**What do you like best about EPAY HCM?**

ePay is easy to use, the first screen I encounter after logging in has everything I need on a daily basis, I can find and verify my time punches with the menu, and I like the flexibility of using the website or the mobile app to log my time clock punches.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

ePay did experience a few bugs (unable to select facility or task a handful of times, got a system error and couldn't clock in), no system is perfect or is up all the time, but being able to use the mobile app helped bridge the gap when the web client wasn't working for me. EDIT: I was also offered a gift card to leave this review, and they didn't make good on that, so now I've gone back and knocked a few points off my review. Being deceptive by dangling a carrot only to yank it away doesn't win you any points.

**What problems is EPAY HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ePay makes it simple to manage my time punches and I don't have to use a fingerprint scanner or a keypad, my computer remembers my password for me, and it takes me less than 15 seconds to log in and do my daily time punches.

**What do you like best about EPAY HCM?**

My educational background is in Customer Relationship Management, therefore, my focus is always on acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers to encourage brand loyalty. As a CRM professional, I recognize quality customer service when I see it, and know immediately when I am not receiving it.  What I like best about EPay is the overall customer service experience.  The system itself is very user-friendly, but on occasions when I have encountered problems, most of my own doing, and had to contact customer service, I  have found Epay representatives to be very courteous, patient and results-oriented from beginning to end. This is very important to organizational behavior because the way customers are treated determines whether the company will keep them as customers, or lose them to a competitor.  Oftentimes when dealing with customer service /technical support representatives, they make you feel like you are wasting their time.  I like to say that they make you feel like you are the "Village Idiot". You know the ones that I'm talking about.  You can hear them sighing, and seemingly gasping for air in the background. I have never had this or any other type of bad experience with EPAY.  And when all is said and done and the problem is resolved, I am all the wiser because I learned something new.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

Over the years, I have worked on various payroll systems including the big "A", and I can honestly say that I have not found any feature of EPay  HCMthat I dislike.  Any challenges that I have faced were because of something that I didn't do, i.e., reading and comprehending the instructions before pressing the keys.

**What problems is EPAY HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the Time Sheet Punches, Time Sheet Details, and Mass Upload PTO to be the most benefical because they are the most frequently used at the facilities. By using these pages, the entire payroll process is simplified.  I can verify, balance and reconcile hours within a matter of minutes.  The myriad of charts, graphs and reports open up to reveal at-a-glance data that is readily available for in-house or corporate reporting. And while I do not have to use every feature of EPay HCM, the system is designed to be accessible to and address the analytical needs of management throughout the HCSG organization to track over 45,000 employees working at 5,000 facilities in 48 states, almost instantaneously.

**What do you like best about EPAY HCM?**

I like how easy and straight forward EPAY is to use, both on the mobile app and the website. One of the best things is the quick login time and easy-to-navigate app.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

Some things I dislike about the app is that it's not formatted to fit the design and resolution of an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which makes it look outdated. I would like to see improvements in the UI design.

EPAY is helping me and my colleagues keep track of our hours work and help us assure that we're getting compensated for the hours we work past and before our default scheduled shifts.

**What do you like best about EPAY HCM?**

The system is easy to learn and easy to. Employees have no problem loging in and tracking their time. It is easy to look up employee information, track hours and adjust times as needed. Employees of all ages and backgrounds have seemed to learn the system quickly. Very rarly is there a problem with an employee clocking in or trying to access their paystubs. The system is easy to use and easy to navigate. It seems like everything is spelled out. Its easy to clock in for the stsart of the shift and clock in and out for meal breaks. Looking up pay history and making changes to taxes or employee information is pretty simple as well.

Compared to other platforms, Epay seems pretty simple to get use to and input information or make changes. The more you work with it the easier it gets. I use it on a daily basis for time keeping and have no complains this far.

The fact that the system could be downloaded onto an employees phone to allow them to clock in and out from their phone adds convience to the user.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

There's not a whole lot at this time that I would disagree with. The system works great for what Atalian uses it for. There are times that the system may slow down but I'm sure that is due to our internet connection. At times employees forget their user name or password and that could cause some confusion. As far as anything goes involving Epay there are no major concerns.

My only problem, with the system, is the limitations of my company. Not being able to see full details is an inconvenience at times.

Nothing that I can think of off the top of my head. Again the system works great. Employees don't seem to have any trouble with clocking in or out and accessing their pay history. Contacting epay is easy and customer service is really quick to respond to any issues. The communication is effective. Epay walks you through any problem that you are issuing.

I love that if I ever get caught up with issues while running payroll, the customer service team is always swift to respond and help. Also, when the team resolves problems, the follow-up email makes me even more satisfied with the service.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

Like every system, there can be issues, but the most important is how the case is resolved. Overall, there has been no terrible dissatisfaction as the service has been excellent.

EPAY HCM takes payroll burden from employers and even goes further in helping to take care of tax-related concerns. EPAY HCM enables the computation of employees' net pay by calculating all deductions, benefits and reimbursements.

The customer representative I spoke to was very helpful. My problem wasn't one that could be resolved -- my company no longer used the support system, unbeknownst to me -- but the representative told me what next steps I could take and took time to make sure I received the correct information though we realized by then that I wasn't actually still a customer, technically speaking.

I don't use the system often enough to have a negative comment to leave.

I use the system to reset a password if the normal, automated route of doing so is not working for some reason. (for instance, in my situation, I had forgotten the old password)

The Epay system allows me to track and identify employee attendance issues quickly. I am now learning how to create a Master Schedule within the website to track problem areas with OT.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

The only issue I ran into utilizing this tool is the inability to delete schedules no longer being used. For example, I created a TEST schedule during my practice and am unable to delete it.

The only inquiry I had was answered during my call. Having my questions answered and being shown step-by-step how to create my errors was beneficial because it helped me save time.

The Customer Service is Top Notch whether I am standing at the Walter Time Clock fixing an issue for an employee or working from my laptop/phone fixing payroll issues.  I like that customer service is always available and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

the older time clocks that were being refurbished and reused presented a problem for me in the last year. I had to order new ones numerous times in some buildings. However, since they are being replaced with the newer facial recognition time clocks, even my WiFi Troubled buildings seem to be doing better.

**Recommendations to others considering EPAY HCM:**

Great Customer Service and in the last 5 years that my company has used ePay I appreciate that they are always creating ways to better their product.

On a regular basis, we are fixing punches, registering new employees etc. in the buildings. I also submit payroll, work with PTO and am able to complete payroll bi-weekly in a timely manner.

The Customer Service is top-notch and makes the business what it is. the easy of searching for employees. all of them that I can. i do not have anything to compare to.

The amount of time it takes to get the programing team to get issues fixed. Yes, some of the onboarding forms do not load as required by state law. THe programming team needs to get the forms loaded.

Solid record-keeping. It's helpful to have info at your fingertips.I appreciate the facial recognition. Clock in and out. Best system compared to competitors.

Nothing yet. I see nothing lacking. It's well thought out. Everything works as stated. I would not try to make it better. Simple is good.No improvements are needed.

I like how it is so easy to process payroll in this system.  The instructions are beneficial, and switching from one location to the next is seamless.  I h.ave used other systems for payroll, but this is by far the best.

There is not much that I can say about what I dislike about this system as it works as advertised.  I wish there were a way to message in the system directly with support and my team.

EPAY allows us to advertise, hire and process those hires in the system provided.  EPAY enables us to engage from remote locations and different states as our needs demand.

I appreciated that someone was available to take my call and help me out so late in the evening, outside typical business hours. It can be frustrating trying to communicate with an automated voice system, so I was grateful when a real person answered right away and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

The only issue I had was the phone connection when I called. It echoed back everything I said (but I can't blame that on anyone in particular). The person who answered my call was very patient.

I had my technical issues solved in a very timely manner and I appreciate the fact that there's someone available to help when I need it. It helps me to be efficient in my work.

**What do you like best about EPAY HCM?**

Flexibility of the company to help partner with us meet our needs and streamline our business requirements.  Implementation team was excellent in leading us through our conversion.   Overall, EPAY Systems is a real partner willing to go the extra mile with us to ensure our success.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

The system is so flexible it allows you to get to what you need from multiple places which can sometimes be confusing. Once you get used to it though its easy to navigate. Also I 'd like to see a stronger more streamlined ad hoc report writer.

**Recommendations to others considering EPAY HCM:**

Don't just look at the systems functionality.  Look at the company and the management team as well.  EPAY's management team was always flexible and listened to our needs.  They build long term relationships which we consider key to success.   Executive participation in the partnership is key.  That's what we found with EPAY.

**What problems is EPAY HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining business processes for our external stakeholders.  We've been able to put in place an efficient process where our stakeholders now have access to enter information that they were submitting via forms.  This simple change has allowed our staff to focus on more strategic, value added tasks where before they were focused on more administrative tasks.

i like that is easy to understand for the most part and quick to process.

i think it would be nice to improve uploading multiple files in the documents tab or allow to uploaded other files such as emails or.heic; it can help save time and performance overall

We are currently solving our onboarding process. Quicker and efficient for our employees, we will be required only to approve documents provided

**What do you like best about EPAY HCM?**

When I get to work I open the EPAY app on my phone and check in. It literally takes less than 10 seconds.  When I go home I "punch out" the same way.  I never forget to use the app because I always have my phone.  EPAY is the fastest and easiest way I've ever been able to send my hours to corporate.

**What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?**

Nothing. EPAY is perfect.  I never forget to put my hours in every day.

**What problems is EPAY HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at all with EPAY.   It's incredibly quick and easy.  Never a delay in sending my hours to corporate.

The most helpful component of EPAY HCM is the accuracy of the program and the security validation protocols

As counterintuitive as it may seem, the most disliked component of my experience was clearing the security process. Once completed, I was 99.9% confident that EPAY HCM was protecting my information!

My dashboard provides a broad range of information. Payroll, timecards as well as financial data are readily available for review.

Crystal was Amazing, when I told her I was locked out of Epay and needed to finish my payroll
( which I had to finish that day) she first said, " I'm so sorry you're having trouble but I can DEFINITELY help you with this. that was SO comforting! it turns out I wasn't getting the 1 time password because I typed in the wrong email addy..lol then all of a sudden the call got dropped, and before I could even call back, she was calling ME!...I have been a Housekeeping Manager at major Hotels for the last 20 years, and I know first hand that if something is wrong in any  service orientated business a customer will want to speak with the Manager, BUT....BUT when there is Great service nobody takes the time to give that person who showed she cares....her due credit!...Not me!....so....Crystal thank you for doing an amazing job and I hope this survey makes it to your boss to show them how valuable you are to your company!

there was nothing at all wrong, she was literally perfect.
