What do you like best about Insycle?

I especially like Insycle's bulk operations capabilities. It stands out for me how it can scan the entire CRM to automatically identify data gaps such as missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent fields. The best thing is that it allows us to perform bulk merges of duplicate records based on custom rules, making large-scale data cleanup fast, efficient, and scalable. The ability to scan and surface data quality issues is extremely valuable because it gives us immediate visibility into where problems exist and how widespread they are. The surfaced insights help us quickly identify records with missing key fields, inconsistent formats, and potential duplicates, which we then resolve using bulk updates and merges. This directly improves tasks such as lead routing, segmentation, and reporting. The initial setup was super easy and very quick; we just needed to connect the CRM, and the rest was handled by Insycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insycle?

What do you like best about Insycle?

Insycle has been incredibly helpful for managing and cleaning up our HubSpot data. The deduplication features are flexible and powerful. We’ve been able to match and merge records using custom rules, and the preview function gives us peace of mind before making changes. It’s also great for standardizing field values and fixing formatting issues at scale. I especially like how easy it is to import data with CSV files compared to HubSpot’s native tools. What do you dislike about Insycle?

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first. Understanding how to build and reuse templates took a little time, and some of the interface elements aren’t super intuitive right away. That said, once you’ve gone through a few use cases, it becomes much easier to navigate. More in-app examples or template suggestions would definitely help shorten the learning process. What do you like best about Insycle?

One of the biggest challenges I've faced in years of working in sales operations and analytics is data hygiene (duplicates, formatting, consistency, etc). I wish I would have found Insycle sooner. From getting our data into a uniform structure to deduplicating contacts and leads, Insycle is our go-to for all things hygiene-related. Furthermore, their support team is a huge asset to our team with office hours and 1:1 meeting to review our platform and consistent use cases, we feel very supported by their team. What do you like best about Insycle?

I like the templates because they make it easy to get started and you can build on them to create rules for cleaning data. I primarily use automations the most, which really helps in our environment. The setup of Insycle was very easy, taking just minutes. I appreciate the ability to see workflows in preview mode without making changes in HubSpot, which lets you understand the tool's impact without risk. The Health Assessment Dashboards is also pretty useful as they summarize issues and show the workflows that are capturing them (and solving them). What do you dislike about Insycle?

I think some of the rule building is a bit complex for non-technical users. We had a business user trying to build their own rules, and the had a bit of trouble. I have a little bit more technical background, so I was easy to get through it. That's one area of recommendation that I would suggest; however, the tutorial/videos are good to support here. What do you like best about Insycle?

What I like most about Insycle is their support. I appreciate how they have treated us and how they have onboarded us. Our customer success manager, Alyssa, has really gone out of their way to understand our business and needs, making sure we are set up as best as possible. I like how they are diligent and follow-up. I love how much time the automation saves us, and the reporting it gives allows us to show the return on investment as well as the return on effort. I really like the step-by-step guides and pre-existing processes of Insycle that help solve most cases, even those one wouldn't imagine, sometimes even without having to make customizations. Every time I face a new problem, I look for Insycle articles or videos that address that topic and I find them very useful and clear thanks to the practical examples. What do you like best about Insycle?

Insycle has transformed the way we manage and maintain our CRM data. One of the standout benefits is the ability to run complex queries quickly and frequently, which has significantly reduced both our tech spend and the hours of manual work previously required each day. We no longer need custom coding or developer support to cleanse and standardize data—everything can be done intuitively within the platform. What we especially appreciate is the flexibility to build in logic based on custom fields and set hierarchical rules that determine which records take priority during merges. What do you dislike about Insycle?

One challenge we've experienced with Insycle is the onboarding process. While they do provide a helpful starting Excel workbook to guide you on what to tackle first, it can easily become just another document that gets lost or forgotten in the day-to-day. We wish there were a centralized user portal that tracked onboarding progress and allowed us to actively manage and prioritize the features we want to set up. Having an in-platform setup checklist or interactive dashboard would make it easier to stay focused, organized, and accountable during the initial implementation phase.
