
I especially like Insycle's bulk operations capabilities. It stands out for me how it can scan the entire CRM to automatically identify data gaps such as missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent fields. The best thing is that it allows us to perform bulk merges of duplicate records based on custom rules, making large-scale data cleanup fast, efficient, and scalable. The ability to scan and surface data quality issues is extremely valuable because it gives us immediate visibility into where problems exist and how widespread they are. The surfaced insights help us quickly identify records with missing key fields, inconsistent formats, and potential duplicates, which we then resolve using bulk updates and merges. This directly improves tasks such as lead routing, segmentation, and reporting. The initial setup was super easy and very quick; we just needed to connect the CRM, and the rest was handled by Insycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First, Insycle offers a wide range of features which can feel overwhelming at first and make it difficult to determine what to prioritize. Having more inbuilt templates for common data merge scenarios would make setup faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
