## About Factors.AI
Factors.ai is an AI ABM co-worker built for B2B GTM teams. It helps teams identify high-intent accounts, understand how those accounts move across their website, CRM, ad platforms, and campaigns, and turn that activity into a qualified pipeline. At its core, Factors.ai is built on a strong first-party data foundation. The platform identifies more than 75% of companies visiting your website, the highest in the industry, and tracks how those accounts move across pages, channels, and campaigns. This gives marketing and sales teams a reliable account-level view of buyer activity, even when visitors never fill out forms. Factors also include LinkedIn AdPilot and Google AdPilot, purpose-built tools for running ABM on LinkedIn and Google. AdPilot activates high-intent accounts throughout your campaigns, helping teams reach the right companies, control ad exposure, and understand how advertising influences the pipeline. Factors.ai enriches this activity with third-party company and firmographic data to provide more context about visiting accounts and help teams understand which companies match their ideal customer profile. Teams use Factors.ai to understand which accounts are researching them and activate that data across marketing and sales workflows. Key capabilities include: • Scout agents: Agents automate your marketing and sales tasks like account research, email creation & reach-out, campaign optimization, list maintenance and so much more based on boundaries you define. • Scout assistant: Scout keeps an eye on your revenue pipeline and surfaces any anomalies, while helping you build your GTM playbook. Within seconds, Scout can answer questions on revenue dips, campaign performance, high-intent accounts, and anything you want to know about your pipeline. • Website visitor identification: Identify more than 75% of companies visiting your website and track how those accounts move across pages, campaigns, and channels. • First-party and third-party data enrichment: Combine website activity with firmographic and company data to better understand who visiting accounts are. • Account segmentation and targeting: Segment accounts based on ICP fit, intent signals, and engagement activity to prioritize outreach and campaigns. • Lead and account scoring: Score accounts based on firmographic attributes, engagement signals, and behavioral data to identify high-potential opportunities. • LinkedIn and Google ad activation: Automatically create audiences and improve ad targeting through LinkedIn AdPilot and Google AdPilot. More than 1,000 GTM teams, including Sprinklr, Freshworks, and Celonis, use Factors.ai to run ABM programs, optimize advertising, and generate pipeline faster. ## Factors.AI Reviews
 ### 1. Our go-to layer for account prioritization and deanonymization, signals for our sales team to act on

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai K. | Marketing Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

We use Factors primarily for account prioritization and website visitor deanonymization. It identifies the accounts engaging with our site, scores them on real engagement signals, and we pass these high-intent signals straight to our sales team so outreach happens while interest is still warm — not weeks later.
The HubSpot and Slack integrations make this seamless. Intent data lands where our team already works, so there's no dashboard-hopping to act on a signal.
What really sets Factors apart, though, is the people. Working with Harish and Praveen over the last few months has been a genuinely great experience — responsive, proactive, and they treat our use cases like their own problems to solve. That level of partnership is rare in SaaS.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

Very little, honestly. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of segments and reports initially, but the team more than compensates with hands-on support. Excited to see person-level identification deepen further with the RB2B integration.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Factors, most of our website traffic was invisible to us — we had no idea which target accounts were researching us. Now we know which accounts are in-market, how engaged they are, and our team reaches out with context instead of going in cold. It's tightened the marketing-to-sales handoff considerably. With the new AI Agents and RB2B integration rolling out, we're looking forward to going from account-level to person-level signals — can't wait to put those to work.

 ### 2. Effective De-Anonymization, Complex UI Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash B. | Senior Assocaite, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

I truly love the waterfall model that Factors.AI uses for de-anonymization because it gives a higher match rate. The factors club together all which gives a higher match rate when it comes to the percentage of accounts that get de-anonymized. I think they use a proprietary model that raises the match rate from about 55% to around 65-70%. The customer success support has been good so far.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

I think, from an ABM perspective, there's a lot of research that would be needed from a prospect POV. That's where I think, Factors.AI lacks a bit. Also, I think, adoption is tough. The UI/UX is quite difficult, especially for a newbie, making it a tough platform to operate. The attribution model currently prioritizes influence, while some might want to use a U-shape model, linear model, or a W-shaped model. I think Factors.AI should provide these options.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factors.AI helps with account de-anonymization and increases the match rate from 50-55% to 65-70% using their proprietary model.

 ### 3. Valuable Insights for Better Marketing Decisions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sathananthan S. | Sr Performance Marketing Specialist , Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

We use Factors.AI as part of our B2B marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to identify anonymous website visitors, understand account engagement, and prioritize high-intent prospects. The platform combines website analytics, company identification, intent signals, and campaign attribution in a single dashboard, making it much easier to understand how target accounts interact with our marketing activities.

One of the features I use most is the account-level analytics, which helps identify which companies are visiting our website before they submit a form. We also use the intent insights, journey reports, and HubSpot integration to connect engagement data with our CRM and marketing workflows. This saves our team significant time compared to manually combining data from multiple tools.

The dashboard is intuitive, reports are easy to understand, and customer support has been responsive whenever we've had implementation or reporting questions. Overall, Factors.AI has helped us make faster, data-driven marketing decisions and improve collaboration between marketing and sales.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

Overall, my experience with Factors.AI has been positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some reports and audience segments can take longer to load when analyzing larger datasets, which slows down campaign analysis. I would also appreciate more customization options for dashboards, filters, and scheduled reports.

The AI-driven insights are useful for identifying account intent, but I think the platform could provide more proactive recommendations, such as suggesting high-priority accounts or explaining why an account's intent score has changed. Additionally, while the platform delivers good value for B2B marketing and ABM teams, additional reporting templates and automation features would further improve the return on investment by reducing even more manual work.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Factors.AI, it was difficult to understand which companies were visiting our website and engaging with our marketing campaigns before they became leads. We relied on multiple analytics and reporting tools, making it time-consuming to identify buying intent and prioritize the right accounts.

Factors.AI brings website visitor identification, account engagement, intent signals, campaign attribution, and marketing analytics into a single platform. We use it to identify high-intent companies, analyze account journeys, measure campaign performance, and prioritize our ABM efforts. The HubSpot integration also helps us connect engagement insights with our CRM, making follow-up more efficient.

As a result, our team spends less time on manual reporting, has better visibility into account behavior, and can make faster, more informed marketing decisions. It has improved campaign optimization and helped us focus our efforts on the accounts most likely to convert.

 ### 4. The Missing Layer Between Paid Campaigns and Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arul m. | Lead - Digital Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

Factors.ai has become a key part of our marketing stack at Freshworks. We use it for account-level analytics, audience segments, intent-based targeting, and understanding how our paid marketing efforts contribute to pipeline/bookings. One of the biggest advantages is its ability to consolidate engagement data from multiple touchpoints, giving us a much clearer picture of the buyer journey. It has significantly reduced the manual effort involved in audience creation, account analysis, and campaign optimization, while helping us make more informed decisions on where to invest our marketing budget. The Salesforce integration and cross-channel visibility have been particularly valuable for our demand generation team.

The platform has a clean and intuitive UI, making it easy to navigate dashboards, build audience segments, and analyze account engagement without a steep learning curve. Performance has been consistent, with reliable data processing and integrations that enable our team to act on insights quickly. We've also had a positive experience with the Factors.ai support team—they've been responsive, proactive, and willing to work closely with us during implementation and while addressing new use cases. The AI-powered insights and account intelligence help surface high-intent accounts and engagement patterns that would otherwise require significant manual analysis, allowing our team to make faster and more informed marketing decisions.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

Overall, our experience with Factors.ai has been positive, but there are a few areas where the platform could continue to evolve. As an enterprise organization managing multiple products, regions, and advertising accounts, we'd like to see more self-service capabilities for managing multiple integrations and ad accounts, reducing the need for support involvement for configuration changes.

Expanding native integrations with additional advertising platforms such as Meta and Reddit would also provide a more comprehensive cross-channel view and make audience activation even more seamless. While the platform is intuitive overall, some advanced reporting and dashboard customization options could offer greater flexibility for large marketing teams managing multiple business units and campaign objectives. These enhancements would further strengthen an already valuable platform for B2B demand generation.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Paid Social team, one of our biggest challenges was accurately measuring the impact of LinkedIn campaigns beyond platform-reported metrics. We had limited visibility into how our campaigns were influencing target accounts and contributing to the pipeline, making it difficult to demonstrate marketing's true impact.

Factors.ai helped bridge that gap by providing account-level attribution and engagement insights. We can now understand how our LinkedIn campaigns influence our TAM accounts, identify which accounts are showing buying intent, and measure engagement across the buyer journey instead of relying solely on lead-level metrics.

The Salesforce integration has further strengthened this workflow. By combining account engagement with CRM data, we're able to track account progression, identify visits to high-intent pages, and send real-time alerts to sales representatives when target accounts show meaningful buying signals. This has improved alignment between marketing and sales, helped us prioritize outreach more effectively, and enabled more data-driven optimization of our paid social campaigns.

 ### 5. Factors.ai Makes High-Intent Account Targeting and BDR Outreach Truly Data-Driven

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya D. | Manager Market Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

I have been using Factors.ai to identify high-intent accounts and prioritize our BDR outreach more effectively. The platform helps us understand which accounts are actively engaging with our website and content, allowing us to focus on prospects that are more likely to convert.

One feature I've found especially valuable is the Factors Agent, which helps identify interest groups based on account engagement. We use these insights to understand whether prospects are interested in areas such as pricing, demo requests, solution pages, or comparison pages, enabling more personalized outreach.

Factors.ai has also streamlined our account research and enrichment process, making it easier to deliver high-quality, prioritized account lists to our BDR team.

What I like best: Intent signals, account prioritization, Factors Agent, and the ability to identify high-intent accounts for targeted outreach.

What could be improved: It would be helpful to have even more customization options for reporting and filtering intent signals, along with additional integrations and export capabilities.

Overall, Factors.ai has become an important part of our outbound workflow and has helped our team make more data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

I haven't encountered any major issues so far.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factors.ai helps us identify high-intent accounts by tracking engagement signals and website activity. Instead of reaching out to every account, we can prioritize those that have shown buying intent, making our BDR outreach more focused and efficient.

We also use Factors Agent to identify interest groups—such as Pricing, Book a Demo, Solutions Pages, and comparison pages—which helps us understand what prospects are interested in. These insights allow us to prioritize accounts, enrich our target lists, and provide our BDR team with more relevant, data-driven accounts for outreach.

Overall, it has helped streamline our account prioritization process and enabled us to make more informed decisions when planning outbound campaigns.

 ### 6. Great for buying signals, orchestration, and analytics!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anirhudh S. | Digital Marketer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

The goldmine of intent. The ability to de-anonymize our website traffic ensures we get the maximum ROI for our paid and non-paid campaigns. While 2% of our audience become SQLs, we're still able to get a sense of the 98% that went unnoticed by leveraging Factors. And we're also able to get into the depth of their intent, making our engagement more contextual and rewarding. Beyond this, we also like their recent AI developments for paid PPC and social which has helped our team leverage both Google and Linkedin to the fullest.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

A few feature gaps and requests have been made from our end, which I'd have liked to see built out already. However, they're already on it, and it's reassuring to know that they are building out their product team to focus on more AI/agentic solutions.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factors.ai helps me understand our entire funnel, from traffic all the way through to pipeline. It’s also made it easier to spot where conversions drop off at each stage, so I can work to minimize those losses. Overall, we’ve seen it add real value to the business, especially in terms of pipeline and closures.

 ### 7. Makes Invisible Buying Signals Visible with De-Anonymized Account Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas P. | GTM Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

It surfaces the buying signal that's normally invisible. Factors gives us company-level LinkedIn touchpoints - impressions served, ad clicks, paid and organic plus de-anonymized website visits, so we can see which account is engaging before anyone fills out a form.

The de-anonymization is the part that changed how we work: dark social and dark funnel activity used to be a black box, and now it's attributable to a real account. It also drops everything to S3 daily, which made it easy to pull into our Snowflake warehouse and build account stages on top of it.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

The raw S3 export takes some engineering to operationalize — we wrote our own ingestion and rollup. A cleaner native warehouse connector or a more documented schema would shorten that setup.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn ad engagement and anonymous web traffic were the biggest gaps in our funnel — we knew accounts were warming but couldn't prove it or act on it. Factors closes that. We now roll those signals up per account and assign a stage (Identified, Aware, Engaged), which marketing uses to see where their LinkedIn spend is landing and sales uses to reach out while intent is still fresh. One source of truth for both teams.

 ### 8. The Missing Link Between Marketing Intent Data and Sales Action

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee S. | Head of Demand Generation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

We've been really happy with Factors.ai, and it's become one of those tools that the team genuinely looks forward to using. The account intelligence and intent data it surfaces has completely changed how we think about our go-to-market motion. Instead of guessing which accounts are in-market, we actually know, and that's a game changer for a demand gen team.
The platform does a fantastic job of connecting the dots between anonymous website activity and real account-level behavior, so we're not flying blind anymore when it comes to prioritizing outreach. The integrations with our existing stack have been smooth, and the reporting gives us the kind of visibility into the buyer journey that we used to have to stitch together manually across three or four different tools.
But honestly, what stands out most is just how intuitive the whole experience is. The UI is clean, the data is actionable, and the team at Factors has been incredibly responsive whenever we've had questions. It feels less like a vendor relationship and more like a true partner. We've been really impressed, and I'd recommend it to any B2B marketing team that's serious about understanding what's actually happening across their funnel.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

The one thing I'd say is that the initial onboarding and setup does have a bit of a learning curve. There's a lot of power under the hood, and it can take a little time to fully configure everything and get the data flowing the way you want it. It's not a "plug it in and go" situation on day one, so just be prepared to invest some time upfront to get the most out of it.

I'd also love to see some of the reporting and dashboard customization options get even more flexible over time, there are moments where I want to slice the data in a very specific way and have to work around it a bit. Nothing that's been a dealbreaker by any means, but it's the kind of thing you notice when you're deep in the weeds.

That said, the team has been really receptive to feedback, and we've actually seen some of our suggestions make it into product updates, which is always a great sign. So even the "dislikes" feel more like temporary growing pains than real problems. Overall, the value far outweighs any friction we've experienced.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big one for us was the classic demand gen headache, we had website traffic coming in, leads moving through the funnel, and a sales team ready to act, but we had no real visibility into which accounts were actually showing buying intent and when. We were essentially prioritizing outreach based on gut feel and basic lead scoring, which meant we were either chasing accounts that weren't ready or missing the ones that were actively in-market. Factors.ai solved that problem.

Now we have a much clearer picture of account-level behavior, who's visiting, what they're engaging with, how often they're coming back, and that intelligence flows directly into how we align with sales on prioritization. The days of "why are we calling this account right now?" conversations are basically gone. Everyone's working from the same data, and that alignment between marketing and sales has been one of the biggest benefits we've seen.

It's also helped us get smarter about our content and campaign strategy. When you can see which pages and assets are driving the most meaningful engagement from your target accounts, you stop wasting budget on things that aren't moving the needle. We've been able to make faster, more confident decisions, and honestly, that's exactly what a lean demand gen team needs.

The bottom line is that Factors.ai has helped us turn anonymous intent signals into real pipeline opportunities, and that's had a direct impact on how efficiently we're driving revenue.

 ### 9. Pinpoints Engaged ICP Accounts to Supercharge Pipeline and Paid Targeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stallin S. | Associate Director, Growth Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

A few things stand out. First, the dark funnel and multi-touch attribution: it captures LinkedIn and paid social touches, anonymous website visits, and intent in one view, which closed a big blind spot we had in our CRM.
Second, the LinkedIn ad orchestration is the best I have worked with and is what makes our cold-warm-hot account structure actually run, with audiences shifting on real engagement.
Third, consolidating identification, intent, attribution, and ad management into one platform removed a lot of tool-stitching. And the customer success team is hands-on and responsive, more partner than vendor, which matters when you're configuring something this involved.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

The biggest gap for us is account identification coverage. It resolves a solid portion of traffic, but a meaningful share still comes back unidentified or only at the company level, which caps how much you can action.
Setup also had a learning curve, getting attribution and the integrations dialed in took longer than expected, and the alerts needed tuning before they were useful rather than noisy.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factors solves our dark funnel problem. Our CRM couldn't see LinkedIn and paid social touches before a form fill, so a lot of demand looked like it came from nowhere. Factors connects those hidden touchpoints to pipeline and de-anonymizes website traffic, so we know which target accounts are engaging even when they haven't filled anything out. The biggest benefit is account surge alerts: our BDRs reach out when an account is actually heating up rather than working static lists, and our budget decisions are now backed by real cross-channel contribution data.

 ### 10. Empowers Marketing and Sales with Account Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

I like how Factors.AI solves the problem of not knowing who's on your website before they convert, allowing marketing to know if we're attracting the right companies. I also appreciate how it helps sales to know who they should reach out to instead of just waiting for inbound leads. I find the segments feature really useful as it allows me to select firmographics or website events that I care about most, like identifying ICP companies with high intent. It's great that I don’t need multiple tools to understand this data. I’m also impressed with how helpful the support team is, especially in building custom reports and providing training, striking a good balance of ease of use and performance.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

You occasionally have to do a hard refresh in the platform to see reports. Also, there are occasionally bugs with sorting in the platform.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factors.AI helps identify website visitors before they convert, allowing marketing to attract the right companies and sales to target potential leads instead of waiting for inbound inquiries.
