What do you like best about Connecteam?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

It was easy to start using and did not require complicated setup. I use it regularly, and it fits well into my daily clinic workflow without making things complicated.

When I open a task to update it, it takes a moment longer to load before I can type anything. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes notifications come in groups instead of one by one. In my daily clinic work, there are many small things happening together like patient follow-ups, diet plan work, and staff coordination. It is easy for small tasks to get delayed when the day gets busy. Sometimes I had to check different places just to see what was pending.

With Connecteam, I can see all tasks in one place and know what still needs attention. I can also see which staff member is handling which work. What do you like best about HROne?

I like that HROne is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, not just in the software but also in the app and on the website. It makes operations like marking attendance and requesting leave very easy. What do you dislike about HROne?

I think the system where we get the reports from, like for the payroll reports, there's an issue. We couldn't find a total abstract report at one place. We have to take a workforce report from the employee details and the payroll report from the pre-payroll details, which is CTC summary. Support tickets sometimes take a long time to generate.

Go1 integrations can glitch. Support tickets take at least 24 hours to generate via EH queue. Then it takes ages (48 hours) before the actual Go1 integration problem is resolved.

Seek integration also does glitch. I've had a number of ads not go up. This tends to happen when I've made a typo or need to change the initial ad and the integration seems to glitch when trying to update the ad with the changes. I then need to call Seek to have the ad taken down and organise a refund.

I think the most helpful part of UKG ready is easily managing to clock in and out from my laptop every day. I also think that they make the process of requesting time off pretty smooth and easy with their calendar UI. What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

I have not yet had any real negative experiences with UKG ready yet. I think the only thing that I've had an issue with was trying to use the mobile app, as I could not find my workplace on the app and therefore could not get it running. What do you like best about Deputy?

I like how simple the interface is for not only the admin / managers but also for the users, the employees. Not only are the employees able to put their time-off requests in Deputy, but they're also able to view their weekly timecards as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deputy?

Given the amount of employees that we have nationwide, it would've been great if the system was able to recognize the different states that the employees were in and that we would be able to assign managers per employees rather than create locations. We have over 20 locations in our system because we have managers that oversee different timezones, one that has every timezone, so he has multiple locations that he has to view. Because the Gusto integration seem to have issues though, we have to manually set-up accounts which is preferred as previously, it would automatically send invitations to personal emails that were in Gusto even when they haven't fully started. The downside also is that employees aren't able to see their time-off request balance and so they often put in requests when they have 0 hours pending for usage. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The issue that we had previously was the fact that Gusto wasn't able to provide us with a timekeeping system that supported overnight shift. Deputy had played a huge part in decreasing the amount of time that is spent calculating the hours that each employee who work overnight has. I also really like how the Meal Break Premium is directly connected to the attestation question. I will say that, I wished that it would also track when the lunch was taken to ensure that even if someone answers 'yes' to the attestation question, it's guaranteed that we're remaining compliant with the state laws when applicable (most importantly CA and NY) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bugs can be really frustrating sometimes. Also, I find the PTO feature a bit difficult to understand. I don’t like that late notifications sometimes come through late, and when I refresh the calendar page it still won’t show as on time, even if they clocked in on time. I’d prefer something more responsive and real-time, if Hubstaff could be that quick. ClickUp integration could be better when it comes to pulling info from Hubstaff, don't understand why we have t pay extra for the extra notifications? Should be included already. As the organization's Communications Manager, I primarily use RedeApp to send organization-wide messages from my desktop computer. Executive level: Onboarding could be more in-depth. Many features and functions were not covered in implementation - lots of self discovery and additional training required. During implementation - questions about features, functions, or issues got slow response times. A lack of urgency was felt.

Manager level: The system is missing key stats (for blended contact centers - AHT for OB and IB calls are fundamentally tied - cannot break apart, no avg response time for SMS SLA). Reporting is too siloed and when multiple contact centers are combined, entire stats and KPIs disappear, functionality is lost and reporting capabilities export capabilities are disabled causing repetitive exports and manual merging of data.

Also default OB settings are not available - agents must consistently select which contact center they want to use for OB calls (if assigned to multiple queues / coaching teams).

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an issue with our previous contact center software - too few calls could be check via our QA team. The AI within Dialpad grades all calls (to varying degrees of accuracy).

I really like how you can adjust their final pay right then and there instead of having to do it in the paydata batch when processing payroll. This makes things easier. We've had situations where we pay out employees their unused, earned vacation time and entering this during the Termination process makes it so much easier on us. Customer service is always friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable of their product. I love to use the Bridge. I think this is a really cool feature that I use a lot. The chat feature on the Benefits side is very helpful. Running payroll is a smooth process. I love how the Payroll Reports are available immediately. ADP offers Benefit Enrollment which we used for the 1st time this year. We used to handle Garnishments manually and would sometime create problems or checks were lost or never received or posted to the wrong account. Now, garnishments are taken care of for us by ADP. Love that! We just transitioned from a 3rd party for our 401k into ADP & we love it. We recently changed core systems. The transition was seamless with ADP. We recently had employees acknowledge a couple of policys through ADP. It was a very smooth process and they were able to acknowledge through their mobile App as well.

Update: We used the configuration on the Home Page and we can now have Employees clock IN & OUT right away. We have also added retirement to the Home Page as well as time off balances with the ability to request time off, and other helpful links.

Update 5.8.25: We just stared using Onboarding and Recruitment in ADP and I must say I love it so far. It makes the hiring process so much easier and the set up of the new employee is already in there. We are loving this feature so far. Employee sets up their direct deposit, uploads their documents and acknowledges policies right from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

ADP does not offer Expense Reimbursements. We use currently use Concur, in which works with ADP, but it would be nice if ADP was like a one stop shop for us.

ADP needs to have some type of security measure when fraud occurs. We recently had a New employee who has been experiencing Identity Fraud since 2007. When she logs into ADP, she can view a W-2 that does not belong to her. The W-2 is of the "other" employee using the same name and social. When I contacted ADP regarding this issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. This concerns me that the "other" employee can see personal information and W-2 of our employee. Unfortunately, the system thinks it's the same person holding two jobs in two different states. Hopefully ADP will work on something to fix these types of issues. Recommendations to others considering ADP Workforce Now:

If you like having issues with payroll, like doing things manually, enjoy headaches and bad customer service....please DON'T sign up with ADP because they are everything BUT that. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

For some time I had issues with the Appointment feature link always being expired, but recently have noticed that it works now. Navigating was a little challenging at first, but once you use it more and more and basically explore with it, it gets easier. I still get a little lost sometimes, but sometimes that's a good way to learn. Another thing they offer is the Learning bytes which are guides and tips to follow with any questions you may have on a particular task you are trying to complete.
