**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Operations?**

I use it pretty much every day, the best part for me is how much time it saves. A lot of the manual work around keeping data clean and organized just runs in the background, so I don’t have to worry about it. It also helps with things like lead routing and keeping duplicates out of the CRM, which used to be a pain. Plus, it makes sales feel more in sync, so I can actually focus more on selling instead of fixing data or chasing down info. It’s pretty easy to use once you get comfortable, and the features really cut down on the manual work. Implementation wasn’t bad either, and it integrates smoothly with tools we already use, so it didn’t feel like a heavy lift.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Operations?**

Sometimes the data still needs a bit of cleanup, it’s not always 100% accurate, so you can’t just set it. Also, some of the setup and workflows can feel a little complicated at first, so there’s a learning curve. There’s definitely a little learning curve in the beginning, not everything feels super intuitive right away. Some features take a bit of trial and error to set up, and you still run into the occasional inaccurate data point, so you can’t totally set it and forget it. Customer support is solid when you reach out, but I’ve had few times where I wished things were a bit easier to resolve. Once everything’s up and running it’s great, but getting there can take some patience.

For me, ZoomInfo Operations mainly solves the headache of messy CRM data. It keeps things clean, cuts down duplicates, and makes sure leads get routed to the right rep without a ton of manual fixing. Before, a lot of time was wasted chasing down bad records or correcting info, and now most of that just happens in the background. The benefit is I can spend more time actually working leads and less time dealing with all the data issues. It also helps sales and marketing stay aligned since everyone is working off the same info. On top of that, it gives me more confidence in my pipeline since I know the data I’m looking at is mostly reliable.

I’ve been experiencing some challenges with ZoomInfo Operations. The integration with Salesforce has been problematic and the cost seems high compared to the value delivered. The onboarding process and customer service have not met my expectations. I’ve found the platform’s usability to be less than intuitive, and there’s definitely room for improvement. The contact database, particularly for certain industries, hasn’t been as robust as I’d hoped. Lastly, the auto-renewal policy has been unclear and caused some frustration

Can simply integrate with LinkedIn to get contact details. Chrome extension is easy to use just like any other extension. It has a AI customer support agent that gives response within 5 seconds. It can be used frequently depending on the need.

It works seamlessly with our CRM so as not to create data discrepancies and that would have been saved us loads of time. Likewise, it excels at whittling down duplicates, to leave just the good, reliable, consistent contact information our team will have access to. The integration with platforms like Salesforce keep the thread of smooth functioning within teams and departments.

The problem with ZoomInfo Operations however is that when we upload large datasets, it can sometimes take significantly longer to process and this means we don’t always receive the most recent data. In addition, the user interface isn’t as intuitive as I’d like, and it’s takes a little bit to get used to using the platform. Data fields have very few customization options limiting the ability to align with certain internal processes that would be needed.

Unreliable and outdated data is solved with ZoomInfo Operations. With automated cleaning and deduplication we always have accurate, up to date contact information in our CRM. This helped us coordinate better internally, in that we can have different teams working off different data sources without worrying about what other may have done that could cause error or deviations in data. It’s also saved us time by automating tedious, manual tasks so we can spend more of our energy working on more strategic tasks.

Another great plus point is all of the detailed segmentation options, allowing us to target specific audiences. We’ve paired it with our email marketing platform to greatly improve our outreach property giving us more accurate data for campaigns.

Zoominfo Operations is so inconsistent with some of the data points, especially smaller companies. It sometimes results in wasted effort on outreach when the information isn’t completely accurate. Another problem is the cost, which can feel steep for those using the service with smaller teams or businesses. The features are robust but the price can be offputting for organizations with tighter budgets which impacts our ROI if some of those leads aren’t hitting.

**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Operations?**

ZoomInfo Operations (aka RingLead) is easy to use, and has proven to be a very powerful and reliable tool for us.  We use it to keep our Salesforce data up-to-date with the right Owners, right Personas and multiple other custom fields that help make Salesforce reports and dashboards actionable.  There appears to be no limit to how many scheduled tasks you can have performed hourly, daily, multiple days per week, etc.  I cannot imagine how much additional time and effort my team and I would have to spend if we weren't able to leverage the robust functionality from ZoomInfo Operations.

I was initially intimidated by the new interface that came out a few years ago, but the Customer Support team did a great job to make implementation a breeze.  We ended the implementation phase with automated tasks scheduled and running, and those were a great reference point as we continued to build new ones going forward.  We use ZoomInfo Operations nearly every day to help segment, organize and update Salesforce records.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Operations?**

I do wish that ZoomInfo Operations was aligned more perfectly with new Salesforce releases.  For example, Salesforce has recently enabled Accounts to be added to Campaigns as Campaign Members, without any Contact record also associated.  We use that for our ABM efforts, but ZoomInfo Operations doesn't allow us to add Accounts to Campaigns - it only allows Leads and Contacts to be added to Campaigns.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've set up segmentation/routing rules that look at address fields, and assign an Account Owner accordingly.  We also look at Account Status and Account Owner, and assign Contact Owners accordingly (our SDRs own all Contacts until an Account has an Open Opportunity attached to it).  We datestamp Accounts that are showing as Marketing Engaged based on ABM data fields that are populated from Demandbase.  We use scheduled tasks at the top of each hour to assign a Persona to all Contacts, based on the titles that pulled in from ZoomInfo.  We merge duplicate records (Accounts and Contacts) and rely on ZoomInfo Operations to migrate all important fields based on rules we set up once and rarely have to update.  We use RingLead to make bulk reassignment of records when new members of the team are added, or territories are changed, etc.  We import lists and update Campaign Member statuses twice a week to reflect updates from other systems in Salesforce, so we can leverage Salesforce reports and dashboards.  All of this provides us with data that we can organize and report on in a way that it is actionable by the sales team.

It helps refine the data by avoiding duplicates and ensures that the data is accurate, updated, and reliable.

Automation helps a lot by skipping repetitive tasks and maintaining CRM hygiene.

Seamless integration with HubSpot and with other tools is also very easy.

Pricing is on a higher side.

Some features and workflows aren’t flexible.

Strong analytics tools from Zoominfo Operations give us important information on our target give us important information on our target market, the position of our competitors, and the effectiveness of our campaigns. we are now able to make well informed decisions and maximise the effect of our plans thanks to this data driven strategy. our current CRM system and the platform interface with ease, enabling efficient data synchronisation and process automation. our operations have become more efficient as a result of this integration, and teamwork has increased. the Zoominfo Operations customer service crewis attentive, informed, and committed to assisting us in our endeavours. they have been really helpful in answering any queries or problems we have had and in giving us advice on how to make the most of the platform.

Improve the platform's search features to deliver more precise and pertinent results, making it easier for users to locate the people and businesses they're looking for.
