What do you like best about Connecteam?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

What do you like best about BambooHR?

I find that BambooHR really helps us connect with people in the organization, being a good portal to connect with my managers and peers. The leave management system is the best feature for me because it's so easy to apply for a leave. I appreciate not having to manually go to managers, which saves time, as I can apply online and have a good management portal to see all my current leaves, upcoming holidays, and everything else. What I like most about Hubstaff is how simple it makes make time tracking without feeling intrusive. The interface is clean and easy to use, so it doesn't take much effort to start or stop tracking time, even for someone new to tool. I also appreciate the level of detail it provides - things like activity levels, reports, and project breakdowns help me understand where time is actually going.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

One thing I dislike about Hubstaff is that some of its monitoring features can feel a bit intrusive, especially things like screenshots and activity tracking. What do you like best about Keka?

Overall, Keka is a really good product.

We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

Here’s what I like about Keka:

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.

2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.

3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.

4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.

5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.

6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.

7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.

8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.

9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.

10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.

11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Overall, I do like Keka—it’s a really good HRMS.

Based on my requirements, there are a few things I don’t like:

1. Surveys: When we create surveys, the only option is to send them to the whole organization. It would be great to have the option to send surveys to specific people as well. I especially felt this need when trying to collect feedback through surveys for new joiners.

Update: this feature is added now, yeay!

2. Recruitment: There are two issues I face with Keka Hire. First, there isn’t an option to send trigger emails that are customized for each stage of the hiring process. Second, the email conversation we have with a candidate isn’t visible in Keka—we have to check Gmail to see the thread. This is a huge area for improvement.

3. Integrations: In our case, there are still a lot of missing product integrations—Slack, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the peace of mind that comes with using RedeApp at my organization. We can be sure that all messages (especially those pertaining to the youth in our care) are secure and HIPAA-compliant. We're starting to implement the Communities feature, which allows users to opt-in to certain interest groups for targeted updates. The customer support with Redeapp has always been fantastic, too. As the organization's Communications Manager, I primarily use RedeApp to send organization-wide messages from my desktop computer. I will say that the user interface on the desktop version is pretty lackluster and could be more visually appealing. What do you like best about headcount365?

The implementation was exceptionally well run from kickoff through go-live (Tom was the very best implementation specialist!). The kickoff and project plan were far more detailed and robust than what I’ve experienced with comparable vendors. This is the level of rigor that is typically promised but rarely delivered. The approach was consultative, not transactional. Headcount365 didn’t just configure the system; they actively advised on how headcount should operate across the full Recruiting, HR, and Finance tech stack now that systems are integrated. Tom’s background in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, and FP&A materially improved the implementation. He understood how recruiting actually consumes and produces data, anticipated downstream impacts, and provided recommendations that would not come from someone without hands-on functional experience. The white-glove implementation allowed my team to stay focused on day-to-day recruiting while most of the configuration work was handled for us. What do you dislike about headcount365?

We have some requirements for our annual planning process that aren't yet available in headcount365; however it's on their roadmap and based on how quickly headcount365 was able to build some custom features for us during our implementation, I'm confident that it will not hold us back during our next annual planning process. What do you like best about Homebase?

What do you dislike about Homebase?

I would like to receive more alters when my staff clocks in late or clocks out outside of the Geofence. The little star next to the time sheet is easily missed. If out of the Geofence then it would be nice to send an alter to the manager that had to be approved.

Also, we have several servers, and it would be great if when they clock out it prompts them to enter tips. They are missing this step several times, and it makes more work for payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tanda?

We've been with Tanda since the early days - their third customer actually - and it's been really cool watching them grow and improve into the powerhouse they are today. Our gym managers absolutely love the shift auction feature. Before Tanda, covering sick calls or last-minute gaps was a pain - lots of phone calls, group chats, and manual shuffling. Now staff just pick up open shifts through the app and we're good to go. It's saved us tons of admin time and pretty much eliminated our short-staffing issues.

The fitness award is notoriously complex and honestly a bit of a headache, but Tanda does all the heavy lifting on the compliance side. We don't stress about penalty rates or overtime calculations anymore - it just handles it. The support team is genuinely helpful when we need them, and the platform itself is straightforward enough that our managers got the hang of it pretty quickly. Can't imagine going back to the old manual way of doing things. If you're in fitness or hospitality dealing with award stuff, definitely worth checking out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
