"EPay Blueforce - A Must Have in the Health Industry"

What do you like best?

Very simple to use. Great support staff

What do you dislike?

End of month their server starts lagging

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The simplicity of this program goes a long way compared to the competition. And the visual presence of this program is very pleasant. We have supervisors that are monitoring 8 hours a day using this product and no one complains about being an eye nuisance.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are in the Health Care industry and we rely on the time sheets as well as accurate and allowed punches. Everything else EPAY provides is a bonus. The punches have to be accurate to the GPS location and/or their caller ID Fonen system.

"Best time management product around!"

What do you like best?

EPay makes absolutely everything from recording time to completing payroll a snap! I don't know what I would do without this solution, now that I'm so used to using it. I have yet to find anything that even compares.

What do you dislike?

I doubt I could come up with something substantial to complain about, and even if I could, the stellar support team is always a call or email away, waiting to lend a hand.

Without a doubt if you are looking for a service like this I implore you to give EPay a try. I promise you will not regret it.

Not only has EPay saved us time and money, but it has streamlined our internal processes in such a way that every employee-related activity is simpler, smoother, and more effective.

"Close, but no cigar"

What do you like best?

I like that EPay presents as a relatively simpler way to track employee hours than some of its leading competitors, such as Kronos

What do you dislike?

Over the course of using EPay, I've found that the customization and features are simply not as robust as is needed in my industry. We often have employees at a single client site with differing pay rules, holidays, and fluctuating schedules. The system cannot support the automation of some of these complexities.

I would only use this product if you need it for very SIMPLE, CLEAR CUT purposes

We're using EPay solely for Time Tracking, although we WERE considering it for Workforce Mgmt and Payroll.

"EPAY HCM is worth every penny"

What do you like best?

I love the new webface of Blueforce7. Its easy to navigate and user friendly. Tech support is always availiable 24/7 to help if there is an issue.

What do you dislike?

The timeout feature is only 10 minutes. I wish you could set longer periods before it logs you out of the system.

get the complete package for your organization

Efficiency and compliance. Its great to have one program that handles everything. It makes life easier when you can go to one program to get the information you need.

"Great, user-friendly product"

What do you like best?

EPay provides a wide array of solutions (web, mobile, clock) for time management and scheduling, and the applications themselves are incredibly user-friendly. Everything is intuitive in terms of setup and use.

What do you dislike?

I found that there were some implementation roadblocks that made acclimating to EPay a bit frustrating. However, the support team was able to remedy these issues eventually.

I think this product is worth a try, as it does what you need it to do, even when you have complicated setup requirements.

Our hours tracking and payroll management have become MUCH simpler through EPay. Switching from a primarily manual system to an automated one has made a world of difference.

"Great System. Easy to Use."

What do you like best?

The payroll system is very easy to use and Epay takes care of all our tax filings so payroll is a breeze.

Our employees can access the self-service site and track and monitor their vaca/time off, payroll, and benefits.

What do you dislike?

No problems or negatives come to mind at this time.

Epay has great customer service. Whenever I need help they are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

"Great Price and Great Features that no one else has "

What do you like best?

We utilize the "fonen" timekeeping part of the system for almost 100% of our employees. Most providers we have spoken with do not have this capability.

What do you dislike?

The timekeeping portion works great, however the HCM portions are still new and in development. I am also not a fan of their technical support team, it can be kind of hit or miss.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to keep track of all our employees and improve our job costing. This helps us keep better track of budgets and labor cost as well as overtime and turnover.

"Great job with time tracking and budgeting "

What do you like best?

The time tracking is easy to use, employee friendly, and there are a lot of options to utilize, which adds a convenience factor. There are a lot of reporting options, and very responsive customer service.

What do you dislike?

The reporting options could be a little more user friendly. We have had some issues with the paycard company affiliated with Epay as well. We use the blueforce system, and sometimes the updates can be more confusing than helpful.

We are able to track our employee time better, and also have been able to better keep track of our budgets and cut down on overtime.

"Great Support Team!"

What do you like best?

Phenomenal support team - ready to assist

What do you dislike?

Occasional delay in issue resolution between Support teams; however, they go out of their way to keep you posted and provide updates.

"Most Outstanding Product On The Market !!! "

What do you like best?

E-Pay's time clocks are the best out there, also their software is extremely impressive. Their clocks work on many platforms, cellular, USB, LAN, etc. so your clock is able to communicate almost anywhere you place it.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I do not like about E-Pay as a company, their products or their outstanding employees. Whatever my requirements are, E-Pay has always come through for our company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our companies biggest issue was budgeting hours. Not only has E-Pay been able to resolve the issue with their product, they have also shown additional tools within the system, such as email notifications when reaching or exceeding budgeted hours.

"EPAY System Uses"

What do you like best?

I like that EPAY will show you submitters and approvers when needed, They need to add more functionality of running reports and being able to export them.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to export reports, this function should be available in other fields other than time cards

It has easy enough tracking and input features, it does need more reports and exporting options

What do you like best?

I love the ease of using this software. It is so easy to use.

Well of course it is not human 🙃 Sometimes when you open up the frame it freezes. But that problem has been fixed.
