find. Terrible customer service, sent 3 emails no reply, waited 2 weeks. Went on live chat who didn’t even apologise and said they’d be happy to help instead, so I asked them my questions about GDPR. They simply said to read the security doc on their site for answers. Seriously how lazy can you be? Anyway I’ve already done this, doesn’t have all the answers I need.

the system goes down at least once a week, or has latency issues. Also, it seems to take an average of 3-4 days to get a call back from support. Also, the support hours do not match our time zone in Hawaii, so it would be beneficial to have a more local support center that we can call on throughout the day. There is a growing community of customers in Hawaii, and it would be ideal if we could have onsite support visits periodically or have hours that are conducive to our work hours and time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We combined three separate payroll companies into WFR, and have added performance management. The streamline processes have saved us time and frustrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that I have to constantly manually log in. If I'm being honest, this is something of a reach. Manually logging in really isn't that big of a deal because it's a security measure. However, I would recommend they adjust it to maybe once a month instead of every several weeks. If you don't remember your password and the app is forcing a manual log in, you'll have to do a password reset. The thing is they require a complex password with a capital letter, lower case, number, etc. If you're not prone to remembering log in information, it would be best to write it down somewhere otherwise you'll be doing a password reset at least once a month and that can be so annoying. Make sure that if you're seriously considering Paychex Flex that you take a serious consideration of all that Paychex has to offer. Be sure to have your employees sit through trainings and you yourself as management should sit through all trainings. It does take some time to get onboarded with Paychex so be patient. It is well worth it. My employer was notorious for starting with a service and then quitting it and going to another company. She has stayed consistent with Paychex since we implemented it pre-COVID-19 and looks like Paychex Flex is here to stay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am solving payroll issues and am able to anticipate pay, delayed pay or even see if there will be a discrepancy on my paycheck (including being underpaid). I also able to access paystubs for tax purposes. The app gives me a centralized location for all things regarding my income and helps me to better manage future purchases and fund allocations. I can better plan my spending thanks to this app. It has removed previous issues we've had at work with getting paid on time, being underpaid, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a lot really. The product does most things I want. The only functionality I would like to have, but IntelliHR doesn't have is around the recruitment process, particularly using templated employment agreements. Cascading goals is a biggie, so employees can see how their goals link to the company goals. Ability to get regular feedback from our employees is incredibly useful. Then using the analytics from this feedback makes identifying issues really easy. I have to complete a lot of surveys around remuneration, diversity and turnover and the information is just there at the click of a button. Has saved me many hours of work. Sometimes the app does not always register the check in or check out causing non compliance. This is dependent on location service.

Also a single page view to see my teams staffing for the month would be great.

Skedulo is a great platform that helps us with accountability in retail and making wiser decisions with staffing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building out schedules has become easier with the Skedulo app - especially as we expand the team. We also calculate hours per appointment per store location based on Skedulo data. Since the Ultimate-Kronos merger, I have seen a decline in the responsiveness of the Customer Success Team. I opened a ticket nearly two weeks ago that has not yet been updated by the UKG Team. That is disappointing since support used to be one of UltiMate's strongest tools. in addition, submitting support cases is becoming more difficult. The categories and options presented when completing a support case are not as varied as in the past, making it difficult in some cases to "correctly" submit a case for assistance. Employee File Management - storing, managing and tracking employee files and other documentation. We are slowly handling less paper and becoming more digitized and flexible in our ability to manage documents. This is particularly helpful with the increasing numbers of remote workers that we have due to various COVID restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a small group of senior employees that did not like the digital platform transition and felt it was too complicated but with the right training and information pack given to us by Planday it has helped us to change their behaviour. Jibble looks almost too fun to use (is that a bad thing?). The platform doesn't pass for the typical staunch corporate look which sometimes raises questions with clients that you recommend to use the platform. However, once they get past this initial judgement phase, they get to learn very quickly how useful the teool can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jibble is great especially if you already have an existing technology stack and you value knowing where your team's time is going. Also, it's a great tool for maintaining accountability with clients where the work has been allocated around a certain time frame. The business problems we're looking to solve include the following:

1) a better way to manage the time individuals put in in their day and into each task

2) Produce better reports for our stakeholders on time allocation

One thing I would love to see is the addition of scheduling resources. For example. when I was using When I Work for a company with a fleet, it was a little difficult to allocate drivers to available trucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I Work has allowed the managers to be on the same page. While we had problems in the past with employees getting doubled booked or told to go to a job site that ended up being cancelled, using this application has greatly improved it. Now our employees can give us confirmation that they know where they are supposed to go the next day. It would improve the ability to integrate with other operating systems, I have had problems with Ubuntu on some computers, it would really work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have created a unique communication system to encourage collaboration on internal projects. It is extremely practical and very useful to be all connected under the same objective, users feel comfortable and talk through their phones. The software has increased teamwork in the organization.
