The biggest value for me was not the automation itself but the amount of investigation it removed. Before using Traction Complete, we often had situations where a lead would appear in Salesforce and people would spend time figuring out which account it actually belonged to. The lead-to-account matching process reduced a lot of that confusion. I also like that hierarchy relationships are easier to understand because related accounts are no longer scattered across separate records. When reviewing larger organizations, having that visibility saves more time than I originally expected.

I love the visual graphs in Traction Complete where I can build routing; they are very intuitive to follow and build. Their support is AMAZING, especially CSM Lauren Maguire, who shows incredible care, customer service, and product knowledge, making her one of the best CSMs I’ve worked with. I would also like to praise Cynthia Chi, Product Manager at Traction Complete. Her project management and professionalism are huge drivers of our project's success. Additionally, the 'visualize logs' button in Salesforce is fantastic, allowing very clear visualization of how accounts or leads were routed, making troubleshooting a breeze.

I like how Traction Complete keeps Salesforce data clean and organized much like balancing financial books while automating tasks like deduplication, lead routing, and account mapping to ensure every “data dollar” is tracked and used efficiently
