
Insycle has transformed the way we manage and maintain our CRM data. One of the standout benefits is the ability to run complex queries quickly and frequently, which has significantly reduced both our tech spend and the hours of manual work previously required each day. We no longer need custom coding or developer support to cleanse and standardize data—everything can be done intuitively within the platform. What we especially appreciate is the flexibility to build in logic based on custom fields and set hierarchical rules that determine which records take priority during merges. One challenge we've experienced with Insycle is the onboarding process. While they do provide a helpful starting Excel workbook to guide you on what to tackle first, it can easily become just another document that gets lost or forgotten in the day-to-day. We wish there were a centralized user portal that tracked onboarding progress and allowed us to actively manage and prioritize the features we want to set up. Having an in-platform setup checklist or interactive dashboard would make it easier to stay focused, organized, and accountable during the initial implementation phase.
