
I like the peace of mind that comes with using RedeApp at my organization. We can be sure that all messages (especially those pertaining to the youth in our care) are secure and HIPAA-compliant. Our team uses Redeapp daily to send organization-wide announcements, one-on-one communications, and messages within departments. We're starting to implement the Communities feature, which allows users to opt-in to certain interest groups for targeted updates. The customer support with Redeapp has always been fantastic, too. As the organization's Communications Manager, I primarily use RedeApp to send organization-wide messages from my desktop computer. I will say that the user interface on the desktop version is pretty lackluster and could be more visually appealing. I also dislike how there's an unseen timer that logs you out of the platform after a period of inactivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great feedback on the desktop interface and inactivity timer. We're actually building out the ability for admins to customize that timer in the admin console right now, and it should be available shortly.
