
We've been with Tanda since the early days - their third customer actually - and it's been really cool watching them grow and improve into the powerhouse they are today. Our gym managers absolutely love the shift auction feature. Before Tanda, covering sick calls or last-minute gaps was a pain - lots of phone calls, group chats, and manual shuffling. Now staff just pick up open shifts through the app and we're good to go. It's saved us tons of admin time and pretty much eliminated our short-staffing issues.
The fitness award is notoriously complex and honestly a bit of a headache, but Tanda does all the heavy lifting on the compliance side. We don't stress about penalty rates or overtime calculations anymore - it just handles it. The support team is genuinely helpful when we need them, and the platform itself is straightforward enough that our managers got the hang of it pretty quickly. One thing I'd like to see in future is a snappier overall speed within the software, it could be due to the complexity/ scale of our organisation but sometimes the screen load times when working with the software lengthen the time it takes to work on tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
