What do you like best about Traction Complete?

I love how compatible Traction Complete is with the Salesforce system. It's pretty easy to navigate and understand, and doesn't require real in-depth knowledge to use. I also love that it's user friendly and has saved us from a lot of problems, especially with creating duplicate accounts which could mess up our subscriptions. The most recent updates to the UI and layout are also much appreciated; they make it feel more modern. Overall, it's been pretty simple to maintain as the company has expanded, and any difficulties are easy to solve, often with just my understanding and occasionally getting support from Traction Complete. What do you like best about Traction Complete?

The support has been top-notch. From day one of the integration, they set up a Slack channel and provided 3–4 representatives to ensure timely responses. What do you dislike about Traction Complete?

Before the UI update, it was difficult to navigate by clicking through the tabs, especially when working with the routing flow charts. What do you like best about Traction Complete?

I like that Traction Complete is user-friendly and can be managed entirely by an admin. This lets us make changes faster and troubleshoot issues without needing our more technical resources, keeping us closer to the business and building trust. I also like how nicely it fits in with Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management. The setup was very easy, and our Customer Success Manager, Nicola, is amazing. What do you dislike about Traction Complete?

We just launched in October so I haven't felt much issue. The only small pain point is if we make a change in ETM, we have to make the change in Traction Complete as well which causes some swivel chair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the reliability of matching in Traction Complete and the ability to build clear routing rules or flows. The matching and hierarchy ensure proper attachment, prevent orphan leads and duplicate work between teams, which improves the quality of the pipeline and reporting.
