I’ve been experiencing some challenges with ZoomInfo Operations. The integration with Salesforce has been problematic and the cost seems high compared to the value delivered. The onboarding process and customer service have not met my expectations. I’ve found the platform’s usability to be less than intuitive, and there’s definitely room for improvement. The contact database, particularly for certain industries, hasn’t been as robust as I’d hoped.
