What stands out most about Traction Complete is how effectively it extends Salesforce for lead routing, account matching, and operational visibility without requiring heavily customized workarounds. As lead volumes and account structures grow, maintaining routing consistency manually becomes difficult very quickly. Traction Complete helped create more structured ownership logic and improved visibility into account relationships directly inside Salesforce. I also like that the platform is flexible enough to support more advanced routing and hierarchy requirements without making the admin experience overly complicated. The visual flow setup is especially useful when reviewing routing logic across multiple teams because it provides much better transparency than relying only on backend automation rules. The biggest challenge is that troubleshooting can become complex once routing logic scales across multiple assignment conditions and workflows. Small configuration changes sometimes require careful testing to avoid unintended downstream effects.
