**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

The single biggest advantage of Traction Complete is the UI/UX of the Visual Flow Builder. Standard Salesforce Lead Assignment Rules quickly turn into an unmanageable web of Boolean logic as a company scales. Traction replaces that complexity with a clean, drag-and-drop canvas where I can literally see the exact path a lead takes.

From an integrations perspective, the fact that it’s 100% native to Salesforce is critical for us. Our data never leaves the CRM—helping us avoid security and data residency concerns—and it doesn’t consume API calls. We can pass data from our marketing automation platform into Salesforce seamlessly, and Traction routes it instantly.

Lastly, the AI/intelligence behind their matching engine is excellent. The “fuzzy matching” logic automatically catches misspellings, domain variations, and parent-child account hierarchies so leads get linked to the right accounts. Standard Salesforce exact-match rules almost always miss these cases.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

The support and onboarding phase has been much heavier than I anticipated. This is not a plug-and-play application. It really requires a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to map out the full data architecture and territory rules before you even start working in the software. The initial learning curve is also steep, especially when you’re setting up complex, weighted round-robins.

On the performance side, because it’s such a robust managed package, deploying large routing flows from our Full Copy Sandbox into Production isn’t always completely seamless. When we run large bulk data loads (for example, importing 50,000+ leads from a trade show), we sometimes need to temporarily pause the routing flows to avoid Salesforce CPU timeout errors, and then run the routing in batches.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Traction Complete to solve two major problems: “speed-to-lead” delays and poor CRM data hygiene (especially orphaned leads). Before this tool, inbound demo requests would sit in a general queue while an operations analyst manually checked whether the lead belonged to an existing Enterprise account.

The pricing and ROI were justified within the first two quarters. By automating our lead-to-account matching, it saves our RevOps team roughly 15–20 hours per week that used to go to manual data merging, deduplication, and troubleshooting. On top of that, because leads are instantly routed to the correct Account Executive, our response times have dropped from 24 hours to under 5 minutes, which has directly improved our pipeline conversion rates.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

The most desirable aspect of Traction Complete is the way that it handles the routing of lead. Our Salesforce was extremely unorganized before and leads were being served to the wrong sales people. Today, it also connects leads to the appropriate accounts and allocates them to the appropriate individual. It will also save much time to our sales team since they would not have to wait or manually check who owns which account. Account matching is very powerful and accurate with the automated account matching.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

It makes an initial setup of the complex routing rules, a bit tricky. The interface is a little dense, when you have very large and complex flows. The price is also slightly expensive to small firms but to the mid size or even big teams, it is worth the money due to time saved on this. The support is sometimes a bit slow in responding but it will always fix the problem.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue of lead blind spots and duplicate information in our CRM was a big problem. Traction Complete assists us to take the complete image of an account. It will automatically connect new leads to the existing accounts. This will help our sales representatives know the history and will not make a second call to the same person. It has helped our lead management process just so much faster and our data stays clean without any manual efforts.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

I absolutely love their visual "Flow" builder. I can see precisely where the lead is heading and why it wants to go there. Their customer support is also 10/10, anytime I am stuck they jump on a call and quickly help me fix my routing rules. And the deduping is very cool, too. It does not clutter our CRM at no extra effort from me.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

Suitable for small companies ~ Very bit equivalent. If you are an extremely small startup, the price may seem high. We also need a common person (Admin), someone who dedicatedly manages this; you cannot just "set & forget it!" Each instance we re-do our sales regions, it takes a while to change the rules in Traction, which is fairly tedious.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, it was a mess because our marketing leads were passing people wrongly to sales team. Now, everything is automated. It also ended the internal "Lead Ownership" feuds we used to have as a result of these rules being crystal clear now. It has really smoothed and professionalised our entire revenue process.

Traction complete is extremely dear to my heart and it is a blessing to my marketing team! As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, I will produce hundreds of leads in a day through various campaigns. Prior to this tool, I and my team used to experience enormous headache while it came to manual lead routing in Salesforce. Traction Complete is now doing pure magic.
I like very much the fact that it tags new leads on the right existing accounts automatically. The UI is extremely easy, user-friendly and a person without a lot of technical expertise can use it. Their customer care department is the finest; they are very sweet individuals. In case we are encountering some problem, they are turning back very quickly and extending their assistance fully committed. They seem to be among us, our own company family. I am highly pleased with this software!

To be truthful, not much is bad about this beautiful platform. I love it a lot. However, when it comes to saying something, the only thing that would cost me a small amount of time is the first setup time. It takes some training to comprehend all the complexity of routing rules the first time. Also there are occasions the data sync spends an additional few minutes to take effect but it is manageable. Nothing big that will intercept your work.

Its primary issue with us is the fix is the lead leakage issue and saving on our precious time. Previously our valuable marketing leads were finding their ways into the system or falling into the wrong hands of sales person. This was leading to revenue loss.
With Traction Complete, I have noticed that lead routing is one hundred percent accurate ever since I began using it. Once a lead fills our form, it would automatically go to right territory sales rep. This is translating to exceptional ROI on my digital marketing efforts since the sales team is getting in touch with the prospects at once and closing deals more rapidly. It also correctly creates account hierarchy in such a way that we are able to have full picture of parent company and its child company. It is calming me down so much. **What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

To be honest, with the help of Traction Complete, we have transformed our inbound lead management process. Previously, my IT team had to constantly deal with small-small problems in Salesforce assignment rules since they are extremely restricted. However, using this tool, the star is the Visual Flow builder. I can read the entire trail of a lead as a map. Although I would like to make some changes in order to prepare a new sales campaign, I do not have to write some code or call a developer. My team can simply drag and drop and that is it. It is highly robust and copes with complicated round-robin routing and territory-based routing extremely simply. The matching of lead to account is also highly accurate and this was a major headache to us in the past.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

Nothing much to complain, but had to say something, the prices are a bit high to the middle-market companies. The UI, too, offers a vast number of choices, and a new individual may be somewhat lost at first.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly we were facing "Lead leakage" problem. Our manual system was very slow and many leads were going to the wrong people or had to wait in the queue of 2-3 days. This was a huge loss to the business. After putting Traction Complete, we have automated everything. It is now able to match the existing account and be sent to the right account manager in seconds once a lead is received. My sales directors are extremely pleased since the speed to lead has increased by nearly 70. It also enables me to maintain my Salesforce data clean by avoiding duplicates. The greatest advantage to an IT Manager is that I do not receive complaints day by day regarding lost leads by the sales team.

I appreciate that Traction Complete is 100% self-hosted and native, which keeps our data within the Salesforce cloud platform. This greatly enhances our security, making my security team very happy. I also find the setup is easy and fast, especially with the improved onboarding wizard in the new version, which helps connect our main objects quickly. Traction Complete automatically assigns inbound leads to the right territory or account owner, which streamlines our processes and prevents our team from sitting in a manual queue for hours. Additionally, it effectively organizes our account hierarchy by linking entries into a single corporate family tree and using AI workflows to clean and enrich records before they reach sales reps, minimizing the risk of data pollution.

Honestly speaking, the best thing about Traction Complete is how it handles the lead routing. Before this, my team was doing so much manual work in Salesforce, it was a total headache! Now, the automated matching is like magic. It finds the right account for the lead and assigns it to the correct person instantly. No more "who should get this lead?" drama in the office. Also, the UI is very friendly—I didn't need a PhD to understand how to set up the basic rules. It just works!

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

Okay, if I have to be picky, the price is a little bit on the higher side for us in India, but you get what you pay for, right? Also, when you are doing very, very complex routing logic, it can get a bit "brain-twister" style. You need to spend some good time to test everything properly because if you make a mistake in logic, leads might go for a little holiday to the wrong folder! But their support team is always there to pull you out of trouble.

In my role at RSM India, we deal with a lot of data. Earlier, we had so many duplicate leads and wrong assignments. It was making our Sales team very frustrated. Traction Complete solved this "data khichdi" (mess) for us.
The biggest benefit? Time. I am saving at least 5-10 hours every week that I used to spend on fixing lead assignment errors. Now, the data is clean, the sales guys are happy because they get leads fast, and my boss is happy because the ROI is looking good. It’s a win-win for everyone!

What I like the most about Traction Complete is the Visual Flow Designer, which makes complex matching logic and real-time data staging possible. The interface is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to build and visualize complex routing trees in a drag-and-drop style of editing, making troubleshooting easy. One standout feature is its ability to match leads based on fuzzy logic, including website domains and even IP addresses, significantly increasing our matching accuracy. The real-time data staging allows us to clean and enrich data before it hits the CRM, keeping our Salesforce instance lean and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

Well, the internal reporting on why specific leads took a certain path can sometimes be difficult to spot into a high level execution summary. During massive data imports or high volume marketing events, there can be a low latency in the routing execution, which is impacting the instant nature of our follow ups.

I personally love that Traction Complete automates the lead to account matching in Salesforce. It also links new leads to existing accounts instantly, eliminating the possibility of two records and making sure that the sales reps can see all the information. The account based routing saves colossal amounts of time; leads are automatically forwarded to the respective territory owner.

The thing that I dislike the most about Traction Complete is the initial setup of the matching and routing rules. It can be rather a complicated process to get everything just tuned to prevent false positives or false assignments. It will take a lot of time to actually optimize. Moreover, just making sure that all edge cases are taken care of occasionally requires more manual testing than I would desire.

This solution has wiped off all the mess of manual lead assignment and data duplication. In the past, our sales force had to spend hours trying to find new leads using manual methods of matching them to existing accounts either resulting in duplication or misassigning leads which reduced the speed of follow-up. It now automatically does all lead to account matching and routing. This will make sure that reps have the right leads and will be assigned immediately to go and focus on selling.

I love how compatible Traction Complete is with the Salesforce system. It's pretty easy to navigate and understand, and doesn't require real in-depth knowledge to use. I also love that it's user friendly and has saved us from a lot of problems, especially with creating duplicate accounts which could mess up our subscriptions. The most recent updates to the UI and layout are also much appreciated; they make it feel more modern. Overall, it's been pretty simple to maintain as the company has expanded, and any difficulties are easy to solve, often with just my understanding and occasionally getting support from Traction Complete.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

At the time of my joining of Bhudeva Solution as Senior Marketing Manager, big headache was our lead distribution. My marketing team is diligently working and creating hundreds of webinar, LinkedIn ad, and web leads. But sales team are in constant gripes they are not receiving leads on time or they are getting lead to incorrect territory reps. It was developing tremendous clash between marketing and sales.
Then we determined to initiate Traction Complete within our Salesforce. Waste no words, it changed our story altogether. The automated lead-to-account matching is the best thing I like. As the new lead arrives, Traction Complete is automatically verifying and connecting this with the appropriate parent account.
In addition, the flow builder is very easy to use, i.e., visual drag and drop. I do not have technical developing background but I can easily learn and configure routing rules to my various campaigns, as I have a marketing background. Campaign India region, I simply drag the rule, and it sends leads to India sales team the minute it receives it. It is saving my team 2-3 hours per day of manual check work.

In software world nothing is ideal. Or in the initial time, it was slightly complex to us with which we had to set things. Before you deploy Traction Complete rules, there are two things you need to know: the Salesforce data architecture is operational and how. There is learning curve for sure.
Occasionally, with very large bulk lead uploads following offline trade show (such as 5,000 or more leads at once), the system is just slow to handle and route them all. In addition to that a little high pricing is attached in case you are a small company, yet regarding Bhudeva Solution profit of investment is equal to the expenses.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issue that we solved is leaking of lead and very slack response time. In the past, there were lead time queues that were 2 days long. Because of Traction Complete, our speed-to-lead is increased by almost 60%.
Now, in case marketing is taking a hot lead, it will automatically appear on the dashboard of an appropriate account owner. Sales reps will call them in 5 minutes. Due to this quick turnaround, we have a high conversion rate of our Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Accepted Lead (SAL). Lastly, the coordination between the sales and marketing is very harmonious and fruitful at Bhudeva Solution.

I’m incredibly grateful for Traction Complete, which makes it easy to create and maintain intricate account hierarchies automatically. It links subsidiaries to parent companies smoothly and gives our sales team a complete, clear view of customer relationships. Another standout feature is the automated lead-to-account matching: it connects new incoming leads to existing Salesforce accounts, helps eliminate duplicates, and routes everything appropriately.

Traction Complete would have an initial configuration that could be rather complex and needs a profound knowledge of your Salesforce data structure to establish rules successfully. Although the rules engine is highly effective, it must be monitored closely because of the possibility of misclassified accounts or leads because of faulty logic.

Before Traction Complete, we constantly battled with fragmented customer data in Salesforce like duplicate accounts, unlinked leads, and a lack of clear account ownership. Our salespeople spent hours in an attempt to determine whether a new lead was part of an existing enterprise client. Traction Complete is now a way of matching each lead to the right account automatically and giving reps immediate context.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

Frankly speaking, as a Data Science Manager, my AI/ML models need good food (clean data) to give good predictions. In the past, we became used to our CRM only consuming garbage. This review is done after 2 years of hands-on.
I shall mention unto you my 3 most favoured things in an unsophisticated manner:
The Matching Engine: It is excessive powerful. On uploading a new list, Traction Complete automatically locates the exact matching Account. No longer has an orphan wandering about in the system.
Complete Hierarchies: Personally, this is my favourite. We must be able to access parent-child mapping of large enterprise companies in data science in order to determine the total potential revenue. The tool is automatically drawing the entire family tree. And we no longer have to write convoluted SQL or SOQL queries to use in this updation.
No Code Deduplication: My data engineers are now extremely glad. They are on complete waste of time before, writing Python scripts to combine duplicates. We are now mass merging their Complete Clean interface. It is saving our maximum bandwidth.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

There are only one or two points of pain. The learning curve is very steep. It opens up the setup screen the first time as an airplane dashboard. So many custom objects and rule settings are there!
As well, we find that their support staff is taking 24-48 hours to revert when we have to create an intricate routing flow, and we file a ticket. When we happen to be in the midst of a tight sprint deadline, this delay is eliciting some bit of frustration.

Prior to this software, lead leakage was every day occurring. Hot leads originating on our site are going to incorrect sales reps or just sitting unassigned due to duplicate matching failure. Traction Complete is performing the needful by performing routing that is 100% accurate.
In my department, the primary advantage is that of hygiene of data. We have now completely deduplicated and organized our database. My analysts are finally doing actual data science and forecasting works, instead of doing boring data cleaning tasks every day. It would be very economical to us.

I personally like how the Traction Complete assists in keeping the customer information clean and accurate. It will enable me to identify duplications in records and rectify anomalies in our database. The feature set enhances improved organization of data in various teams. It also aligns well with our sales and marketing platforms and helps in keeping information on track. This makes my work more efficient as I do not have to spend much time cleaning up data issues manually.

I dislike the fact that, when it comes to a large amount of duplicate records, the reviewing process may be time consuming and redundant. Although there are numerous features, sometimes it might need manual examination. This has impacted my work since it slows down data cleanup work.

The first disadvantage of Traction Complete is that it can be a rather complex setup initially, particularly when setting up complicated routing rules regarding various territories. Administrators have to learn how to use its advanced features, though this does not come in a vacuum. At times, combining with particular third-party data sets needs additional hands-on intervention than is wanted. It is a powerful one, yet it is likely to take time to learn its administrative interface.

Traction Complete essentially addresses our historical problem of unstructured, untidy CRM data and wasteful lead routing. Previously, our sales reps had been wasting time manually connecting leads or handling duplicates and it would lead to either lost business or a bad customer experience. This will make sure that our sales team has the correct account context and can follow up quicker much increasing their efficiency and conversion rates.

Traction Complete sales pipeline visualization is brilliant. It provides a real time, clear picture of the status of each deal. Another thing that I find to be very helpful is the automated follow-up sequences - being able to set up a series of emails to nurture leads has saved us a lot of time. The built-in contact management, which directly connects the communication history with each prospect, allows remaining organized without any problems. It actually keeps our sales staff informed of all.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

The dashboard reports are a little cumbersome to customize. A little excavation is required to bring the bits and pieces of data we want on screen. In addition, the mobile application is workable, but does not have all the advanced filtering features of the desktop version. Sometimes, the syncing may as well be slow and a manual refresh is necessary to view the latest updates.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Traction Complete, our lead follow up was random, and we would tend to miss the cracks when it came to potential deals. We now possess a systematic procedure with computerized notifications and email advertisements. This will make sure that no lead is left behind. This best of all being as it relates to the ability to connect the leads to correct accounts automatically. Before, my marketing team was always asking me if this company already in our system or new. Now with Traction Complete, all is automated in Salesforce. I don't have to worry about redundancy of data. It is very fast and working in background, hence we get clean data without doing manual work. Also, the team is very helpful if we have any doubt.

Honestly, when I first time, a designer like me, the interface inside Salesforce is bit complex. It takes a while to get to understand all the rules and how the "trees" work for routing. Sometimes it constantly feels like too much option are there as it's good for rev ops people but for me, it was little bit confusing starting days. But after some training it is OK.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a big problem of "Lead-to-Account" matching. Many times leads from our design webinars were going down the wrong sales person because they had messy data. This was solved by Tension Complete. Now, when a person downloads my design brochure or assets, they are immediately matched to the right company. At least covers 5-10 hours saving each week because we are not working manually on fixing data anymore. It helps us to scale up a lot faster as a team.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

The "Lead to Account Matching" is here the hero. Before this, my Marketing team was working this hard to get the leads and then Sales reps would complain that the lead is already an existing customer or should be another person's lead. It caused so much internal "kitch-kitch" (small fights). Traction Complete matches all correctly to the right account in Salesforce automatically.Also, the "Complete Hierarchies" is a very powerful thing to an executive. I can see in one screen the whole "Family Tree" of a big global client. I do not need to ask my Ops guy for a report every time I want to see our total footprint of a company like Citibank or Reliance. It just shows up. And because its "100% Native" in Salesforce I don't have to worry about our data sitting in some other third-party server.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

The pricing is a bit on the higher side if you are just a very small startup so you need a decent amount of lead volume to actually see the real value. Also, in the beginning, the "Setup" of it can be a little complicated. My "Territory Rules" had to be mapped out correctly in their flow builder, so I had to spend a few hours sitting down with my RevOps lead, making sure that this was done correctly. It is not exactly "plug and play" on day one - you need to put in the brain-work first. But once it is set it's like a machine.The main problem was "Lead Response Time." We were losing deals on the fact that our routing was manual and slow. Now, the lead seems to hit the rep in seconds.

The other Big benefit is "Sales Morale". Earlier on, reps were cherry-picking leads/crying about "stolen leads." Now, the Round Robin and the Territory rules are so transparent that no one can complain. It has said a lot of "shanti" (peace) to our sales floor. Marketing is happy since their leads are actually getting worked, and Sales is happy, since they have the correct context before they make a call to the prospect.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

From a pure engineering side what is best is that it is 100% native. This means that I do not have to worry about any data leaving our Salesforce instance or any other external API security check. But the real "life-saver" in respect with me is how it deals with the Asynchronous Processing. Usually, when we create complex Lead or Account routing like native Salesforce Flows or Apex, we always encounter the "Apex CPU time limit exceeded" error due to getting too much data. Traction Complete has its own engine which automatically slices big jobs into smaller batches and runs them in the background. Instead of writing custom batch classes any more just to rout leads I don't need to anymore. Also, it is "Data-driven" and not "Metadata-driven." This is very big for me. In my company, if I change a Flow I have to go through a whole DevOps deployment cycle. But, with Traction Complete, the RevOps team can change the routing rules directly in production as it is considered a data. It spares me such a lot of "deployment headache."

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

Sometimes the UI may be a bit slow on the side with a very big flow of assignment with hundreds of nodes. It takes a while to load the visual canvas. Also, the documentation related to their API and custom triggers could be described with more detail for developers. If I want to trigger a Traction flow from my own custom Apex code, I have the workflow of having to search around, ask their support. They should have a more "Dev-friendly" portal. Lastly, there is the learning curve - you can't just log-in and know everything in 10 minutes. You need to get how the "Matching" and "Routing" layers are in communication with each other.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our principal problem was "Routing Sprawl." We had so many old triggers and flows attempting to trying to assign leads no one knew why a lead was going to rep A and not B. Traction Complete consolidated all the stuff into 1 visual flow. As an engineer, it has decreased my "ticket count" from the sales team. They used to say "This lead is stuck" and I had to debug the logs so that happened earlier. Now, Traction includes a Visual History Log where anybody can see exactly what rule the lead did hit. It has made our GTM (Go-To-Market) process very much more stable.

**What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

The thing I like the most is it's approach to the "Lead to Account Matching". In my company, previously, we used to have too many duplicate accounts and we had leads going to wrong sales reps because the name was slightly different (like 'IBM' vs 'International Business Machines'). Traction Complete does this fuzzy matching so nice. Also, the "Hierarchies" feature is of the highest order. Before this, viewing the Full family tree of a big enterprise account in Salesforce was a big headache. Now, it is fully automated. I am not required to manually link parent and child accounts any more. The drag and drop flow builder is also very easy. I can for example change the routing rules in 5 minutes without writing any Apex code. This saves me so much time during every week.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

The only small problem is the learning curve it has to start with. If you are new with Salesforce routing it can look a bit "busy" at the backend with a lot of different options. Also, sometimes when we are uploading very large lists (like 50k+ records) the processing takes some time. But honestly is it still much faster than doing it manually or with basic Salesforce flows which will often hit governor limits. I wish that they had more video tutorials inside the app that are built in for new admins.

Our most significant problem was "Speed to Lead". Our sales reps were complaining that leads are sitting around unassigned for hours. Traction Complete solved this with instant round-robin routing of them based on territories. Another big win would be the "Data Cleanliness". It also merges duplicates automatically and assigns them to the correct owner of the account with automatic results. For me as an Admin it means less support tickets from sales reps crying about "stolen leads" or "wrong ownership". It makes my life very peaceful and the Sales VP very happy with the conversion rates now as well.

Before the UI update, it was difficult to navigate by clicking through the tabs, especially when working with the routing flow charts. This was even more challenging if you didn’t have a large computer screen. Also, the native analytics and reporting feel lacking.

The conditional merging is simple and effecting. Being able to avoid modifying the Salesforce duplication rules entirely removes a lot of headaches and prevents staff from being confused who use the system on the regular. We had some initial concerns about data retention and reversals but the product has evolved since then through feedback and those have been rectified

I'm running Traction Complete everyday to keep our database de-duplicated and insure our members and participants have the best experience possible.  Duplicate records can prevent our members from being able to access their online accounts, we've had zero complaints about this issue, because we are using Traction Complete!  We have recently added Leads processing with Traction Complete and have it set to automatically merge Contacts added through Leads, it is working seamlessly.  Our Account Manager had it set up in just a couple of days.  Traction Complete listens to our needs and creates solutions that just work.  Customer Support is amazing, they reach out to us with new features and updates.  I enjoy working with the team at Traction Complete, they make having clean data almost effortless!

There are no downsides.  The team listens and builds solutions that work for us.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traction Complete allows us to identify and merge duplicate records added through online account creation by our members and data integration with our fundraising software.  Without the use of Traction Complete our member and participant account information would be in multiple accounts and they would have difficulty registering for programs which would cause stress on them and on our staff of trying to resolve these issues.  Traction Complete does in a couple of hours what would take me 40+ hours to do.

What I like best about Traction Complete is how robust and flexible the routing tool is. It handles a wide range of variables, which makes it easy to adapt to complex use cases. On top of that, the customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful—they’ve made a big difference in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

What I dislike about Traction Complete is that, while the tool is powerful, the canvas can get confusing quickly, especially for more complex setups. Without the support of the customer service team, it might be difficult to navigate certain challenges. Since I don't use the tool daily and rely on the customer service team to make changes, it can feel a bit unfamiliar and not as intuitive for occasional users like me.

Traction Complete is helping us solve complex routing challenges by ensuring enriched records are assigned to the right owners and not left sitting in queues. **What do you like best about Traction Complete?**

I like best how easy Traction Complete is to use; it's so intuitive with its workflows and so long as you have the data you can achieve whatever goals you need to. It's something we've been able to expand the use-cases for as we develop our business through speaking to our (incredibly helpful) customer success manager to talk over possibilities and workflows, easily integrating multiple features for different objects and have them work seamlessly together.

The biggest upside that helps with all this is how easy it is to implement. There are short and succint guides for any setup and working with the flows is as simple as clicking create, setting things up, and choosing "Activate" or "Schedule" to get things running, allowing us to flexibly run these processes at whatever intervals we want, be it whenever certain criteria is met, or on an hourly/daily/weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

There isn't much to dislike about Traction Complete, mainly superficial quality of life aspects (such as flow criteria steps removing entered values when you change the selected field even if the same value is available in the newly selected field).

The only downside is that, as it is integrate with Salesforce, it is restricted by Salesforce limits when running any processes that involve queries etc., so if you are processing a large amount of data at a time there may be issues, however this is understandably an issue that any tool will face and can easily be circumvented by running processes in batches, which takes a little more time but ensures everything works correctly.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traction Complete is helping us solve an issue with our lead capture. We use Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and a third-party tool to capture leads from events so if a customer with an existing contact record in Salesforce enters the system, the new data will be merged with the contact record and the record owner will not be notified, reducing visibility if these customers want different products or need to speak to someone in different areas of the business. Traction Complete allows us to create duplicate leads from these contact records and use specific criteria to assign them dynamically to the most appropriate salesperson, whether it be someone different to the original owner of the contact or not.
It also allows us to track and manage lead duplicates (when a lead already exists and another comes into the system), allowing us to flag/merge them as necessary and keep on top of our data quality by not having superfluous data.
We are also using Traction Complete to manage opportunity classifications within Salesforce, through detailed flows spanning multiple objects to analyse all opportunities and products that exist on an account record to determine whether products sold on new opportunities should be classified as new, cross-sell, or upsell. This is a great benefit as it keeps our opportunity data clean for reporting purposes particularly when we are focusing on a certain type of business, in addition to keeping our commissions correct as they vary with each type.
We have recently signed for Traction Complete Clean as well, which after a successful PoC we shall we using to merge duplicate accounts, increasing our data quality and improving our account hygiene.

The biggest piece for the YMCA is that Traction Complete understands the data model for the managed package that we use in Salesforce. This has been a big help in controlling our duplicates. Shauna has been a phenomenal guide in our implementation and also in the continued use of the product. She has provided very detailed and professional customer service since the start of our engagement. The software is very easy to use and provides multiple layers of support. We were able to customize the jobs to easily integrate into our daily support to our end users.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

The only big downside I see about the software is that it needs to be run by an administrator. Now, this isn't any different than most de-duping software, but it would be nice if they had an option to allow this to be run by a non-administrator. This is more of a limitation set by Salesforce, but I imagine many companies would love for this to be run by Jr. Admins or Datamanagers.

My favorite part of Traction Complete is the Assignment flows for the different objects. They are very easy to setup and either schedule or use triggers to run.

My least favorite thing about Traction Complete is not being able to see the Query you used to schedule a job once it has been scheduled. There is no way to alter this entry query once it is setup. You have to delete the job and reschedule with the updated query.

Traction Complete is helping us round robin Leads, Contacts, and Accounts to their respective Sales owners. This replaces complex Apex code and makes it much more expandable in the future.

The best thing about using Traction Complete is the support that they provide to us as a customer. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is always there for us to provide answers and technical guidance. I love that I don't have to become an expert in the platform to be able to use it.

The platfom can be a little tricky to navigate around in, however, I know they are aware of this and are planning on making improvements in the UX.

We use Traction Complete to manage duplicate Leads that come into Salesforce. Traction Complete will automatically recognize these duplicates, merge or convert the Lead into the existing record, and notify the Lead owner. We also use their Complete Clean tool that helps us actively manage our existing duplicate records in Salesforce.

The team at Traction Complete has been so great to work with from implementation a few years back to the present day.  We came to them with a long list of requirements for our record routing and ownership tooling needs and they were able to help us achieve success from day one.  Our product requests have always been reviewed and understood by the team, and in most cases, they were able to implement them into their product quickly or give us insight into their product roadmap.  They're great at communication for both support and business review, and I really appreciate the dependable nature of our account team in a world where vendors change AEs and CSMs quarterly.   They've also been great at pitching additional products where they see a good fit for our company and are quick to identify product areas that are already included in our current contract.  Overall, one of my favorite vendors to work with and a great product as well.

**What do you dislike about Traction Complete?**

There's certainly a learning curve that comes with any product that can do so much in Salesforce, but the customer support and documentation is always there to help.

**What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially chose Traction Complete to handle Lead routing, but found use cases for expanding its routing capabilities for other objects like Accounts, Contacts, and some of our Partner Experience Cloud custom objects.  As part of Lead routing, we 've also been able to leverage their Lead-to-Account matching based on public enrichment data and our internal data and have also explored their Account Data Management features.

Traction is supporting us in three key areas:
1. Account Hierarchies and Territory Management - All accounts within our system utilize traction to ensure they are assigned to the right regions and account owners upon creation, therefore reducing our manual mapping efforts to virtually zero.  Additionally, our GTM leadership has real-time access to account hierarchies and can determine if they want to follow the standard account hierarchies provided via our integration, or create custom hierarchies based on how our organization wants to support each account within the hierarchy.

2. Lead Assingments and Routing - All leads entering our system are mapped to the appropriate accounts and account owners, therefore reducing the time and effort involved in reviewing and routing sales leads where they need to go.  We can now route all leads to the right people and the right place at the right time.

3. Data Governance - To ensure we maintain appropriate Salesforce hygiene, we utilize Complete Clean to proactively identify and merge duplicate records in our system.  With a small team responsible for thousands of records flowing through our CRM, the tool provides a sense of confidence we are looking at the data in the right way, as well as structuring our clean-up logic to ensure the proper action if and when we have data issues.  This allows the team to focus on other critical tasks vs. spend all of their time monitoring the data manually.

Brilliant support provided by Zach in getting  us setup. Ease of troubleshooting, the visuailise logs component makes it much easier to see the exact path a record has travelled through the flow.

I'd love it if it could work better with Sales Engagement, specifically if it could remove cadence trackers prior to a merge as they prevent records from merging. I've built a record triggered flow thats triggered by a field update by our traction flow that handles the cadence tracker removals, but it would be great if that was a standard part of Traction.

we previously had lots of different record matching flows in Ringlead, Traction has combined these into one flow per object making the whole process  much more managable and allowing us to focus our attention of optimising our matching processes.

Traction Complete's friendly User Interface enables us to route lead records and other Salesforce standard/custom object records as well.  The tool is very easy to implement since it is a Installed Package in Salesforce.  Features such as Lead to Account Match, User Availability and field updates are also essential in our daily workflow. The product offers other elements besides routing that we are exploring, such as Hierarchies, First Response Timer for SLA and automation of processes. It also integrates with Outreach.io. The best about Traction Complete is its team, who responds promptly to any inquiries and provides excellent customer service!

There are some improvements to the hierarchies that I would like to see as to how they are visualized within salesforce that would likely make it easier to view as a rep. The other piece there would be a mapping functionality within the territory hierarchy that would be a nice to have to help plan with customer visits and even events.
