What do you like best about RedeApp?

I like the peace of mind that comes with using RedeApp at my organization. We can be sure that all messages (especially those pertaining to the youth in our care) are secure and HIPAA-compliant. Our team uses Redeapp daily to send organization-wide announcements, one-on-one communications, and messages within departments. We're starting to implement the Communities feature, which allows users to opt-in to certain interest groups for targeted updates. The customer support with Redeapp has always been fantastic, too. What do you dislike about RedeApp?

As the organization's Communications Manager, I primarily use RedeApp to send organization-wide messages from my desktop computer. I will say that the user interface on the desktop version is pretty lackluster and could be more visually appealing. I also dislike how there's an unseen timer that logs you out of the platform after a period of inactivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedeApp?

Redeapp has become more than just a communication tool for us, it’s practically part of the family. I tell folks it’s like the kitchen of our workplace. You know, the place everyone likes to hang out. Everybody knows where to go when there’s news, updates, a special challenge or game, when they need access to forms and resources, or when they just want to send a shout-out to a team member who went the extra mile. Work and fun both happen here!

What’s surprised me most is how it’s shaped our culture. We’re not just sending messages, we’re building stronger teams and tighter connections than I ever expected from an app. You can feel the difference, and in today’s world, where so many people are searching for connection, that matters.

From a business standpoint, it’s just plain smart. Redeapp saves us time (and let’s be honest, time is money) and has even become a retention tool for us. Messages reach the right people instantly and go farther and faster than any memo or email chain ever could.

And let me add this, every sales team in the world swears up and down that they’ll “walk beside you” through implementation and beyond. …Bless their hearts. But Redeapp? They actually mean it. They’ve stood right beside us every step of the way, and today that is extremely rare. I know my support team there, and they are committed 100% to what they do. More importantly, they know us, our business, and our mission.

Redeapp is used every day by every person in our organization, whether desk-based or not. It keeps us connected, builds trust, increases efficiency, and makes us better at what we do. What do you like best about RedeApp?

Redeapp is such an amazing tool. It connects everyone in our company across all levels. It provides us a way to provide transparent information to associates while also ensuring all data shared is protected.

One of our favorite stories to tell about Redeapp was from a hurricane season at one of our coastal locations. They were without phones and power within the residence, but they still had internet access on their mobile devices. We had created a hurricane command center that would relay information to our teams when calling the residence was no longer an option. This kept us all connected and we knew they were okay in that time of uncertainty.

Redeapp is so easy to use. It is very easy to get our associates on board to use on a regular basis. It acts as a resource center for all important documents for an associate. It also provides quick access to electronic forms that we have created, which has allowed us to streamline several of our practices.

Our CSM is also incredible. We haven't met a single person at Redeapp who isn't eager to assist with whatever issue or challenge we are facing. They are truly an incredible team. We also appreciate how they go to bat for us when we suggest a new feature or function. They have been truly an asset and such a blessing to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedeApp?

As of right now, my only complaint is the lack of admin access that we can provide to our directors. We would love to have an "admin console" version that is accessible to the field for their specific groups that would allow them to pull their own dashboard metrics. We would also love to see API integration more accessible, which would allow us to better communicate with our teams using smart messaging in both broadcast and communities. We oversee multiple communities in our industry. I love that we can stay connected with what's going on at each when they are located near and far. The best thing about the RedeApp is the ease of use. Especially for those new to using apps for team information. My child is on several teams that all use different apps for communication.
