I love how compatible Traction Complete is with the Salesforce system. It's pretty easy to navigate and understand, and doesn't require real in-depth knowledge to use. I also love that it's user friendly and has saved us from a lot of problems, especially with creating duplicate accounts which could mess up our subscriptions. The most recent updates to the UI and layout are also much appreciated; they make it feel more modern. Overall, it's been pretty simple to maintain as the company has expanded, and any difficulties are easy to solve, often with just my understanding and occasionally getting support from Traction Complete. The support has been top-notch. From day one of the integration, they set up a Slack channel and provided 3–4 representatives to ensure timely responses. Before the UI update, it was difficult to navigate by clicking through the tabs, especially when working with the routing flow charts. I like that Traction Complete is user-friendly and can be managed entirely by an admin. This lets us make changes faster and troubleshoot issues without needing our more technical resources, keeping us closer to the business and building trust. I like the reliability of matching in Traction Complete and the ability to build clear routing rules or flows. The matching and hierarchy ensure proper attachment, prevent orphan leads and duplicate work between teams, which improves the quality of the pipeline and reporting. I really like the team behind Traction Complete; they are stellar and take feedback seriously, which makes them a pleasure to work with.
